of racially charged incidents

occurred yesterday, rocking the city.

was accidentally shot
and killed by the police

and that he'd been involved in a
robbery that occurred nearby.

He matched a description of the suspect.

Sergeant Kelsey Blake
was among the officers

at those sites?

as an investigatory tool.

with time stamps from the metadata,
on images from the rally.
