I photographed many women

who were excellent
swimmers or divers.

It fascinates me, a person,
a woman of course,

but for me it has to be a woman,

floating through the air

like a circus artist
hanging from a trapeze.

over water or on a trapeze.

My parents used to
spend all their summer holidays

I am interested in the face,
breasts, the legs,

in my pictures.
