=The Blessed Girl=

=Episode 27=

People are all

gathering outside.

They’re waiting for me

to make the decision.

People are

very forgetful,

especially those from Pingting.

It has only been a few days

since my son was executed by Your Majesty,

rumors about the defeat of Zhu Xi

have already traveled across Pingting.

Your Majesty, your Xisu Army hasn’t attacked.

But the arrival of Envoy Xisu

has given nearby dukes enough reasons

to betray me for the Envoy.

It has only been a few days,

but people seem to have forgotten

the meaning behind the name,

Marquis Pingjiang,

Zhu Xi, in the past decades.

They might have forgotten.

But I haven’t.

Your Majesty, if you haven’t forgotten it.

You shouldn’t have believed that

Xisu is a threat to Pingting,

or me.

Envoy Xisu,

what are you waiting for?

There’s something odd about this woman.

Once His Majesty chooses Zhu Xi,

we’ll be doomed.

Attack.

The Marquis and His Majesty have important matters to discuss.

Please wait outside.

You abducted the Emperor and

killed the envoys.

You’ve given the people of Suchuan enough reasons

to attack Pingting.

Pingjiang isn’t afraid to go to war with them.

Your Majesty might not believe.

But I never wanted to

take your place.

I just want to make up for

the sins I committed seventeen years ago.

I don’t want the monsters I created

to destroy Suchuan.

Make up for the sins?

You use lies and killing

to make up for

your past mistake?

Haven’t the Zhus and Pingting

had enough consequences from

your mistakes seventeen years ago?

You’re right.

The moment Your Majesty

brought that girl to Pingting,

I knew I was defeated.

Then do you know

why I haven’t punished you earlier?

Your Majesty, you’re waiting.

Waiting for the right moment.

Your Majesty, what you want is not my life.

You want Pingjiang.

You’re partially correct.

I not only want Pingjiang,

I also want you.

Rise.

Your Majesty, are you pardoning me?

I can’t pardon your sins

because your sins are also

the sins of the ancestors of Yuans.

Yin Xiao,

we must hurry and save His Majesty.

The Marquis and His Majesty have important matters to discuss.

Please wait outside.

Even if you have faith in His Majesty,

how about Zhu Xi?

Seventeen years ago,

he purged Pingting

because a few monsters

escaped from Fuyan House.

Once he sees

the opportunity,

will he make the truth, which can overthrow the Emperor,

known to the public?

His Majesty is

the chance for Zhu Xi now.

Yin Xiao,

what are you still waiting for?

I’m waiting for His Majesty to make the decision.

Stop hiding the truth.

No more lies.

If you agree on that,

you can take Fei Tian’s position.

I’m the one who killed Fei Tian.

You’re asking me to take her place?

You’ve already accomplished

her life-long ambition in Pingting.

On your knees.

From now on,

there’s no God in Suchuan.

Zhu Xi,

where is His Majesty?

Seeing the mark is equivalent to seeing His Majesty.

From now on...

Zhu Xi attacked Zhaodu.

He killed Fei Tian and plotted to kill the Emperor.

His crime can’t be pardoned.

In the name of Suchuan’s Grand Justice,

I now sentence Zhu Xi to death.

Master forbids you

from coming here.

Move.

Bring Yuan Yi to me.

Come.

Don’t be scared.

I’ll bring

Yuan Yi

to you.

Don’t be scared.

You have so much faith

in him, don’t you?

If he’s here,

no one can control you.

Don’t be afraid.

How’s the situation at Zhu Xi Mansion?

Master,

Yin Xiao has already killed Zhu Xi.

But His Majesty has disappeared.

It seems that His Majesty has already made the choice.

Things are going more smoothly than my expectations.

Since Zhu Xi’s dead,

His Majesty is missing,

and Suchuan will be chaotic,

Yin Xiao won’t sit back and watch.

He’ll have to become

the Emperor of Suchuan.

It’s time for the God Bestowal Ceremony.

Linglong?

Linglong?

Father.

You woke up?

It’s all right. It’s all right.

What happened?

A moment ago, I was

at Nianguang Pavilion, wasn’t I?

Yes.

You

were going through your mother’s memory.

Right?

Sneaky girl.

How could you leave me out of

such a good activity?

I was afraid you might be nervous.

What if my mother had a lover

in Pingting?

How can you take that?

Did she?

No.

I knew it.

-Are you hiding something from me? -Are you hiding something from me?

After you.

You’re really hiding something from me?

I was the one who asked first. Tell me first.

But you must stay calm

after hearing it.

Don’t be impulsive.

Okay.

Well.

My mother...

My mother...

My mother... She was...

She was…

She was transformed from a monster

by Weisheng Yan.

You...

You knew that?

How dare he?

He blamed all the accountability on Yuan Yi’s ancestors.

Yin Xiao is so silly that he believed him.

Father,

Yuan Yi...

Don’t even talk about him.

I don’t know what got into him.

The past scared the hell out of him?

Or has he gone mad?

Even if his ancestors

did those things 500 years ago,

what does it have to do with him?

It’s none of his business.

Go.

She’s being controlled.

Controlled?

Linglong,

can you hear me talking to you?

I’m your father, Huotu Xin.

Father.

He’s so weak.

Linglong.

Linglong.

What’s wrong with you?

Linglong, are you all right?

I...

I don’t remember.

I can’t remember.

Don’t worry. Calm down.

I’ll go find Yuan Yi for you.

Once he’s here, you’ll be fine.

I’ll go now.

Linglong.

Linglong.

Father,

why do you so desperately want to find Yuan Yi?

I transformed, did I?

I just transformed

but Yuan Yi wasn’t there.

What have I done?

Where’s Meng Zhan?

Linglong,

calm down.

Listen.

Listen to me.

Don’t panic.

Remember.

Weisheng Yan did this.

It had nothing to do with you.

Why are you

in a hurry?

Your brother killed Zhu Xi today.

His Majesty has bestowed my brother

as the Grand Justice.

Executing a law-breaking minister

is his right and duty.

Before Zhu Xi was killed,

His Majesty has bestowed him as Prime Minister

to take Fei Tian’s place.

When his head rolled under

the feet of the dukes of Suchuan,

its forehead still had His Majesty’s mark.

My brother

can keep everything in check.

No,

it’s really out of control this time.

Fine.

What do you want from me this time

in exchange for the solution?

No. No. No.

How dare I?

I’m

no longer

my past self.

But there’s indeed a solution.

I’m afraid

you won’t agree though.

Linglong.

Weisheng Yan,

if you don’t want me to kill you,

control me again.

Linglong.

Linglong.

Don’t get close.

Goddess,

what are you talking about?

Weisheng Yan,

I can destroy Nianguang Pavilion.

I can also destroy you.

I want to destroy

the plan you’ve been preparing

over the last 17 years.

Goddess,

how dare I keep you from doing what you want?

Besides,

my plan is already

in place.

It’s my gift to Yin Zhuang.

Linglong destroyed Nianguang Pavilion?

How about Meng Zhan?

Is Li Sha all right?

Li Sha is fine.

Weisheng Yan controlled her.

He used this.

What?

Those belong to

Goddess herself.

Don’t pretend you’re innocent.

I don’t know for sure.

But Meng Zhan wouldn’t lie.

Wait a second.

You two are being

very unreasonable.

If you think I controlled you,

how dare you

threaten me now?

Since the ancient times,

only the descendants of the Yuans can

control God.

I’m just an ordinary man.

How can I control God?

Was she controlled?

Or did she lose her self-control?

Can you tell the difference?

I’ve heard that

when Linglong transformed at Fire Tribe,

she didn’t recognize anyone.

How many people did you harm?

If it weren’t for the timely arrival of His Majesty,

even you, her father, might have...

Seventeen years ago,

you turned my mother into a monster.

You might have figured out

how to control her by then.

You knew this from his words.

I saw it with my own eyes.

Seventeen years ago,

you killed the previous Head.

Now, you used me

to destroy Nianguang Pavilion

and kill Meng Zhan

because they’re a hindrance to you.

I won’t let you have what you want.

Seventeen years ago,

you couldn’t destroy Nianguang Pavilion.

Today,

you won’t succeed either.

Nianguang Pavilion

will forever be with me.

Let’s go, Father.

Let’s go find Yuan Yi.

You

must get out of this damned place immediately.

Linglong mustn’t go with you.

What?

Linglong mustn’t go with you.

Why?

If she loses control again,

you’ll be in great danger.

Thank you for your concern.

Don’t worry.

I’ll be fine,

when I’m with Yuan Yi.

His Majesty is missing.

What?

Missing?

What do you mean?

I’ve sent people to search the entire city.

But we found no trace of His Majesty.

Yin Xiao,

are you all right?

It really has nothing to do with me.

What happened?

How could Yuan Yi disappear?

Today,

His Majesty bestowed Zhu Xi as the Prime Minister.

Yin Xiao killed Zhu Xi.

Yin Xiao,

what have you done to Yuan Yi?

Yin Xiao shattered the last shred of respect

Suchuan has for the Yuans.

From now on,

Suchuan will fall under

unprecedented turbulence.

Yin Xiao,

don’t worry.

There’re other ways.

Yin Xiao,

if you’ve decided to

give up on the Yuans,

Pingting has prepared

God Bestowal Ceremony

for you.

Weisheng Yan,

do you even hear yourself talk?

God Bestowal Ceremony?

The oldest ceremony in Suchuan.

God will light Pillar of Eternity

to select the new Emperor of Suchuan.

You controlled Linglong

because you want to replace Yuan Yi with Yin Xiao?

This is the only solution to

help the Yins out of this perilous situation.

If you agree,

I can give you everything you want.

No need.

Listen to me carefully.

Everything

you

want.

Trading with me

always brings mutual benefit.

Don’t even think about it.

No matter what you do,

don’t try to delude Linglong.

Only a fool believes you.

Linglong,

let’s go.

You can’t take Linglong with you.

Why can’t I?

I’ve met with Li Sha.

If you stay,

I can help you.

Help us?

Or help yourself?

Calm down.

His Majesty is not here.

If Linglong transforms again,

your situation will be dangerous.

Calm down?

That’s the only thing

you want to say to me, right?

This is our family business.

It has nothing to do with you.

Stay.

How can you stop me?

You’re now pointing your sword at me?

Yin Xiao,

calm down.

Huotu Xin,

we’re doing this for the sake of Linglong.

I can protect my own daughter.

I don’t need your concern.

Considering current menacing situation,

it’s not safe for Linglong

to leave here.

Menacing situation?

Who caused this?

I’ll fix it.

By using Linglong?

When it’s necessary.

No body leaves

without my command.

-Yes. -Yes.

I was wrong about you.

Fall back.

Don’t move.

You’re so good at

kicking down the ladder.

I have to applaud you.

Let her go first.

When you need her,

you see her as Goddess.

Now she’s in your way.

So what?

You suddenly turn against her.

Linglong and her father

left their hometown

to help you,

a bunch of strangers.

Wu Yuan,

listen to me.

You don’t understand the situation.

Shut up.

I don’t even care to talk to you.

Let them go now.

Wu Yuan,

if you dare to harm Yin Zhuang.

That’s enough.

Yin Xiao,

what happened 500 years ago is

more important than the safety

of your family and friends?

You don’t understand.

Yes, I do.

Save your high-sounding nonsense

to yourself.

We were

never friends to begin with.

We just happened to need each other.

Huotu Xin,

you don’t believe me now?

That’s not important.

Cut your nonsense.

Let them go.

I’ve killed her once,

I don’t mind

doing it again.

Stop it.

Wu Yuan,

don’t hurt her.

Let her go.

Stop it.

I’ll stay.

Linglong.

Father,

it’s fine.

I’ll just stay here temporarily.

Just like in the old days.

This isn’t the place

we used to know.

Yin Zhuang is right.

If I stay here,

she can help me.

Linglong.

Father,

go find Yuan Yi for me.

I’ll wait here.

My lord,

Zhu Qi is still young.

My lord,

please govern Pingting for him.

The moment Zhu Xi died,

you came to me with his seal.

Who’re you loyal to?

My lord,

we’re loyal

to Pingting.

My lord,

Li Sha is here.

If Goddess wants to leave with Li Sha,

should we...?

No, don’t stop her.

Let her go.

No.

Good night.

Wu Yuan,

thank you.

You’re welcome.

I just don’t like seeing

how the rich and nobles

exploit the others.

I’m not only grateful for

your helping Linglong.

Is this

for me?

It’s nothing.

It’s unimportant now.

(Huotu Xin)

What is not important?

Everything.

Actually,

I should have found it earlier.

If you found it earlier,

would you let me stay?

No.

Grandfather’s health

is doing well now.

You’re no longer held hostage

by Weisheng Yan.

I hope

you can leave this dangerous

and complicated place.

Go as far away as possible.

I can’t go.

I only left for one day.

Look how much trouble you’ve caused?

If I really leave,

you’ll turn Pingting upside down.

Where’s Yin Zhuang?

No matter where she is,

she’ll be safe

in Pingting.

She needs to put an end

to some matters.

She went to find Huotu Xin?

How do you know that she’ll put an end to it?

Don’t you want the same thing?

Weisheng Yan,

is all of this

a part of your plan?

Including the disappearance of His Majesty.

Since when,

we can’t even have a conversation.

Since when,

we’ve become

so distant.

I shouldn’t have

come here.

But deep inside me,

I still have

hope.

I know you don’t want to

hear about Weisheng Yan

or my brother.

But I didn’t come here

for them today.

You told me

not to sacrifice myself

for the benefit of others.

So, this time,

I came for no one else.

I came only for myself.

I’ll ask you one last time

for myself.

If you said anything

against your will that day,

even if it’s just a little bit,

then, please open the door.
