Now that I know those shells
are tied a Mexican drug cartel,

I can search H. Ruiz in
the DEA database, and...

here's Hector Ruiz.

A lieutenant in La Ola,

and owner of the warehouse in question.

If the cartel owned the warehouse,

then George Ramsey worked for them.

And maybe he was more than
just a maintenance man.

Maybe he kept an eye on
all of their contraband.

But when we broke in...

He knew he was outnumbered,

so instead of protect the
stash, he bugged out on his bike.

Almost running me over in the process.

So the cartel killed him
as punishment for fleeing,

and then dumped his body in the rubble.
