In order to help everyone stay cool,

I need to figure out what's wrong with the fountain

and fix it so the colors flow again.

Luckily I have some helpful things

in my handy Rainbow Roller!

I can help by being a plumber!

My wrench can tighten pipes and things,

and this plumbing snake is for pushing out

anything clogging a pipe.

Plumber's tape is good for sealing up leaky pipes!

Of course, you can be my assistant, Choco.

Now let's fix this fountain!

Let's see...

We know the rainbow water come out of these colored teapots...

but where do the colors come from to begin with?

There's a pump under the fountain

that pushes the colors up through pipes.

I can show you with a flip of a switch!

There! That should do it!

[EXCITED SOUNDS]

Hm... [BANGS ON PIPE]

Ohhhh!

[GIGGLES]

Each color comes up through these pipes

and flows up to here...

then comes out of the fountain where we can see it.

Ahh!

Jessy want red!

I like red too, Jessy.

But none of the colors are coming out.

I think something might be blocking the pipes.

Good thing I have just the right tool to find out!

Choco, my plumber's snake, please.

I'll push it down into the pipe.

My snake is bendy so it can go through the curvy parts.

Then when I feel something blocking the pipe,

I can push it out.

Hmmm...

Hm... I don't feel anything blocking the pipe.

I'll use my wrench to twist them apart

so I can see if anything's stuck in there.

All clear!

So's this one!

Hm?

[GASP!] Hm...

Aha!

My bow tie!

That's what was blocking the pipes!

I must have accidentally dropped it in the fountain!

I'm terribly sorry, everybody!

That's okay! No worries!

Now all we have to do is connect these pipes again --

-- and the fountain should be all fixed!

Red!

That's right, Jessy!

Even the red water.

That should do it - nice and tight.

Let's flip the switch and see how we did.

[WATER POURING OUT]

and I made everything nice and tight.
