I wish it was a good morning, Rainbow Ruby,

but unfortunately it's not. We have a big problem.

for the Rainbow Ball Tournament!

It only happens once a year --

with all of these pokey pods covering the field?

Pokey Pods?

They're the prickly pokey seeds

that grow in our beautiful Pokey Pod Trees.

Unfortunately, every spring the pods

drop to the ground and can cause problems.

Ouch! These pods are really pokey!

See what I mean?

That's why they're so hard to clear away.

I hope we don't have to cancel the event.

Everyone will be so disappointed.

[SHE GASPS]

[SIGH OF RELIEF]

Like I said ...

It's just not that easy to clear away pokey pods!

When does the Rainbow Ball Tournament begin?

This afternoon. We don't have much time!

Hmmm... How can I help?

I need a way to clear the field of these pods -

a way that is easy and doesn't hurt anyone's hands.

And I need to be fast,

since the tournament is going to start soon.

Huh?

[CHOCO SQUEAKS]

Look at Choco!

He's using a stick to whack pods across the field.

That gives me an idea!

Luckily, I have some helpful things in my Rainbow Roller!

I can help by being a golfer!

I'm going to use my golf club

to hit all these pokey pods off the field.

Then the field will be cleared up in time

for the Rainbow Ball Tournament!

This visor will keep the sun out of my eyes.

These shoes with cleats will keep me from

slipping on the grass -

and the gloves will keep my hands from

slipping on the club.

I'll roll the pods onto a tee

and then use my club to whack them off the field.

[ALL GASP]

Choco, would you mind being my caddy

and carrying my golf bag?

[SHE GIGGLES]

Do you have room to add another golfer to the game?

I think I just figured how

we can clear the pokey pods away in time

for the Rainbow Ball Tournament!

The park is the perfect place to hit the pods!

But not the bottom of the slide ...

there isn't room.

Not the carousel ... they'll fall out when it turns.

We can whack the pokey pods in ...

... and they won't roll out!

Because we'll be playing golf instead!

down your mini golf course and think it looks like fun.

seeing your glasses.

I remember taking off my glasses

as I was falling asleep at my desk.

I had a delightful dream that Princess Kiki

gave me a bouquet of Pink Princess Posies.

Good thing it was only a dream.

And when I woke up from my dream,

my glasses were gone!

borrowed all those things

that didn't belong to you.

I found my trunk warmer at Gina's,

I recognized my back scratcher at Ellie's,

and my red marker somehow wound up at Jessy's.

I knew it!

When you thought Thunderbell's spare tire was a yo-yo,

I realized you could hardly see

without your glasses.

And that's why you thought Gina's knit hat

was your trunk warmer...

...and Ellie's knitting needle

was your back scratcher,

and Jessy's red crayon was your red marker!
