- Wow, it'’s an autovac.
- And Crusher'’s trapped inside.

I'’ve never saved anyone from a giant,
malfunctioning vacuum before.

- Looks like we'’re stuck down in a hole
way below the street.

We'’ve got to get out of here so we can stop Autovac
and save Crusher.
- Hang on, Pickle.
I see something that could get us out of here.
Look, it'’s an old trampoline.
It'’s just missing the stretchy part
that you bounce on.
- Oh, boy.
If we fix it, we can bounce right out of this hole.
- All we need is something with a lot of elasticity.
- When you push on something with elasticity,
it stretches.
And when you stop pushing,
it bounces back to the way it was.
That'’s elasticity.
- Guys, look what I found.
A piece of paper!
Ta-dah!
It'’s a paper trampoline.
- Hmm, do you think paper will make a good trampoline?

Huh. That'’s weird. I didn'’t bounce.
- The paper didn'’t have enough elasticity.
When Pickle tried to stretch it, it ripped.

to stretch and then bounce back to the way it was.
- What about this old blanket?
It'’s kind of stretchy.

I'’ve always wanted to make a blanket trampoline.
- Do you think this blanket
will make a good trampoline?
Well, let'’s try it and find out.
- Here goes nothing.
Oh, it'’s stretching.

- The blanket didn'’t have enough elasticity, either.
When Pickle stretched it, it didn'’t bounce back
to the way it was.

- Pickle, these bulls look like trouble.

There are so many bulls chasing us.
- Quick, let'’s count and see how many bulls are behind us.

- Seven bulls?

I bet some of the bulls won'’t be able to follow us.

Four of the bulls landed in the water.
- There were seven bulls chasing us,
but four of them couldn'’t jump over the stream.

I wonder if some of the bulls can'’t follow us
if we jump over those.
- Yeah! Let'’s try it.

Two of the bulls fell into those barrels.

and two couldn'’t jump over the barrels.

- Oh, boy. But the last bull is...
both: Smashy!
[grunts eagerly]
- The only way we'’re gonna outrun Smashy
is if we go super-fast
and use blazing speed.

I'’ve never gone fast enough to outrun
a giant bashing bull before.

We'’ve got to stop that crazy vacuum
and rescue Crusher once and for all!
- Hang on, Crusher!

[Autovac babbling]
- Pancakes? Yuck!
Pizza? Yuck!
Spaghetti and meatballs? Yuck!
Autovac!
- Crusher! I'’m here!
- Man, that Autovac is huge.
How are we gonna stop it, Blaze?
- To turn off Autovac,
we have to press those three "off" buttons
way up there.
- Whoa, those buttons are really high!
I wonder how we'’re gonna press them.
- What we need is something that can launch stuff
high into the air to hit those buttons.
- Hey, I know what we can use. A slingshot!
A slingshot uses elasticity to launch stuff.
Check it out.
This rubber strap stretches when you pull on it,
and then when you let go it bounces back really fast
and blasts things out.
- Oh, Blaze, you got to do your whole transformation thing
and be a slingshot.
- Yeah! Let'’s do it.
First, we need the slingshot frame.
It holds the rubber strap in place.
To make the frame, say "frame."
both: Frame!
- Great!
Now we need the pouch that holds the stuff we want to launch.
To make the pouch, say "pouch."
both: Pouch!
- Last, we need the rubber strap.
It has lots of elasticity
so when we stretch it,
it'’ll bounce back and launch stuff.
To make the rubber strap, say "rubber strap."
both: Rubber strap!
- Great!
I'’m a slingshot...
monster machine.
- Oh, wow!
Looking good, Blaze!
- Aaaah!
- Quick, now we need something to launch
to hit those off-buttons.
- Oh, I know.
How about pickles?
I always keep an extra jar of pickles handy.
- All right, load me up, Pickle.
- [grunts]
- First, let'’s aim for that red off button.
- Switching to visor view.
- If we pull the rubber strap back this far,
it'’ll launch the pickle here.
Will it hit the red button?
No, it won'’t go far enough.
- I'’d better pull it back farther.
[grunts]
- Now will it hit the red button?
Yeah! Launch it, Pickle.
- Pickles away!
Whoo-hoo! - Yeah.
[machine shuts down]
- We pressed the button and turned off
one of Autovac'’s hoses.
- Aaah!
- Quick, let'’s aim for that green off-button.
- [grunting]
- If we pull the rubber strap back this far,
it'’ll launch the pickle here.
Will it hit the green button?
No, it'’ll go too far.
- Ooh, I'’d better not pull back so much.
- Now will it hit the green button?
Yes! Go for it, Pickle.
- Pickles away!
Yay! - We got it.
[machine sputters]
- Just one more button to press and Autovac will be turned off.
- Well, you'’d better hurry
before Autovac sucks up that birthday party.
- Oh, no, that giant vacuum is gonna suck up all the balloons.
- And the presents!
- And the cake!

- We'’ve got to hit that blue button
before Autovac gets to the party.
- Uh-oh, my jar is empty!
- But we need one more pickle for our slingshot.
- Wait, I know where we can get another pickle.
We can launch me!
Pickle! - Yeah!
- Let'’s do it.
- I'’ve never blasted myself out of a slingshot
to turn off an autovac before,
but you never know what you can do
until you try.
- Pulling the strap back this far
will launch Pickle here.
Will he hit the blue button?
No, he won'’t go far enough.
- Stretch back a little more, Pickle.
- [grunting]
- Now will he hit the blue button?
Yeah!
- Pickles away! [laughs]
Whee!
[machine babbles, winds to a stop]
[all cheering] - Pickle saved us.
- Crusher, did you see me?
I shot out of that slingshot.
I was like, "Whee whee whee whee,"
and then I was like, flying through the air,
like, "Whee,"
and then I hit the button right on top of the Autovac
like, ka-pow! Wasn'’t it great?
[laughing]
Crusher? - Pickle?
- There you are!
- Get me out of here!
- Don'’t worry, Crusher.
I know how to get you out.
If we flip this switch,
Autovac will put everything back where it belongs.

[croaking]

- [wailing]

- Crusher, you'’re back!
- I'’m free. [laughs]
