covered in a blanket of freshly fallen snow.

Marked only by the foot prints

of Little Nutbrown Hare, his father and his best friend

Little Field Mouse who are off on a wintry adventure.

- Look we're the very first to leave a mark on this snow.

Up there its all clean and white and perfect, but now

hop, hop, hoppity hop, hop, hop, hop.

[father laughing]

[Little Nutbrown Hare cheers]

Look at our tracks.

- Jump, jumpity, jump, yay!

[Little Field Mouse laughing]

- Oopsy daisy.

- Come along you two.

but it will be a lovely journey.

- Where are we going again?

- To find some food that Big Nutbrown Hare

put away in the autumn. - I thought it would be fun

to have a delicious feast in the middle of winter.
