Swoops-ah!

Yahoo!

- Go, Swoops!

- Swoop-dee-doo!

- Hey, you're just in time.

Our friend Swoops is taking us on a ride through the clouds.

- [laughs]

Hang on, everyone!

More clouds up ahead.

Yahoo!

[laughs]

all: Whoa!

- Check it out, you guys.

We're inside of a cloud!

- Yeah, take a look.

Clouds are made from tiny drops of water

that are so small they can float.

Gabby: And all those drops together make a cloud.

- [sighs]

What could be better than flying through the clouds?

Yahoo-hoo!

[upbeat music]

- * Water drops floating high

* Make clouds up in the sky

- * Just look around, you'll find *

* The different sizes, shapes and kinds *

- * Ohh-oh-oh-oh-ohh-oh

- * Clouds made from tiny drops of water in the sky *

- * Water drops making a cloud *

- * Ohh-oh-oh-oh-ohh-oh

- Swoop-dee-doo!

- * Stratus clouds, cirrus clouds *

* Water drops making up clouds *

[thunder crackles]

- Uh-oh. That doesn't look good.

- Wah-oh, there's a storm up ahead.

Better turn back.

[bird whimpers]

Hang on a second.

I hear someone in trouble. [bird whimpers]

- It sounds like a little bird.

[bird whimpers]

Where is the bird?

There he is!

That little bird is caught in the storm.

- [whimpering]

- Uh-oh, he needs help!

- Hang on, little bird! I'm coming!

Swoops to the rescue!

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- Go, Swoops!

- Yahoo!

- [squeaking]

- Don't worry, little bird.

I'm gonna get you out of this storm.

- [squeaks]

[triumphant music]

- Oh, right! - Yeah!

- We've got him, Swoops.

Now let's get out of here.

- Hang on, everybody.

Things could get bumpy.

Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

*

Yeah! Ha ha!

Whoo!

Whoa!

The wind is really picking up.

Whoa! Ha! Missed me!

Whoa, ya! Whoa!

- Uh-oh, that branch hit Swoops's rotor.

- It's coming loose!

- Gaskets, the rotor is flying away.

- That can't be good.

all: Whoa!

- Whoa-oh-oh!

Whoa!

- Swoops! - Are you all right?

- Uh, I think so.

But I don't understand.

Why did I stop flying when my rotor came off?

- Here, take a look.

When your rotor spins, it pushes the air down

and lifts you up.

But if you don't have a rotor,

you can't go up, and you can't fly.

- [gasps] - Oh, no.

- Can't fly?

But I have to fly.

Flying's what I do.

- [squeaks]

- Don't worry, Swoops.

Your rotor is out there somewhere,

and we're gonna get it back.

- Then I can reattach it, and you'll be flying again.

Good as new.

[drill whirs]

- That would be awesome!

But my rotor was flying pretty fast.

How you gonna catch up with it?

- I know!

Let's turn Blaze into a race car.

- Yeah!

When I'm a race car,

I can go extra fast.

- Let's do it!

- Engineering race car!

[rock music]

Slick tires!

Turbocharged engine!

Aerodynamic shape!

Now, to turn me into a race car,

say, "race car."

Race car!

[tires squeal]

*

Oh-oh-oh, yeah!

- Whoo! - Whoa-oh!

Looking good. - [whistles]

- Hang in there, Swoops.

We're gonna catch your rotor.

- Yeah!

- A.J., give me some speed.

Whoo-hoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- Go, Blaze! - You can do it!

[rock music]

*

- Look, Blaze, there's Swoops's rotor.

- After it, A.J.

*

Whoa.

Eh! Whoa!

*

- Blaze, look out!

- Lug nuts! There's no more track.

- Oh, no! The rotor's getting away.

But there must be some way we can follow it.

- Hey, check it out, a button.

- Huh. What do you think it does?

- Only one way to find out.

[rattling]

[suspenseful music]

Wow.

- I've never seen a racetrack go that high before.

- Yeah, it goes over the mountains

and through the clouds!

- It's a sky track!

- Come on, if we take the sky track,

we can catch up with Swoops's rotor.

Ready... - Set...

- Go!

[rock music]

*

- * Ready for takeoff

* Ready for takeoff

* Ready for action, let's hit the road *

* It's time to show you what we're made of *

* This time no one's gonna stop us *

* Need for speed

* Come on, let's go *

* Ready for takeoff

* Here we come

* Let's go *

[engine revs]

- [laughing]

Hey, that tickles!

- Hold still!

Almost finished.

There, you're all clean, Swoops.

- Whoo-hoo!

I look so good, I feel like flying.

[straining]

Flying! [grunts]

Ohh.

- Sorry, Swoops, but you still can't fly

till you get your rotor back.

- Oh, yeah.

- But don't worry.

Our friends are gonna get your rotor back.

Nobody's faster than Race Car Blaze.

- [squawks]

[rock music]

*

- Hey, check it out.

The track is changing colors, like a rainbow.

[dramatic music]

- And look at those clouds up ahead.

They're starting to rain.

- When the water drops in a cloud come together,

they make even bigger drops,

drops that are so heavy

they fall out of the cloud as rain.

[rock music]

*

- Whoa! Ahh!

- Whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh!

- Whoa! Phew.

All that rain is making the track super slippery.

- To catch up with the rotor,

we've got to help Blaze steer around the puddles.

Come on!

*

Look for the color that doesn't have any puddles on it.

Which color should we drive on?

Red, yeah!

There are no puddles on red.

Steer that way.

- Nice driving.

Whoo-hoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- Yahoo!

- Get ready. More puddles up ahead.

To keep away from the puddles,

which color should we drive on?

Green!

*

All right!

- Yeah-ah!

*

- Now which color should we drive on?

Orange!

- Yeah-ah-ooh!

Whoo, yeah! - Yeah!

We're almost out of the rain.

Which color should we drive on now?

Blue!

- Whoo-hoo-hoo! - Yeah!

*

- Nice work helping me get past

all those slippery puddles. [rotor churning]

- [gasps] Do you hear that, Blaze?

- I sure do. It sounds like...

the rotor!

Come on, we gotta hurry.

Swoops is counting on us.

Race cars...

both: Rev it up!

*

- [imitating engine revving]

[laughs]

Wow, would you look at us, Crusher?

Just a couple of race cars going fast like race cars.

Doing race car stuff, like race cars.

- [sighs] Hang on, Pickle.

It's too hot out here.

I've got to cool down.

- Hey, I know what can cool us off.

That teeny-tiny rain cloud.

[engine revs]

[laughing]

Crusher, you've got to get under this rain cloud with me!

It's so nice and cool.

- Pfft, ha, that rain cloud is too little.

It can't make enough rain for me.

I need a great big rain cloud

that can make lots of rain.

- Oh, okay, sure.

But, um, where are you gonna find a big cloud like that?

- [laughing] Ohh! Just you watch.

[whirring]

I'll make a giant robo-cloud!

[triumphant music]

[laughing]

It's perfect!

This big boy will make lots of rain for me.

All right, robo-cloud, let's rain!

[laughs]

I can't wait to cool off under some nice, cold--

[ding]

Waffles?

[quirky music]

Ah! Oh, it's in my mouth!

[whimpers]

[rock music]

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

*

Look, it's snowing.

When water drops inside a cloud

get really cold, they freeze and turn into ice.

And when the ice pieces stick together,

they get so heavy that they fall.

That's snow.

*

Oh!

Blaze, look over there.

Swoops's rotor!

- Come on, A.J., let's follow it.

- Yeah! - Yeah-ah!

Whoo-hoo!

*

Uh-oh, the rotor keeps knocking snow

off those mountains.

It's causing an avalanche!

*

Ooh, that was close.

- We've got to do something.

Swoops's rotor is getting away.

- Hey, I have an idea.

Let's use that giant ice block as a ramp.

If we drive fast enough on a ramp,

we can jump over the snow pile.

- Yeah! Let's go for it.

To jump over this first snow pile,

we need to drive this fast.

What number is this?

Nine, yeah!

*

- Help me speed up to nine.

Count to nine with us.

both: One, two, three,

four, five, six,

seven, eight, nine!

- Yeah-ah! - Whoo-hoo!

- We made it!

- Get ready, Blaze.

There's another snow pile ahead,

and it's even bigger.

- To jump over this pile,

we've got to go faster than nine.

We need to accelerate to this number.

14.

- Count to 14 with us.

Start at nine.

both: Nine, ten,

11, 12,

13, 14!

- Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

- All right!

We made it over another snow pile.

- Only one more jump to go.

- Whoa, but that's the biggest snow pile yet.

- To jump over this last pile,

we need to accelerate to this number.

20!

Count to 20 with us.

Start at 14.

both: 14, 15,

16, 17,

18, 19,

20!

- Whoa-oh!

- Ha-ha-ha-yeah!

- We did it!

- Check it out.

We made it over all the snow piles.

- Now come on.

Let's go catch that rotor for our pal Swoops.

- A.J., give me some speed.

[engine revs]

- Yahoo!

*

[gentle music]

- * Pickle and his friend, a little cloud *

* Splashing in the puddles, having fun *

* A playin' in the rain, whoo-hoo-hoo *

[laughs]

Hey, Crusher!

Are you sure you don't want to come play

under this little cloud?

We've got rain!

- Pfft! No!

I don't want to play under that itty-bitty cloud.

I've got a great big robo-cloud

that's gonna rain lots or water.

You hear that, robo-cloud?

I want water!

And lots of it!

[whirring]

Okay, now let's rain!

[ding]

Wait a second.

This isn't water.

These are...baby bottles!

[screaming]

[exciting music]

*

[beeping]

- Blaze, we're getting a call.

It's Gabby.

- Blaze, A.J.

- Hey, Gabby. How's Swoops doing?

- Well, he's kind of sad.

Take a look.

- [chirping]

- Sorry, little buddy.

I wish I could fly with you, but I'm still broken.

[sighs]

- Don't worry, Swoops.

A.J. and I are gonna catch your rotor

and bring it back to you.

We promise.

- Thanks, Blaze.

I know if anyone can help me,

it's you guys.

Good luck.

- [squawks]

[rotor churning]

- Wait a second.

That sounds like the rotor.

- Look, there it goes.

- Uh-uh, rotor, you're not getting away from us this time.

Race cars...

both: Rev it up!

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

[rock music]

*

Gaskets, look!

Swoops' rotor is flying right through those clouds.

- But those are storm clouds,

and they're making huge bolts of lightning.

Lightning starts when the drops of water

inside a cloud bump into each other.

- The bumping makes a kind of energy called

an electric charge,

and that electric charge shoots out of the cloud

as lightning.

- Whoa!

- If we want to catch up with that rotor,

we've got to stay away from the clouds

that have an electrical charge inside.

Those are the clouds that make lightning.

- Careful, Blaze. Two clouds up ahead.

- Hmm, look carefully.

Which cloud has an electric charge?

That one, yeah.

- Quick, go the other way, Blaze.

*

- All right!

We steered away from the lightning.

- Two more clouds straight ahead.

- Which cloud has an electric charge?

That one!

*

Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- Get ready, more clouds.

Which cloud has an electric charge?

That cloud!

[thunder rumbles]

*

Yeah-ah! - We made it!

[rotor churning]

- And look, there's the rotor.

It's just up ahead.

- Uh-oh, but it's almost at the end of the sky track.

- This is our last chance.

We've got to grab that rotor

before the sky track runs out.

- We need blazing speed.

[mechanical whirring]

*

[engine revs]

- To give me blazing speed say, "Let's blaze!"

both: Let's blaze!

*

Whoo-hoo!

*

- We got it!

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

*

- Hang on, Swoops! We're coming!

*

- [squeaking]

- What is it, little bird?

- [squeaking]

- Ah, Swoops, look!

- [gasps]

It's Blaze!

And he's got my rotor!

- Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- All right!

Now set it down right over here.

Nice and easy.

- One rotor, coming up!

- Perfect.

- [squawking]

- Okay, Swoops, now hold still

while I reattach it.

*

There you go, Swoops.

Your rotor will never come off again.

- Go ahead, Swoops, give it a spin.

- Okay. Here it goes.

Whoa!

- It's working!

- Yeah, look at me!

Look at me! I can fly!

Swoops-ah! Whoo-hoo!

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- All right! - [squawks]

- I'm flying. Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

- Yeah! - Go, Swoops!

- All right!

[gentle music]

- * Showering in the rain

* Getting nice and clean

* Thanks to my pal, the little cloud *

[laughs]

- Pfft, ha!

That teeny cloud could never rain

enough water for me.

[laughs]

Good thing I've got a super big robo-cloud

that can rain lots of water!

All right, robo-cloud, this is it.

I want all of the water you've got.

So let's rain!

[whirring]

[laughs] Here comes the water, Pickle!

[ding]

Wait a second.

That's not water.

That's spaghetti!

Ugh!

[sobs]

- [slurping]

Mmm.

That is some tasty rain.

Mmm. [slurps]

Mmm, mmm.

[laughs] Yum!

[quirky music]

- * It's Blaze and the Monster Machines *

* It's Blaze *
