It awakens that which clings to life

A long, long time ago,

when the nights were still dark,

the world was ruled
by the creatures of the night.

Vampires, werewolves, evil elves,

spread fear and terror among humans.

But as the centuries passed,

these evil creatures gradually changed.

The once fearsome monsters
became peace-loving creatures

who no longer wished to spread terror.

Some of these magical creatures
still live undetected among us.

to secret locations all over the world,

This is where the story
of the young vampire Vlad Tepesch begins,

as he and his father leave our world
and head for Crailsfelden.
