Because, with so many people in the water,

how will I keep an eye on all of them?

As mayor, it's my job to look after everyone and keep

them safe!

everyone's doing and be ready to swim out and help

at any moment.

I have my swimsuit on so I can get in the water if I need to.

having trouble in the water.

This whistle and megaphone will help me get everyone's

attention, and this sunscreen is so nobody

gets sunburned!

Wonderful! And now to Rainbow Lake!

Yeah! And now it's time to get wet!

Those aren't wiggly lake monster antenna,

they're just reeds - a long grass that grows in the water.

That means everyone can get back to having fun!

Well. he was about this long - with a tiny tail - and a big

head - and the cutest little eyes.

Tell me about the last time you saw Taddy.

I was taking my afternoon nap like I do every afternoon.

And so was Taddy.

He woke me up, like he always does.

After that, I took Taddy to visit his friends.

First we went to see Mr. Sloth.

Taddy has been teaching him some new tricks.

Next stop was Ellie's farm to help harvest the

Rainbow Corn.

And Taddy and I had a little snack!

When I got home, Taddy was gone!

Vanished! Disappeared!

I think we should check Ellie's farm since that was

the last place you remember seeing Taddy.

Are you finding any clues, Rainbow Ruby?

I do see something like little footprints.

If I use my print powder, we can see them better.

Couldn't be! Taddy doesn't have feet.

I was passing through when I realized it was almost time

for the frogs to start singing.

I listen to their Night Song every evening

from my royal balcony.

I'm trying to solve the mystery of Thunderbell's

missing fish, Taddy.

It looks to me like Taddy's a tadpole,

not a fish.

Huh? A tadpole?

His eyes and tail do look a lot like Taddy's.

That one's a froglet.

It has little legs, see?

A tadpole's tail gets shorter and it grows little

legs, turning into a froglet.

When the tail shrinks all away,

it's a frog!

Trust me, princesses know these things.

Hmm.

Out of all of these froglets,

we need clues to tell us if this little guy is

definitely Taddy.

Hmm.

See the cute little eyes - they're the same as Taddy's.

The mouth, too.

Thunderbell, I think your tadpole has turned

into a froglet!

The froglet's turning into a frog!

Sometimes they even turn into Princes!
