Previously on Professionals.

- Where are we? - New Zealand.

Zora knows the one way to hurt me is to come after you.

Okay, I'll wait for you guys as long as it takes.

You help me nail Basari...

We both want him to go away. That can happen if we work together.

Tariq Basari is going free.

You can take my pension and shove it up wherever you like.

There is no going back.

- Jarhead, right? - To my friends.

You care what she thinks about you.

So, what do you guys say, like to help each other?

Not so much words, we just try to pass along a little strength.

- What are the charges? - Financial crimes, from what we know.

- He needs to get locked up. - Zora's trying to frame me.

Your brother!

- He escaped! - Every cop is looking for you.

Get out!

Swann Rocketeering will send another rocket into orbit.

The rocket will be fitted with a telecom satellite

for a private client.

I'm gonna shut her down.

Whoa! Stop there.

- Seen these people? - Look for yourself.

They're making a move.

You have to abort the launch. Now!

Hi there!

Seriously, Kurt?

I was going to surprise you.

- I should have thought that through. - I'm flattered. Really.

Not a good day though.

I'm not here for that.

- Not that I'd be averse to it. - What do you want?

To ask you a question.

Is it involving a ring?

Er, no. No...

Were you serious?

About recruiting me?

- Is he here? - Who? Grandpa?

Yeah. Where else would he be?

I mean your father.

He's in a lot of trouble, Jane.

- Oh, that was all a mistake. - I wish it was.

But he had some kind of breakdown.

That's not true.

Your father is a very sick man, Jane.

If he is here, we need to know.

Who is "we"?

What the hell?

What's going on?

- Zora! - Trust me, it's for your own good.

Zora!

I hoped you'd come back.

To put you out of your misery?

If it would cure yours, I'd welcome it.

You've misjudged me again, Dad.

I've never been happier.

I feel like there's nothing I can't do.

Except love, Zora.

It's too late for that, isn't it?

I loved you.

I wanted to be you.

So, don't try to shame me, Dad.

I'm exactly who I was meant to be.

My father's daughter.

You find that funny?

Of course.

Zora...

You're so much like me.

And I love you.

Like a father does.

But you're not my daughter.

Why do you think I ended it with your mother?

Out!

Get out!

I was mad. Furious.

Of course,

I was a terrible fraud of a husband myself.

I tried to make it up to you later, I did.

I brought you back into the family.,

the business, everything.

I did.

But those original sins...

They'll never be forgiven.

Can they?

You're lying.

You're trying to hurt me.

No, Zora, it's the truth that hurts.

You want me to do this.

Don't you?

You want the police to find my hand prints around your sad, broken neck.

Sorry, Dad, I'm not going to harm a single hair on your little head.

Not until Peter is out of the way.

And you are going to help me.

Sleep tight.

Hey, Jack, 20 bucks says you don't catch nothing.

Alright, let's get started.

Our client, Mr Swann...

- Hi. Me again. - Is now a fugitive from the law.

He can thank your hard-working professionalism from that.

I do. I thank you.

We came into this work from different places,

but we all share the same stupid sense of loyalty.

But even loyalty has its limits.

You're all used to risking your lives,

but on this one, if you stay with me, you'll be risking your livelihood.

- I'm sure that's the same thing. - Arrest...

Prison. It's likely you'll never receive another contract again.

At least not from a legit operator.

If you want to pack up, now is the time.

Your contract will be paid to the bank account of your choice.

And I'm happy to write you a referral.

That you can keep as a souvenir.

I'm good.

Never walked away from a job before. I'm not starting now.

Legit, not legit...

If the money's good, I'm all in.

One question though.

What's going on with him?

He's exploring options in the private sector.

Canned by Europol, huh?

More like betrayed.

He's getting a trial, then we'll see.

- Mr Swann, you have your team. - Thank you.

Well...

The satellite my sister intends to launch is identical to Panacea.

With one key difference.

Instead of sharing medical data around the globe,

she intends to hoard it.

So, when the next pandemic goes hot, Zora will be the first to know,

allowing her to snatch up global stocks of medicine.

She and her partners can then hold the world hostage.

Forcing countries to pay trillions for the resources they control.

I can't let that happen.

Well, first and foremost

I need to bring my daughter and my father to safety.

And unfortunately, my sister got to them first.

I took these this morning.

As you can see, Luther's guys are crawling all over the place.

She's taken them prisoner. Insurance that I don't move against her.

Approaches are pretty wide open. Not too promising for a stand up fight.

Well, as it goes, I do know another way in and out.

I knew it! I told you she had a secret passage.

Hold on. It's my neighbour, Eva.

- Well, that explains it. - Hi, Eva.

I came to tell the police were here yesterday,

poking around, looking for you, asking questions.

Were they wearing uniforms, or were they detectives?

Well, now that you mention it, not a uniform in the bunch.

Luther's men.

Did they leave behind a number, in case I came back.

Nobody here is gonna help them, police or not.

Today that might have to change.

Thank you, nurse.

Sit up, Reggie.

Lunch time.

I was just dreaming of pork belly stewed in wine.

Well, you've got beans on toast.

Oh, God! Is that all you can manage, with your upbringing?

Exactly. So shut up, you don't know how to cook either.

Anyway, there are too many pigs around here.

No argument there.

Jane, my darling.

I want you to go in the garage.

Next to the Ferrari, the red one,

is my golf bag.

In it you will find about a million dollars, in bearer bonds.

Take them and get out.

I know you know the way.

I'm not going anywhere, Grandpa.

Not until you tell me all your tedious Woodstock stories.

- Tedious? - Who was Timmy Hendrix again?

My child, where did I go wrong?

Woodstock was the greatest cultural event of the 20th century.

Not to mention the fortune I made promoting it.

- And he was Jimi. - Oh, that's right. Jimi.

Catch the movie.

- This is Colby. - I hope this is the right number.

You're looking for a guy called Peter Swann.

Is that right?

- Where are you? - At the boat yard,

where that guy Corbo lives.

They're all here right now.

- There's a reward, right? - Yeah.

Yes!

Just don't approach them. We'll be there soon.

Let's move out.

Alright, that should help even out the odds. Green light.

- I knew it. - Yeah, we heard you.

The first 20 times.

- No showing off. - Who?

Me?

Wow...

This job really is dangerous.

Put that down.

Wait! Wait a second.

Hey.

Yeah, they had three packs.

- I didn't know that. - Hard to get.

They wrote home.

Hey, did you see what the girl made the old man?

- A can of beans and burnt toast. - That's rich people.

Spoil the kids,

then they're surprised when they can't do anything.

- What's that noise? - They boys are having fun.

All clear. We're secure.

Whoa!

- Jack! - Yeah.

I knew you'd come!

Well, there's a twist.

Hi, Dad.

We'll fight about this later. We've got a plane to catch.

Hey. Can you walk?

- Hi. - Right now I could fly.

- Because of the drugs? - No, come on!

There you go wrecking the party. Help me up, will you?

- We've got to go! - Wait!

Wait.

Alright, follow me.

Go.

- Get him to the airfield. - Good luck, Dad.

- Jane! Wait don't go. - Danny?

Get out of here. This place will be crawling with bad guys.

- Not without Jane. - Not happening.

Oh no?

Hold it.

Let's go, baby.

So you must be his brother. Turns out I have a sister who is just like you.

Yeah. She stab you in the back too?

No, but she will stab me in my eye if she catches us here.

Danny, let's keep this between us. Please, leave Jane out of it.

Jane's all I've got.

So, if I have to start shooting...

Hey!

I'll start with you.

Danny!

- Hey? - Don't touch me!

- I'd rather bleed out. - Get them out of here.

- Call a paramedic! - On it!

- You're coming with us. - No, I can't leave my brother here.

You can't save him. You never could.

- Paramedics are ten minutes out. - Luther's guys will be here sooner.

You have a job to do! Get in!

There's nobody here.

Do a quick sweep, then let's go.

- Hey. - Where the hell are you?

Got a call that Swann was at Corbo's.

- You left the old man's place? - Zora approved.

Should I say no to the client?

Did you ever think that this was a set up?

One quick sweep, and we're out.

It's time.

Roger that.

What do you want me to do?

Hello?

Fire it up. Be ready in five.

Everything's gonna be okay.

Be nice to Grace.

If she's nice to me.

- She's nice to everybody. - I'm joking. Of course I will be.

- When will you get there? - Soon.

A few loose ends I have to tie up here.

Okay.

You know his name is Hacksaw, right?

Better than Vial.

I surrender!

I do love you, Dad.

I love you too, Ponytail.

Ponytail.

I just wanted to say good bye.

Thank you.

Hand shake?

Thanks, Jane.

Ten years of experience in combat zones.

- Can't handle this. - Can anybody?

- Bye. - Bye.

Bye.

Bye.

Start her up.

- Hey, I'm sorry about your brother. - Me too.

Hello?

A new day dawns on planet Earth,

bringing us rebirth,

ablaze with hope.

Like the sun itself,

bringing us the promise of a better, brighter future.

If we have the courage,

to grab... Grab.

Grab that.

- What's better than grab? - Is that a trick question?

How many times have I told you? Not in front of the help.

What? The camera doesn't turn you on?

Well, the camera does.

You on the other hand...

Why so cold?

If you want warm, Luther, knit a sweater.

This isn't the attitude I would expect,

seeing what I've done for you.

It's what you haven't done that concerns me, Luther.

Zora, you've won.

Peter is a fugitive. He's probably in Cuba, trying to buy himself asylum.

You don't know him like I know him.

I can almost feel him watching us.

You!

What's better than grab?

I need something muscular.

Seize, maybe?

There's carpe delirium.

Seize the day.

Seize.

Bravo! What's your name?

My real name? Or what people call me?

- Are you still recording? - Miss Swann hasn't said cut.

I'm saying it. Beat it!

Right away, sir.

You're being paranoid.

Well, one of us needs to be.

This is all to important to fail now.

Seize.

Seize.

Seize.

Stop!

What's going on?

Freelance security. Where are you coming from?

Videographer at the space port.

Open your pack.

- You guys police? - Just open it!

Hey, let's go! I've got a schedule to keep.

Let him through.

Okay, you can go.

- Where are you headed? - Back to Saint Marcos.

Curry night at the hotel.

Seen these people?

Again with these guys? Who are they?

- Terrorists. - Drug smugglers.

Drug smuggling terrorists.

Look for yourself.

- If you see them... - Report it. I've got it.

I've heard this three times at three road blocks.

Get used to it. We'll be out here until after the launch.

- The whole week? - It got moved up.

It's going off tomorrow.

That's confidential.

Look around, man. Who am I going to tell?

Yeah, let them through.

He said tomorrow. Are you sure?

Must be. They had technicians turning up left and right.

Preemptive launch. We must have them pretty spooked.

I'd say. Swann was real upset with Luther what's-his-name.

That explains the uptick in security.

Lucky they didn't catch you with this.

Someone did cut it a little tight.

- We love watching Zak sweat. - Smelling him, not so much.

What a team!

Hey, maybe we should hit some targets?

Yeah, I've got an errand to run first.

- That Interpol guy? - Yeah.

- No. - But it's perfect.

It does not work that way.

Trig did not name himself Trig.

Hacksaw did not call himself Hacksaw.

You cannot name yourself. What was it again?

Badass. Well, Saint Badass.

Alright.

Briefing in five.

Keep your eyes open. Luther's got patrols out looking for us.

Alright.

- I don't think they like you. - No. I don't think they do.

- Maybe when they know you better. - Really?

Is that going to help?

Grenade!

That is what we call operation MDA.

Works every time, baby.

Congratulations! You passed the test.

Welcome to the team.

Nice, man.

Welcome, man.

By the way...

Now that I'm part of the team, I've got a great name for myself.

No. No.

- Come on! - No.

- Come on, guys! - Walk away.

You haven't even heard it!

Here's the big screen where you're gonna watch your own launch.

This beautiful screen is going to show you the miracle

taking place later.

Luther, come say hello.

This is Gregor, Anatoli and Felix.

Alexi's former partners.

Luther personally acquired this unique gift you requested.

- Amazing. - It is a proven aphrodisiac.

Worth a fortune.

Forgive me. No one told me you would be here.

How could we miss the launch of our new venture?

And celebrate with our brilliant new partner.

Yes. Brilliant.

And full of surprises.

If I can interrupt the tour for one short moment?

Excuse me.

New partner? What happened to partners?

They know who you are, Luther.

They know what you are.

And right now, they're here for my side of things.

Good then. You can explain why you're scrubbing the launch.

And why would I do that?

Because I can't guarantee its security.

I'm not gonna tell the three most vicious oligarchs in Eastern Europe

we can't deliver their launch.

I don't care if you kill everyone on this island.

Just find them. And stop them!

They're counting on you.

- Hello. I'm sorry about that. - That's okay.

Hey.

Hey.

You too?

Just like you, I've got a lot on my mind.

It's not my mind that's bothering me.

Just so what you wanna talk about...

- You're talking to the wrong guy. - Am I?

What are you doing here?

It's not the money.

It's not Grace. Not anymore, not now.

And as inflated as my ego is, I know it's not for me.

So, why are you here?

That's if you know.

Just seems like the wrong people keep winning.

I don't wanna care, but I guess I'm bad at ignoring.

You could choose a worse epitaph.

How about you, Peter? Why are you here?

You've got infinitely more to lose.

Well, like I told you, not long ago, not far from here,

I am not letting my life's work be destroyed without a fight.

Now I'm not letting my life's work be destroyed, unless I destroy it.

Zora is not going to turn my dream into the world's nightmare.

Heads up.

- It's been a privilege. - All mine, sir.

- Camo suits you. - It's good. Feels good too.

You! I don't know how you wound up here, but I'm glad you did.

Thank you.

This is Colby. We have their camp in sight.

No one gets out. Copy?

I'm on my way.

Roger that.

Let's move up.

I've always appreciated your solid judgement.

Only for the important things.

I heard that.

And your smiling face.

I have a feeling I'm gonna see a little bit more of you soon.

Maybe you can jump into my video business.

After today, I'm probably gonna need a job.

- I don't cover medical, though. - Dental?

Yeah.

- You need another line of work. - And miss all this fun?

Do you mean that?

- Don't change a thing. - I don't plan to.

Hey, thanks for everything.

- In case you need me. - I'll remember that.

Sir!

Take care of each other.

It took them long enough, even with a smokey fire.

That'll keep them confused for just long enough.

Listen up! You all know your assignments.

You all have your escape profiles.

When it's done, extract yourselves from whatever mess you're in.

And haul ass!

Questions?

- How do we know? - Trust me, you'll know.

Loud and clear.

Today, a new day dawns for the house of Swann.

Bringing rebirth ablaze with hope,

the promise of a better, brighter future.

If we have the courage to grab, to seize it.

Thank you.

And enjoy the ride.

Whoa! Stop there.

Seen these people?

Look for yourself.

Move!

- Come on! - Move, move!

- Romy? - Right behind you.

Let's go!

Please complete the final check-ups of the launch sequence.

Weather conditions are...

Monitor the coolant systems. I don't want the levels to drop.

...pressure across the launch trajectory.

Five minutes and counting.

Status check to receive terminal count.

Report go, no go.

- FSC. - Go.

- QAM. - Go.

All systems are go.

All ground crew, evacuate immediate launch zone

and switch to channel 15 after lift-off is confirmed.

- Tell me. - They're making their move.

You have to abort the launch. Now.

- Zora, do you hear me? - Don't call me again.

Roger. Go.

With me.

Romy, you got our six.

...launch. Three, two, one.

T minus four minutes and 30 seconds.

Everything's gonna run smooth.

Powering chain, range changer system and auxiliary power.

We have a go for all the sequence start. No constraints for launch.

All stages pressurised at this time.

Was that thing always that tall?

Yep.

Alright!

After you.

Go.

We have a green light in all sectors.

You are clear to proceed.

- If you're ready. - Thank you, Miss Swann.

We are commencing our launch sequence.

Peter, don't stop. Keep climbing.

- My hand! - Vincent!

Peter, keep going!

Corbo! Watch it!

Don't do it!

We've got this.

You coming?

Oops.

Not good.

Okay, Peter. It's all about that bipod.

Slight hiccup.

- What happened? - It's gone.

- Where? - That way.

Down.

Well...

- Are you crazy? - That kicks like a mule!

- Final checks complete. - We have permission to launch.

All metrics met. We are proceeding to countdown.

Proceeding with the count.

- What happened to you? - Just a hole in the hand.

- You got hit? - Yeah.

- I'm taking this shot? - Yeah.

I make the snowballs.

- You throw them! - This time you throw them.

Let's go.

We can use this.

Here, put it on my back.

Whatever works.

T minus 40 seconds and countdown.

You wanna close your eyes.

I'm worried about my ears.

Alright, you've got this.

17 seconds and counting. Guidance internal.

Metrics are still holding, coming up on the ten second mark.

T minus ten...

nine...

eight...

seven...

- Six... - Coming up to the five second mark.

Five...

four... three...

- Did you get it? - No.

- Two... - Okay.

One...

- Commence ignition. - Zero.

Ignition. We have ignition.

External boosters on.

- Ignition looks good. - All pieces running.

Launch commenced.

No joy.

Lift-off.

And we have lift-off.

Lift-off confirmed.

Lift-off 15 minutes after the hour.

Okay, I don't want to put pressure on you, but...

it's not getting any closer.

Hurry up!

Alpha two to M. Velocity report?

Reading 4268.

269. We've got 269.

Peter...

It's up to you now.

Easy.

Do it for us.

For all of us.

For everyone.

Alpha two, 0.5 nautical miles.

Wait a minute.

Yes!

- It's burning up. - Launch failed.

What just happened?

- Roger. - Stand by.

Yes!

- You did it! You got that sucker! - Vincent!

- Go ahead. - Final trajectory.

- Negative conduct. - Watch your data carefully.

The comms have been compromised. Incoming video on screen.

Hey, Zora!

How's this for a surprise video?

It hurts, doesn't it?

Watching your dream go up in flames.

Mine was to beat disease,

so that millions could share their genius with the world.

Yours was to enslave them...

to plague, poverty, disease.

Unless of course, they could pay.

We're both paid today.

We both burned down the house of Swann.

Whatever happens next, I'm ready.

Are you?

- Great shot! - Thank you.

Alright, as your security adviser,

I advice you we get the hell out of here.

- Wait. - What?

- Look. - We gotta go.

Oh, hey, Zora! How's things?

I... What? You're breaking up on me.
