I'm a self-made cat,

And here's the house

With the Macdhui family,

Whom I'd adopted
when they first came here.

got to know me better,

Humans are funny that way.

That the Macdhuis
are a happy family

Is entirely due to me.

I made them
what they are today...

murdered first.

Here's the scene
of the crime -
