I'm absolutely drained, I am so tired.

I feel really run down and rough.

From the minute we got
in there the atmosphere

doing that first puck session with Emma
and the camera stopped recording randomly

thank god we were filming
on the sls camera because

although the audio is really
bad on there at least it captures

the moment we had those incredible
responses through the puck now,

I'm trying tithing rationally about it

and it's very easy and very

lazy for me to sit here and say
last night we made contact with the

actual spirits of the pendle
witches but really is that the case?

I'm not prepared to sit here
and say that's what happened.

But what I will say is this...

The chances of...

The puck bringing through the
word southern and then grandma

with the questions we
were calling out is like 1 in

a million chance.

It's either the most coincidental

moment ever

that's actually what happened

and then the voices that
were coming through and

I have no idea what happened to me, the
team have said I was acting really like,

erratically, I was very hyped top
and over the top and pushing it too far.

But I definitely lost
about 10 to 15 seconds.

Where I just blacked out and then

next thing I remember is being
outside and I'd been crying.

But I didn't even feel upset and

jeez I think thats the
first time I've cried in...

Years.

Today,

I'm gonna give the guys
the day off and I think

after last night and after
whats happened so far

this week, I think it's
beneficial that they get out

head out into burnely or something and go
and get a coffee, just get out of pendle.

And get out of the atmosphere
because it can really suck you in.

And they can recharge their
batteries and then tonight

we will hit the forest of pendle head on.

Because we're at a stage now

where I just want answers.

No more,

messing around here this is, we need
to absolutely just hit this directly and

there's no better place to do
that than the forest pendle where,

the likes of Elizabeth southern's
and alizon device used to walk on

you know, a weekly basis.

Dan's being a bit weird.

He's given US all the day off
and told US to get out of pendle.

And go and get coffee
and just sort of chill

out and so we're gonna
have a wander up into

burnley which is where we're

kind of staying on the edge of.

Erm... just to get out and
have a bit of a break today.

But he's, he's not
coming with US erm.... and

he's apparently taking
himself off into the forest

by himself to prepare
for tonight, bloody weirdo.

Erm... I am a little worried about him.

Erm... last night was a
little bit off the chart and

I haven't really ever seen
him like that and I'm just

a bit concerned that he's
getting himself a bit too

obsessed and...

Involved with everything,
he's done so much research.

And whatever happened last
night affected him so badly.

And it's erm...

he won't have any of it
he's going into the forest by

himself and we've all gotta
go off an take a break and...

Yeah, Dan just wanted US to have
a little bit of a break especially after

saddlers farm.

we realised how mad it was gonna go
and I think everybody's feeling like .

I think we've all come into
this though not expecting

to get as much because
is it just rumours but then...

We were prepared because it is meant to be
one of the most haunted places in britain

yeah.

But I don't think anyone
can prepare you that when

things are quiet in a building
and then all of a sudden

you get waves of mad activity.

It has just been though from location
to location just that little build up.

It's little build ups,
it's quiet for like 2, 3

if not longer, hours trying different
techniques, different... nothing.

And then all of a sudden it's like
here you are, slap in the face, have it.

So we're gonna go into burnley today.

Get some food.

And just get a bit of...

Extra kip.

US time extra sleep.

As we reach our 6th day in pendle,
our journey has reached a crossroad.

Our experiences over the last
few days have deeply affected

the team and the atmosphere
that surrounds pendle hill

and makes it one of the
most mysterious locations

in the UK, is beginning
to sway US from normality.

The obsession that I have personally
had with this location for over 15 years

has seemed to take
control over me and

although I feel completely
normal at the time,

looking back it is clear to
see that the overwhelming

atmosphere and mystery
of the hill had affected me.

The team have headed off
into burnley town centre today.

Erm... I thought it would be a good
idea for them to just get out of pendle,

for the day, get back to some
sort of normality, this place

it really can suck the life out of you.

I'm heading over right
now to the forest of pendle.

Where we are gonna
conduct tonights investigation,

and I'm just gonna check it out, I
am really at the stage now where

I just wanna get to the bottom of
this and confront things head on.

I am about to head
into the forest of pendle

alone as my search
for answers goes on.

After what had occurred the night before,
I am not prepared to take the day off

and with the forest less than half a mile
from saddlers farm, I strongly believe

that I am walking in the footsteps of
alizon device and her grandmother demdike.

So I've just entered the forest of pendle.

It's soaking wet today.

And this is where we're
gonna be conducting

tonights investigation
now this forest dates back

centuries, it pre dates
the pendle witches.

And it is extremely dark
and mysterious here.

But I've just come to
check it out ahead of tonight.

I didn't really,

fancy going into burnley
town centre today I just wanna

stay focused on the
investigation, stay

focused on what we've
got to do here but...

We as a team are really
starting to flag now and

this is, I think this is day 6 we're on.

Things have just become so weird and...

All our mind sets are affected
after the last few nights.

It's really, really darkened mysterious
in these woods and the atmosphere

higher than ever.

In this spot.

You can almost imagine

alizon device, old demdike
taking walks through here.

And demdike filling alizon's head with

talks of the devil and things like
that but you can justice behind me

how dark and mysterious it is here.

Now I have brought with me the ovilus 5.

It's an area really unaffected
by any electrical sources,

things like telephone
wires, stuff like that so there

should really be nothing
affecting the ovilus out here.

I'v also brought with me the sb7
spirit box and again we should be

getting no radio leak or anything
like that coming through the sb7.

In an area as rural as this.

I'm gonna head further down now
and then conduct a couple of sessions.

Now I'm gonna arm the ovilus 5 in itc mode
and see if I can get any communication.

Already since just putting
this on now and arming it,

it's really just not picking up
on any energy changes at all.

Because this is such a rural area.

Coming back here tonight,

we will really have to
conquer our fear because

it's creepy here now, it's gonna be
even creepier in these woods tonight.

I have no idea what to expect.

pumping white noise
out into the atmosphere

and if there is any presence here

That is so strange because

literally about 5 minutes ago I was
calling out and asking if there was any

creatures that they have witnessed here

and as I presented my evidence to
the team, we all decide to conduct

another protection ritual just like
we did at the barn 3 nights ago.

I really didn't want to
come back here after what I

experienced today on the sb7
spirit box. I knew that this would

fearful things we've ever done because

guys it is like something out
of the Blair witch project here.

could find no historical records of

anyone with that name but with
the word mytton coming through

it suddenly dawned on US that
Henry mytton was one of the

locals said to have been murdered
by members of the accused.

together with Alice nutter, the murder
of Henry mytton, all by witchcraft.

Our final day at pendle hill was
approaching, eevrything we had

experienced so far on this
journey had lead up to this moment,

and we had no idea where
hq were about to send US

next as our investigation
reached its final chapter.
