Dylan Taylor plays O'Brien.

And he is one of Kevin Cormorant's police detectives...

...part of his posse along with Francis Maguire...

...and the three of them work the beat of Five Points together.

I think Cormorant knows O'Brien somebody he can count on and trust...

...no matter what, with his life. He's the kind of guy that would take a bullet for him.

Not just out of his loyalty as a friend, but out of his loyalty to the badge and the job.

Cormorant, O'Brien and Maguire are brothers in arms, for want of a better word.

All three of them are necessary. All three of them have their part to play in solving these cases.

Cormorant, he's our number one, the leader of the gang.

You're the muscle and I'm the brains of the operation.

Kevin!

Maguire and O'Brien are his boys...

...and you'll get a real sense of defense of each other in the show.
