Young Blood

Episode 41

In the battle of Qichuan village,

I should have died.

Don’t say that.

You don't owe anyone since you're alive.

I survived.

I survived to

avenge the nine thousand soldiers.

I cooperated with Miqin Mubei

and lived in disgrace.

Since then,

I've quit my self-respect.

In order to achieve this goal,

I can even lose my pride,

not to mention the future

and the reputation.

So you need to find out the truth.

So you need to find the traitor.

Why did you

leave the house alone just now?

Because I knew you were coming.

It’s impossible.

You don’t have such a sharp sense of hearing.

I buried around the house

a lot of silk thread

to connect the bell inside.

If someone comes near the house, the bell will ring.

I think

you are more suitable for Secret Repository than me.

There's no big deal in the means of scouts.

Honestly,

it's difficult to catch you.

Therefore,

you should retreat before the difficulties.

Do you have to kill Zhou Xuan?

I have to.

I see.

I understand.

Okay.

You go first.

When you're gone,

I'll do it.

That I can understand doesn't mean I agree with you.

I want to stop you.

Why?

When my brother does something stupid,

I must stop him.

Even if it's worth it?

It's not worth it.

Nothing is worth my brother's life.

That is to say,

you still won't go?

I’ll catch Zhou Xuan.

I’ll try my best to catch Zhou Xuan for trial.

Leave these things to me, okay?

You’ve really grown up.

Don’t worry.

After I kill him,

I’ll let you go.

Yuan Zhongxin!

Yuan Zhongxin.

Yuan Zhongxin!

Wake up.

Go.

Are you okay?

My brother wants to catch you.

Your brother? Where is he?

You care about him.

Yes. I'm afraid he will die.

His life belongs to me.

You can meet such a good girl.

You are so lucky.

Brother.

Can we talk about girls later?

Can we sit down

and have a good talk now?

You don't have to control me.

And for the matter that you can’t solve,

maybe I can help you.

Do I think I'm so gullible?

If you catch me,

you can't explain it to your men.

Go.

Go.

It's not necessary.

In this way,

you have nothing to do with this matter.

Didn't I tell you to go?

I was low in response and failed to go.

I don't want to get you into trouble.

You've got me in trouble.

Alright.

It’s too late now.

I was wrong, okay?

What did you do wrong?

I did everything wrong.

Well, my little brother,

you might be a hen-pecked husband in the future.

Brother.

Can we discuss it again?

No need to discuss. We are approaching the military camp.

I'll bring your friends

here later.

You can stay here with food and drink.

When I'm done,

I'll take you away.

General.

General.

This is…

This is my half-brother.

They schemed against me together.

Put them down first.

Put them down.

Why?

Just for the family properties.

Listen to me.

My brother wants to kill Mr. Zhou.

He dares to slander you?

Take them back.

Don't be hard on them.

After all, he is my brother.

By the way,

there is a man named Liang Zhu.

I've already tied him up.

This is the address. Bring him back.

Yes.

[Chengxi Farmhouse Chengxi House]

Why are there two addresses?

In the Chengxi House,

there are some his associates inside.

You lead some soldiers there and bring them back.

Yes, sir.

Well, General,

Mr. zhou wants to see you

for Qichuan village.

Okay, I’ll go.

Take them back to the military camp.

Remember to take good care of them.

Don't treat them as prisoners.

After all, they didn't commit a serious crime.

Just give them a lesson.

I understand that.

After all, they are juveniles.

Please.

Take them to the military camp first.

Xue Ying.

Are you alright?

Our house was attacked. Go to save them.

Who did it?

Xia…

Xia people? Where are they? Tell me.

In the Chengxi House.

He colluded with you?

It’s urgent now. Hurry to save people.

Take them to the military camp. I’ll go to Chengxi.

Xia people are involved.

It's getting complicated.

I'll go with you.

But…

No but.

Did my brother tell you

not to treat me as a prisoner?

It’s serious.

If I don't go, who will testify for you?

What if someone says you collude with Xia?

Did my brother tell you to take good care of me?

Yes.

Maybe I'll go ask first.

Speed is soldiers' asset.

It will be too late if you don't go now.

What about him?

It's right here.

Get ready.

Wait, wait.

Untie us.

No.

We'll go in with you.

You wait for us at the door.

Is this place familiar to you

or to me?

If I don't go in,

who will help you sort out the situation?

What are you doing?

Quickly untie us.

There are so many soldiers.

Are you afraid we run away?

Look at us.

Both of us

are very weak physically.

What are you afraid of?

Alright. Alright. Untie them.

You two watch him at the door.

Others come with me.

[Longcui Manor]

Search.

It’s an arrow.

Did Xia military do it?

Take it back to the military camp and report to the general.

Wait.

There is a mark on the arrow.

Where is it?

Look at its feather.

Nothing.

No, no. It's on the other side.

The other side?

I show you.

Let the general go!

Don’t move.

Don’t move!

Let go of Xue Ying and us.

Wang.

It’s okay. Don’t worry. I’m here.

Let me help you up.

Next,

are they going to kill us?

If so,

they should have done it on the way.

They don't have to keep us up to now.

They just shot us.

It’s not an attack, but a warning,

in order to knock us out.

Who did it?

There are only several forces in Binzhou.

Wuwei Army, Yuan Boqi, Mozang Baoli,

and Miqin Mubei.

It must be Miqin Mubei.

Miqin Mubei is a maniac.

Who knows what he's thinking?

Maybe

he just wants to avenge Qin Wuya.

For a secret agent,

he wouldn’t take such a big risk.

I don't know if Xue Ying has escaped.

I hope he's okay.

How is he?

He was badly hurt

I've bound up the wound.

But judging from his wound,

he won't recover for a while.

I've already prescribed some medicines.

Remember to make him take the medicines every day.

This is a prescription.

Thank you.

I'll take my leave.

Okay.

If it's our arrow,

there should be a mark on the shaft.

How are you? How do you feel?

I’m okay. Where is it?

We were caught by Wuwei Army.

This is the mansion of Prince Zhao.

What?

Thanks to my smartness,

we were all saved.

Even if Wuwei Army are bold,

they dare not break into the mansion.

What happened on earth?

Tell us about the attack on the house.

The secret agent of Xia hurt me.

It must be Miqin Mubei.

I don't know why Miqin Mubei

attacked the people of Section 7.

Perhaps Zhou Xuan can give us the answer.

What do you mean?

We'll say it again.

I always feel like I'm missing something.

We’ll think it again. Let’s save them first.

Where did Miqin Mubei

hide Wang Kuan and others?

I don’t know.

Miqin Mubei has no private house in Binzhou.

He can’t hide them in the hotel, right?

Have you investigated Qin Wuya's house properties?

I'll arrange it.

Have a good rest.

Princess.

Where is my father?

He went to the mountain to pray.

I told him to stay at home.

Go and investigate

Qin Wuya's house properties in Binzhou.

Yes.

I've studied.

These three houses of Qin Wuya are the most secret,

and suitable for hiding people.

Go on.

During the day, a cart was seen

going towards the house.

It should be here. Let’s go.

Xue Ying, you stay here.

All members of Section 7 live and die together.

You can't stop me.

Well,

you try not to fight.

General, everything is arranged.

We can start tonight.

The scouts sent the news that

Princess Zhao Jian had investigated Qin Wuya's house properties.

That’s good.

You knew what they were going to do?

The members of Section 7 are smart and extraordinary.

If I had enough time,

I'd like to fight with them.

General.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming.

I wonder what my father's doing now.

Is he praying to the moon

that I could die early outside?

[Qingyun House]

Go and see.

Go.

[Zhicui Manor]

[Qingyun House]

Chase him.

Quickly.

Catch him!

Stop!

Quickly. Quickly.

Nobody.

It's heavily guarded outside.

It’s a bit weird.

Let’s find them first.

Be careful.

Secret passage.

I’ve checked the backyard.

No one is there.

What did you find?

There's a secret passage.

They're down there.

The sound seems to come from above.

What’s going on?

What’s wrong?

Something is wrong.

What do you mean?

Junior Wei, are there any guards outside?

No.

How strange.

They were there in the afternoon.

Why are the guards gone?

Why hasn't Zhao Jian come back yet?

I go to find her.

Forget it.

I don't think it's a big deal.

She can solve it by herself. Let’s go down first.

Okay.

Yuan Zhongxin. Xue Ying.

Great. They're here to save us.

Go. This is a trap.

What do you mean?

They removed all the guards.

It's strange.

They brought us here.

I'm afraid they did it to

bring you here to save us,

and then wipe all of us out to avoid trouble later on.

We are trapped.

You go quickly.

Leave us alone.

Go.

Go.

Leave us alone.

You still have a chance to go out.

Right. When you get out of here,

remember to avenge us.

You do it by yourself. I have no spare time.

The members of Section 7 can’t all die.

We must live together.

Don’t talk. Save your effort to run away.

You did open it.

Let’s go. Go.

The door is locked. We can't get out.

So,

we still have to die.

You are very smart, aren’t you?

Why didn't you see the trap?

Even I saw it, I had to break in.

I can't stake your lives.

Don’t cry. Don’t cry.

After all, your tears

can't put out the fire.

I'm not crying.

My tears are smoked out.

But if I can die with you,

I have no regrets in my life.

That's true,

but I don't want to die so young.

What do you mean?

Where is Yuan Zhongxin?

Who set on the fire? Who are you?

They’re finally here.

Who?

My brother's men are trying to catch me.

How did they get here?

You did it?

I cheated them before.

They should hate me very much.

So I left clues before I came.

How about it?

I’m using Wuwei Army to deal with Miqin Mubei.

That's a good idea, right?

You didn't say it until now.

Yuan Zhongxin, you are a bastard.

After all, I'm not sure.

[Zhicui Manor]

Thanks a lot.

Who are they?

Why did they want to kill you?

Were they caught?

They all committed suicide.

No wound. Commit suicide?

Are you alright?

Is there anything wrong with you?

Wang.

Am I in Heaven

or in Hell?

Junior Wei, what do you think?

All my families are faithful and upright.

I think I have become an immortal.

The human world still needs you.

So you may have to wait longer

to become an immortal.

I’m alive.

Xue Ying, are you alright?

I’m asking you.

Who set on the fire?

We were burned.

So should you ask

those who set on the fire?

Didn't I say that just now?

They committed suicide.

Where is Zhao Jian?

Zhao Jian? The princess is also here?

She disappeared?

You are awake.

You're alone here.

You are so bold.

I have something

to show you.

Where is my father?

[Zhicui Manor]

Nonsense! Take them back!

Stop!

[Zhicui Manor]

Are you hurt?

I was robbed by Miqin Mubei.

I escaped as soon as I woke up.

It’s good that you’re alright.

The house was on fire.

Are you alright?

They are alright.

You know before death,

people will see the most precious thing in their life.

Guess what I saw?

What did you see?

Zhao Jian, I like you.

Do you have to say it now?

Yes.

I have to say it in front of everyone.

I have to say it right now.

Because of my brother,

I’ve been hiding.

I've been avoiding.

Because I'm afraid of incriminating you.

You hid it from me.

Is this called like?

I’m sorry.

I'm too opinionated.

I'm not confident.

So I'll just ask you one question.

Zhao Jian.

Would you like to take a risk with me?

Why did you ask me such a stupid question?

I’m sorry.

I will never lie to you again.

Don't lie to me again.

And I will never leave you.

I'm the only one who can leave you.

Are you crying?

Shut up.

They finally said it.

So good.

I’m sorry, Princess.

Yuan Zhongxin has to go back with me.

Princess, I’m not making things difficult for him.

Put aside the matter about Yuan family.

But so many people died in the yard.

He can't explain it clearly.

He has to go back with us

to explain it.

No need.

Princess.

If you want to know,

I can tell you right now.

They are the secret agents of Xia.

Do you have any evidences?

[Token]

This is the token to mobilize the secret agents of Xia.

The Privy Council has records.

You will know when you present it.

How can it involve Xia people?

I want to see Mr. Zhou.

Yuan Zhongxin.

Instead of guessing,

it's better to confront each other face to face.

Maybe,

that's the best way to stop my brother.

Alright.

Take us to see Zhou Xuan.

I'm afraid I can’t.

Why?

Do you want me to use the reputation of the mansion of Prince Zhao

as a guarantee?

I dare not.

But Mr. Zhou is not in Binzhou now.

What do you mean?

He led some of his trusted followers

to Qichuan village.

Qichuan village?

Why does he go there?

These days,

the death anniversary of the soldiers is coming.

Mr. Zhou offer sacrifices

to comfort the spirits of the dead.

Where is my brother?

Why do you ask that?

Do you want to assassinate?

Tell me where my brother is.

He has already set out with Mr. Zhou

to Qichuan village this morning.

That is, Mr. Zhou

will be killed.

Nonsense.

How can General Yuan assassinate Mr. Zhou?

If my brother wants to assassinate Zhou Xuan

for the dead soldiers that year,

what about Miqin Mubei?

To be honest, now,

it's too late to stop my brother.

So let's think about

what will happen if Zhou Xuan dies.

Your brother will

be guilty of murder.

What else?

Nothing else. He is dead.

If Zhou Xuan dies,

will it have any impacts on the overall situation?

What are you talking about?

Miqin Mubei

is a general of Xia, after all.

He makes great efforts

just to kill Zhou Xuan?

All battlefields

are shrouded in intrigues and lies.

Seeking truth in fantasy

is the only magic weapon to win.

See through the lie, and clear away something fantastic.

What?

The surface situation is false.

Forget that Miqin Mubei

wants to kill Zhou Xuan,

and think about the real purpose of

his visit to Binzhou.

He colluded with Qin Wuya

to assassinate the imperial merchants of Xia.

Why does he assassinate the imperial merchants of Xia?

To trigger a war between Song and Xia.

That is his real purpose.

He wants to trigger a war between Song and Xia.

He needs to take back the military power

to help Ninglingge ascend the throne.

But we stopped him.

Yes.

But he doesn't give up.

Does it have anything to do with Yuan Boqi?

If

Zhou Xuan died in Qichuan village,

what would happen?

Even if Zhou Xuan died in Qichuan village,

it was Yuan Boqi who killed him.

It doesn't have anything to do with Xia, does it?

Why does he have to choose Qichuan village?

Right.

Is there anything special in Qichuan village?

Qichuan village has nothing special.

Qichuan village is the frontier.

All the year round,

the frontier armies of Song and Xia are guarded there.

What did you say?

I said Qichuan village

is the frontier.

The frontier armies patrol there all the year around.

If

Zhou Xuan was killed by the Frontier Army of Xia,

what would happen?

Then Song and Xia will cancel peace talks.

And the war will break out again.

But don't worry so much.

Xia people also want to talk peace.

They won’t do that.

Yes.

Xia people want to talk peace,

but Miqin Mubei doesn’t.

After Yuan Boqi kills Zhou Xuan,

Miqin Mubei will blame it

on the Frontier Army of Xia.

Right.

This is the ultimate purpose of Miqin Mubei.

In this way, people will burn with rage.

The peace talks will come to an end.

A war will break out again.

And Qichuan village

was the battlefield of that year.

It's understandable that

he persuaded Yuan Boqi to kill Zhou Xuan there.

What are we waiting for?

Let’s go to Qichuan village quickly.

If Miqin Mubei takes actions,

he will kill them all.

So in the sacrificial altar in Qichuan village,

he must deploy

all his trusted subordinates.

How many forces can you dispatch?

You mean General Yuan colludes with Xia people

to assassinate Mr. Zhou?

My brother is used by others.

You think I'm so gullible?

What I said is true.

General Yuan

hates Xia people very much.

How could General Yuan collude with him?

My brother bears disgrace and a heavy burden

to find out the truth.

It's getting weirder.

Think it carefully.

If I lie to you,

what good will it do me?

Everyone knows

you want to get Yuan family’s properties.

In order to get the family properties,

I frame up an imperial officer?

It is a capital offense.

You are blinded by lust for money.

You are such a person.

What if what I'm saying is true?

You don't believe me.

You don't go to the rescue now.

When it leads to a major disaster

and the war between Song and Xia breaks out again,

you will be the sinner of the whole nation!

General, we can’t wait.

Let’s go.

Thanks a lot.

Don’t mention it.

Now I can only dispatch

these people.

Besides, Mr. Zhou has set out for a long time.

Even at the fastest speed,

we may not be able to catch up with him.

Wait.

These people

are not enough.

We'll get there first.

I hope that Dean Lu can lead the forces

and arrive in time.

It’s impossible.

Why?

Instructor Liang didn't deliver the letter.

By the time I sent the servant to deliver the letter to Kaifeng,

a long time had been lost.

According to the time,

the messenger

should not have arrived in Kaifeng.

So,

Dean Lu won’t appear.

We can only rely on ourselves.

No.

You can't go with us.

Where shall I go?

General.

Giddyap. Giddyap. Giddyap.

Stop.

General, the secret agent sent the news

that the plan to kill the members of Section 7 failed.

How did they do it?

I don’t know why Wuwei Army got involved.

Yuan Zhongxin

used Wuwei Army

to solve the crisis.

Interesting.

What should we do?

They are coming.

Give out my order.

Speed up to Qichuan village.

Three years have passed.

Guys,

I came to see you.

Why are you here?

Yuan Boqi.

You dared to play dirty on me.

Killing Zhou Xuan is a crime offense.

I'm afraid you’ll lose your life.

I must avenge my brother personally.

How did you escape?

You asked them to send me back to the military camp.

But I woke up halfway.

If I want to go anywhere,

no one can stop me.

Don’t worry. I only kill Zhou Xuan.

Not now. There are too many people.

Wait until the sacrifice is over.

Report.

My Lord.

There's something wrong at the pass.

What’s wrong?

Some Xia people

said they lost their colts.

They want to come here to look for colts.

Look for colts?

It’s the boundary between Song and Xia.

How could they beak in at will?

If an example is set,

what do people think of Song?

Take some men

to see what’s going on.

Yes.

Don’t fight with them.

According to old rules,

harmony is a top priority during peace talks between Song and Xia.

I see.

Let’s go.

My Lord.

It's almost time for the memorial ceremony.

I'm a little worried.

I'd better go and have a look.

Zhou Xuan.

Nine thousand officers and soldiers died here.

I understand how you feel.

I just go there and have a look.

It won't delay the sacrificial ceremony.

You do not understand.

You have to pay back nine thousand lives.

What do you mean?

[General Miqin Mubei, we’d like to give you Song’s deployment diagram so that the war will end soon and people will get back to peace.]

This is…

This is the letter you wrote to Xia that year.

[Seal of Zhenrong Army and Zongtong Army]

This is also the evidence of your betrayal for honors.

I've never seen it.

Hold on.

You mean the tragedy of the battle of Qichuan village

resulted from the treason and conspiracy of our side?

You want to say it has nothing to do with you?

Certainly.

Is the official seal false?

It’s real.

That’s where it is strange.

Where did you get it?

Maybe we can find out the answer together.

No need.

Everything

has been asked very clearly.

Your blood

is the best consolation

to the dead officers and soldiers.

Pay with your life.

Instructor Liang.

You’re colluding with each other?

Giddyap. Giddyap.

General Yuan.

You really think I'm a traitor?

We have been working together for so many years.

Do you really think of me like this?

If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes,

I wouldn't have believed it.

But now the witness and the evidence are here.

You have no excuse.

Stop!

Get out of the way.

Stop.

Yuan Zhongxin, get out of the way.

I will kill the traitor personally.

Please calm down.

Mr. Zhou can’t die.

All this

is the conspiracy of Miqin Mubei.

[Song]

It turns out you're buying time.

Don’t forget that

I taught you martial arts.

You can't beat me.

Mr. Zhou.

If we fight with each other,

things will not be clear.

Stop fighting!

Get out of the way.

Mr. Zhou.

Did you give them

the deployment diagram?

I have a clear consciousness.

I could never have done such a disgraceful thing.

Who would admit that if you ask in this way?

Instructor Liang.

All this needs careful investigation.

The letter is here. What else to investigate?

The letter may be false.

You worked so hard to get it.

May be all this

is the conspiracy of Miqin Mubei.

Don’t blame everything on him.

Alright.

Even if

Zhou Xuan did everything,

you can't kill him in Qichuan village.

This was the battlefield that year.

It's most appropriate

to offer sacrifices to the dead with his blood.

Wait.

If Miqin Mubei

killed all of us here,

what would happen?

You think I'm afraid of death?

Wait.

What are you doing?

What did you just say?

If Miqin Mubei

killed all of us here,

and blamed everything

on the Frontier Army of Xia,

what would happen?

If that were true,

the war between Song and Xia would break out again.

That’s the conspiracy of Miqin Mubei.

This man

killed so many of our brothers.

Do you want to let him go?

Because you already know that

in the battle of Qichuan village,

Zhou Xuan betrayed

the officers and soldiers of Song.

Because you want to offer sacrifices to the dead

with his life.

Do you want to kill Zhou Xuan

to account for what happened that year?

It’s indeed Miqin Mubei

who persuaded us to take revenge in Qichuan village.

You don't really believe what he said, do you?

We can leave Qichuan village first.

When we return to Binzhou,

we can investigate if the letter is true or not.

If Zhou Xuan really did everything,

I will kill him myself.

Instructor Liang,

I swear that

I never lie to you.

How can we kill him back in Binzhou?

The men who were sent just now

have not come back yet.

You have to think clearly that

if we don't kill him today,

we will breed calamity for the future.

Don’t worry.

I see.

I’ll go back with you.

What do you want to do?

Don't you worry that

you won't have a chance to kill me in Binzhou?

I’ll go back with you.

But we must leave Qichuan village.

Whether the letter

is true or not,

you can kill me.

What do you think?

Do you think in this way,

I won't kill you?

You can kill me,

but we must leave Qichuan village.

We cannot give Miqin Mubei

a chance to trigger a war.

So you admit your guilt?

I didn't.

I can't stake my life

on the fate of Song.

You can kill me.

But

we must leave Qichuan village.

Okay.

As he said,

even if we leave Qichuan village,

we can also kill him.
