[Episode 16]

Well, as a betrothal present?

Grandpa.

Chairman, you're really good at business.

If they are married in the future,

isn't this stock right back to your Li Family?

Whether it's for Li,

or for He

we're family.

Jing Wen, I watched her grow up.

I recognize her as my granddaughter-in-law.

Thank you, grandpa.

Fine.

If we can be relatives by marriage, I'll be glad.

Relative,

I take it as yes.

As long as my daughter has no opinion,

I totally agree.

Jing Wen, What do you say?

Dad.

Ming Zhe, give me a pen.

If I sign this document,

it will come into effect in law.

Grandpa,

Since you want to give the shares to Jing Wen,

then I will help you.

I will give five percent of shares in my hand

to Jing Wen.

In this way,

you get your face back.

And both families don't owe each other.

I say it for the last time

I won't get married with Jing Wen.

Please let me go!

Jun Tai!

Jun Tai!

Xing Zi,you...

Chairman Li.

I will sign this contract,

but it doesn't mean...

I accept your bribe.

This is what I deserve.

[Super Star Artists Agency Contract]

It's unexpected that a nobody like me will be bribed by many.

This time it's you,Chairman Li, to do it in person.

What matters is not who did it,

but your answer.

Sorry.

I want to know since last time I refused He's invitation,

what makes you think I will accept yours?

Because of the trouble you had today.

You mean the acting contract and the creditors?

Are they ordered by you?

Yes,

it was me.

Little girl,

you still want to be together with Jun Tai?

Because of this,

you want to destroy all I have?

Little girl...

I'm not your enemy,

but we have different standpoints.

I have to be the bad guy for my grandson.

Since you joined our training camp,

your contract is in Super Star's hand.

In other words,

the source of your income is in my hand.

You can go against the contract

and do things otherwise.

After that,

your bonus will be canceled,

and you need to pay...

a big sum of reimbursement.

But this contract is earned by my capabilities.

That is what I deserve.

I can accuse you!

Girl,you won't.

You don't have the power to go against me.

Little girl,

you should face the reality.

This is the gap between you and Jun Tai.

He can't help you.

You can't help him either.

You are a smart girl.

Think it over.

For yourself and for your mom. Think it over.

What..

Xing Zi!

Li Jun Tai!

Xing Zi!

Li Jun Tai!

-If you dare to leave! -Let me go!

Let me go!

You dare to hit me?

Xing Zi,wait!

Wait for me.

Xing Zi!

Don't come near!

It's over.

What's going on?

Do you know your grandpa and He Kang Bo even He Jin Wen,

can kill me as easy as killing an ant?

I thought

As long as I don't offend others, they won't offend me.

But I know it now.

I don't have any dignity!

I'm a weak person

who doesn't deserve to talk about dignity.

Do you know?

Li Jun Tai,I tell you.

I don't want to be controlled by others.

So...

you agreed with my grandpa's conditions,

didn't you?

Didn't you?

That's who I am in your mind?

Then why?

Alright...

Although there is no condition from anyone,

we can't be together.

Because our love is not equal.

You look down, yet I look up.

It's tiring!

We won't have a good ending!

[Mr. Lei]

Hello,Mr. Lei.

Your guess is right.

Grandpa did play tricks.

During the dinner,

he took out a

contract of 5% share transfer to He Kang Bo.

saying that is the dowry for He Jing Wen.

What?

Take share as a dowry for wedding?

Li Zheng Quan are spending a lot.

Yes.

No one expects he will do this.

Actually I just get to know...

Li Zheng Quan threatened Han Xing Zi before

that he would block all source of her income

and force her to leave Li Jun Tai.

He threatened Han Xing Zi?

Mr. Lei.

How did you know that?

It's not your business.

I tell you what,

today Han Xing Zi came and signed a contract in the company.

I saw it coming.

Li Zheng Quan eating with He Family

is not for apology.

No wonder Han Xing Zi suddenly show up,

and gave a rude attitude to grandpa in public.

Mr. Lei.

What happened today is all of a sudden,

I didn't have time to report to you.

Yes.

I didn't expect this thing to happen.

If I knew it,

I would have warned Li Jun Tai and Ming Zhe,

and it wouldn't have happened today.

So...

Is there any way to solve it?

What was the reaction of Li Jun Tai?

He was still insisting not marry He Jing Wen.

Mr. Lei.

Grandpa's fundamental solution today is so unmerciful.

He was even worse before.

It's just you don't know.

It looks like...

Li Jun Tai and He Jing Wen will surely get married.

If that's the case,

Ming Zhe's position will be in danger anytime.

Mr. Lei.

We must find a resolution soon.

Now the only way out is Li Jun Tai.

As long as he doesn't agree,

Even if it's Li Zheng Quan or He Family force him,

it won't work.

What about this,Liao Jun.

Now you tell Ming Zhe the things about Han Xing Zi.

Now only he can influence his brother.

Alright,I do it right away.

Han Xing Zi's problem is really related to my grandpa?

I just found it out.

So I came to tell you.

Where's Jun Tai?

He went to the toilet.

Li Jun Tai.

Does punching inside help you to solve the problem?

Get out.

What can I do?

She's so heartless,

leaving me no chance at all.

Did you think of the reason she's being like that?

Didn't you see it just now?

Grandpa gave her a contract.

Li Jun Tai.

Do you have a brain?

You know she isn't that kind pf person.

Why do you still think like that?

If so, grandpa has achieved his purpose.

Brother,do you know something? Tell me!

Grandpa cut all sources of income of Han Xing Zi,

and informed all creditors to collect debts in hospital.

She's in a dead end now.

All because she is together with you.

Think from her side,

if it were you, what will you do?

When we were young,

we always break up over small things.

When the misunderstanding is solved,

everything's changed.

Sometimes even the person is gone.

Ding Tong and me are an example.

Brother.

Miss Ding Tong has left in peace.

Don't be too sad.

I am alright.

Still don't go to chase her?

Yes, yes...I go now.

Buddy, I have something urgent. Can I use your car?

No...Mr. Li...

How will I explain to my master?

You drive the car then!

Who are you?

Let me go!

You...

Let go.

Let...

Run?

Why are you not running?

Run!

He Hua Hao!

Ask them to let me go!

I must go!

Do you know Xing Zi...

I only know from now on,

I don't allow you to hurt my sister and Xing Zi anymore!

Stopping me now

is the biggest harm to them!

I must go!

We will not be happy as we are forced to be together.

If you want Xing Zi to be good, you should let me go!

First,

I don't understand your logic.

Second, nor do I wanna understand.

Third,

go back to talk to your grandpa.

He instructed me to bring you back.

You...

Bring him back.

Let me go!

He Hua Hao! He Hua Hao!

He Hua Hao!

Xing Zi，

what did you do today?

Where did you get so many stuff?

Bought online.

Online?

This..

Secondhand.

It's expensive too.

Where are we going to get next month's rent?

You still have money to buy stuff?

Today I signed a contract,

a drama of the company.

Really?

Mom,can you not keep on being surprised?

My baby...this...

Mom's gonna be honest with you.

Since you have got the role,

you will be a super star soon, right?

So it isn't appropriate for you to buy these cheap furniture.

Look at this television.

So small!

Is it good?

This fridge too.

That...

Should we change to two-door fridge

with a computerized temperature control?

Stop it.

It's not a lot of money as a small role.

So what?

Many famous star started from a small role

and gradually became famous.

Look at this house.

It's getting more and more obnoxious in my eyes.

Lack of taste.

I like a home with European feel.

It looks rich.

Many rich people prefer European style.

What's good in it?

I feel satisfied to get a room with 5000 yuan.

Why should we pretend?

You can't say that.

House is our second face.

Moreover,

you will be a superstar soon.

By that time if people know

you stay in a small house...

It...it's gonna be embarrassing.

Mom does this is for your good.

Respect is given by others,

and we need to earn it ourselves.

You want to stay in a big house.

Ok. I understand.

I will buy it for you,

when I have the money,OK?

I can work hard.

I can earn the money.

Why do you look down on me?

Why are you jealous of others?

No!No!No.

My baby,don't cry!

Mom did not mean it...

I was just kidding.

It's good to stay here!

It's comfortable.

As long as you're here,

mom is happy, don't worry.

Be good...

Don't cry anymore.

Mom was just kidding.

It's not because of you.

It's something else.

Give me three seconds.

Three seconds.

Alright?

My baby, if you have anything,

don't keep it inside, just tell mom.

Tell mom who bullied you,

I'll catch him and kill him.

Be good.

Don't worry. Mom is here.

Mr. Li.

You are really stubborn.

If you still hide something, bring it out earlier.

Easier for everyone.

Not anymore,no.

Can I sleep now?

What's going on?

You don't sleep?

Mr. Li.

Chairman said we should keep an eye on you 24 hours.

You want to make me tired?

You take your sleep.

We will watch from here

without disturbing you.

Because you are here, I can't sleep.

If you are worried,

just go out first, and come in after I fall asleep.

Ok then, you sleep.

But we should make it clear.

You can't try to run away again.

If not,you will be the one who suffers.

Get out!

You got some skills.

Where are you going?

Please give up!

Tomorrow our Group will announce

the marriage between both families.

The engagement ceremony will be held as soon as possible.

At this moment,

you'd better stay home.

Don't go anywhere!

Grandpa!

What era is it now?

Why are you arranging the marriage?

No matter what era it is,

children from families like ours

can't decide their marriages.

The outcome of this marriage is sadness.

Do you forget things about my mom,my dad and Aunt Lei?

As long as I am here,

you are not allowed to mention it.

You don't allow me to mention because you feel guilty.

You know that you have done wrong.

I tell you

I will never marry He Jing Wen.

You don't have the right to speak here.

Even it needs to tie you up to do so, I will.

How despicable!

You must marry her!

Ming Zhe.

Grandpa.

The engagement ceremony

must be held in a grand style.

The more grand, the better!

Grandpa,

Jun Tai is in a hard situation.

Please fulfill his wish.

It's not easy for me to get engaged with him.

You want me to cancel?

No...

I am worried about you.

Think about it.

That day Li Jun Tai reacted terribly.

Forcing you two to be together

will not bring you happiness.

We must fight for happiness ourselves.

Why?

Don't you believe in my attraction?

I don't know about your attraction.

But volence for sure.

Look. Look. Look!

What did I say?

I am only violent with you!

For Jun Tai, I won't do that.

I will beat him to be disabled.

What are you talking about?

He is your brother-in-law.

Li Jun Tai was born to go against me.

Enough!Enough! Forget it.

Now that you and Li Jun Tai,

me and Xing Zi,

What are you saying?

You and Xing Zi?

When were you together?

I'm telling you. Don't be close to that kind of person.

I don't want to be her sister-in-law.

Sis..

You really don't know how much I suffer.

Only you can set fire,

but I can't even get a light?

Wanna be beaten up? Say that again.

I don't care.

You want to be with Li Jun Tai.

I want to be with Han Xing Zi.

I'll beat you up!

I'll beat you up!

-Talk crap again! -You can't get me.

I can't get you, I'll choke you.

I'll choke you.I'll choke you.

Sis!

Still dare?

No!No!No!

Your role has been changed.

Changed?

Sixth?

No...I am the third...

Why changed?

What are you doing here?

They decided to use Han Xing Zi as the third and you are the sixth.

Go to the shooting scene now

and find the director to change your clothes.

They asked you to do it and you did!

Aren't you are the director?

She isn't better than me! Why did you change my role?

Looks like the servant is going to be a queen.

But failed.

Some people get more than you imagine.

What do you mean?

I don't mean anything.

I said if someone changes my role,

I won't let her go!

But you have a good temper,

you will be bullied by others.

Ruin the engagement ceremony.

Why?

Mr. Lei.

I know you don't like

Li Jun Tai and He Jing Wen to be together.

But I...

I don't know the reason.

You don't need to know.

Do things in low key

so you can be a proud person.

But...if someone finds it out later...

then what to do?

I believe in your intelligence.

You won't get caught.

Don't worry.

I have arranged the roads for you.

Gao Man Lin and Han Xing Zi,

you must make good use of them.

You must go with the direction if you want to succeed.

Mr. Lei has been good to me.

I will listen to you.

You come here!

Why?

Are you mad?

Why did bring me here?
