cunty with each other when we first got here

and there was this weird like,

even though we're freaks and we separate each other

I've always been creating anything,

from as early as a child as I can remember.

It was never me just sitting around playing video games

or watching TV like the other kids.

I was always making something

and switching from career to career to career.

Somehow they came back to this.

From there is where Victoria started to be born,

because she was just a way for me to mash all my likes

and passions into one career.

And look where I am now.

This is amazing.

I could not believe...

I can't believe that I'm here.

- There's girls on this show that are changing drag

and altering the way drag is looked at

and it's saying eff you to the trends

and it's wiping out the whole idea

that you have to look a certain way

and act a certain way and be a certain type of queen.

And seeing queens on this show who love what they do

and express what they do with no fears,

no regrets, no remorse,

that's why I wanted to be on this show.

That's why I auditioned.

I wanted to be the new face of drag.

I want to change what drag is about.

I want to change where drag is going.

And I see Dragula as the future of drag.

They are making a whole new path

for queer artists, for the lgbt+ queer movement,

they're changing the world for our community

and that's what I wanna be a part of.

- Growing up, I was obviously effeminate.

And that was the hardest part about growing up,

was someone labeling you something that you didn't even know

or couldn't understand in that moment.

Like, you get called a faggot and you're like,

"Why the fuck do I have to put up with this shit?"

And I would go home and fucking hate myself.

I hated myself so much on things

that I couldn't even change.

And when I would go home I would just

disappear in video games.

I'd boot up fighting games with these gorgeous

Glamazonian women with thongs and battle axes

and they would just kick the shit out of

these douchebag guys.

I was able to get my revenge in these

awesome phenom characters.

And when I first started getting into drag

I was doing it for fun,

but then I realized I could actually be those

gorgeous women that I always idolized.

That's why I do drag and that's why I love art.

- Where I grew up and where I came from

I was put into a box and I was told I couldn't do things

and that I wasn't allowed to be who I wanted to be.

You know, if you have dreams and you have,

you have ambitions that you've always wanted to do,

you have to be the one to do it.

No one's gonna hand you your dreams on a platter.

You have to fight for it

and it's not gonna be the easiest thing.

People will criticize you, people will tell you

you're not doing it right.

They're gonna tell you that you're not a real queen

or you're not a real type of person.

But if you...

If you believe in yourself and if you really love

who you are and what you want to do,

there's nothing gonna stop you.

You just have to do it.

- I finally feel like I have all the tools to keep going,

even after this, and just going full force,

becoming a traveling show.

I just wanna keep going.

From here it's only up

and I'm learning more and more everyday about what I can do

and I'm challenging myself

and I surprise myself everyday.

I really have a lot of faith in me

to do really well after this.

- (sighs) I feel like I should win Dragula because

there's this guttural, visceral energy within me

when I'm onstage.

When I have the character on.

And it's this beast.

And I feel like that beast is in each and every one.

And when I am Biqtch Puddin', I can see

that I inspire people to bring that out within them,

that fire they kind of hinder,

that passion they kind of put away

because society says fuck that, you're not good enough.

But you are good enough.

You are sickening.

You are that nasty freak in the closet.

Let it out, be that fucking cunt.

And I feel like I should be Dragula because

I embrace every facet of that.

You know, whatever happens happens,

but I have fuckin' had fun.

And I goddamn want to be Dragula.

that you're able to execute,

- I was happy tonight that you came out of your shell

a little bit, which we've been pressing you to do

for a long time.

- I kinda feel like I know the answer to this question,

but I wanna ask it anyway.

On any level, do you think you're better

than the rest of these girls?

- In ways, yes.

- I think you are the type of drag creature

that no one has seen before.

Your artistry is so beyond.

- Do you feel that I was hard on you this season?

I really, really enjoyed all your critiques

that you guys had to say

because otherwise no one was gonna tell me.

I always need growing to do

and accepted has been life changing for me.

or what you present right away.

It's a way of life and who you are.

To hear most of them believe I don't fit in here

hit home because I don't fit in back home

to the girls there, too.

That kind of, your life has sort of prepared you for that,

So you can't let what they think effect you.

I'm sure it was hard to hear.

I think you're kind of a unique creature.

We can see you for who you are.

You know, you're one of those weird, androgynous,

glamor ghoul unicorn magical creatures

and I think that this is exactly where you belong.

- I've never felt more of a family here, too.

Like, I feel like this is changing my life

tenfold already.

They did affect you.

if we were to make you win and you were to become

the next Drag Supermonster,

would you be able to sustain that pressure

or would you buckle to society

the way you buckled to the girls early on?

- I wouldn't buckle.

If anything, it takes me a moment to breathe

and I didn't remember that valuable lesson

in that one moment and it kicked me in the fuckin' ass.

And as soon as I started remembering to breathe,

everything fell into place and I was myself.

You are looking for someone that carries on

not only what you do,

but to also pass on the torch,

to bring it to the next level.

I feel like I'm the one that would carry it further

than the other two.

There's nothing more than I live

than those five minutes on stage.

You can get any kind of angst you have out

or anything, any strife you're going through,

it just dissipates in those five minutes.

on putting on one of the most killer stage shows

we've ever seen.

- The three of you need to be so super proud of yourselves

right now.

I mean, honestly, you guys have put on

the show to end all shows.

It was so sick.

I was just shook watching you.

One after the other after the other,

it was just fucking twisted and gorgeous.

(laughter)

- It seemed like the Filth Challenge

is the one that you all came the most alive during.

- It was fun to, you know, challenge ourselves

not to be just sexual.

- Well.

- I mean...

- Victoria, oh my god, it was so taboo

and you went there so full force

and something came over you.

Like the spirit that you performed that number with

was so intense and so captivating.

I threw my hands in the air.

I was like, "Oh my..."

This is what it's about.

This is the moment when you get the chills

and you see the show and you see the performer

giving everything they have.

I could tell you were just feeling alive.

And looking dead while you were doing it.

- I was fucking living.

That was so much fun.

- You know, at the second episode of this season,

I asked you during judgment, "Who is Victoria Black?"

I know now exactly who Victoria Black is.

I do and I like her a lot.

And I think the world knows who you are now

and they're really gonna love you.

I'm so excited to meet everyone.

- You came into the competition

and you had such amazing talent with crafting

and putting things together,

but you were so quiet and we just didn't know

what your personality was

and you were not quiet during the last supper.

You spoke your mind and we were proud of you

and tonight, you performed

and you were not afraid to take the stage

and put on a show.

You were confident, you moved well, you walked the runway.

We were very proud of you.

- Biqtch, I think my favorite thing from you tonight,

even though I can't get this vision of you

sucking on your toes out of my head,

it was your Glamor look.

- Also your Filth performance.

What you did tonight, it was at the heart

of what Dragula is about.

Like, I watched that and I was like,

"This is when we started Dragula.

This is like--"

- [Boulet] Just nasty and crass.

- Yeah.

It was just wrong, but amazing

and it wasn't super complicated,

but it just hit the nail on the head.

I knew when you started performing

and the crew were running to the bathroom

to throw up or try not to throw up,

I was like, "She did it!"

And, Biqtch, it's obviously been a pleasure

watching you grow through the competition.

You know, we were so scared when you first got here

because it seemed like you were just gonna buckle.

It seemed like everybody had turned on you,

you weren't really fitting in,

and you just - something happened.

Something happened, I think, during the Ghost Town Challenge

that just...

You came to life and you have been clawing your way

to the top ever since.

It's just been a pleasure to watch.

You're an amazing performer,

you bring a really different element to the competition

and we appreciate it.

- I wanna talk about James's Glamour look.

- Because the story was told immediately.

You didn't even have to do anything but stand there.

It immediately popped into my mind

because ravens mate for life and you had that bird.

It was as if you were the bird, too.

All the feathers were in the train of the dress,

it was so immaculate and so opulent

and so put together.

It was like layers of stories.

- I agree, it was such a beautiful story.

You looked so gorgeous.

That gown, I want that gown.

You made a lot of friends while you were here,

didn't you?

- I really did.

You know, these girls at first were uneasy about me,

but I can call them all my family now.

Each and every single one of them.

I adore them, I love them,

and I feel I get love back from each one, too.

Really, I don't have a lot of friends where I'm from

and I finally have a family now

and it feels amazing.

- I hate hearing that you don't have a lot of

friends where you're from.

I think your personality might confuse people,

it might intimidate people

and I just would want to encourage anyone seeing this

and listening to get to know you,

because I think you're a lot softer on the inside,

underneath all of that hard exterior.

- Yeah, I think you came into the competition,

you were already a boss when you came here, you know?

And for you it wasn't so much about growing in your talents

as it was growing personally, I think.

You know, you came in and you were very defensive

and you were snappy and you were reading

and then, you know, you did soften up a little bit

and you made friends

and you were actually really encouraging

to a lot of the other girls, which was nice, you know?

It was warming to watch you sort of get to know people

and accept people in a little closer

during the competition.

I feel like this competition showed me that

a monster can also have a heart in a way.

- Even though it's small and black and shriveled

and barely used, yes, it's true,

we do have a heart, too.

I think you're an asset to any team

and we're really happy to have you in the Dragula family.

- The whole reason we do this competition

is to celebrate alternative forms of drag.

- And it's also about artistry.

You know, I think we said this when we first got together,

we do whatever we want.

We wanted to create a platform that celebrates

the artistry of drag

and just looking across the stage

and seeing everything that you guys have done,

not only tonight, but with this whole season,

it is just so exhilarating.

It's art, it's gorgeous, it makes you think.

I mean, I think it's gonna be changing minds

about what people think about drag and drag queens

and even gay and queer culture.

- I'm proud to have you be a part of Dragula,

I'm proud that you guys are our top three,

and I'm so excited to see what all of you do

going forward, because I know all of you are stars

and you're going to go very far.

- Were there any surprises for you tonight?

- Pleasant.

Pleasant surprises.

After what I saw tonight, I know that we made

the right choice when it came to our final three monsters.

- I agree.

- For me we were looking for powerful beings

to join our queer army and go forth

and spread our message

and I think we recruited three lieutenants tonight

in the army.

They are bosses. - Absolutely.

- Yes.

- Goes to show me that all of this rigorous torture

that we put them through actually pays off.

They've all stepped forward in their own ways

and I'm very proud of all of them.

- For me, I enjoyed all of their performances,

but Victoria's Filth look was the high point

of my night.

I mean, it borderlined on Horror,

but it was so that cadaver and the intoxication

with the, whatever she was breathing in,

those chemicals.

The whole thing was indulgent and taboo.

It was filthy and disgusting and I was out of my chair.

I loved it.

- Hmm.

What did you think of her Glamor look?

- I enjoyed it.

I was maybe even slightly underwhelmed.

I mean, she looked gorgeous.

I thought the dress was too short.

She's so tall, she needs to...

The dress could fall and accentuate that height

and it floating there, mm-mm, not good.

- Victoria's horror look was amazing, of course, right?

- Mm-hmm.

- All the details, the aging of her costume, everything,

that's what she's good at, that's what she excels at

and she brought it in spades tonight.

- And how did you think her performance was?

'Cause that's been a weakness of hers.

- Her performance was great, she owned it, you know.

- It really was.

- She definitely owned it.

She actually was more than an amazing costume tonight,

she was a great performer.

Let's talk about James's Horror look.

- I was very surprised when she turned the corner.

I don't see clown in the world of James Majesty.

- I know, I was surprised, too.

- Again, there were so many details that were

immaculate for me, the highlight were those

converted Frankenstonian clown high heels.

- Now, that was cool.

- That was amazing.

- That was amazing.

Of course, as always, she shows her skill.

Her makeup was so well done. - Sickening.

- Detailed, I mean, she's an amazing makeup artist,

you know?

His Glamor was beautiful.

- When I saw her come out, I feel like she was alive,

I feel like she was performing,

I feel like she was serving it.

I loved it, it was poetic and gorgeous.

- There were so many details with all the

feathers on the back.

So well done.

I thought he looked beautiful.

His acting maybe wasn't the best,

but I thought his look was great.

His runway was also wonderful.

- Mm-hmm.

- Let's talk about-- - His Filth look.

That white trash tailgate skank-bag.

Hilariously, I feel like she was the most alive.

Like living her best life in that look.

- I thought James's Filth look was a little bit

costumey for me.

I don't feel like he was embracing it

and making his character.

He was almost like dressed up in a white trash costume,

which, I don't know...

- I know, but the performance was so there.

I felt like she was living in the skin of that character,

even if it was a costume.

- Well, if you're gonna go that way,

look at Biqtch Puddin'.

Biqtch also went with almost a costumey character,

but she brought the Dragula Filth to it.

Why?

Because she shocked us.

She sucked that glass.

- Oh my god it was-- - And that mop water.

And drank it.

- I was dead.

- And literally, I saw the crew literally about to throw up.

- If you were looking at me, I was about to throw up, too.

- Did you see she picked that hairball out and ate it?

- So disgusting.

- I mean, of course it's disgusting,

but it's shocking.

She gave us that John Waters shock that Dragula's about.

- It was really good.

- I also liked her Glamor look,

I thought that was really interesting.

but when the smoke cleared and you saw those

red, beady eyes sticking through

and that hair and then the teeth?

It was like uh...

Electro Nosferatu.

It was very hypnotic in so many ways.

Well, my favorite Glamor look was Biqtch's.

when it came to the Horror?

- Biqtch Puddin'.

- I understand why, I just thought Biqtch's concept

was a little more original.

- My favorite Filth had to be Victoria.

- As much as I'm haunted with the image

of Biqtch Puddin' sucking on her toes,

I'm going to agree, Victoria absolutely took it for me,

as I've said already.

That performance was my favorite

of the entire lot of all nine performances and looks,

Victoria Elizabeth Black's Filth look was it for me.

- I would say she performed the best of everyone.

- (sighs) But Biqtch was right there for me, too.
