[Unique Lady 2]

[Episode 22]

Xi Que, are you done?

Almost. Almost done.

Hurry up!

Miss.

We have taken

whatever we can here.

Is there an owner?

It's okay.

Didn't we leave our money here?

Miss.

Why didn't we ask the guards

to buy these from the town?

You don't know.

How would the vegetables in the town

be fresher than those in the country?

These are pure organic vegetables.

Moreover,

picking them by yourself is like having a farm visit.

Aren't you feeling excited?

Excited.

Look, our lives are so boring these days.

If we don't find anything interesting,

we will become old ladies in a few days.

I don't want to become an old lady.

Run!

It tastes really good.

Of course.

I wonder how's Zhong Wu Mei.

He has so many things to do.

I'm not sure if he has time for them.

Zhong is smart and decisive, he will surely settle them.

You just have to eat and drink comfortably here,

so that he won't worry about you.

That will help a lot.

You're right.

Instead of worrying, I should enjoy myself

and let him be at ease.

There's a full moon tonight,

it's time for me to start my journey of becoming an immortal.

I'll start

after they fall asleep!

Stop wasting your energy.

This is the Immortal Rope.

Even you have spent all your power,

you still can't untie it.

You are such an important guest.

I'll greet you with this.

You...

Why?

Do you feel that this is familiar?

Why do you have the Immortal Rope?

Who are you?

Head, did you recall something?

You're right.

My ancestor is a master in your clique too.

Speaking of which, I'm kind of related

to Head.

But we, the Jin clan,

would not accept the guy who betrayed.

Stop your nonsense!

How could you insult Master's kind acts?

What's your purpose

of confining me to this place?

Head, that sounds too serious.

I brought you here

because I have something to learn from you.

Learn from me?

Is this how you treat a guest?

This...

Forgive me for not being gentle.

But everyone knows

that the Head of Tian Yi Clique is highly competent.

If I didn't do this,

I wouldn't be able to bring you here.

You...

Why is this bead

with you?

I got this bead

from their ancestor.

However, I'm not well-cultivated.

I couldn't initiate it.

So I hope that you will give me some advice.

The bead

is a secret of Tian Yi Clique.

Though I'm the Head,

I don't know either.

What about Elder Cang Jian from your clique?

My senior will not tell you, either.

I heard

that 100 years ago,

you stole the crystal bead

from your junior, Hua Ying Xue,

and broke the enchantment.

After that, this bead went missing.

Your senior

was punished because of this too.

Is the bead with him?

You're such a pretty fairy with a strong will

Wouldn't it be a waste if Tian Yi Clique loses such a

beautiful lady?

Today, even if you kill me

you won't get any information.

Someone will eventually

take over my position.

You...

Just give up!

Well then,

I'll look forward to it.

Miss, you... What's wrong?

I'm experimenting with the bead.

The hint from Hua is water.

So, I'm thinking

if I can cry it out.

You've scared me.

Miss,

why don't we try again tomorrow?

Miss!

Try again tomorrow.

No way.

Now it's the night of the full moon.

I'm must get the bead out as soon as possible.

I don't believe it. I can definitely make it.

You can go to bed. Don't worry about me.

Just go.

But, Miss,

you...

Alright, good luck.

I got your back.

No?

Normally,

a person will release all his energy

when he reaches his limit.

Is my body not in the right condition?

How is it?

Maybe I'm not skillful enough.

Stop.

It's been so many days

and you haven't find the approach to initiate it.

Haven't you realized that a page in this book is missing?

What?

Blast!

It turns out to be a fragment!

I'm too careless.

I gave you so much time!

Now, you're telling me that this book is lacking a page!

I'll wait for a few days more.

If you still can't find the way of initiating,

I'll get my bead back!

Wait a minute!

Even the Head of Tian Yi Clique doesn't know.

Then, we can only spend our time

looking into Zhong Wu Mei for it.

Head of Tian Yi Clique?

Did you...?

You're right. I brought her here to ask about this.

Who knew

that even the Head doesn't know the way.

Seems like only the Zhong family

knows about the secret of this thing.

Zhong Wu Mei's

weakness

is her.

Why do you look at me like this?

Are you trying to see if I'm worried or anxious?

You're wrong.

Since I returned to Sheng Jing

as Prince Qi Yu,

no one could threaten me anymore.

Your Highness must be joking.

How dare I threaten you?

I'm just thinking

that Zhong Wu Mei will find out the loss of the bead

in a few days.

And you

will become the one who saved a treacherous man

and stole the bead.

What's wrong with him knowing?

Now, our Qi Yu is so powerful!

He daren't act abruptly!

Of course.

You'll never know his tricks.

It's better to plan beforehand.

Master, news from our spy.

Someone poisoned the downstream of Sheng Jing River.

And the place that it flows by

is Qi Yu Village in Sheng Jing.

There are already villagers who are seriously poisoned.

I've heard that a few days before the poison,

Prince Regent sent his man there.

As expected,

he made his move.

Let's go and have a look.

How dare you, Liu Xiu Wen?

You're getting more and more arrogant.

Since we were on the same boat,

how can you give up in the middle?

If you find out

that the one who is destroying your Qi Yu Village

is your enemy that you've forgotten,

will you be more motivated?

Your Highness.

There is news saying

that villagers in Qi Yu Village are causing trouble.

Is it because of the interruption of the river?

More than that.

Seems like someone poisoned the downstream of Sheng Jing River.

This is a big thing, very unusual.

I wonder who poisoned it.

Zhang Ji!

Prepare the horse immediately.

Yes!

Brother!

Zi Yun?

Why are you back?

On my way here,

I heard that there's a big incident in Sheng Jing.

They say that you're into girls

and you chased Sister-in-law out.

Are these real?

That's not the case.

These are acted out by Jing and me.

Indeed.

This...

What's wrong with this?

Someone must have changed it during the Sacrificial Offering Ceremony。

The loss of crystal bead

causes the interruption of Sheng Jing River.

Brother.

One more thing.

What?

The Head, Master Hua Ying Yun is missing too.

Now, the crystal bead has been stolen

and the Head of Tian Yi Clique is missing.

Looks like

their purpose is to initiate the crystal bead.

It's all my fault.

I shouldn't bring my bead out that day.

I'm indeed good at nothing but making things worse.

Don't blame it on yourself.

The one who abducted Jin Chen in a mask

must be Prince Qi Yu, Liu Xiu Wen.

He's well-trained in martial arts and he's good at assassinating.

It's normal for you

not to realize it.

Zi Yun.

You are the Princess of Sheng Jing,

also the protector of the treasure, chosen by His Majesty.

Now,

the worst scenario had happened.

The only thing we can do

is to be responsible

and stop this crisis.

Do you understand?

Then, what should we do?

For now,

we should look for Hua Ying Chi and save the Head.

Then, we'll see if he has any approach

to find the bead back.

But he locked himself up.

Once he enters Huan Hua Wonderland for cultivation,

he'll set an enchantment up

and none of the outsiders can enter.

Zi Yun.

You've been training in Tian Yi Clique for so many years.

I believe

that you can definitely find a way

to break the enchantment.

Since it's my mistake,

I'll try my best to compensate for it.

We will split into two teams.

You will go and look for Huan Ying Chi,

I will solve the interruption of the river and the case of poisoning.

Who are you?

It's you again! Why are you here without permission?

I remember last time it was you.

Aren't you afraid that your music would attract the guards here

and expose yourself?

Since I can enter this mansion,

why would I be afraid of

the guards?

Prince Jing Yuan?

Aren't you worry about Jiang Xuan Yu?

Don't you want to know where he is?

Do know where did he go?

If I'm not mistaken,

he should be with Lin Luo Jing.

Lin Luo Jing.

Don't you think it's weird?

Jiang Xuan Yu and Lin Luo Jing went missing together,

but Zhong Wu Mei looks so calm.

Do you think that this is his character?

Moreover, aren't you afraid

that they'll fall in love with each other when they are together?

What's your purpose of

telling me these?

You've seen how the Zhong family treated me.

They and I are long-standing enemies.

Zhong Wu Mei hid Lin Luo Jing.

Only if I know where Jiang Xuan Yu is

can I know where Lin Luo Jing is.

We are people on the same boat.

Certainly, I'm here

to ask for your help and find them.

You're using me to find Lin Luo Jing?

That year,

you were the one who asked me

to remove Lin Luo Jing's mask during the wedding of

Zhong Wu Mei and Princess of Bei Yu.

You said that this can reveal her true self.

But, in the end,

Jiang didn't reveal her,

and even embarrassed me in front of her.

Yes.

We failed at that time.

But, now.

I'm against the Zhong family,

and you're hating Lin Luo Jing.

Our enemies are the same.

Why can't we help each other?

Why should I help you?

The situation now is so messy.

Of course,

I don't need your help either.

Really?

That day,

you locked Liu Xiu Wen and Lin Luo Jing up in a room,

but he got changed to your husband in the end.

Aren't you afraid that people would realize it?

You're still so calm.

Your man did it?

Not really.

But, I know who it was.

And, this.

You should've seen this.

I'm here to help you, Lady.

The lady who gave me the opium

was sent by you, too?

You are using me

to harm Jiang?

I've already said.

My enemy is the Zhong family.

You and Jiang Xuan Yu

are just my chess pieces for this game.

You are so evil.

Your wild ambition...

You must pay for it.

Wild ambition?

Who doesn't have it?

That year, your father made this fake account book

to embezzle the salt industry.

He caused Jiang Xuan Yu's father to suffer from heart attack

to death.

Aren't you afraid that your Jiang will find out

that your father is the one who killed his father?

Do you think he'll forgive you

after he finds out it?

Tang Meng's father, Master Tang

worked with the ex-Grand Chancellor

in harming Sheng Jing.

How dare she stay beside Master Jiang?

Pretentious. Disgusting!

Are those things really did by my father?

Uncle Jiang is actually killed by my father.

No.

This is not real.

Jiang promised to

protect me forever.

He won't believe you.

Don't panic, Miss Tang.

Don't worry.

I won't simply tell Jiang Xuan Yu.

But, don't forget.

the Tang family hurt his family

so much.

He will eventually know.

Bad acts

would always be exposed.

No way.

No way.

Bad acts

would always be exposed.

I did that because I love him.

It ends up like this

because of you.

You devil!

You're wrong, Miss Tang.

Did you forget?

The one who started these is you.

If it weren't for your fear and jealousy,

making you harming her again and again,

why would I get this chance?

Seems like your love

is hopeless.

No way.

No way.

Do you think

these are because of you being possessive

or Lin Luo Jing?

As long as Lin Luo Jing is alive

you'll be a devil forever.

Devil?

No.

I don't want to be a devil.

Lin Luo Jing is the devil!

Yes!

If she's dead,

you don't have to do these.

I can kill her for you.

Then, you'll be Lady Jiang.

As long as you look for Jiang Xuan Yu

and tell me his location as soon as possible.

After that,

everything will be settled.

Alright?

Lady Jiang.

Devil.

I don't want to be a devil!

I don't want to be a devil!

Miss.

What did Zhang Ji say?

They are going to Qi Yu Village now.

Now, the news of the poisoning incident in Sheng Jing River

is spreading widely.

Will Zhong Wu Mei

be in danger during his trip?

I'm worried

that Zhong Wu Mei will fall into someone else's trap

because he's too eager to solve this.

Then what can we do?

Let me think about it.

I'll think about it.

How can I help Zhong Wu Mei?

System!

Coming!

Player Lin Luo Jing,

you have two choices now.

Please make your choice.

[A: Inform my ex-rival] [B: Leave here and look for Zhong]

Zhong Wu Mei said

that I should never leave this place, no matter what.

Then...

I can only choose the first one.

But, ex-rival...

Is it Xiu Wen?

No.

This case happened in Qi Yu Village.

Xiu Wen won't help.

Ex-rival?

Is it

her?

Xi Que.

Help me write a letter to Wen Ru Yu.

We need her help now.

Princess of Bei Yu?

But, Miss.

Previously, Zhang Ji said

that after Her Highness left Sheng Jing, Her Highness did not return to Bei Yu.

Instead, she traveled to Nan Yan.

That's great, then.

Nan Yan is very near to Qi Yu.

But...

In Sheng Jing, we can't send letters to another town.

But we can, by Wen Xiang Lou's Information Post.

Jing, I've heard from the guard that there's a letter from Zhong.

Jiang.

I need your help.

Help me go to Wen Xiang Lou.

Miss.

A servant from Wen Xiang Lou sent us a message.

He said that Sir went to Wen Xiang Lou.

Jiang?

Miss.

Are we going to look for Sir?

Ask someone to follow him

and record his whereabouts.

Then, report them to me.

Yes.

Your Highness, if we go along this river,

we should be able to find Ju Xian Canal.

You have your own well.

Why do you always come to our place for water?

If the upstream was not cut off,

would I come here for water?

Leave then!

Else, pay one tael for the water.

What will you do?

Does this water belong to you?

I won't accept this.

Then don't get water from Qi Yu Village.

You...

Alright.

I don't need your water anymore.

Nice try.

Go!

Qi Yu people were friendly, they welcomed guests,

and they were good at business.

Now, everyone is deterred by danger.

Too bad.

Everyone has to drink water every day.

It should be a limitless resource.

But now, it has become rare.

Stockpiling rare items.

Understandable.

Zhang Ji.

Why would

people fight till death

just for one thing?

Your Highness, why do you suddenly ask this?

I'm just thinking

that the fight between Qi Yu villagers

and Sheng Jing villagers

must have just happened.

They were neighbors,

but now become opponents.

Maybe

we will all fight to the death

when the most important thing in our lives

is harmed or attacked.

The most important thing in our life.

We must try our best to keep it.

Your Highness, are you missing the Consort again?

Yes.

Now,

the problem of the water is in Qi Yu and Sheng Jing.

No matter what,

I'll still meet Liu Xiu Wen again.

I hope

that everything will go smoothly.

What is this?

Let's go. We'll move up, along the river.

Yes.

Seems like

the river flows from here into the village.

Let's look around this village.

Yes.

Please save my son!

Please save my son!

Liang!

Liang!

Old man.

What's wrong with your son?

I don't know what happened to him.

His face darkened.

He vomited and had diarrhea.

We've seen the doctor,

got the prescription,

and got him taken the medicine.

But he's not recovering.

We have horses here.

If you need,

we can lend them to you, for you to look for doctors in the town.

I'm afraid that he can't survive before we arrive there.

Since when did your son become like this?

A few days ago.

After he had his breakfast,

he said that his stomach aches.

Who knew

he would become like this today.

Liang! Liang!

Did he drink the water from the river that morning?

Yes.

Since the upstream is cut off,

we get our water from the well in the village entrance.

Who knew

people from Chamber of Commerce would guard over it.

We couldn't afford it.

So we can only get the water from the downstream.

Did he become this

because he drank dirty water?

Liang! Liang!

Liang!

-Liang! -Seems like

he's not only having diarrhea.

He was poisoned.

Poisoned?

This is the medicine I just made to cure the epidemic.

If we distribute this medicine

to the patients in Sheng Jing,

they will recover soon.

But, before that.

I need a little help from you.

Me?

What do you need me to do?

A medicine can be a poison as well.

If a person takes in too much or has an allergy,

he might show some symptoms of being poisoned.

He will vomit white foam and have a fever.

Though he might suffer a little,

it won't kill him.

So,

I need

a cute and lovely test subject

to help me to test this medicine.

I can only test it on you.

But, don't worry.

Just a little prick.

Just a while.

Zhang Ji.

Here!

I'm the Immortal doctor's favorite pupil.

Why should you be afraid when I insert a needle on you?

You even asked Zhang Ji to be your substitute?

Zhang Ji.

I'll give you a chance of contributing.

What a shame!

Come.

Does it hurt?

No.

It's okay.

Miss.

Could you do it gently?

Xi Que.

If you keep nagging, I might insert it wrongly.

I'm done.

This acupoint is the key.

It can not only test whether a person is having an allergy,

but also alleviate vomiting and food poisoning.

We will distribute this medicine to the citizen of Sheng Jing.

But, remember.

Don't insert it wrongly.

I've used a needle to trigger a few of his acupoints

to release the poison in his body slowly.

He should start recovering

in less than one hour.

After he wakes up,

ask him to rest well

and be careful with what he eats.

Thank you, doctor.

If it weren't for you,

my son would have died here.

You're welcome.

We will find out the man who caused this as soon as possible

and stop him from harming people.
