Hello...

and welcome to the 2020 KBS Song Festival.

I'm Yunho of TVXQ!

I'm actress Shin Ye Eun.

And I'm Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO.

It's good to see you.

It's a pleasure to meet you all.

First of all, we'd like to welcome you all...

- to the 2020 KBS Song Festival. - Welcome.

Opening today's show with a bang was none other than TWICE.

I hope you received the signal that we sent along with them.

Of course!

I answered on behalf of viewers watching...

from all over the world.

Did you receive the tingling signal we sent?

We may be physically apart,

but I believe we're connected internally...

regardless of the space between us.

At the center of it...

has to be what brought us together here today,

which is music.

- Of course. - That's right.

- Nicely said. - Right?

That is why the keyword of this year's song festival...

will be "Connect."

We'll be bringing you a variety of special performances.

Though there is a physical distance between us,

we'll try and connect us all through music.

Today's KBS Song Festival will have three parts.

The theme of Part One is "Connection of Spaces".

That's right. It will be like TWICE's performance of "Signal".

All the fans in Korea and abroad...

will connect in this space through music.

Please stay with the three of us until the very end today.

All right.

On that note, we will greet...

the very special people who received our first signal.

Hello.

- Hello. - Hello.

Hello.

- Can you hear us well? - Can you see us well?

My goodness. Welcome, everyone.

So many people joined us today. It's nice to meet you. Hello.

So many people joined us.

Although you aren't physically here with us,

please think that we are connected as one...

and enjoy the 2020 KBS Song Festival to the fullest today.

That's right. Many performances await,

so please look forward to them.

Are you curious about them?

I am sure you are.

How should I describe this feeling? Usually, I perform on the stage.

Receiving an enthusiastic welcome as an emcee...

makes me excited...

- and a bit nervous. - I see.

Compared to me, the two of you have more experience as emcees.

Please take good care of me.

Don't say that, Leader. We are in your care.

We are in your care.

- We built a good relationship. - Leader.

- You are the leader. - Thank you.

Since I am Yunho, the passionate man,

I followed up on the fans' reactions with diligence.

- What were the reactions? - The most prevalent opinion was...

that the three of us make a unique trio.

Since we started off well, we will work hard until the end.

We will do our best.

Now, what kind of performances...

does the 2020 KBS Song Festival have in store?

Shall we delve in without hesitation?

- Let's start now. - Let's start now.

Hello, we are here at the 2020 KBS Song Festival.

- We are the A-Bean hosts, Arin... - And SOOBIN.

- SOOBIN. - Yes?

Did you hear the rumor about the 2020 KBS Song Festival?

Do you mean the rumor about the amazing special performances?

- So you knew. - Of course.

That's why we prepared this backstage interview.

We will welcome the artists behind the veil.

We will satisfy your curiosity,

so please pay attention.

I can already feel their charisma radiating behind my back.

Shall we greet the first set of groups?

- Hello. - Hello.

- Hello. - Yes!

We will say hello. 1, 2.

- Step out! Hi, we are Stray Kids. - Step out! Hi, we are Stray Kids.

- 1, 2, 3. - To the world! This is NCT!

- Hello, we are NCT. - Hello, we are NCT.

- 2, 3. Who? MONSTA X! - Who? MONSTA X!

- Hello, we are MONSTA X. - Hello, we are MONSTA X.

It's good to have you here.

I am in absolute awe...

to see the six of you together.

Would you briefly tell us how the six of you teamed up?

The 2020 KBS Song Festival is...

a proper festival.

So the six of us put...

our charms into a single song and prepared a performance.

I.M, what kind of performances are waiting for us?

Hey, drop that beat.

Drop the beat!

It was a very telling clue,

but I want to hear more.

Taeyong, would you tell us more?

I will describe the temperature of the performance.

2020 KBS Song Festival!

- Hot, it's hot, hot - Hot, it's hot, hot

Could that...

have been enough of a clue for our viewers?

Stray Kids, you're the youngest group...

to participate in this special stage.

I'd love to hear how it was for you while preparing for this.

It's an honor to be able to perform on stage with...

- the senior artists we admire. - Same here.

We were able to learn a lot from it as well...

which we're happy about.

That's a sweet thing to say.

Mark, how about you?

I had a blast practicing,

and teaming up with these artists...

was a new and fun experience,

so please look forward to our performance.

Hearing your answer makes us wonder about...

the performance even more.

When will we be able to witness it?

The special performance by the six of us...

will be brought to you soon.

The bright and dynamic...

TOMORROW X TOGETHER will perform next though.

But first, let's welcome out...

this charismatic girl group.

- ITZY. - ITZY.

The powerful rookies of the year, ENHYPEN and aespa...

as well as the fast-growing groups,

ITZY and TOMORROW X TOGETHER have given their performances.

The groups make us excited for their future endeavors,

- right? - You are right.

Yunho watched the performance by TOMORROW X TOGETHER...

very intently.

- That's right. - How do you think they did...

in performing TVXQ!'s song?

Firstly, it was very refreshing.

When they sang the last part,

- I was reminded of the old days. - That's right.

I wanted to take the stage and sing with them.

You remember the dance, right?

Of course, I do.

What should I do? Once my excitement level goes up,

I can't stop.

- There is no need to worry. - That's right.

There are many remaining performances...

that will keep us and the viewers excited.

- Ye Eun. - That's right.

For this year's KBS Song Festival,

many performances were pre-recorded for safety.

To keep the artists and all the staff members safe,

the shoot took place after thorough disinfection.

We ask for your understanding.

We ask for your understanding.

Now, shall we reveal the special performances...

you can only see at the 2020 KBS Song Festival?

Gosh, I can't believe the day has come.

We will see three groups perform at once.

- Which groups? - They are...

MONSTA X,

- NCT, - NCT!

- and Stray Kids. - Are you serious?

Yes. I love your reaction.

- Thank you. - I love it.

They are preparing for the next performances.

What kind of performances did they prepare?

Please look forward to them.

All right. Shall we check out this group first?

It's MOMOLAND.

Why don't we meet the artists...

in charge of the second special stage?

- Welcome. - Welcome.

- Come on! - Come on!

Hello, I'm Jessi. It's good to see you all.

Hi, I'm Jackson of GOT7.

The charisma you have is undeniable.

We'd love to know how you two got together.

You see, we've been friends for quite a while...

and I'm actually grateful that she asked me to perform with her.

Wait, that's not what you said before.

I can't joke around on TV, right?

- Of course. - I see.

To put it simply,

it would've seemed off...

to perform with another female artist.

I've known Jackson for so long...

and he's a great dancer,

so I thought we'd look good together on stage.

It's why I want you all to look forward to our performance.

I see.

From what I hear, you two are quite close.

How was your chemistry during practice?

There wasn't time for it to show...

because the practice was over in an hour.

A little bit of the chemistry showed.

Right, a little bit.

- Just a little bit. - Only a little.

- Right? - Right.

Sounds good.

So to test your chemistry and friendship,

how about you each come up with a two-line poem?

Right.

Shall we?

First, Jessi will come up with a two-line poem...

to Jackson's name.

All right.

- Jack. - Check?

- Jack. - Right, Jack.

Jackson, you look...

taller than usual.

- Son. - Son.

Son...

Sons...

- You know what I'm talking about? - Shoes, right?

Yes, your shoes. I bet there are shoe lifts in there!

No. No way, because...

Hold on. What are you filming? Travel back up, please.

I'm only mentioning this...

because he was clearly shorter than me yesterday.

- Yesterday, Jessi was... - I'm not kidding.

Hold on.

You wore shoes that were this high, remember?

- What do you mean? - This high.

- I'm serious. - Well, you're up next.

Let's see what you come up with.

Jessi's poem was definitely one to remember.

Jackson, you're up next.

- Are you ready? - Let's go.

Okay. In 1, 2, 3.

- Je. - Je.

With Jessi, if you can...

- Ssi. - Ssi.

Don't provoke her.

- That's your response? - That's good.

That's good.

He had me worried with "ssi," but his poem was clever.

Their friendship was evident...

in the two-line poems they came up with.

Anyway, you'll be able to witness their perfect chemistry...

in just a few moments.

But first, get ready to have THE BOYZ captivate you.

- Come on. - Come on!

It's time for the last performance of Part One.

Are you guys having fun?

- Are they having fun? - I can feel it with my heart.

- I can feel it. - I can really feel it.

They are having a lot of fun.

Thank you so much.

Because you filled up the place,

the 2020 KBS Song Festival shined more than ever.

Part Two of the 2020 KBS Song Festival...

will also have incredible performances...

that are fitting for a festival.

Look forward to them.

Look forward to them.

Now, shall we go and meet the last singers of Part One?

What? What are you two doing?

- Ye Eun. - Yes?

Ye Eun, I should ask you that question.

You need to warm up to watch these artists' performances.

Teach me how to do it. Shall we do it together?

I think it's time to meet the collaborative performance...

the 2020 KBS Song Festival prepared.

The performance by Jessi and Jackson of GOT7...

will be revealed here for the first time.

Jessi and Jackson will show off their fantastic teamwork.

- Let's start now. - Let's start now.

("Nunu Nana" by Jessi and Jackson of GOT7)

(Part 2 of the 2020 KBS Song Festival is coming soon.)

(Live from KBS Hall)

("Twist of Love" by Sul Woon Do and THE BOYZ)

Yes! He is the legendary trot singer!

- Sul Woon Do, we love you! - We love you!

("Bling Bling" by Kim Yon Ja and Solar)

Let's go!

Let's go!

Shout!

("Bling Bling" by Kim Yon Ja and Solar)

All right.

That was the 1st performance of Part 2...

of the 2020 KBS Song Festival.

They're two singers...

- who are like the pillars of trot. - Right.

It was Sul Woon Do and Kim Yon Ja.

Their juniors, THE BOYZ and Solar of MAMAMOO...

joined them for a special performance.

How was it?

- Ye Eun. - Yes?

You said something a while ago. How was the performance?

I loved it.

- Really? - Yes.

I couldn't help but sing along...

to "Twist of Love" alongside Sul Woon Do and THE BOYZ.

Had there been an audience,

don't you think they would've sung together?

- To tell you the truth, - I agree.

I was singing inside all along.

- Really? - Goodness.

Many of our viewers are cheering.

Thank you.

That's right.

I can still hear Kim Yon Ja and Solar...

singing "Bling Bling".

This is probably why...

everyone loves trot songs.

You're right. All the generations have united...

despite the genre...

because the seniors and their juniors...

were connected as one.

- We're connected as well. - Right.

- That's right, everyone. - Things are going good so far.

- It's great. - I agree.

- Guys. - Yes?

So, Part Two of the 2020 KBS Song Festival...

will be filled with performances that connect our hearts.

Right.

At times, it'll be intense. Other times, it'll be mellow.

There will be countless songs that'll capture your hearts,

so look forward to them.

There will be numerous special performances...

that you'll only get to see at the 2020 KBS Song Festival.

Shall we hurry up and continue having fun?

- Yes. - We'd love to.

This group is known for its various concepts.

Let's start with (G)I-DLE.

Hello. Popping up backstage again are SOOBIN...

And Arin.

- Arin, did you hear the rumors? - Yes?

What rumors?

That the best collaboration in KBS Song Festival history was made.

No. This is my first time hearing about this.

Gosh, you're so slow with the news.

Shall we meet the people behind the rumor?

- Hello. - Hello.

- Ta-da! - Ta-da!

These three people were the ones behind the best collaboration.

Can each of you say hello?

Hello, I'm the youngest member of IZ ONE, Won Young.

Hello, I'm the youngest member of ITZY, Yuna.

Hello, I'm SHUHUA, the youngest member of (G)I-DLE.

Ta-da!

Hello, I'm the youngest member of OH MY GIRL, Arin

That's why we are...

- The Youngests. - The Youngests.

The Youngests. Your name leaves a strong impression.

I didn't know you were a member of this group too, Arin.

Of course. The youngest members are getting together, so I must join.

I see. I acknowledge that.

Before the 2020 KBS Song Festival started,

rumors that the youngest members were getting together spread,

so it was the talk of the town.

Yuna, how do you feel to get together like this?

First of all, it was really nice to have the youngest members...

of each team come together, and I was happy to be a part of it.

While I was with Arin, SHUHUA, and Won Young,

I was happy to be the youngest member of my group.

That's nice.

Arin, you're the oldest in The Youngests, right?

Yes, I am.

I'm curious about how you feel being the oldest for the first time.

First, it was really interesting because it was a new experience,

and as the leader, I felt a sense of responsibility.

Gosh, you're the leader. How cool.

I heard that you're the youngest among everyone, Won Young.

You're the youngest of the youngest.

I heard you guys practiced a lot together.

How was it?

That's true. Wherever I go, I'm always the youngest,

so I was half-nervous and half-excited when I first went.

But I had a lot of fun practicing...

- and performing with them. - It was a lot of fun.

- It was. - Yes, that is true.

At this point, you are all masters at being the youngest member.

Do you have any tips on how to be loved by your older members?

I don't have any tips,

but we all treat each other as friends in our team,

which is why we look good together.

- How about you, Yuna. - I'm the youngest member too,

but it was hard for me to think of an answer on how to be loved...

as the youngest member.

That's why I asked my leader, Yezi, what she thought.

What she told me was...

It's a bit embarrassing to say it myself,

but she said it's not because I'm the youngest member,

but that she likes me because I'm Shin Yuna.

- Wow. - That's really nice.

The Youngests are all loved indeed.

Lastly, can you give us a spoiler...

on the highlight of your performance today?

Yes, I will show you.

Yes. That will be all.

The performance that we, The Youngests,

prepared will come to you shortly.

Yes. This group makes you exclaim the entire time you watch them.

Let's meet Stray Kids first.

Eun Woo is an excellent emcee,

but he's also an outstanding artist.

- He glows on stage. - I agree.

ASTRO was amazing.

It was an honor to watch their wonderful performance.

Thank you for the great performance.

While I was an emcee of a music show,

I was always curious about something.

I wondered what went through the artists' minds...

as they performed on stage.

What goes through your mind, Yunho?

First, the theme of Part Two...

- is "Connection of Hearts". - Right.

I believe that is exactly how I feel.

I'm saying this...

because I hope the audience will feel my sincerity.

I hope they will feel...

the passion I have in me. That's why I'm talking about this.

Then you've succeeded.

- Is that so? - Yes.

Everyone in this country knows how passionate you are.

Right. It's a bit embarrassing, but it feels great.

I'm truly happy.

I would like to share...

this happiness I feel with you all.

Speaking of which, I would like to present a song...

that befits the theme of Part Two.

That's great.

Songs that tug at our heartstrings...

will continue to be loved for a very long time.

You're right.

I believe he is the perfect example...

of a singer who has a mellow voice.

Someone comes to mind.

- Really? - Yes.

- Me too. - It's him, right?

That's right. Paul Kim is preparing...

a comforting performance as we speak.

If you want to share your sincere feelings with someone,

the best way is by sharing...

- some warmhearted words. - Right.

I think doing this is both easy and difficult.

You're right.

All the artists who are here with us today...

have prepared a message that is honest and warm-hearted...

for everyone here today, so make sure to check that out.

Please check it out.

Before that,

they are known for their irreplaceable performance...

and synchronized dancing.

First, here are performances by GFRIEND.

- Let's check it out. - Let's check it out.

(You have been invited to The Heart Room.)

(The Heart Room has been opened.)

(Look back at 2020 and share your heart with precious people.)

A connection of hearts.

Call someone to express how you feel.

(The first message is for Hyojung from OH MY GIRL.)

(Who will Hyojung express her feelings to?)

- Hello? - Hello?

- Yes? - Hwa Jung.

2020 is coming to an end,

- Is it? You're right. - so I need to call someone...

to express how I feel about them,

but the only person that came to mind was you.

I see.

(Kihyun of MONSTA X is also calling someone.)

- Hello? - Hello, Sung Woon.

This might sound a bit serious, but answer me sincerely.

- Okay. - Okay.

Who am I to you, Sung Woon?

Ever since we were really young,

we went to a music academy together,

and I always looked up to you.

You were a role model for me, and I respect you.

- I am? - Yes.

- I can tell you my secrets, - Right.

and I want to share happy moments with you too.

Right.

Yes. Just... I don't know how to say this...

- You're an old friend. - An old friend.

That's nice. An old friend sounds nice.

You're someone I feel comfortable calling at any time.

(What does Hyungwon mean to Jeonghan of SEVENTEEN?)

- I'm always happy to see you. - Okay.

I gained an older sister,

so I have someone to talk to about things.

Whenever I was struggling and in my daily life,

I felt supported because I have you in my life.

- Right. Me too. - So you're someone...

I can't live without.

Right. We went to school together,

and we lived together.

- Right. We even lived together. - Right.

Honestly, you and I have a lot of memories together.

I will call Umji.

I'm going to call my sister.

Yoon Gi.

(To my member, Suga)

- Mom. - Yes?

Grandpa, you and grandma raised me when I was young.

Min Seo, you are the person I chose to call. Are you okay with that?

Yes, I am.

Yoon Gi.

To be honest, you had surgery,

so you had to take a long break.

I think the members and I felt your emptiness.

(Embarrassed)

Without your intuitive and cool nature,

we struggled a lot at the press conference.

I think I came to have a deep realization...

as to how much you go through because of that.

When we're together, it's a bit embarrassing...

to compliment each other.

But there's something I wanted to say to you.

You worked on a lot of songs this year.

Your songs are really good.

You make amazing songs,

and I want to take this opportunity to tell you that.

Since you haven't been with us,

the members have all been a bit down.

Whenever we're joking around with each other,

you would say something and make everyone laugh.

But since you're not here to do that, it's sad.

Whenever you make side dishes...

- and send them to me, - Yes?

I know that it's not something that you need to do...

I know. I know how you feel. I was just joking.

I want to continue to treat you well, but...

You already did so much for us.

I should do more in the future.

- I'm just saying don't get sick. - Okay.

If you ever want to express your feelings like I did today,

- Yes. - it'd be nice for you to call me.

Thank you.

Thank you.

- Okay. - Let's work hard next year too!

Let's have more fun in 2021.

- Be healthy, - Right.

- and be happy. - Be happy.

(Try expressing how you feel right now.)

("Every day, Every Moment" by Paul Kim)

("Every Day, Every Moment" by Paul Kim)

Hello, we're currently backstage.

- I'm Arin. - I'm SOOBIN.

- SOOBIN. - Yes?

You look nervous all of a sudden.

Are you okay?

Do I look nervous?

I am a bit nervous because I'll be interviewing...

my favorite artists, but I'll do my best.

Let's invite them over before you become...

even more nervous.

- It's BTS. - It's BTS.

- Welcome. - Welcome.

- 2, 3. Bang... - Tan.

- Hello, we're BTS. - Hello, we're BTS.

- BTS! - It's nice to meet you.

You've attended the KBS Song Festival this year as well.

I'm sure many of our viewers were waiting for you,

so please say hi.

Hello, we're BTS, and we miss our ARMY so much.

Please continue to love us!

All right. Many things happened this year.

There was a lot of good news for you and your fans.

Please say something to your fans who love you so much.

Thanks to your immense love,

we were able to spend 2020 well.

We hope you will always be happy...

as much as you love us.

Despite 2020's hardships,

we all have endured it so well.

Let's give our all to 2021 as well.

Thank you for your wonderful words.

Every year,

you gave a surprise performance at the KBS Song Festival.

Your fans are looking forward to what you have in store this year.

Could you share a little spoiler?

We thought long and hard about our performance this year.

We decided to give...

a one and only performance for this Song Festival.

That's great. So?

So that's what we have. Now, I'll give you a hint.

- Okay. - Show it to us.

(BTS)

- I'm sure some of you... - Please look forward...

already know what it is.

Please look forward to it.

Last year, Jungkook gave...

a witty five-word reply to our emcees.

Could you explain your performance today in the same way?

We need you guys, ARMY.

"We need you guys, ARMY."

Thank you for the witty reply.

Lastly, is there anything you wish for...

in 2021?

In 2021, I would like to perform in front of our ARMY.

But most of all, we hope all the viewers...

will be healthy and happy.

I hope your wishes will come true.

When will we get to see your performance?

We will give our performance in a bit.

All right. Wait.

- Wait! - Wait!

Be a little patient.

The theme of this year's Song Festival...

is "Connect".

- Right. - You're right.

It's not easy for both sisters...

- to be in girl groups. - You're right.

- Right. - Right?

It shows how talented they are.

I believe they were able to give such a wonderful performance...

since they shared the same dream...

and strived to achieve it together.

Just like how The Sisters dreamed of performing on stage...

while watching other artists,

we hope this performance tugged at the hearts of those...

who are aspiring to become stars as well.

That performance...

melted my heart and made it feel a bit mushy.

Melted?

Should we continue to melt our hearts?

- Sounds good. - Sounds good.

Their performance won't make your hearts slightly flutter.

- Right, Yunho? - Your hearts will flutter a lot.

OH MY GIRL is here and will make your hearts flutter.

There's also NU'EST...

Are you enjoying this?

- Are you having fun? - Are you?

I think I can hear them.

Finally, Part 3 of the 2020 KBS Song Festival has begun.

The first performance was by Park Jin Young and SUNMI.

They showed us the epitome of a retro performance.

It was truly a special one.

- Guess what? - What?

They've been working together for over 15 years now.

Through their classic songs,

I could feel the years that they've spent together.

There's more.

Even though some of the songs were from a long time ago,

I found myself humming to them.

- Naturally. - Exactly. Right?

It's really fascinating how you still remember the songs...

even after many years.

- Guys, the upcoming performances... - Yes?

won't only bond and connect our hearts.

It will also connect periods of time.

Please look forward to our special performance...

that'll connect K-POP's past, present, and future.

Now, let's officially begin Part Three...

of the 2020 KBS Song Festival.

- Are you ready to have some fun? - Yes.

- How about you two? - Yes.

Then let me ask you one question.

There are three things that are necessary in life.

- Three things? - Right.

What could they be?

- Salt. - Good.

- Ye Eun? - I have no clue.

They're salt, gold, and the present.

All right, then. Let's begin...

Hello, we're backstage for the last time.

- I'm SOOBIN. - I'm Arin.

Behind us are talented dancers...

who'll even dance when there's no music.

Let's meet them right now.

- Hello. - Hello.

2, 3.

- Hello. We're 2BI2YOO. - Hello. We're 2BI2YOO.

2, 3. We're 98...

- 00. - 00.

Are these two new groups?

I'm curious about your group names.

How were they made?

"2BI" comes from the "bi" in my name, SinB, and Eun Bi.

"2YOO" comes from the "yoo" in YooA and Ryujin.

That's how 2BI2YOO was created.

I, Moon Bin, and Juyeon were born in 1998.

Hyunjin and Shotaro were born in 2000.

That's how 9800 was created.

- Right. - I was also born in 2000.

It's nice to meet a fellow friend.

I totally support this new group.

- Yes. - That's great.

It's evident that your groups are one of a kind.

Could you share one thing your group's best at?

2BI2YOO is best at being charismatic.

Our group is best at showing powerful dance moves...

and being good-looking.

I'm becoming more and more curious about your upcoming performances.

I heard you practiced diligently.

- Yes. - How was it?

We really practiced a lot.

For our intro, Ryujin...

added a greeting.

Please look forward to it.

This was our first time as a group.

We got along well, so we had a lot of fun.

That's wonderful.

Could you give a hint to our viewers...

since they must be looking forward to it?

I'll give you a small hint.

2, 3.

Let's also give a hint. 1, 2, 3.

I'm already so excited to watch.

Lastly, please tell us why...

we shouldn't miss out.

We have prepared a wonderful stage for you,

so we hope you stay tuned.

This is your only chance to watch our performance,

so you better stay tuned.

As for our highly-anticipated stage...

Please be a little patient.

First, let's meet seven boys who will capture your hearts...

with their elegant performance.

Let's go right now.

- GOT7! - GOT7!

Shout! Let's go!

(This was filmed in accordance with...)

(level 2.5 social-distancing regulations.)

All right, those performances totally showed us...

what makes K-POP so charming.

MONSTA X and MAMAMOO gave spectacular dance performances.

And we also watched GOT7's incredible performance.

This is why so many people around the globe go crazy for K-POP.

These performances clearly showed us the reason.

I really couldn't take my eyes off the stage.

- I know. - Totally.

- Your eyeballs might fall out. - Oh, no.

I think such powerful performances are one of the reasons...

behind K-POP's ever-growing popularity.

I have to say,

those performances inspired me to work harder.

I think I should work even harder from now on.

- Harder? - Work even harder?

- Yes, I should. - My gosh.

Let's keep up the momentum...

and watch the special performances right away.

We have special teams that were formed for...

this exciting surprise stage today. They're waiting backstage now.

That's right.

The best dancers from various teams...

have come together for this special stage.

I promise you that they won't let you down.

Let's check it out...

(Why are they here together?)

(They're all the best dancers in their own groups.)

Ta-da!

Suddenly, it's just the two of us. I'm Shin Ye Eun.

I'm Cha Eun Woo.

- Yunho is suddenly gone, - That's right.

so I'm sure many of you want to know what's going on.

I want to tell you why he's suddenly nowhere to be seen.

But for now, it's a secret.

You'll find out very soon,

so just hang in there.

Yes, hang in there for just a moment.

All right. Let me introduce the next artist...

through a little quiz.

- Sounds good. - Try and guess who it is.

- Okay. - Great.

He's spent almost half of his life...

on stage.

From a member of a boy group to a solo artist,

he's been working hard in various areas of showbiz...

to build and grow his career as an artist.

Every time he releases a new song,

it becomes a sensation. He's famous for that.

Who do you think this artist is?

- I know who it is! - Who?

It's Yunho.

Yes! Correct.

And there's someone else.

I heard he's releasing a new album in January.

That's right. I'm so excited about it.

- Then... - I'm waiting for that day.

The artist who comes to my mind is...

Taemin, the master of dance performances.

- Am I right? - Well, is it him?

Yes. Eun Woo is right.

I heard Taemin prepared a performance that will frighten...

and delight us at the same time.

- My gosh. - I'm sure he won't let us down.

Yes. Let's check out Yunho's surprise gift first.

- Let's check it out now. - Let's check it out now.

Ladies and gentlemen.

Welcome to the TWICE world.

The show begins now. It's showtime.

All right, the show's been running at full speed.

How are you all liking the show? Are you having a great time?

- Yes! Are you enjoying the show? - Yes!

- My gosh, thank you. - Thank you.

We can see you on the screen, so we feel like you're here with us.

But this is making us realize once again...

how important the audience is to artists...

and how much strength you give us.

Yes, that's right.

The audience, the artists, and the music.

I think a perfect festival requires...

a harmonious melange of the three elements.

Yes, absolutely.

However, we cannot let our festival be incomplete.

The three of us will do our best...

to make this festival fuller and more complete.

Now, we're about to watch some performances...

that will uplift and delight K-POP fans around the world.

Oh, is it finally time to introduce these guys?

- That's right. - They always show us new things...

at our festival every year.

I can't wait to see what kinds of cool performances...

they prepared for today.

Especially this year, their songs really comforted their fans...

- all over the world. - That's right.

Totally. I'm sure you've been waiting to see these guys.

Why don't we just go ahead and introduce them?

- Sure. - Great.

"Korea's first". "The world's best".

Every time they release an album, they set a new record.

Now, they're really at the center of the world.

They no longer need...

- any adjectives to describe them. - You're totally right.

So let's just meet them now.

- All right. It's BTS! - BTS!

BTS once again rewrote the history of K-POP.

BTS became the 1st Korean artist to top the Billboard Hot 100.

You're watching "Music Bank K-Chart" for the 2nd week of May 2015.

We're about to announce the number one song.

Whose song is it?

It's BTS! Congratulations.

Tell us how you feel.

Please say a few words.

Go on.

We'd like to thank Mr. Bang Si Hyuk for all his support and guidance.

And we owe this all to the ARMY. We love you guys so much.

We'll stay focused and humble as artists.

Thank you.

side by side with pain but without fear.

That was "Life Goes On" by BTS.

You're watching the 2020 KBS Song Festival,

and there's only one performance left now.

The performances we've watched transcended space and time...

and connected us.

How have you been enjoying the show so far?

- How was it? - How did you like the show?

Did you all have a great time?

My gosh, thank you.

We'd like to sincerely thank you all for staying with us until the end.

We hope the 2020 KBS Song Festival...

filled the viewers and our online audience...

with hope and joy.

Yes, the final performance will be brought to you...

by all the artists who joined us for today.

They chose a song...

about beating the cold and looking forward to the warm spring days.

We hope that we can all be together soon.

Please stay with us until the end and sing with us.

Yes. The 2020 KBS Song Festival.

It's time to say goodbye.

Stay safe and healthy, and happy holidays to you all.

We'll be back next year.
