How dare you treat Se Rin...

(Episode 27)

"An enchanting mystery in which reality and fantasy collide."

"The heroine who lost her memory after murdering a person..."

"ends up realizing her terrible sin."

The character has depth.

I might win the Grand Award if I pull it off.

Honey, are you okay?

Don't worry too much.

It might feel weird for now, but it'll all be okay after time.

I had a strange dream.

On a white snowfield, a woman was dying as she bled.

I am not insane.

Why would I kill someone?

I don't have blood on my hands.

I'm totally innocent.

Yes, Se Rin.

Did you see the photos I sent you?

You could at least compliment me. I feel disappointed.

Of course. I'll get her words to stay out of your sight.

No! I might die if I stay here.

I didn't do it.

It was the mountain!

What did you say? You just ran?

You should go now...

Hang up.

The number you have dialed is unavailable.

I have a bad feeling.

Is Ms. Hwang still not answering?

We talked on the phone two hours ago.

She's not coming home after she got off work.

She's not picking up her phone.

Mr. Wang, you can trace her phone, right?

Yes, ma'am.

Find her. Now!

Yes, ma'am.

The number you have dialed is unavailable.

Why isn't she answering?

You threw out the sneakers I got you.

- Well, that's... - That's good.

I was worried that they might have shaken you up.

It means you won't try to find your first love in me.

Am I wrong?

Ms. Hwang. I yelled at you because...

Let me know when you get yourself sorted.

I'll tell you how I got to learn about the wolf symbol.

What's wrong with me?

Why is my heart so...

Eat mine too.

I also love tonkatsu,

but I'm giving you mine since you like it.

What? Why are you crying?

Is it that touching?

Okay. You can have it all.

I can't sleep because I'm so curious.

Does she have a story about tonkatsu?

What happened for her to cry about it?

It's bothering me.

I've got to know.

Why isn't she picking up her phone?

Chief Hwang, are you asleep?

Are you sleeping?

Chief Hwang, are you sleeping?

Please just answer me. I'm worried sick!

Oh, gosh.

Eun Jo!

Eun Jo.

Wake up. You need to go to school.

Just a little more, Dad. I'll sleep for five more minutes.

Come on, it's time to get up.

You can sleep as long as you want when you're dead.

But I feel so sleepy.

I'll drive you to school, so get up.

Then I'll sleep a little longer.

Dad, just a few more minutes.

Stop acting like a baby.

Wake up now.

Come on. Ko Eun Jo!

You need to wake up now.

Oh Ha Ra,

Ju Se Rin.

You did this to me again?

I will never die.

As long as you two are alive, I am never dying!

How dare you treat Se Rin...

Ju Se Rin,

I am not letting you go.

I'm going to have you dead.

Ju Se Rin, you try to kill me again?

You thought I'd let you get me?

I can't die.

Until I can get back at you for what you've done,

I can never die.

Die. Suffer the same amount of pain.

Die!

It was a dream.

Eun Jo came back to life to kill me.

Eun Jo is...

Ms. Hwang!

Ms. Hwang!

Ms. Hwang!

Isn't Chief Hwang answering yet?

No, she's still not picking up.

What happened to her? This isn't like her.

Maybe something happened to her.

Chief Hwang, why aren't you answering my calls?

I couldn't sleep at all!

Where is Chief Hwang?

She hasn't come to work yet. She isn't answering our calls too.

What should we do?

The sampling discussion is about to start.

You two should get the conference room ready.

Also, give me the pilot design report.

I will buy some time.

Okay.

Here you go.

Chief Hwang might be late. Se Rin should start first.

Chief Hwang Ga Heun is running late,

so we will start with Designer Ju's promotional product plan...

for the first half of the year.

Isn't Chief Hwang the host of this meeting?

How can she be this irresponsible to everyone here for her?

Proceed with the original order and start from Chief Hwang.

Let's wait for a little more.

There's no use in waiting.

Hwang Ga Heun will never show up.

President Oh, time is gold.

We cannot waste time because of an irresponsible person.

I will host this meeting.

Ms. Ju Se Rin.

Who told you to take charge of the meeting?

I am the host of the meeting.

Let's go down to the bottomless pit together.

I won't be dying alone.

Se Rin, what happened? What's the matter with you?

Se Rin!

Where are you going?

Aren't you going to report on the promotional products?

Mother, this is not the time.

Hwang Ga Heun is back!

What on earth is wrong with her?

By patterning the analyzed big data of Korean body types,

we put our emphasis...

on the customers' comfort in these clothes.

So the theme of the pilot products is liberation.

The first keyword is "Liberation from discomfort."

We are planning to release jumpers and jackets.

I think Ga Heun is a gem.

The main product is a stretch jumper made of stretch fabric,

which is highly elastic and breathable,

and its styling point is that it is easy to move like daily outfits.

That is all.

Very good! It's fresh!

Just the idea Hwang Ga Heun would come up with!

It reminds me of the independence movements.

It'll be easier...

for our main customers in their 50s and 60s...

to understand the brand since the theme is in Korean.

Isn't it too old-fashioned to talk about liberation?

Thank you.

Chief Hwang, great work.

Keep up with the launch of the new brand.

Chief Hwang, I was worried about you!

Why didn't you answer my calls? Did you get my message?

Chief Hwang, what's wrong?

Are you feeling unwell?

Are you out of your mind? She almost died!

And you let her go to work after what happened?

Who was it?

Who has done such a thing to Ga Heun?

According to Ms. Hwang, it was done by someone ordered by Ju Se Rin.

How dare they try to kill my daughter?

What were you doing while she was going through that?

Are you trying to make me lose my daughter twice?

I am sorry. I will never let it happen again.

Did you say she was kidnapped...

in Jewang Group's underground parking lot?

Yes.

It seemed like they took her when she was heading home after work.

Are you sure you don't have to go to a hospital?

I brought you home myself because I didn't feel relieved.

What should I do? Do you want me to call my family doctor?

I am okay.

Thank you for taking me home. You can go now.

You're not okay.

You look like you just escaped death.

Don't you ever think of working after I go.

That does it.

I should lay you in bed before I go.

Where is your room?

Is it that way?

That's enough.

Okay, then.

Anyway, you should rest well for a few days.

This is my order as your superior.

Ga Heun, are you okay?

I am okay.

I am sorry I made you worry.

You may go out.

Gosh,

why did you go to work in this condition?

Se Rin did this to keep me from coming to the sampling meeting.

I had to show her I won't fall down.

How could they kidnap you?

I won't let this slide.

Mom, this wouldn't have been done by Se Rin alone.

She doesn't have the guts to do it alone.

Ha Ra must have ordered it.

Just like she killed me five years ago.

So Oh Ha Ra of Jewang Group is involved in it.

Now I really can't let it slide.

I will show Geum Eun Hwa and her daughter...

what will happen to them if they mess with my daughter.

Leave this one to me.

I won't let this hinder your revenge.

I should warn Ha Ra and Se Rin to never do anything...

It can't be.

How can someone buried underground...

come back alive?

Is this possible?

What is this about Ga Heun being back alive?

Ha Ra, what should we do?

What should we do?

Tell me quickly!

Are you sure you took care of it?

Mr. Na said...

he didn't mean to bury her underground.

He was just trying to scare her.

Then a pile of sand crumbled because of the rain.

So he got so scared and ran away.

She showed up at the meeting looking all fine...

as if nothing had happened.

Ha Ra, do you think she's a human?

I'm so scared and crept out.

She must be immortal.

Ju Se Rin!

Whether she is immortal or not isn't important.

What's important is that she is back.

And you made her come back!

It's because of you that she came back.

What do you mean, Ha Ra?

It is, isn't it?

In a word, you had someone to remove Ga Heun.

You urged me to do it!

I didn't want to do it this time!

Did I?

When did I?

Do you have any proof?

- Oh Ha Ra! - Ju Se Rin!

Listen up.

I have nothing to do with this.

Don't ever mention my name if Hwang Ga Heun knows about this.

If I am involved, Ju Se Rin, you are...

dead in my hands.

Behave yourself.

What should I do?

Am I getting all the blame?

I was a fool. I shouldn't have listened to what Ha Ra said.

This is driving me insane.

What happened? Why is Hwang Ga Heun back?

What? Is she back alive?

I saw it with my own eyes.

Hwang Ga Heun came to work normally.

That can't be true.

I was almost about to be buried under the dirt.

I was a fool for believing in you.

If Ga Heun digs into this matter,

don't mention my name.

This was all done by yourself.

I know nothing about this.

Don't involve me in this.

That's a relief.

She managed to survive.

But she wants to back out?

Se Rin and I both know.

The sky knows too.

Se Rin and I are already in the same boat.

Se Rin,

that's all you must know.

Good luck with the new brand.

Thank you.

I was worried, Chief Hwang.

Why didn't you take my call last night? Did you see my text?

Chief Hwang, what's wrong? You're not feeling well?

(Director Oh, Manager Cha, Mr. Wang, and Mom)

Chief Hwang, are you asleep? Are you? Are you sleeping?

Why did you cry at the cafeteria? Did Ha Ra hit you again?

I'll scold her.

Chief Hwang, please answer me.

Is everything okay? I can't reach you.

I'll wait for your call.

Sun Hyuk.

Have you been waiting for my call all night?

This is Hwang Ga Heun.

What's the matter?

Did you call to know about the wolf symbol?

That's not why I called.

Well...

I was worried about you.

Did...

something happen yesterday?

I don't know what's going on with me,

but I was anxious because of you.

You were worried about me like before?

Just like when you were worried about Eun Jo?

Because of you,

I felt pain as if my heart had been ripped off.

I'm sorry I didn't take your call.

I worried you for nothing.

Are you sure everything's okay?

Yes.

Everything is fine.

Bo Mi said if I tell Eun Jo I recognize her,

she'd have a headache because her memory would return.

I will pretend not to know her.

I'll just sneak in to leave it.

This will bring her memory back.

Eun Jo!

I was going to leave it without telling you.

You'd have a headache if you know I recognize you.

I'm in trouble. What do I do?

Mr. Ko,

what's the matter?

Let me explain.

Does your head hurt because I recognized you?

Eun Jo.

Bo Mi told me not to call you this.

I'm taking it back. This didn't happen.

Eun Jo.

What did Ms. Cha say?

Bo Mi said your head isn't working,

so you don't remember Mom and me.

That if I tell you I recognized you, it'd give you a headache.

She said it was a secret.

Bo Mi lied to him that I lost my memory.

This letter will help you fix your head.

Why are you coming out of that room?

I pretended not to know her. Trust me.

Eun Gyul, you can't go into her room without her permission.

Eun Gyul, listen to me.

If you keep calling her Eun Jo when her head is not working,

President Hwang will get mad and fire you.

What will happen to me if you're fired?

I'll be fired too.

That will make me mad as well.

Is it good or not?

You get uglier when you're mad.

What?

It hurts.

It will break my head too.

President Hwang and Eun Jo are friends.

She won't fire me.

You're mean.

Why do you keep me from talking to her?

Eun Gyul, wait for me.

Eun Gyul.

Eun Gyul.

I'm here.

Eun Gyul, did you run all the way here?

What's with your face? It's red like you're mad.

Eun Gyul, what's wrong? Did something happen at work?

I saw Eun Jo. She's back.

Ladies, it's nothing.

Eun Jo is hiding at my work.

What do you mean by she's hiding there?

Eun Jo?

What are you talking about, Eun Gyul?

It's not true. She's not back.

Eun Gyul saw her in his dream.

Why is he talking nonsense in the morning?

Poor thing.

He still believes she's in the US.

I want...

to believe that like him.

Eun Gyul never stops...

confusing his mother.

Deok Gyu did that?

Where is he now?

Ju Tae Sik is on his way to Jupiter Shopping Mall.

Mr. Shin is following him as well.

I'll be there.

Deok Gyu might run away again if you show up alone.

I'm home.

You're back.

Come have dinner with us.

Okay. Let me just go change.

Where's Hoon?

He had dinner and rushed upstairs to play with his mother.

She's on a diet by the way.

She showed up at the meeting looking all fine...

as if nothing had happened.

Ha Ra, do you think she's a human?

I'm so scared and crept out.

She must be immortal.

What? Immortal?

Se Rin,

you hired a rookie that can't even take care of her.

Mom, play with me.

I'm reading a script now. I'm sorry.

I'm bored.

Play games with this.

I'll take pictures with Dream.

No, Hoon! Give me that.

What's wrong, Mom?

You're scaring me.

Hoon, what did you see on my phone?

Tell me what you saw!

What do you think you're doing to Hoon?

What is it that Hoon can't see?

Did you yell at him just to keep it from him?

I mean, Hoon often uses my phone without my permission.

What? She got buried by accident, not on purpose?

Did she die then?

No. She came back alive.

That's good.

It's a relief she's alive.

It must've scared the life out of her.

You can be reinstated as the executive team manager.

That doesn't matter now.

She might find out I'm behind it.

If something goes wrong,

you and I are not relevant to this.

I told Mr. Na to shut his mouth,

but can you make him take all the blame?

It's a head-scratcher.

Why did Mr. Na have to make things so worse?

Why are the lights out? Where's the switch?

- Who are you? - Who is it?

Dad, he has a knife!

Go away!

- Now! - Dad.

- Help! - Dad.

Dad.

Let go of me!

I just have to kill him.

Deok Gyu, calm down. It's me, Eun Jo.

Eun Jo?

Are you really Eun Jo?

Yes.

I am. I am Eun Jo.

Eun Jo.

You're alive.

Eun Jo.

Those two...

made my dad and your father die.

I must kill them.

Don't stop me.

I will kill them and then myself!

Be careful, Mr. Wang.

Why are you stopping me?

They killed my baby and my dad!

So?

Were you going to kill them and then yourself?

They're the ones who made you like this.

If you don't reveal it to the world,

the world will only remember you killed them.

Do you realize that?

Deok Gyu, listen carefully.

Your father wanted you to become a doctor that saves lives.

He will shed blood in the sky if you become a murderer.

Killing them is not enough.

We must make them suffer so much more than we did.

That's true revenge.

Deok Gyu!

Let's get our revenge.

I'll help you with your revenge.

Eun Jo.

Eun Jo.

This is my dad's phone.

It holds the last moment of your dad.

Ga Heun came back.

That's quite inconvenient.

He found out...

about everything we did.

So are you saying I shouldn't give it to him?

Give it...

to me now.

Please...

Please.

Ga Heun,

I don't care if you're Eun Jo or not.

No matter how many times you come back alive,

I will destroy you.

Ha Ra,

kill me however many times you want.

I will come back to life...

and...

rip you apart into pieces.

(Miss Monte-Cristo)

My daughter was kidnapped in the parking lot of Jewang Group.

If Jewang Group doesn't get to the bottom of it,

our investment deal will be back to square one.

Did you have someone kidnap Ga Heun?

Ha Ra asked me to do it.

This is so much worse. If word about this gets out,

Jewang Group itself might collapse.

Call the person who got blood on his hands for you.

The scenario is perfect.

It's him.
