Mr. Kane.

Do you have my sd card?

I thought I'd double check the package first, if you don't mind.

Go for it.

He armed the molniya. Looks like he activated the movement sensor.

How much of a problem is that?

The russians built several gyroscopes in the molniya protection system.

The gyroscope in that device moves off the horizontal vertical plane...

In the equivalent, two pounds of c-4 is gonna go off of here and that won't be good.

Then turn it off.

I can't do that without the proper codes.

What the hell are you doing?

I told you I'd give you the package, there's the package.

Here, relax, have a drink.

That's russian vodka.

What do you need from me to unlock the code?

Nothing.

Lynch, it seems to me like mr. Kane doesn't want to cooperate.

Now might be a good time to kill him.

Enough! Just give me the codes.

They're kind of complicated.

Thank you. I'll be taking this.

I'll tell you what. I left the nuke at home, but the molniya is all yours.

We're ready for the briefing.

And this just came in from the cia liaison.

Surveillance?

Photographs of the guy you're looking for.

Elijah kane.

So, we are all on the same page.

All right, let's tell them.

Ladies and gentlemen.

For the past months, there have been uncounted unsolved murders.

Stretching from here in seattle to vancouver, canada.

Now these killings all appear to be related in one way or another...

To the death of cia agent marcus mitchell.

All the dead men are known criminals. Veronica.

Here's just a few.

Arnon grossman, milan saric, abdul hassan...

Bojan popovich, eli cohen, edi gogol and hamad hassid.

All of these men are either high-ranking gang members with international ties...

Or they're foreign mercenaries.

It was one man who's still alive, that we really need to find.

And it's this man.

His name is elijah kane and he has quite the history.

Started with the cia.

Then was an implant masquerading as a seattle cop.

Then he went back to the cia, where he picked up where he left off, dirty ops.

We believe he's connected to the mitchell death.

We don't know how, and we won't until we find him and we talk to him.

There is a war going on in our backyard, ladies and gentlemen.

And together, we're gonna do something about it.

Find me this man.

Yes.

Idolan the time is now.

You know where the meeting is.

Yes, we're ready.

We have a very small window before everything falls apart.

You understand that, don't you?

Yes.

You'll be marked from the moment you walk in to the zone.

We've anticipated that.

You need to do more than that.

Kane will have multiple layers of surveillance on you.

Even though he's working with limited manpower.

He knows how to stack his operators for maximum efficiency.

We'll take that into account, sir.

Make sure you do.

You ready?

All right, guys, we're close, idolan is on the move. He's watching everything we do now.

This is what the ghost wants.

And only him and marcus know what's on it, because it's otp encrypted.

No way of cracking it without the key.

Thing is, I don't really care, because when I kill idolan...

Whatever is on this is going to perish anyway.

I want you guys to get moving. Get out of here, I'll catch up to you, okay?

So what the hell do you want this time?

The publicity your investigation is generating...

Might have serious implications over the political future of the middle east.

If you divulge anything, if you shoot your mouth off, you will lose your job.

And go to jail, if you're lucky.

Okay, well, how about this?

Why don't you tell me what the hell is going on?

I've told you everything I can tell you.

Yeah, but I don't believe you. I don't believe a word you say.

Last warning. Back off.

See, I don't cover things up for anyone.

Don't tell me, tell him.

You've got to be kidding me.

So, you're elijah kane. You're a tough man to find.

There's a lot of dead bodies piling up, and they're all pointing at you.

Talk to your supervisor. Everything I do is sanctioned.

Looking for the same guys here.

Until I find out what happened to marcus mitchell, I'm gonna be following you around.

I'm gonna tell you again, please call your supervisor or your supervisor's boss.

I would appreciate it if you guys find out who I am and leave me alone.

That's why you brought me down here?

Don't worry, I'll take good care of it.

Don't bother, it's the ex-wife's.

Kane I arranged an exchange, there's an encrypted signature on the sd card.

Idolan can verify it contains the information he wants on-site...

So we can't give him a fake one.

Kane we're going to let the sd card lead us to him.

You set, sarah?

Yeah, we're clear and in position.

Kane johnny?

Well, if he's got any spotters around, they're definitely keeping their head's down.

I got nothing so far.

All right, good luck, guys.

Here we go.

Contact has arrived.

Nice day.

About time it stopped raining.

Won't last, never does.

Personally, I like rain.

It cleans the stink from here.

Kane who is it, sarah?

I got a hit, it's j.C. Treadgold, associated with quicksilver.

Where is idolan?

Where's magellan?

You knew idolan wasn't gonna expose himself.

Just like magellan.

And that's why we're sitting in the crosshairs and they're not.

You know I had my doubts that idolan even existed.

You don't believe in a ghost until you see one, right?

Well, I've never seen him and I believe.

Really? Never?

Think you'll see him today?

There's a first time for everything.

Why are you so interested?

I don't know, maybe I'm looking for a new job.

Are we gonna get this done?

Why not?

You look familiar to me, you spent time in pakistan?

No, never been abroad.

Bit of a home body, actually.

Yeah, me, too.

We're good to go.

Delivery confirmed, he has the package.

Idolan yes.

The delivery has been made.

Was the exchange verified?

Treadgold yes, the data is intact.

Have you extracted yourself yet?

We're in the process.

Go north to the border, I'll send gps.

Treadgold copy that.

There he is.

He's heading into the building across from the park.

All right, stay on him.

We're on it.

You take the package, I'm going in after him.

Johnny, you got a pick-up for castillo, just in case he's made.

Surround the perimeter.

Copy that.

Sarah, check for another exit from the building in case he takes off.

We're on it.

Take filter.

I'm not a cab driver, honey. I don't know where that is?

Turn here.

It should be just up ahead.

Whoa, whoa, whoa!

All right, I got my ears on.

Sarah kane, we had an accident.

Move! Move!

Cover, reloading.

We can't stay here.

Okay, listen, I'll give you cover fire, you make it to the stairs.

I'll meet you inside.

Okay. On my go, ready? Go!

Go!

Yeah, castillo's got his tail. I'm circling around, trying to get ahead of him.

Simms and sarah need back-up, they crashed.

Yeah, I heard the call. I'll find them.

Kane where are you, castillo?

I'm in the tunnel, below the main factory.

Kane all right, man, I'm almost on top of you.

There will be more.

Kane, I've been hit.

Coming for you, castillo. Where are you, man?

Castillo 200 yards... north entrance.

Kane okay, I'm coming to you from the south. Anna, are you in position?

Zemenko yeah, here he comes.

Kane, treadgold just took off. Looks like he's alone.

Kane where'd it look like he was heading?

Freeway.

All right, you go after him, I'll take care of castillo.

I'll catch up to you guys as soon as I can.

Don't pull up on him, try to take him on, because he might have a shooter in the car.

I hear you.

Hang on, cous, I'm here.

Catch the son of a bitch.

Operator what is your emergency?

There's been a shooting at 433 mercer, I need an ambulance right away.

I'm good until they get here.

Sorry, cous, I'll clean this mess up later, just don't die on me, you hear?

All right, give me some good news, anna.

I'm on him.

He hasn't spotted me.

We're on the I-5 heading north.

What do you want to bet idolan's across the border?

We've got 15 miles on you already, easy, and we're going fast.

All I gotta do is get up him before he crosses the border.

This is really starting to piss me off.

You know that boat he blew up? They found five bodies on it.

Kane's a rogue. Exactly.

I talked to the cia about...

Well, at least, I think that barach is cia.

I mean, they want me to share everything I know with them, but it's not a two-way street.

I don't get jack out of them.

Maybe they don't know much, either.

Yeah, that's what I'm starting to think.

I mean, it's obvious kane isn't working alone.

He's got support, it's covert, it's deniable.

Nobody at the cia wants to be held accountable for what he's doing...

But none of them want him to stop.

Do you have any information about what he's doing?

No, none, which means it's big and it's scary.

It's happening on u.S. Soil, which makes it illegal.

So, if anybody finds out and they get caught, the ramifications are massive.

But somebody thinks that it's worth the risk.

Fbi, seic, sloan's office.

The division chief.

Chief.

Thank you, sir.

Kane's been spotted.

It's all going down right now. He's heading north.

Do we have a go order?

No, division chief is making another call for that.

Is he running? Trying to get into canada, maybe?

Kane doesn't seem to me like the type of guy who runs.

But he is heading for the border. To get into canada?

To keep somebody else from getting into canada, but...

He's a big-time sniper, isn't he?

Yes.

Find the high ground around the border.

He's gonna need elevation if he wants to take that shot.

Get everybody to tech up, get a chopper standing by. I'll be right here.

I'm on it.

Step out of the vehicle!

Sarah, where the hell are you? The place is crawling with cops.

I'm in the north end of the building.

Someone's after me and I've run out of ammo.

Drop the gun! Drop it!

Listen to me. I got a guy on me.

You drop that! Drop it!

You don't understand! Drop it now!

Okay.

Okay, hands up.

Get down!

I just heard shots inside.

Wasn't me.

Simms that would be me.

We'll call this one a tie. Sarah, you still got your gun?

Sarah no, I'm dry.

Yeah, me, neither, but hang tight, I'm bringing one to you.

Sarah, move!

Nice.

Yeah, you owe me.

Here, here, here.

Johnny, we're on our way up. Set of wheels would be nice.

Wait for my signal.

Freeze! Drop the gun!

Look, he's still alive, okay?

I said drop the gun!

I said he's still alive!

Drop it!

Got him?

Stop resisting!

Dispatch, I gotta 133, request back-up. Officers down.

Then I'm just waiting on a... That might be it, hang on.

I'd recommend against taking kane into custody.

Wow, that's a big surprise.

It's just gonna complicate things.

Look, I know you got a special set of problems, but so do I.

Okay? I need to find out why marcus mitchell died.

In order to do that, I need to talk to elijah kane.

Sloan.

We found it. If he's gonna take a shot, we know where it is.

That was the go call.

I guess I'll see you soon.

What do we do?

We get the hell out of here.

We can't just leave him.

We have to.

For now.

Come on, come on!

Graves! Graves!

Sarah?

Oh, my god, thank god it's you.

What the hell are you doing here?

Working with kane.

No, no, no, kane and you resigned from the force.

Yeah, I know we did. I need you to trust me.

We need your help right now.

All right, but why do I have a sinking feeling about this?

I know who shot those cops.

Where are they?

We saw him headed south in a blue van.

Is he with kane, too?

Yeah, and so is that guy. You need to release him.

No, I gotta keep him until I know exactly what's going on here.

Look, tell kane to get in contact with me, as soon as possible.

Let's get out of here.

Come on, come on.

Where are you now, anna?

I'm seeing signs for the border crossing. About two miles out.

I'm five or six miles behind you, I don't know if I'm gonna make it.

Want me to try to take him out at the border?

Last resort only. Just see if you can get close.

I've got the closest border crossing, I want to find some high ground here.

Passes are current. Pull forward, sir.

He's in the line now. You've got five minutes max.

You got a window to get him if you need to?

No, he's too close to the border guards.

That'd be too much collateral damage.

Well, this isn't a suicide mission, man, just get as close as you can.

See what you can see across the border, I'm gonna need some help with reading the wind.

Okay.

Kane anna, how are we doing?

You got three minutes. Did you get close enough?

Don't know yet.

We got a new black cadillac on the canadian side.

Looks like he's got diplomatic plates.

Can you get a closer look?

Yeah.

Party! We're gonna be so stoked!

I know, oh, my god.

Come on, come on, come on.

Kane okay, anna, I'm on top and about a mile and a half out.

That's a hell of a shot in these conditions, kane.

Yeah, you got that right, but it's do-able.

They'll never see it coming.

What about the caddie?

No movement, definitely diplomatic.

Looks like just one driver.

What's the wind doing there?

Still up.

Kane I'm looking at the flags on top of the border control building.

Looks like seven to ten miles an hour full value, long due north.

Kane, he's pulling up to the window.

What's the purpose of your visit to canada?

Trade mission.

Good, then.

Thank you.

Kane, send it.

I've got a funny feeling about this one.

I want to know what the hell is going on here.

They're letting him through. Kane, you gotta send it.

He's pulling over.

He's getting out, kane.

Moving towards the caddie.

That's idolan. Yeah, I know him.

We have some unfinished business.

Kane but I can't let him get that card.

Did you hear that? Anybody get a plate?

No, I'm trying.

Across the street!

Where the hell is he?

We searched all the access points on the map.

Well, it's obviously not on the map, is it?

Sky one, we need a grid search around the bridge.

Black yukon, single occupant.

Pilot copy that. Over.

All right, this is what we're gonna do. Everybody go back the way you came.

Look for something access points not on the map. Let's go! Move, move, move!

The guy's a goddamn ghost.

We'll get him.

All right, everyone, listen up, if you can hear me, we've been compromised.

Everything sideways.

Get underground, get safe and get going.

I'll find you. Kane, out.
