into the morning sky.

As the egger friends race

and chased their way to the big oak tree.

- [Little Redwood Fox] You can't catch me!

- [Little Nutbrown Hare] Hey, come back Little Redwood Fox.

- [Little Redwood Fox] [giggles] I'm gonna get you!

- Hello, Little Redwood Fox.

Coming for breakfast?

- Ooh. - Whoa!

- Sure, here are some acorns for everyone.

- Oh, how thoughtful of you.

- But they were our acorns.

- Yes, she tricked us.

- Oh.

Uh-hmm, I did.

And I'm really sorry now.

- That's okay, Little Redwood Fox.

It was fun chasing you, wasn't it?

- And it's made me really hungry!

- Well, there's plenty to eat here now.

- Lovely! - Delicious!

Let's eat!

- [Narrator] It was so special for Little Nutbrown Hare

to have breakfast at home with his friends.

After breakfast Little Nutbrown Hare thought

about all the homes he had visited that morning.

- Do you like our home?

- Very much, why?

- Well, Little Grey Squirrel's home has a great view

from way up high.

[grunting]

- [Big Nutbrown Hare] Better than this?

- Whoa, this is good.

And Otter's home is surrounded by water.

- Hmm, better than this, [sniffs] fresh green grass?

- Hmm, that's good too.

And Little Field Mouse's home is snug and cozy,

- Cozier than this? [giggles]

[giggles]

- [sigh] Do you know what?

- What?

- There's no place quite as special as our home, is there?

- Nope, and there's no one quite as special as you,

my Little Nutbrown Hare.

- I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

- Me either.

[laughing]
