Welcome to the Colby Athletic Center.

ASHLEY: And this place is getting torn down.

CHASE: We've done a lot of salvage in the past.

But this place is gonna be cool with the cedar shakes.

Yeah, we'd go a little faster, but I shake too much, no doubt.

No way! Is that?

Oh, my gosh. Is that ours?

- Wow. - A little different.

I'm Chase and I lead the team. Ashley's my sister.

She's also the designer.

Ryan's my brother-in-law. He's my voice of reason.

Dixie and Jedi can handle any jobs we throw at them.

ASHLEY: It's a nice day for a paddle.

It's a beautiful day. Monday morning, isn't it?

Happy first day of summer, everybody.

Happy first day of summer. Time to get to work. Where are we headed here?

So, yeah, we are kayaking in to meet the Cornwall family

on East Pond in Oakland, Maine.

They have a camp up here.

They have a son, Andrew, and a daughter Anna.

Anna just graduated high school.

They're big into pole vaulting.

And right now Anna is sleeping in a tent on the front deck. She's what?

Sleeping in a tent on a front deck.

- Of the camp? - Yep.

She sleeps in a tent?

Don't judge her yet, it might be the best place in the camp.

We've seen that before.

She definitely has the best view,

but it's blocking the view for everyone else.

Hey, that must be them right there.

- Hey, guys. - Hi!

- How are you doing? - Great.

- Good. - Hi, welcome to East Pond.

Hi, I'm Alan Cornwall.

I'm Kim Cornwall.

I'm Anna Gardner.

We're the Cornwall-Gardner family.

So glad you're here.

This is kind of a dream of ours, actually.

We've had this camp forever in our family, 50 years,

and it's very tiny.

Our family's grown.

It's grown, yeah.

And Anna would like to get out of her tent.

I would.

ASHLEY: All right. Let's check this camp out.

What do you have here? - Come on up.

A very little camp with a tent for our daughter.

I heard about this tent.

ALAN: My grandfather bought the camp in July 3rd of 1970.

I lived out here every summer growing up,

and my kids now have that same passion.

This is their favorite place to come.

So you're the one that sleeps in the tent?

Oh, yeah. Welcome to my humble abode.

[ Laughter ]

So when you get inside, you're gonna see

we started doing some work because, you know,

we weren't sure if we'd be so fortunate to meet you.

So we took down the ceilings

and we met all the mouse poop and all the stuff.

- So you did all the hard demo? - Just a little.

Just a little of it, yeah.

I see that you have a track and field shirt on.

- Are you both pole vaulters? - We are.

Pole vaulters are a unique breed.

All right, we might need to see you guys

have a little competition.

Yeah. He's the one that got me into pole vault.

I, like, thought it was pretty cool.

And they're both pretty modest.

So in terms of the camp, is there anything inside

that you'd like to see,

stay the same or is there anything you want to keep?

I don't think I really want anything to stay this way. Okay.

[ Laughs ]

Are there any colors that you hate? The brown?

Oh, the exterior, right? - The exterior brown, yeah.

We're definitely... We started with white

because it's so tiny.

We wanted to brighten up, lighten up... Make it look bigger.

...as big as, yeah.

And we're definitely lighter.

I like yellow greens and blues.

I like the coastal. - Yellows, greens, and blues.

Yeah, we like the coastal look and feel

without the seashells, yeah. - The coastal feeling?

The coastal feel but on the lake.

Our big thing would be definitely a bedroom for Anna.

- Okay, get you off the porch. - Yes, please.

And a bathroom that we can actually use so.

Our bathroom's pretty tiny.

What are you looking to put into the project?

We're talking 30 to $40,000 so it's like $35,000. CHASE: Okay.

I think if it made sense to, you know, do something,

if you run into some amazing idea

and you say we could do more for a little bit more, let us know.

And when did it when would you like to have it back by?

I'd like to use it a little bit this summer, would be great. Uh-huh.

- Summer just began so. - Yeah.

I think we can get it back to you

by the end of summer, probably. That would be awesome.

Yeah, we're excited to get started.

I mean, the history of this is great.

We love the lake.

And we have full confidence and trust in them.

And know they're gonna do a fabulous job for us.

- She's a beaut. - I wouldn't say she's a beaut.

But then you get back here and they've got

a kitchen crammed in here.

Ew, this kitchen's horrible.

It's cut up in a very odd way.

This is a tiny bathroom, too.

For real, look.

You have to like...

To got to be really skinny to make it to the shower.

I'm definitely not fitting in there.

Putting the electrical box right above the toilet's

probably not code anymore.

- Sheesh. - [ Laughing ]

CHASE: On the outside of the camp,

we are going to take off the deck

and extend the living space.

We're gonna build a new deck off the side, new windows,

new siding around, and close in the back area.

We also need to jack and level everything

and get rid of these stumps.

We are going to just rearrange the interior, make layout

make more sense, tiny bathroom, tiny kitchen,

hallways when you don't need them,

and two bedrooms on the inside, one tent on the outside.

We're gonna make it three bedrooms and...

- One tent on the outside. - [ Laughs ]

...expand the camp.

All right, well, we've got a lot of tearing to do.

So you guys are gonna need to bring your trailers,

your dump trailers and stuff so.

Call the guys and get on it.

- We brought you a whole crew. - Good morning.

Today, we're at the Cornwall camp

and it's demo day, our favorite day.

Yeah, start by getting that tent down.

Then we'll get the deck pulled back

and we can start pulling down paneling.

We can start, just work our way forward.

Dusty and I will take down the tent.

Okay.

My job today is to take down the tent.

Hey, you want to make a bet? I bet we have this ripped apart

before you get the tent taken apart.

Actually, I might need you.

I'm not tall enough to get up there.

Oh, come on. You can't reach that?

Taking down the tent wasn't as easy

as I thought it was gonna be.

It's a little bit more high-tech than I'm used to.

I think it stays in there, Dixie. Are you sure?

I don't know.

RYAN: We're gonna have this camp down

by the time you get that tent down.

[ Laughs ]

Oh, that wasn't good. I didn't see that that was glass. [ Laughing ]

That didn't take long.

All right, I guess I'm gonna have to deal with that.

CHASE: I think Dixie, Brad, and Brian are working on

removing the deck.

I've got Brian, Gavin,

Sarah, and me removing the interior walls.

And Ashley's job is to take down the tent.

There you go, boy.

Hey, Chase? - What?

I was thinking maybe we could do beadboard in here. Okay.

Give it that coastal look.

Chase said yes to putting up the beadboard.

Good thing this wall is coming out.

Good thing they painted it.

We always say that doing demo is like an archeological

experiment, I love it.

Tells you a lot about the house.

Some spots, they did wrap in metal.

Then right below that two feet, they didn't flash it.

If they did a lot of things right

and they did a lot of things wrong.

- Oh, that's nasty. - Oh, they're disgusting.

So luckily, this whole wall's coming out.

We're gonna build a new platform here.

This will be all conventional framing.

So that we can widen the kitchen area and the common space.

We got lucky. This doesn't... This doesn't affect the time,

the budget or anything, it actually makes things easier

when you can pull it apart with your finger.

This whole wall is getting torn down so.

A few of the siding boards were rotted.

So we knew there was gonna be some rotting issues

where the deck was attached to the camp.

You know, up high enough. There's no rotted cells.

There's room to work.

I took some decorative screens down.

I'm gonna take it home and play with it,

see if I can make something out of it.

DIXIE: We don't want to entirely open up the gable end,

but we do want to investigate a little bit.

So as long as we can close up what we tear off,

we should be fine.

We're gonna want to frame another platform

that extends out to here so we can add a roof onto it.

Ow, ow! Ugh!

ASHLEY: What are you doing?

That just freaked me out. I didn't know what it was.

It was wet and slimy.

What is it?

Ugh.

Is that a trap of some kind?

It wasn't any... ugh, anywhere dehumidifier.

Moisture control and... [ speaks indistinctly ]

That was weird. - Where'd you find it?

I just picked it up to tell Chase something

it got slimy on my hands.

Then you freaked out and dropped everywhere?

Yeah. Made a mess.

The homeowners, they asked us if we could make sure

that their watering system they set up stayed running,

so we need to keep this pump running.

We need to get into the plumbing inside

and we need to keep electrical to it.

So we've just got to figure out a system that will keep the pump

running in order to keep the plants watered.

What's going on?

So this is their pump house.

- Which we have to keep. - Which we have to keep.

Those plants are gonna be a pain in the butt.

So back story is they ripped out

all the small... [ speaks indistinctly ]

...on the bank.

When to the RP, did the permitting,

came up with nice plants.

There's layers of mesh there that are tied down

all native to Maine plants, erosion control,

but it has to be water so they take.

But there's been no rain this year,

so we have to keep power on to that and we have

to keep sprinklers going.

What is the first thing we do, we do demo.

Shut water off, we shut power off.

Solution is we got... we're gonna run an extension cord

because it's plug-in

and we have a new designated outlet in the bathroom.

So every night we'll just make sure it's plugged in. Aah!

- Just kidding. - Jeez, man.

[ Laughter ]

You're really on edge today.

Dixie, you know, pretend to get electrocuted.

Ryan jumped, something fell on his arm, he jumped.

He's just... I don't know, some reason Ryan's on edge today.

Yeah!

- Occupied! - Smash it.

Three hours and look at this place.

So I think tomorrow plan on starting jacking,

getting it leveled out, working on that front,

I'll get a layout, I'll get the measurements,

get this laid out for you so you can jump on to that next.

And it's hot. I'm going swimming.

This demo went well. It has a good foundation.

They're gonna jack and level.

Probably just gonna be quick and Ashley's gonna be able

to spend some money, give it that coastal field,

lighten it up to leave in the top open

with the exposed boards and rafters

will give it that coastal feel.

I think she'll be really happy.

This morning, we're here at the Cornwalls,

and we're gonna start by jacking and leveling the camp

right down to bare bones,

so it should be pretty easy jacking and leveling.

Now that we've got the front of the building level across,

we're carrying up our sides.

As you can see where Brian's working,

there is a pretty good sag right there.

And we set our laser level up out front here.

And we've been going with a constant place to measure,

which is the bottom side of the floorboards.

We go up underneath, hit the floorboards,

and that's what we've been pulling our measurements from.

So we're trying to get 18 inches all the way around.

Another thing we're gonna do here

is if you can see none of the floor joists

are actually attached to the original structure.

So we're gonna scab on some pieces and try and sheer it up

and make sure that at all is fastened together

so you don't get a lot of deflection

or bouncing in the floor.

You know, we've opened that proverbial can of worms

and seen the innards of the camp.

The underside was really in good shape.

So we were able to just jack and level

and use what was there.

So we're off to a good start.

DIXIE: Here we are.

Today we're at Cornwall's on beautiful East Pond

here in Smithfield, Maine.

Today we're gonna be working on some interior walls.

Figured out a way to get the three bedrooms

in that small space,

so the interior walls are gonna be a little funky,

zigzagging, and creating some closets.

Okay.

♪♪

Huh, that's not that heavy, is it?

We've got the walls and the headers

erected out on our new floor system.

I've got basically the layout

for the four windows and the front.

Now we have all of our window openings done.

We've got all of our sills and our jack studs in

now you can kind of see what I was trying to achieve.

Next we'll probably strip the roof back a little bit

and get our rafters going.

So we're back in East Pond in Oakland, Maine,

and today is a great day.

Today, I retire from stumping.

What's up, Leo? How we doing, bud?

that can eat a stump up in no time.

What took me and Brad and Gavin and the crew three or four days,

it's gonna take him about three or four hours.

Just goes to show that when you have technology

and the resources to get the job done right,

you can do it.

No more stumping, leave it to the confessionals.

DIXIE: So we are here back.

Got another the other week at Cornwall.

Chase had shown up and giving us the go ahead

to remove a lot of the log

siding to make it a bit easier to install the new windows.

Pretty much, we've got it all framed up.

We figured we would just strip all that log siding

and do cedar shakes all the way around.

This week, we are working on getting the roof ready,

which it pretty much already is.

We're just getting ready to put some shingles on it.

We're almost roofed.

We've got some severe thunderstorms

rolling in this afternoon.

It would be very nice if we could get the roof done.

One less thing we'd have to worry about.

So I'm here at Chase's workshop today,

so I was trying to come up with something to do with this,

and then I had these paintings

that the guys found during demo.

I was thinking about doing a custom frame

or a mat for these paintings.

But you know what? I don't really like it.

Like, to me, they just don't go together.

I feel like maybe if I made a mat

and so what I'm gonna do is I think it will be cool

to contrast this metal with the wood.

And then I will call the Cornwalls

and just get some family photos.

And I think they'll be a nice addition to the wall.

Many people probably would've tossed that,

but it's got a cool design and I really liked it.

I was drawn to it.

So now we're gonna make some picture frames.

We'll do it 9 by... excuse me,

9x11.

So when they look at the pictures,

that piece of decorative metal will still be there

and remind them of the camp before it was fixed.

But now it's just a cool... Just a cool memory.

So we'll keep it like this. And you'll see the board behind it.

And then we can just we can attach the picture,

the family portrait, onto the metal.

It's a nice way to incorporate something

that otherwise would have been trash into a nice decoration.

- Let's make two more. - Let's make two more and then...

Maybe then we'll get to go swimmin'.

But this place is gonna be cool with the cedar shakes. Yeah, and the...

And then the off-white trim.

Yeah, and the gray.

What screams coastal more than cedar shakes? Nothing.

CHASE: We are back at the Cornwall camp.

The camp's been jacked and leveled.

We've extended this back to kind of incorporate

that covered porch, got rid of that entrance there,

give them more room for the bathroom.

The addition has been framed out.

The new roof carries right across.

So today we are working on building a new deck,

new entrance.

All the windows are framed out,

getting the corner boards on and electricians have been here.

All that's done

and everything has been framed up on the interior.

We got the daughter off the front deck

and she has her own bedroom now where the kitchen used to be

it's tiny, tucked in this corner over here.

And we moved that into the front here.

So we have fridge, wraparound kitchen,

part of the living space.

Bathroom was tiny,

electrical panel's was right above the toilet.

We kind of rearrange the hallways so they make sense.

People fit easily through them.

Master bedroom, still there, second bedroom's right here.

We enlarge the bathroom

and got a small closet space pantry area as well.

- Hi. - Morning, honey.

- What's up? - How's it going?

Did you pick this color out?

The cedar shakes I picked out.

You did a fabulous job. I think it's a beautiful color.

I think the shakes are gorgeous. They wanted a coastal feel.

Just what the homeowner wanted.

And what screams coastal more than cedar shakes? Nothing!

I mean, we could put a sailboat out there, but...

So this place is gonna be cool with the cedar shakes. Yeah, and the charcoal.

- And then the off-white trim. - Yeah, and the gray.

- It's gonna be gorgeous. - Yeah.

Hopefully, I want to see the inside.

You know, I had mentioned in the beginning because

they really wanted a coastal feel.

Let's just go for the beadboard that's, you know,

very, very coastal.

Chase said yes, right away.

I come here, they're whitewashing the beadboard.

I mean, I got my way. This might be the first time ever.

He said yes from the very beginning,

and it went all the way through.

CHASE: We've got a big group of people here today to work,

and we are focusing on getting the brown painted over,

getting all the trim boards up to start cedar shaking,

getting the front deck built

and starting to put in some cedar shakes.

Jedi and I are doing the siding.

I got to go get some more.

All right, yeah, coffee, you're right.

ASHLEY: So we're painting the back of the cabin gray,

but the rest of the camp is gonna be

a nice cedar shake and over time,

weathered cedar turns into that silver color.

So it will have a nice coastal feel.

Yeah, we'd go a little faster, but I shake too much.

Ashley's cranking right along, keeping me moving.

Sweating it out. - Uh-oh.

Uh-oh, what-o?

Dougie was fishing and he had a pretty heavy leader on it

and he caught the dock, so I mean,

that's a lunker, that's a keeper.

Oh, he called the diving board.

Eight weeks, we ordered those first thing.

No, we don't have eight weeks on this.

No, I know it's not your fault. No, I get it.

But we... we... That's not gonna work.

So everything's backed up.

The windows aren't gonna be here for eight weeks.

And we ordered all the windows

and we have an eight-week time on this thing.

And they're gonna come in eight weeks. Just go home.

Yeah, that's not going to work.

I tried telling him that.

I just got off the phone with Colby College

and their entire athletic center is coming down,

but we only have this week to get in there

and salvage what we want.

- They got windows? - No.

[ Speaks indistinctly ]

But they've got flooring.

They've got... you name it, they've got it.

So we're gonna everything done with

pop the windows in last minute.

[ Laughs ] Let's hope they come sooner, but. All right.

Worst comes to worst, but there's flooring there

we can so we can gather up some more materials for the camp.

All right. He's gonna... he'll let us know if anything else.

If not, we'll make it happen. I'm going home for the day.

We don't have enough trucks or people. [ Laughs ] [ Laughs ]

We are doing salvage at Colby College.

This is a huge undertaking.

We've done a lot of salvage in the past,

but it's mostly residential.

It's definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity.

RYAN: Hey, what's up, guys?

This is just a massive scale.

I mean, you come in here, this place, you know,

we could spend a month here.

Welcome to the Colby Athletic Center.

What you see is what's going.

So today we're gonna focus on flooring for Cornwall camp.

There's a bunch of racquetball squash courts over there.

We can start pulling those up, see how those go.

It's a lot of work to save a little bit of money,

but you can feel better at night because

it's not going to landfill. I mean, it's free lumber.

We also have the metal railing across the whole thing

that's bolted into place.

We can see how that goes.

I'd say general rule path of least resistance.

If you're working too hard to get it up,

either find another way or just move on to something else.

And we are scavengers. We rehabbers, we are redoers.

We are in Chase's wheelhouse.

We are in the land of moral love.

I haven't seen him so happy.

His happy meter is like way up here.

Let's talk about this, is this floor is worth the money

to save by pulling it up?

- Yeah. - Okay.

I mean, flooring's like $3 a square foot.

If we had to pay for it.

You get $3 there.

So when I first got here,

Chase and Sarah were working on the squash court

tearing up the floor,

so I jumped right in and helped them.

Hey, Chase, remember when Dad used to take us

to play this?

Wait a minute.

This is squash, not racquetball.

I don't know how to play squash.

Just wail it.

Hard as you can.

Ah!

Jeez, don't... Watch out for nails, though.

Maybe I need to go to the other court.

Six-year anniversary of my dad's death,

my dad would be in heaven here, this is all his... oh, yeah.

Like, he always got jobs like this.

He would be excited.

And now I'm gonna cry.

Chase is just like my father,

my father would absolutely be in heaven.

My dad wouldn't leave, I guarantee,

and my dad would have just a hard time leaving

as Chase is gonna have today.

We haven't even put a dent in this place. Not even a dent.

This floor,

there's no knots in it.

Where's all the knots?

- You can't have imperfections. - Oh, really?

Yeah. No, this is beautiful flooring. Wait, that's a thing?

They cherry pick wood like that to make...

Grading it, yeah, just like pine.

You look around there's not a single knot

in any of this flooring. - There isn't.

How are we gonna treat it? Are we gonna do anything to it?

Put it down just like this? - Yeah.

- There you go, folks. - There you go.

We haven't really put a dent in this.

We could be here for two weeks. We could be here for a month.

We could be here for a month.

We get one day, one day and one day only. Yeah.

Chase is probably having a really hard time right now

comprehending the fact

that he's gonna leave so much stuff behind.

We could be here for two months straight

and still not even begin to get everything.

So before lunch, we focused on this main basketball area.

We've got one floor up and there we got all the railings,

got floors out of the squash courts.

And now we are focusing on

get as much a variety of stuff as we can.

Trying to save a C for the Cornwall camp.

So today we're here at the Cornwall camp,

Elon and Gavin are working on getting us ready

to start putting some hardwood flooring down.

♪♪

You have to go through and grind off all the fasteners

and then restack it.

♪♪

It's going down pretty easy,

you know, it's good, solid base, it's a lot of little pieces,

but it's like a giant easy puzzle.

So we decided not to poly

or do anything with the main squash court floors.

They had to have been waxed or something

at one point along the line.

So they had the red paint,

which I thought was a unique feature.

They look good, they're solid.

So we decided to leave them as-is.

Typically, we like to have all our windows installed

before we do flooring and siding and interior sheathing,

but windows got held up a little bit.

We're kind of waiting on those,

but we've got to keep moving forward.

So the windows have finally arrived

and now we can get the trim down,

now we can get the siding done.

So the Cornwalls really wanted this to have a coastal feel.

Typically, a coastal feel,

I like to think of blues, natural colors.

I love the exterior. It's definitely coastal.

I just want to come and give it one final look over before I go

and get my design team together and get ready.

So we've got four days till we give it back

we have Gavin over here painting the siding.

Sarah is putting up the cedar shakes.

So inside we have all of the windows

finally got installed.

And then, of course, the squash floor

that we had ripped up from Colby College.

and then some repurposed basketball floor.

And here, this is nice. I like it.

Cool, this place is almost ready.

Yeah, we're finishing this up.

Brad's put the final two sides on this box, you know,

we kept all the plants alive, everything's good.

He's gonna put a roof on this and the front will slide open

so you can access this drain and get water when they need to.

If we had gone out and bought this flooring brand-new,

we probably saved, you know, 15 to $2,000.

The rest of it is just Eastern White Pine.

The match we left the bedrooms natural,

whitewashed the walls, painted the ceilings.

White to match with Cornwalls had already painted.

We did edge and center bead, wainscoting,

and then switched to halfway up.

Just to kind of give that cottage feel.

I'm just doing the traditional thumb latch handles

they're z-back doors,

and these ones are getting thumb latches

because they're hinged an opening like that.

So one of the last things we did at Colby

is I cut the C out of the basketball court

for Cornwall and it came out in one piece,

so I just framed it up, put some wire hooks on it,

and now it's ready to be hung on the wall.

We're here finishing up the cabin.

Gonna go hang up these pictures

and we're pretty much good to go.

So my team came in, did a fabulous job.

The place looks really great.

So the Cornwalls had a lot of furniture

that I was able to work with, we got a great bunk beds.

Big, huge, beautiful silver table.

I got some benches to complement that.

I got some accents.

Having it so white and bright,

we'll definitely have that coastal feel.

We had $35,000 and eight weeks

to get the project done.

They wanted to be able to enjoy it for a little bit of summer

and summer's still here.

ALAN: To come down the cove, it's a little tucked in.

So we were kind of trying to figure out which one it was.

And then we saw the windows. We were just excited about them.

We bumped out, you know, took the deck space,

jacked and leveled everything up,

brought it up probably six inches.

new windows right around the whole front.

ALAN: That looks so good.

ANNA: You can already tell it's so much bigger on the inside.

[ Laughter ]

And bright, I mean, these glass doors.

- So much brighter. - It looks awesome.

I'm dying to show the inside.

ANNA: I love the glass doors.

I think it gives it like a really beachy

look with my mom and I love.

and all the space that, you know,

you could feel the space and the openness

they'd be used as decoration?

- I love the countertops. - I love the countertops, too.

So the floor.

- Yeah, so the floor. - Let's talk about this floor.

Oh, goodness!

CHASE: So this was salvaged from the Colby gymnasium.

- No way! - No way!

They were tearing down the athletic center,

reached out, and asked if we'd like

to salvage anything. - No way.

And so, this is the old squash floor. This is the old squash floor.

- That is awesome. - You're kidding.

The whole crew went up there.

And that C is from the basketball court.

- Really? - Oh, wow.

That is so awesome.

So we cut it out for you.

- Oh, my gosh. - Wow.

That's really cool.

ALAN: First of all, the floors, I thought

these are kind of funky.

There's some orange or red and I didn't know what it was.

And then when I heard it was from Colby College,

I thought that was super cool.

And when I heard there were athletic floors,

'cause these two are some pretty amazing athletes,

I was just blown away.

ASHLEY: Remember, you had the old metal grate up there.

And when we tore it down,

I thought it was so... It's so nice.

I like the design of it.

So we actually cut it out and used it in picture frames.

Yeah, that's awesome. That's so cool.

And we know an important piece was getting

three bedrooms in the camp.

So we've got three bedrooms in the back.

It's so cute. I love it.

I have my own privacy now,

so I'm very happy to be off the porch.

We really needed an extra room

and very grateful to have an extra room.

So it's, you know, different... These were the squash courts.

This bathroom. This is way better.

It's so much bigger.

You knees don't touch the shower anymore. This is such a cute sink.

ALAN: I trusted them implicitly.

You know, I knew no matter what they did it would be better

and it's always better than you expect.

So you know, we're so happy.

I love it, this place...

Look at that view, you didn't have this view before.

Yeah, the views is... We've always loved the view,

but had to be outside to see it.

So this is just incredible.

And I just can't tell you how much it means to me.

This has been in our family for 50 years

and my grandfather loved it. - Yeah.

And he's created that passion in all of us.

And now it's trickled from, you know,

my parents to me and now my kids.

They love this place as much as me.

And this place is, you know,

it was gonna fall down at some point.

And now, it's a real cabin at the lake.

We can't say enough. It's so cool. I love the floors.

I love the windows.

That's what you do that's so amazing.

I mean, you're taking these camps

and preserving them for more generations.

It's just... it's a...

you can't put a price on that, really.

It's amazing. - I guess our work is done.
