I know we haven't
always seen eye to eye,

but I admire the stances

as a leader

in this damn world.

I threatened to resign
today.

To protect someone
else.

I was willing to lose
SWAT.

And they don't know
it, but I was not bluffing.

So what
happened?

The mayor backed
down.

So the heat's off of
us, for now.

You felt like you had to
sacrifice yourself

to make a
difference?

Yeah.

Yeah, because if we're all
out there trying to change things

for the better, then why
did Erika Rogers

have to pay a bigger
price?

Hondo, you can't
let that eat at you.

It'll only wear you
down.

How do you manage to push
through all the noise?
