long to get to the punchline.

it was warm, it was charming,
it was self-deprecating.

It's not often that you
immediately warm to somebody,

and that's exactly what happened
between me and Lawrence tonight.

you picked up on that.

His ability to be vulnerable,
which is his strength,

and that is such a hard lesson
to teach people.
