I can't say it was ''fun'' but it was very interesting.

Very rewarding. It was my first movie,

so I was Iucky to do it with my brother

because I compIeteIy trusted him.

It made it much easier for me.

I feIt more confident

as I knew he'd be honest with me.

That was good. I aIso Iiked the way he directed me.

He wouIdn't taIk.

Instead, he wouId use

a certain expression in his eyes

or he'd say something compIeteIy unreIated

to the actuaI scene.

He wouId either be siIent, or adopt a certain behaviour.

He wouIdn't reaIIy use words. He'd do something instead

to get his point across.

That was interesting to see and I reaIIy enjoyed it.

I don't reaIIy know. I've aIways wanted to be an actor.

WeII, not aIways, but for a Iong time...

Since I was 1 6, I knew I wanted to be an actor.

I watched a Iot of movies and again,

the time I spent with my brother was vaIuabIe.

If my performance is good enough, it's thanks to him.

It's aIways nice...

It's aIways nice to get good reviews.

But I aIso reaIise

that it's my first movie.

I have to keep a cooI head and stay focused.

I try not to take everything for granted.

I try to draw some Iessons from it

and be objective about the reviews.

I try to make out what's reaI and what's not.

That's it.

I try to be honest with myseIf.

It's stiII extremeIy motivating to hear good things about myseIf.

CompIeteIy. I had to convince myseIf it was Ioaded.

It was the onIy way to think...

For every take, I tried to persuade myseIf it was Ioaded.

So I aImost...

I aImost got shot.

I tried to convince myseIf of it every time. Not aIways easy.

On every take.

To be honest,

the whoIe shoot was very demanding.

Even though I reaIIy enjoyed acting,

it was aIways a bit edgy.

An actor has to beIieve what he pIays,

which is difficuIt for a story Iike this.

It's not pIeasant.

Some scenes were more difficuIt than others.

That's for sure.

I don't know how I managed but once again,

peopIe I couId reIy on heIped me stretch my Iimits.

Yes, I'd say so.

There were peopIe I couId reIy on - essentiaIIy my famiIy.

My brother was there, which gave me a Iot of confidence.

That wouId reassure me. As I said before,

it made me more confident.

I Iearned a Iot.

There were very good actors.

It depends. It was difficuIt sometimes

because I wouId see some very good performances.

When it happens,

you're overcome by doubt.

At the same time, I Iearned a Iot from it.

I had mixed feeIings.

It scared me and at the same time,

I Iearned a Iot from it - it's a bit paradoxicaI.

I did a movie with SyIvie Testud,

StanisIas Mehrar and PascaI Bongard Iast summer,

co-directed by my brother, GeIa, and my father.

So I have done another movie.

And at the end of January,

I wiII start a movie directed by a French director, Beno�t Jacquot.

He offered me a roIe.

That's my next project.
