Prince

Do we really have to

make an alliance with the ailing Lord Anping?

He is down and out now

and can't even go back to this capital

What's his use?

What's more,

You made an alliance with him through the undercover of Xie's family

But we have already

had a secret agreement with Cheng's empress

She is also of Xie's family

If Lord Anping really becomes the emperor,

then the empress will become a widow

Can she agree?

Xie's family made it clear early that

he is not loyal to Xie's family and empress

but Lord Anping of the royal family

In this case,

how could he let empress know that?

Then

Who are we going to cooperate with?

We cooperate with both of them

And

we will not really cooperate with them

Well

Send a message to Princess Yuzhang

we meet in Luyuan Garden in the southern suburb the next day

Yes, sir

You Again?

What is the matter?

You old man doesn't welcome us

Our prince is your distinguished guest

The cousin of Princess Yuzhang

will marry our Prince Hulan

We will be distant relatives anyway

Cut the crap

What's the matter?

Tell Princess

Luyuan Garden in the southern suburb during from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. the day after tomorrow

Go

What exactly do you mean by that?

Tell your princess word for word

Luyuan Garden in the southern suburb

This mother and daughter are really pitiful

I finally understand

why did Princess help them

No matter what is on Helan Zhen's mind,

there should be results in a few days

I hope it's good news for Qian'er

Princess

Princess, a moment please

Princess

Housekeeper

What happened? Why are you in hurry?

Just now, that Hulan's...

The general of Hulan came again

He let me pass you a word

What is it?

During from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. the day after tomorrow...

Luyuan Garden in the southern suburb

Assassins!

Assassin! Somebody!

Don't kill me. Don't kill me

Help

Stay back. Stay back

Assassin! Somebody!

Are you having nightmares again? Assassins!

Assassins!

Somebody, what's wrong?

Assassin. Your Majesty

Let go of me. You got a good look

It's me. It's me

I'm here

Come on, somebody

Hurry up!

I had that dream again

Someone is trying to hurt my child

I'm here

Calm down

Why are you kneeling here?

Call the imperial physician

Go

Yes, sir

It's okay. It's okay

It's all right, dear

It's okay. It's okay

Come on, imperial physician

Look, what happened to her?

Give me

Your Majesty

Your Majesty

I'm here

Will our child be all right?

Of course

I just dreamed

someone stabbed me in the stomach

I suddenly had abdominal pain

Someone must be trying to hurt me

and our child

Your Majesty

You must take good care of me

and our child

This is the royal son of me and you

He will have good luck

How can Her Majesty suddenly be like this?

Was she poisoned?

Report, Your Majesty,

Her Majesty has no symptoms of poisoning

I took the pulse for her

Her pulse condition represents internal heat, and expansion of pulse channel

Heat and blood inside her are abundant

Therefore, the pulse condition fluctuates greatly

There is an image of habitual abortion

Her fetal condition was unstable before

After she was frightened in this dream

The evil spirits born inside her

I applied acupuncture for pacification

Now the unborn baby is safe and sound

But in the future,

Her Majesty needs to have a good rest

and try to relieve her worries

That's good! Good!

Do you hear it?

It's okay

You can go back now

Thank you, doctors

I am leaving

I am leaving

Come on

Get up

I'll feed you soup

Today

I have two great things to announce

Wang Su of Wang's family, come forward to listen to the imperial edict

Wang Su, receive the edict

General Song Huaien, come forward to listen to the imperial edict

Song Huaien, receive the edict

Wang Su

Great and unparalleled talents and scholars

will officially take over as Wang's householder today

Conferred as Lord Jiangxia

and Jiangxia Mansion

Song Huaien

has outstanding meritorious service

Conferred as Suyi Count and Rightwing General

and 70 miles of land

and Suyi Count Mansion

Wang Su, Song Huaien

Thank Your Majesty for your grace

You may rise

By the way,

This is not only the great joy of the two of you

It is also the great joy of Lord Yuzhang

One is his wife's brother

One is his brother-in-law

Mr. Xiao,

is that right?

This is the pleasure of mine

also the joy of Your Majesty,

the court

and the country's joy

Great statement

Fair enough

I have one thing to announce today

If it can be achieved,

it must be a blessing to me and the people in Jiangnan

The floods Jiangnan have disturbed Cheng for many years

Millions of people are displaced

The plague rose and starving people fill the land

This time,

I decided to cure the problem from the source

I will allocate five million gold for disaster relief and water control

Five million?

Now the national treasury can't make ends meet

Where can we get so much money?

To eliminate the flood

This floods in Jiangnan have plagued people for hundreds of years

Everyone can't do anything about this much water conservancy

Is it so easy?

In the end, it's just unsettled

Today, Empress Dowager and Lord Yuzhang have jointly recommended the candidates

by sending Lord Jiangxia Wang Su

Suyi Count Song Huaien

go to Jiangnan to control water together

Wang Su, Lord Jiangxia, also serves as the Governor of Rivers and Channels

Supervisory Censor, with minister rank

Suyi Count Song Huaien as the deputy governor

and the censor

Do you two

have the confidence to be competent?

Song Huaien, receive the edict

I will set my mind to share worries for Your Majesty

Lord Jiangxia

Your Majesty

Do you have the confidence

to eliminate flood in Jiangnan?

I receive the edict

Good

Your Majesty

The emperor just sent someone to tell that

empress was frightened last night

and does not feel well

Maybe

she can't come and greet you in these days

What trick

does this woman play again?

Does she try to demonstrate to me by using the unborn baby?

No one knows if it's a boy or a girl

So what if it is a boy

I will never let anyone of Xie's family

ascend to the throne of crown prince

But in my opinion,

the emperor attaches great importance to this child

Anyway,

this is the emperor's first child

So what?

The emperor is my son

He never imagines to disobey me

Xie's family wants to turn over through this

What a wishful thinking!

Concubine Xie couldn't do it that year

Now her niece is lucky to be Empress

But it is absolutely impossible

I just inquired about it

I heard that many imperial physicians were called hastily

to the Zhaoyang Hall last night

It is better for an abortion

That will save me the trouble

Your Majesty

Mammy has just told me that you dreamed last night

What about it?

As you said,

it implies an inauspicious sign

Is there any way to break it?

Well

Well

All right

Mammy

Yes

See the master off

Yes

Your Majesty, it's time to drink medicine

It implies an inauspicious sign

Xiao Qi?

That's him

It must be him. Your Majesty

Nichang think

you mustn't rush it

Think about it

What if it's just that Taoist priest making this up

and that makes you sick

No

Mammy said

he has always been very accurate in interpreting dreams

What's more,

I would rather

believe it

I will never let anyone

hurt my unborn son

He is not only my child

but also the hope of Xie's family

Whoever he is

I won't allow him

Master, master

Someone is requested to see you

Didn't I tell you

I want to be alone?

It is Princess Yuzhang who sent someone to ask for something important

Awu?

What's wrong?

Lord Jiangxia

Princess asked you to meet at Ci'an Temple tomorrow

I get it

A'yue

Yes

Princess

Yuxiu

You should have a good rest

She

is born to work hard

She can't be idle all day

Where's Jin'er?

She is ill

What?

Has any imperial physician came?

Yeah

The doctor said it wasn't a serious illness

She will be better after taking some medicine

It's freezing cold

Hurry up and tell the kitchen to make something nutritious

and send more charcoal fire over there

Yes, Princess

All servants say

Princess is the best householder

Yuxiu is right

Ayue is honey-lipped

When Yuxiu gets married,

your accompany

will make me feel less lonely

Sis Jin'er

Sis Jin'er

What are you doing here?

Princess heard that you had cold today

She specially ordered us to bring some

tonic for dispelling cold and keeping warm

These are the best

Sister, eat as soon as possible

and you will get better soon

Put it here

Princess said

she will come to see you soon

Thank Princess for me

and ask her not to worry

It's just a minor illness

I will be all right in a couple of days

Sister, we are leaving

You drink the medicine quickly

Aren't you

the close companion of Princess Yuzhang?

Since you serve empress

Don't pretend to be virtuous girl with me here

Any woman that I have a crush on

I will make sure to get her

That man is the devil

I don't want to see him

I don't want to see that devil

Is there anything?

Lord

Lord

There's something

related to Princess

and the Hulan envoy

I thought for a long time

and dare not hide it from Lord

Please

Aunt Xu

I'm wondering

People burn incense and worship Buddha so piously

Can Buddhas and Bodhisattvas really hear them?

Even so,

can it really follow people's wishes?

My answer is yes

Otherwise, how can the nunnery keep alive?

Last year's birthday

all my family got a reunion

I made a wish at Ci'an Buddhist Nunnery

I wished everything would be safe

But in a few days,

Princess

thousands of people worshiped Buddha

But Buddha only has a pair of ears

He would inevitably lose sight of one another

But the so-called sincerity would make it happen

Just pray sincerely

and Buddha and Bodhisattva can finally hear it

This time, I think

Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will surely bless Su in peace

From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the day after tomorrow

Luyuan Garden in the southern suburb

Lord

I think it's important

and really dare not hide

I am also worried that Lord and Princess will be angry for this

I see

You may leave

Yes, sir

It's in an awkward predicament

Qian'er

Qian'er

Qian'er

Mother

Here comes the opportunity. Here comes the opportunity

Opportunity?

Lord Yuzhang returned home?

I just saw

Lord Yuzhang went to Wang Xuan angrily

Since he went to her place,

what about opportunities?

Think about it

He stormed off there

Will he stay with her tonight?

If mother were here,

she'd tell you the same thing

Princess

Previously

I also dreamed of aunt princess

She asked me to take good care of you

Lord

Lord, you're back

Aunt Xu

I have something to say to Princess

I...

What's the matter with you?

Aunt Xu

You can go down first

Yes, sir

What's wrong with you?

Do you have anything

to tell me?

Awu

Is there anything you want to say to me?

I don't know what you mean

The southern suburb of Luyuan Garden in the period from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the day after tomorrow

Don't you understand either?

You spy on me

I'm not spying on you

How do you know that if you do spy on me?

Why did you

meet Helan Zhen behind my back?

Right

He is in the capital now

He'll back down

But don't you know who he is?

I went for Qian'er

Qian'er?

The emperor has promised

As long as Helan Zhen changes his mind,

Qian'er won't have to go to Hulan

So is it okay to do anything

to save her?

You don't trust me

This has nothing to do with trust

You have no attachments since childhood

and have been alone in the world

But I'm not

I am a member of the Wang's family

Do you understand the meaning of family?

Okay

Wish you get what you want

I'm freezing to death

Is he coming or not?

Brother-in-law

Qian'er

What are you doing here?

I thought

that I will marry to Hulan far away soon

The road ahead is uncertain

I am very scared

So I came out for a walk

Brother-in-law

I want to talk to you

When I get married,

I'll never see my brother-in-law again

Brother-in-law

Can you accompany me?

I am really scared

I am so cold

Brother-

Your Majesty

Your Majesty

What's the use of this tonic after drinking so much?

Your Majesty, please calm down

The unborn baby

is probably a little crown prince

That is the emperor of the country

Lord Yuzhang

cannot constrain him

What is it?

I'm so angry. I'm so angry

I'm so angry. I'm so angry

Qian'er

It's all mother's fault

What's the bad idea? How's it going?

The freezing cold wind is biting

I have waited on the roadside of the garden

for an hour

When I met with him,

Lord Yuzhang

didn't even look at me

What a shame!

Maybe he knows that you have special identity

so he stayed away from you

In Langya,

those family dudes were all around me

Lord Yuzhang is not blind

Why is he so cold to me?

Okay, okay

I know that you have been wronged

He has only been married with Wang Xuan for two years

They still have deep affection

In a few years when

Wang Xuan gets old,

she will definitely be left out

As long as you marry into Lord Yuzhang's Mansion,

and give birth to a son or a girl,

you will definitely make Lord Yuzhang tempted

Mammy

Yes

Say it

Are Princess Yuzhang and I

born to restrain each other?

I only know that

you are the empress of Cheng

You are the most noble woman in the world

There is no woman

can compare with you

Something

is so far back that I've forgot it

By the way,

Princess Yuzhang

used to be my bosom friend

Back then

I called her Awu

She called me

Sister Wanru

On the day I get married,

you must come and see me off

I'm from Xie's family

I should accompany him to marry you

I don't care

I think of you as my mother's family

In the future, if Zitan bullies me,

you can't stand up for him

Look at you,

as if you wish you were married now

Aren't you ashamed?

Not at all

Ashamed or not?

Not at all

Are you ashamed? Are you?

No, not at all

Every time I entered the palace,

she always liked to follow me

She kept calling me sister Wanru

She was close to Zitan

They were innocent playmates

She even

asked the last emperor for letting

her choose her own husband

I used to think

she would be Princess of Zitan

And I

would marry a prince of a noble class

Maybe in that way

I could still be her sister Wanru now

instead of

a life-and-death enemy

Now,

it's like ages have been passed

Your Majesty, don't be sad

I have been there

for so many times

Her last name is Wang and my last name is Xie

We are destined to be at loggerheads

If I am soft-hearted,

or care for old feelings

Then the aunt's past

will be my future

Your Majesty, you are not Concubine Xie

You are the hope of Xie's family

Right

Now I

am the only hope of Xie's family

For the Xie's family

and my unborn son,

I must never be a woman's soft nature

Awu

Is there anything you want to say to me?

Luyuan Garden in the southern suburb

From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the day after tomorrow

Don't you understand still?

Why do you want to

meet Helan Zhen behind my back?

Okay

Wish you get what you want

Xiao Qi

How can you understand

I'm not only your wife

but also the daughter of Wang's family

Qian'er is my sister

I can't stand by and watch

But you can rest assured

I would never do anything to hurt you

Princess, carriage is ready

I will go to Ci'an Buddhist Nunnery to pray for my brother

I will eat vegetarian meal there today

Yes, Princess

Let us go. Stay safe

Yes, sir

Go

Princess, Aunt Xu

Have you ever thought

the old housekeeper is strange today?

He has done a bad thing

So he cannot be at ease

The old housekeeper is loyal to our mansion

What bad thing can he do?

The meeting between Princess and Prince Hulan

was told by him to Lord

That was him

So Lord

did not send anybody to spy on me

What should I do now?

Now that Lord has known about it,

he will not let it go

Princess, in my opinion,

you should just stay out of this

Since I want to help,

how can I give up halfway?

We cannot be led by Helan Zhen on this matter

Do not worry, aunt Xu

I have my own plans

Yes, sir

Princess, it seems you have a plan

Not really

It's just a gamble

Success or failure depends on God

Respected Princess Yuzhang

You don't have to, senior Buddhist nun

Lord Jiangxia has been waiting for a long time inside

Princess, please

Awu. Brother

Don't move. Let me look at you carefully

Why have you lost weight again?

Did Xiao Qi bully you?

Tell me

I will stand for you

Can't you say something nice about Xiao Qi?

You can't stand it when I just say one thing

You heartless girl

When I go to Jiangnan in the future,

you can't find me even you want to

You

I can find you when you walk to the horizon,

believe it or not?

You two

enter the hall after a short break to worship Buddha

and pray for aunt princess

Got it, senior Buddhist nun

I'll get ready

and go ahead with aunt Xu

Senior Buddhist nun, go ahead

Come on

At my surprise,

it's exactly the same here as when my mother was here

Indeed

Senior Buddhist nun

is diligent in wiping it every day

and don't make here dusty

Have a seat

Brother,

I have something to show you

What is it?

Do you remember this?

Brother,

You can't throw this

Awu has glued it for you

Awu believes you

You can make it one day

How can I forget?

I spent three years

on this water control strategies

I didn't expect you to be so thoughtful

and kept it for me

Awu always remembers

water control is your preoccupation

Time and circumstances are different,

I am already

not that ambitious teenager

What do you mean by this?

Do you

want His Majesty to withdraw his edict?
