guilty and given the longest possible sentence:
Prison for life.

Jakob Buch-Jepsen succeeded in having the fact that
Kim Wall was working as a journalist added as an aggravating
factor in the sentencing.

Joachim Wall continues to search for his
daughter's phone in Øresund and Køge Bay.

Jens Møller stopped as head of Copenhagen's
murder squad in 2018 and shortly afterwards
decided to retire completely.

Joachim Wall founded the Kim Wall Memorial Fund.

The fund supports young female journalists that, like
