(spooky music)
(screaming)
(thunder clapping)
- Greetings, ghoul-friends,
and welcome to the Secrets of Dragula,
The Lost Footage Episode.
- Now, it's been a short while since we've crowned
our first drag supermonster,
and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision.
- We're just sitting here in full drag
with a giant wig, heels, and a very uncomfortable corset
like many of you at home probably are
on this dreary Sunday Night.
And, we're kind of realizing
that there was a lot of stuff from the show
that we were not able to show you before.
- While we did show you almost everything the camera caught,
there were a few tidbits that ended up on the
(scissors snipping)
cutting room floor,
and we thought there would be no better time than tonight
to reveal some secrets.
- Now, choosing our nine monster queens was no easy task.
We had to scour the globe for the filthiest
and freshest monster queens out there.
And when we narrowed it down to those nine,
well we put them through a harrowing casting call
to try to make sure they were right for the show.
- Now, let's gaze into the crystal ball
to get a behind the scenes look
at some of our star's original casting videos.
(spooky music)
- Hey y'all.
My name is Foxie Adjuia.
My boy name is Malik Adjuia Smith-Thompson Walker.
It's a little long, whatever.
- Oh, hi, I'm Meatball, and I'm a garbage drag queen
from Los Angeles.
- Hi, my name is Loris.
I'm the international femme fatale of Los Angeles.
- Hi, this is Melissa Befierce.
I am the Latin Queen,
the queen that they do not want to (beeping) with.
- Meatball is a clown, a slut, a whore.
She'll steal your food, she'll steal your man,
and she will not give them back.
- I'm like this really cute sorority girl
that also just happens to be like a dick pic.
If you're looking at me from the back,
you're going to think that like I'm a woman,
and then I turn around and you get this big old man chest.
And surprisingly, people are like turned on by it.
And it makes me feel weird, but it's also funny,
and I take advantage of it 'cause I get drinks.
- Well, I would definitely say my aesthetic
is what I'm known for.
I'm very polished with my looks.
I do my own hair, I do my own costumes, I do my own makeup.
I'm a self taught makeup artist.
I like to do big, colorful, dramatic looks
with a lot of glitter.
So I would say definitely my aesthetics.
- [Interviewer] What's your pet peeve
about other drag queens in this town?
- Girl. (laughing)
- [Interviewer] Let me have it.
- Like I said, torn leggings, (laughing) uneven paddings.
One padding is up here, the other one's down here.
(beeping) up makeup.
The laces showing while they're on stage, spotlight on them.
Laces just cracking up on the sides, wigs looking thirsty.
I think the list could go on and on and on and on.
- I think pretty drag is probably the most annoying to me.
- [Interviewer] What would you say to a pretty drag queen?
- Do you have any depth?
- [Interviewer] Who has really influenced your life
and really impacted?
- You know what?
It goes back to my parents, actually.
Both are from Mexico, and they built everything,
they earned everything themselves.
They're my role models, really.
Somebody who can start from the ground
and build their empire themselves, and build their legacy.
Those are my role models.
- When I was (mumbling) at my comedy.
My father doesn't love me enough.
I think I started drag because I really wanted to perform,
and I wanted a way to get out and like have fun,
and get to play with makeup and do stuff
so I started out really ugly, and then I got worse.
(laughing)
- [Interviewer] So what excites you?
Blood. - Blood?
- Real blood.
[Interviewer] It's been said that real men
will never do drag.
Would you agree?
- Uh, I disagree.
I think anyone who is really that afraid
of their own femininity is no man at all.
- [Interviewer] What are you afraid of?
What are some of your fears?
- Spiders, snakes.
Actually, one of my biggest fear is rejection,
or being forgotten, or just not being entertaining.
- You know what's really funny?
I cannot stand it when a drag queen looks like a man.
Aint that some (beeping).
- [Interviewer] Who would you say in your personal life
and growing up looking back has been someone
who has really influenced you?
Whether that be a friend, family member.
- Um, you know what?
I have always said this, and it's my mom.
My mom has always taught me to never give up.
When me and her ran away,
took off from my dad's 'cause my dad would beat her up
every night when he would come home from work, drunk.
And she told me, "You know what?
"This is it, we're leaving."
And since that day, she would always tell me,
"I don't want you to be like your dad.
"I want you to be someone positive."
And until this day, she always tells me that.
My sisters look up to me because of what I do
and I never give up.
I never once gave up because of my mom.
- [Interviewer] Who would you say in the community
or within your family life or your personal life
has been your role model?
- My mom.
My mom used to do these outrageous burlesque numbers,
playing the piano, and like singing live,
and she would do them at the bars,
but she would practice them in front of me and my brother.
And she would like kick over stools
and whip her hair back and forth.
And so, that was a huge inspiration to me.
- [Interviewer] Were you ever bullied
or discriminated against for being gay?
- Oh my god, so much.
I grew up in Texas, and it was awful.
Like I had to move out of the house when I was 16.
Not from my parents, but just from being at public school,
and like dealing with just assholes all the time.
I couldn't take it anymore, so I left.
- [Interviewer] Have you ever been bullied
or discriminated against for being gay?
- Absolutely.
I have the word faggot tattooed across my stomach
because it's a word that was used against me
for a very long time, and nobody ever will again.
- [Interviewer] Tell me your opinions on Donald Trump.
- He's a dumbass.
- If he gets elected,
he's probably going to get assassinated.
- Oh, fuck him!
- You build the goddamn border.
- With all due respect, sir, you're an asshole,
and please go fuck yourself. (laughing)
- I think he needs to fire whoever does his tan.
I think that his hair's disgusting.
Being a black person, I'd like him less.
He's such a fucking asshole.
- Well, that was terrible.
I don't even know why we cast have these girls.
- Now, Drag, remember,
most of them were the only ones willing to sign
those extermination agreements.
- I guess that's true.
(phone ringing) (gasping)
The Boulet residence.
The lady of the house spea--
(scratchy speaking)
Oh, it's you, Squeaky!
- Squeaky Blonde, our legendary drag cousin.
(squeaky speaking)
- Really?
She says she loves the extermination challenges
and she wants to see a lot more.
(squeaky speaking)
What a good idea!
OK, we'll talk soon, darling.
Goodbye.
(laughing and smooching)
- I mean who wouldn't want to see a little bit more
of those extermination challenges?
And the two of us torturing our girls
just a little bit more?
So let's turn the clock back to the first episode,
and my personal favorite extermination.
- [Together] Buried alive.
(spooky music)
- Oh, I don't like the sound of that latching.
Oh (beeping)!
Oh god.
(retching)
(beeping)
I don't like this.
(screaming)
Oh, there's one down my shirt! (screaming)
Are there still bugs?
Are they moving?
Oh, oh god!
(retching)
- Oh wow.
No, that does not feel nice at all.
- No, ma'am!
- God dammit!
Yes, daddy!
Yes, daddy, give it to me!
Yes, daddy!
(water sloshing)
(crying)
- Legitimately terrifying.
(crying)
- [Dragula] Let's take a look at a few more
of our extermination challenges.
(whistle blowing)
(drag queens yelling over each other)
- Oh, skank.
- Bitch!
(struggling)
- [People] Eat it! Eat it! Eat it! Eat it!
(retching)
(intense music)
- [Interviewer] What happened?
- I guess during my part of the song
when I did the splits,
I must have hit something on the stage.
(intense music)
It's bleeding a little bit, but it's OK.
I will survive.
(laughing)
(people chattering)
- [Drag Queen] Oh my god!
(intense music)
(yelling)
(water sloshing) (intense music)
We ain't got it.
Oh god! (screaming)
(water sloshing) (intense music)
- Oh, that was so much fun.
You know, the girls never knew who was going home
at the end of each week.
Let's watch them squirm in their unreleased confessionals.
(spooky music)
- [Interviewer] Alright, Meatball.
So you are in the bottom three.
How are you feeling right now?
- Uh, it's not great. (laughing)
I feel like I kind of let the Boulet's down.
Their critiques were accurate.
- I was expecting to be in the bottom three
to be honest.
It's not really bothering me
as much as it's bothering the other girls.
They seem physically upset about it,
and I'm a little bit more calm and collected
'cause I'm confident in what I can do.
- I feel disappointed in myself,
but I feel confident that I can get back from this threat.
The competition's tough.
They're both good friends of mine,
but I'm going to do my very best.
- Loris seems really upset.
She's worried.
She knows that going up against me and Meatball,
that's a lot of personality to deal with.
- Pinche is a fierce (beeping) queen.
Loris is gorgeous.
It's gonna be tough.
This is gonna be work tonight.
This is gonna be a hard competition to beat,
but I can't go home.
I'm really excited to prove to them
that I'm in this competition to win it,
and that I'll stop buying things from party city.
I'm a little bit nervous.
They said we're going to be like in a coffin underground,
so that might throw me,
but I really don't want to go home at all,
and I'm going to do everything I can
to stay in this competition.
- I know I definitely don't want to see
myself go home tonight,
but if I'm gonna have to see one of the people go home,
I'm going to say Melissa Befierce,
and only because she hasn't let the monster out yet
and I don't want to give her the opportunity to.
- Also Ursula, her whole outfit was kind of like.
For to me, it was kind of like what the (beeping).
- I think this week I fell a little short
because I didn't like cross my T's and dot my I's
like I know I should have, you know?
So because I gave like 98%
versus like the 2,000 that somebody else brought,
that makes more sense to me.
- And Vander?
- [Interviewer] Vander Von Odd.
- She was fucking amazing as always.
She won last week and this week again, she was safe.
- You know, I have a confession of my own.
There were a lot of (beeping) ups on the show
that you viewers at home did not get to see.
(laughing)
- So true, so true.
Not everything went according to plan.
There were some fumbles and foibles along the way.
They were (beeping) hilarious.
Let's take a quick look right now.
(spooky music)
(laughing)
- [Instructor] Alright, Loris, so you just won.
How are you feeling?
- Well, howdy, y'all.
I'm Nuclear Nellie.
I'm just so pumped that I won this challenge.
I feel like, aw, OK, let me try that again.
Let me try that again.
I'll just be myself this time.
I tried it.
- Um, yeah.
That's what (mumbling).
(slow motion speaking)
That's my scariest thing.
We're going to be like, "So, what's this?"
- Um. (clicking tongue)
- [Man] Camera one.
- [Man] Rolling camera two.
- [Man] Rolling sound.
(clapping)
- [Man] And action!
(spooky music)
- God dammit.
(laughing)
- You just never know
what's going to come out of my pussy, OK?
Can we do that again? - Yeah.
- [Man] Give us a scream
like how you would actually do it.
(alarm blaring)
- [Man] Do you want to stop the alarm on my phone?
- [Man] Oh. (laughing)
- About the bag, damn.
I felt like I was going to get kidnapped.
I've never had a psych
other than my boyfriends balls to my face.
(laughing)
- Balenciaga!
- [Man] There she goes.
Oh (beeping).
- [Interviewer] Who's Foxie Adjuia?
- She's the other Black one.
- [Interviewer] No, but what does she do?
- Foxie Adjua is the other Black one,
and she's my black competition, yes.
- Hi there, little babies!
Oh, I'mma fry you up real good.
Oh, some buttermilk chicken with some biscuits and gravy!
(sighing) I'mma eat you for dinner!
(moaning)
Oh, another one!
I'mma feed my whole family.
I got Shanaynay, Shaqueva, Boniva.
- [Interviewer] How familiar are you with The Wizard of Oz?
- I'm very familiar with The Wizard of Oz.
I love Michael Jackson, yeah.
- [Man] Turn around real quick.
(screaming)
- That was a just a practice.
- That was good. - That was great.
- [Man] We are filming in the noisiest location
in the world.
(loud rumbling) (beeping) me.
- [Man] Let's just shoot on the 101.
- [Man] Yeah, like as loud as you can,
who do you think went home?
- Tonight, um--
(loud rumbling)
- [Man] Oh my god, (beeping) me gently with a chainsaw.
(rumbling) (imitating rumbling)
- [Man] That's exactly what's going to happen
in San Francisco.
- [Man] Oh my god!
Yeah, like what the (beeping).
OK, I guess this is it.
- She's crazy.
- Send nudes!
- I want to take Casey with me.
- No, I want to take Nathan up.
Oh, Nathan.
- Are you a top or a bottom?
- [Man] First.
(moaning)
- Lordy, Jesus Christ be the Lord!
- We gotta go to the church.
(laughing)
- Is the wind too much?
- [Man] Oh, yeah, sorry.
- I can feel it.
- [Man] Sorry.
- Aw, dammit!
- Sorry. - Sorry.
- Whoop, whoop! (laughing)
- [Interviewer] Do you need help?
- Uh, that's OK.
Maybe, yes.
- [Interviewer] OK.
What do I need to do?
Just bring it back up?
- Yeah, I guess we should try
and like feed the hair back through it.
- Let's cut.
(struggling)
- Bitch, what?
Bitch, what?!
You better watch out!
You better watch out 'cause I'm comin' for you!
- I really resent the fact that I was not able
to show my sea of monster couture.
I identify as a sea monster, actually,
so I feel like I would have really knocked that one
out of the water.
- [Interviewer] Funny.
- Blew it out of the water with that one.
That was so stupid.
That was the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
- So, this is me reacting to the judge's praise.
- I'm Loris, and I'm your most preferred fantasy.
I'm Loris, and I'm your most perverted fantasy.
I'm Loris, and I'm your most perverted fantasy.
Gagged!
Shook!
My jaw on the ground.
They're putting my ass in the ground?
- [Interviewer] OK, do you want to talk about
what a GLOW girl is?
- A what?
- The GLOW girl. (sighing)
The GLOW girls.
(sighing)
(clicking tongue)
The GLOW girls.
The GLOW girls, they were oppressed, no, no.
They were from the 80s?
[Interviewer] From the 80s.
- Right, OK.
The GLOW girls were, wait, one more time.
The GLOW ladies.
- [Interviewer] Girls.
- The GLOW girls.
The GLOW ladies.
Gorgeous ladies. (scoffing)
The GLOW ladies were gorgeous ladies, OK.
The GLOW ladies were gorgeous. (scoffing)
- [Interviewer] I know, it's a hard one.
- This one's tough!
- Spit it out, girl.
Put on some running shoes and get to the point.
- The GLOW girls were gorgeous ladies of wrestling.
They were loud, strong, punk, colorful
bitches from the 80s, and they were so iconic.
- [Interviewer] That was it, good job.
- Got it.
I felt it.
- I have taken pretty large (beeping)
but that was, that was a dump.
- Now that was hideous, but I loved it.
Care for a drink, Drag?
- Sherry.
- Oh, would you give me a hand, darling?
- Of course!
- Thanks, love.
- Now, one of the other things
that the viewers at home loved
was our man servant, Israel.
I think we're going to summon him right now
so he can give you a little bit of live entertainment.
(spooky music)
(glasses clinking)
(romantic orchestral music)
Oh, Israel.
There's only one thing we love more than buttered buns,
and that's buttered popcorn.
- Now, let's grab a big handful
and take a look at some of our ghouls most sickening looks
from this season of Dragula.
(spooky music)
(rock music)
(screaming)
(rock music)
- Killer looks, indeed.
And speaking of killer looks,
we all saw Vander slay the runway
on the finale episode of Dragula.
- Well, what you didn't get to see is the party
we threw in her honor.
Her grand coronation where we delivered her $10,000 prize
that you all helped us to raise,
and her debut performance
as the world's first drag supermonster.
Let's take a look.
(audience cheering) (dance music)
- [Audience] Vander! Vander! Vander!
- One more time for our supermonster!
Thank you, everyone.
- Do you guys know what this is?
This is the crown of Dragula!
(audience applauding)
So Vander, will you join us on stage.
(audience cheering)
Vander, once again, you know that you've already won,
but congratulations.
We really truly are so happy with you.
We're proud of you and everything that you've done,
and we're very excited to see what comes for us all
in the next year.
(audience applauding)
- Thank you!
The future is black, and dark, and bleak,
and (beeping) amazing!
(audience cheering)
(dance music)
- Give it up for the world's first drag supermonster!
(audience cheering)
Eve, could you come out please?
I forgot the most important part.
- We're happy to announce--
(audience cheering drowns out speaking)
Now, she's one very rich bitch!
- $10,000, you guys!
(audience cheering)
Let me tell you something.
That wasn't from us, that was from all of you guys
and all the fans of this show chipped in
so many tons of five and 10 dollar donations
going into this $10,000 for her.
So congratulations on all the money, too.
(audience cheering)
Also, I have to give a little special credit
to Alaska Thunder(beeping) for giving $1,000 to the fund.
(audience cheering)
- And also, I'd like to point out
Sharon Needles donated $666,
which we're very grateful for that, too.
But all together with the countless number
of small donations from you guys, all of the fans,
so thank you for that.
- Alright, and Ashawn, take us.
Take Vander backstage, DP her, and get her super fucked up.
(audience cheering drowns out speaking)
We need to welcome her to the family the right way,
you know?
Alright, everybody.
That's it for this show tonight.
The party has just begun.
I want you guys to remember this (mumbling) time
that we're living in right now.
Stay queer, stick with your queer brothers,
make out with one another, love each other,
don't be afraid to be who you are,
and (beeping) demand that you are treated equally
in all circumstances.
(audience applauding)
Never ever ever give up
and always always celebrate your freedom to be queer
everywhere that you go.
- Oh, bitch, if you love that,
you're gonna love this.
- To do a little role play for you guys
and introduce them to you.
Would you like to meet them?
(audience applauding)
Then please give it up for the stars of Dragula,
The Search For The World's First Drag Supermonster!
(audience cheering)
Welcome to the stage, Xochi Mochi.
(audience cheering)
(dance music) (audience applauding)
Next we have Pinche, queen, Pinche.
(dance music) (audience applauding)
Next is Meatball!
(dance music) (audience applauding)
Next, Melissa Befierce.
(dance music) (audience applauding)
Next, we have Loris.
(dance music) (audience applauding)
Next up, Foxie Adjuia.
(dance music) (audience applauding)
Vander Von Odd.
(dance music) (audience applauding)
And last but not least, Frankie Doom.
(dance music) (audience applauding)
And those, my darlings, on the stars of Dragula!
- Let's hear it for all of our ladies one more time,
everybody, and all the stars of the Dragula show!
- [Dragula] Alright, now.
Arguably, one of the best parts of this season's Dragula
were all the deadly looks our ghouls came up with.
So let's take a moment and look back
at some of our favorite looks
from this season's floor shows.
And do pay close attention to some of the dark
little dirty secrets we're about to shed some light on.
(dubstep music)
(dramatic orchestral music)
- Well, that's the last of the secrets
we're willing to share.
We really hope you've enjoyed our little time together.
- Goodnight for now, lovers.
- [Together] See you next Halloween.
