[Unique Lady 2]

[Episode 21]

I wonder how's Jing now.

Your Highness.

Qi Yu's Chamber of Commerce sent you an invitation too.

Invitation?

I'm thinking about how to mark the memorials.

If Your Highness is worrying about the Consort,

we can attend the banquet

publicly.

I will not attend Liu Xiu Wen's banquet.

Zhang Ji.

Do you want to visit Xi Que?

You can have a day off.

No worries, Your Highness

I've not only received a letter from Xi Que,

but also a purse sewn by her.

Xi Que even mended

the holes in my clothes.

I am very satisfied now.

I don't need a leave today.

Your Highness, you can review the memorials without worry.

I'm really glad to see you being so sweet

together.

I feel very happy for you.

Happy!

Your Highness.

It's upside down.

What's wrong, Meng?

Nothing serious.

I'm just feeling a little bit dizzy.

Look at what you said.

Lady Jiang drank whenever people asked for a toast.

How can she stay sober?

It's all for the business of our garment shop.

But, I really can't drink

Xi Que, go.

Call Tan here.

Are you okay?

Consort.

I drank too much.

I'd like to rest in some quiet place.

I'm afraid that someone will ask for a toast here again.

Alright.

I'll ask people to find a quiet room

for you to rest.

When Jiang Xuan Yu comes,

I'll ask him to send you back straight away.

Let's go. Come.

Have a seat.

Meng, drink some water first.

I'll find you a towel

to wipe your face.

Here, Meng.

Hurry. Wipe your face.

Consort.

Thank you for your care all these years.

Let me offer you a glass of wine.

Alright.

Rest well after I drink it.

Alright?

Where's Miss?

Lady Jiang.

Did you see Miss?

Miss?

I didn't.

Hasn't she returned to her mansion?

Didn't you see her?

Why did Miss leave without telling me?

I'll leave then.

Lady Jiang.

Lady Jiang.

Prince Qi Yu.

Miss Lin sent me here.

Seems like she's drunk

and fell asleep in the side room.

Really?

I'll go and have a look then.

Jing!

Jing!

Jing!

Jing!

This...

Lin Luo Jing.

You were not kind to me in the first place.

Don't blame me for my unkindness.

After this,

not only Jiang

will realize your flirtatious true self,

Zhong Wu Mei would also

kick you out of Sheng Jing

for your affair with Prince Qi Yu.

Your Highness.

Something bad happened!

We rushed here right away after receiving your letter.

How's the situation now?

I have been looking for Miss for the whole night.

I...

I...

It's all my fault.

Yesterday, I overdrank,

and I thought Jing returned to your mansion.

Then, I only found out that Jing is missing

when Xi Que came to my place at midnight.

Silly Xi Que.

Why didn't you turn to me

and His Highness?

I went to the Palace entrance,

but the guards didn't believe my words

and refused to let me in.

I...

I can only come to Lady Jiang.

Are you sure

that the Consort is at Qi Yu's Palace?

We looked around for the whole night

and have searched everywhere else,

except for Qi Yu's Palace.

We couldn't enter.

Alright.

[Qi Yu's Palace]

Prince Regent.

Though you are powerful now,

you can't simply enter Qi Yu's Palace without permission.

My wife went missing after attending a banquet here

yesterday.

Then,

do you have the right to hide a consort?

We don't know where the Consort is, either.

Moreover, the Prince is still resting.

-You... -People!

Here!

Search!

Yes!

You...

Search!

Yes!

Your Highness, we found the Consort.

Liu Xiu Wen!

You!

Meng.

Meng!

Kick Lin Luo Jing

out of Sheng Jing!

[Qi Yu's Palace]

Yesterday,

I roughly remember that I met Lady Jiang.

Then she told me that Jing was drunk.

Then...

I can't remember how I came back.

You drank too much yesterday

so I helped you back to rest.

Really?

Master, do you really forget

what happened last night?

Master!

Master.

You're here again.

I'm trying to forget you every day,

but why do you always appear in my dream?

You told me that you loved someone else,

but I just can't let you go.

I know

I shouldn't be affected by every of your move.

But, I don't want to give up

I don't want to give up!

Do you actually take me for her?

In this case,

if you need,

I can be her substitute forever.

Is that good?

Is there any news today?

Is there any happening in the palace?

The officers and soldiers still can't enter the Palace

and investigate the crystal bead.

But, I'm a little worried.

We must find the way

to initiate the bead as soon as possible

to avoid troubles.

It's been so many days.

Have you find out the way of

initiating this bead?

Give me some more time.

More time?

If you keep delaying,

even if Princess Chang Yuan An is an idiot

she will find out that the crystal bead has been exchanged.

What is this?

Way of initiating the bead?

There are so many people in your Qi Yu's Palace.

There might be spies sent by Zhong Wu Mei.

This is passed down by my ancestor,

a secret book on the method of initiating.

Why don't you

pass me the bead?

I'll do it.

I don't even know whether your way will work.

Moreover,

it's not safe to bring the bead out from here, either.

What if I give you the bead

and you never return it to me?

Your Highness.

Why do you still act like a guard?

So anxious

and hesitate in making a move.

What do you mean?

Don't be angry.

You are already a respected prince now.

And I'm just a prince

with a different surname, escaping outside.

I still have to rely on Your Highness

for my shelter.

I never want to be killed by your people.

Moreover,

we've been working together for so many years.

We are already on the same boat.

Aren't we?

Alright, I'll do what you suggested.

Then I shall thank Your Highness.

I never expected

that we would get chosen.

I didn't expect this, either.

Everyone said that Prince Regent never want to be served by lady servants.

Really?

Then we should take care of him nicely.

Who knows if we may become his personal servants?

I heard

that the Consort

had an affair with Prince Yuan Zheng's closest brother.

Prince Yuan Zheng found out and he was very angry.

He chased them out.

Really?

Why did I hear

that his Highness and his wife are deeply in love?

If they are so deeply in love,

would we be here?

You're right.

Your Highness, stop drinking, please

I don't want to check the servants

anymore.

Just ask them to serve in the Palace.

Your Highness.

You've sent all the servants yesterday to the Palace.

I don't think it's good to send the ones today into the Palace.

Since I've expelled the Consort,

what's wrong with hiring more servants?

What can I say now?

What do you still want to say?

Without you,

things won't turn out like this.

This place is unfrequented.

We can't even go out

to have a meal.

Nor could we know what to eat for our next meal.

I'm afraid

that we are hopeless now.

Jing.

It's all my fault.

Are you blaming me?

What's the point of blaming you?

We should think of other solutions instead.

Why don't we...

let Xi Que eat first?

No way.

You were the one who said that we should grill the chicken longer.

Now, you're asking my Xi Que to try it after you burnt it?

Miss, I can try it first.

It's all my fault.

I didn't control the fire well.

-Not your fault. -Not your fault.

Jing.

I remember that you cooked a delicious meal

in Zhong's kitchen.

But today's dish,

looking at its color...

The shade is just right,

and the black color is very even.

Xi Que, eat it!

You wanted to say that it has various shades while it's all black, right?

You don't have to praise me.

What I've made is a charcoal-grilled chicken.

Grilled by charcoal. It can be nothing but black.

If you don't like this...

Xi Que!

Catch another one for him.

Let's recook for him.

Actually, if we remove the outer layer,

we still can eat the inside part.

I was just thinking

that the servants

have been suffering these few days.

Their meals and shelter

are so simple and crude.

We can only let them

suffer with us.

You're right.

This stupid Zhong Wu Mei.

He sent us to

such a remote place.

Makes it look like we are really expelled.

Luckily I know how to survive in the wild.

Else,

you, Master Jiang, who lived an extravagant life

would suffer.

Lady.

Though this place is out-of-nowhere,

but it's the best place of avoiding disaster.

Stop being angry at Zhong.

Look.

If it wasn't his good plan,

how could we face

all the rumors around the town.

Zhong Wu Mei, let me explain!

Don't follow me!

You're disgusting!

The truth is not what you've seen.

I don't know why

a man was beside me when I woke up!

I don't know why this happened either!

-Listen to me! -You want to explain?

I'll give you a chance to explain then!

Wu Mei! I...

Silly girl.

You've promised me to return early yesterday.

This is my punishment on you for breaking your promise.

Well, you were lying to me?

Else,

how could the people outside believe?

You scared me to death.

I thought you really misunderstood

me and Jiang Xuan Yu.

I know the personalities

of my lady well.

Moreover,

how would Jiang

betray me?

This incidence

is definitely caused by another person.

You're quite clever.

But,

Jing.

Were you suspecting

that Liu Xiu Wen is related to the men in black

in the Sacrificial Offering Ceremony

and thus attended the banquet?

I was thinking

that since we don't hear from Jin Chen for long,

and Xiu Wen suddenly invited us,

I wanted to figure it out,

in case I mistook him.

But, even if you want to investigate the crystal bead

you shouldn't take such a big risk.

If I didn't hurry there in time this morning,

those people with bad intentions might succeed with their tricks,

and turn the drama into reality.

Then I'll...

What will you do?

Are you scared

that I'll act along with it

and follow Jiang Xuan Yu or Liu Xiu Wen?

I'm not afraid of that.

Or,

am I not as charismatic as them?

You really dare to do that?

I don't. I don't.

Not bad.

I'll forgive you this time.

But, Jiang

is dragged into this incidence,

making it a little complicated.

If this is not planned by

Jin Chen or Qi Yu's men,

it might be caused by

other powerful people.

Jing.

It's time to tell you the news I got

from Elder Hua.

What news?

Elder Hua once told me

that there's a crystal bead

in your body.

And there is another crystal bead protected by the Zhong family.

One of them serves as Yin, another, Yang.

They can protect the natural environment in Sheng Jing.

That year, when Tian Yi Clique was in trouble,

I froze Hua Ying Xue's spirit

in this crystal bead.

At the first sight of Jing,

I found that she's the host of the Yin bead of the two crystal beads.

And the Yang bead

is protected by Zhong Zi Yun.

As long as the bead is kept by her,

Sheng Jing's mountains and forests will be nurtured,

and the circumstance will be good.

There's a rumor in Tian Yi Clique saying

that when the two beads meet,

their owner's wish will be fulfilled.

Did you tell Jing about this?

This will affect widely.

If it isn't urgent,

it's better not to let Jing know.

Then how did this crystal bead

get into her body?

How can we get it out and check?

When the time comes,

she will eventually know.

Just remember one thing.

The Yin bead is made out of water.

Water can bring both predestined fate and disaster.

Hope that it turns out to be good

when two beads meet.

There's a crystal bead

in my body?

I'll eventually understand when the time comes?

A few days ago,

Sheng Jing River is cut off.

I asked people to look into it.

It should be caused by the loss of the crystal bead.

Now, you have to figure out how to get your crystal bead out.

We might be able to find the other crystal bead

through your crystal bead.

All these things are actually

related to me somehow.

Looks like I'm quite important.

So wonderful.

Jing.

Now, Sheng Jing is not safe anymore.

Since they framed you,

why don't we act as they wish?

I'm Prince Regent, I can't leave.

But,

I'll ask Jiang

and two well-trained guards to protect you.

But, for now

I need you to act along with me.

How?

Zhong!

Zhong!

Dear,

I'm sorry.

I got it.

My prince.

Zhong! Can you open the door?

I have something to say.

You! This flirtatious lady!

Look at this paramour!

How dare you come?

Your Highness, don't misunderstand Miss!

How dare you ask me what happened?

You attended Qi Yu's banquet

and slept with Jiang Xuan Yu

when I'm busy over my work in the Palace.

He's outside now.

Why don't you let him explain?

I swear

that Jing and I are innocent.

Yes! Yes!

We suddenly fainted yesterday!

Fainted?

Do you think I'll believe it?

I had seen it with my own eyes.

What more of it do you wanna explain?

Zhong Wu Mei! How dare you hit me?

Say it!

Why did you start meeting him?

Say it!

Take good care of yourself

when you reach there.

Understand?

Got it, my husband.

Consort!

Miss!

Today's happening is an incident!

I'll kill whoever spreads this news!

Yes!

Master Jiang is better at acting.

Just with a hint from Zhong Wu Mei,

you understood that we are acting immediately.

Of course.

Miss.

Why did you hide from me too?

I really thought

that you fought with His Highness.

Else, could you act so naturally?

I...

Right!

By the way,

His Highness required them not to spread it.

Why did the scandal

still spread so fast?

It's gossip,

a supplement for our minds.

"Good deeds are never heard outside,

while scandals can spread to a thousand miles."

I guess the news of Zhong Wu Mei hiring servants

must have spread widely.

I wonder how do the servants look like.

Are they pretty?

Of course Consort is the prettiest.

When you go back,

you'll surpass all the ladies.

By the way,

His Highness said that you're a bead.

I really can't believe it.

I'm not a bead,

but my body carries a bead.

How can I help Zhong Wu Mei to get this bead out?

Jiang.

Jiang!

Is this incident affecting

you and Meng?

I've sent a letter to Meng.

She should understand.

After we settle this,

I'll explain it to her.

Above all, your safety is our priority now.

Stop worrying.

That's good then.

Yes.

This place is far away from the market

and we only have one horse.

I'll go to the village nearby

and buy some necessities.

Take good care of Jing!

Meng.

That day,

what was Meng trying to do?

And how come that I wake up in Liu Xiu Wen's room?

On the scene, Meng was panicking,

but she didn't blame me when I was back.

Is this incident

really planned by her?

Meng.

Now, I finally realized

that this distance between us

is so long.

[Jiang Mansion]

Have you heard of it?

There are rumors from Qi Yu's Palace saying

that Consort Yuan Zheng had an affair with our master

and Prince Yuan Zheng caught them.

I heard that His Highness banned them

from entering Sheng Jing for their whole life.

How can there be rumors?

Lady doesn't seem strange after she returned.

Didn't you feel that Sir always

treats Lady indifferently?

People all said

that Master was forced to marry Lady.

In this case,

what others said were all real.

They are a couple without love, treating each other like ice.

Inside, they don't care about each other's feelings.

This is too messy.

Precisely.

Stop talking. Let's go.

Go.

Miss.

They were talking nonsense.

I'll punish them now.

It's okay.

If you go now,

they'll reckon that I'm feeling guilty.

But...

Where's Mater?

We've sent people to look for him.

But...

No matter what,

you must find him.

Yes.

Jiang.

How can you treat me like this?

You only left a letter,

a greeting

and left without a word.

Am I really nothing

to you?

Or,

have you sensed something wrong?

What should I do?

It's been a few days.

I haven't found a way to initiate the bead.

What's the crux of it?

No way.

I must try again.

Why isn't there anything else on this page

except for this tattoo?

Is it because...?

Indeed.

[Hua Ying Yun- Head of Tian Yi Clique]

The hint, water,

means way too much.

Will catching fish in the river do?

Or, shall I take a bath in the water?

It doesn't make sense

that I can get the bead out by taking a bath.

Miss.

What are you whispering?

It's all because of that bead.

I'm thinking

whether I should do some univariate experiments.

What is that?

You won't understand even if I tell you.

Let's hurry up and catch fish.

Else, we won't have anything for dinner.

Let's go!

Or, is that the water doesn't mean the water in nature,

but the water in our bodies?

I think today's the 15th day of the lunar month.

Previously, I've heard

that people's emotion will reach the maximum

at the night of a full moon.

All the accumulated energy

would burst out that night.

Why not try it out tonight?

Xi Que! Look!

This fish is so big!

Miss, you're amazing!

Why didn't I catch one?

You!

You lived an extravagant life in Grand Chancellor Mansion since young.

How can you do this well?

Look at my fork.

And look at yours.

Fork?

Your stick has only one spearhead. How can you catch a fish with that?

You're right.

Why don't you fish them up?

Fish?

How to fish?

Miss.

I'm really stupid in front of you.

But, I can cook.

Please taste my grilled fish later.

Grilled fish?

Great!

Now that we are grilling,

why don't we have a BBQ?

BBQ?

What's that?

It means

we'll grill whatever

we can grill.

Such as fish, prawns, and vegetables.

Grill whatever can be grilled

and fill our stomachs up!

I think there's a patch of farmland

at the place we just passed by.
