That's the part that grabs onto broken vehicles.

To make the hook and cable,

Now we need the telescoping boom.

It moves the hook and cable up and down.

Now we just need the winch.

It winds up the cable so our tow truck can pull.

[siren blaring]

[horn honking rhythmically]

- Oh, Crusher, look.

It's Tow Truck Blaze.

- Tow Truck what?

- Okay, team, let's get to work.

- Attaching the hook and cable.

- Turning the winch.

Check it out. When the winch turns in a circle

it winds up the cable and makes it shorter.

- And the shorter it gets, the closer it pulls things.

[siren blaring]

[tools buzzing and clanking]

we're gonna have to get him out of that hole.

we can pull Stripes out of that hole.

The water's pulling on the panda with too much force.

and the more turning strength our tow truck has,

the harder it can pull.

To rescue that panda,

we need to increase our torque to five.

Our winch is turning.

- And look. We're pulling in the panda.

- We got him! - [chatters affectionately]

- Aww, you're welcome, little guy.

- Now let's go rescue the other pandas.

we need to increase our torque to seven.
