it were, to be used

and abused at their
own perverted whims.

Tonight, we delve into the
world of a deranged duo,

a powerful, sick, and
twisted set of individuals

who use their perverse
privilege to create

a dollhouse of terror and then
fill it with human playthings

who are challenged to act out
their frightful fantasies.

Tonight we delve into the
world of the Boulet Brothers.

What made these homicidal
housewives call on nine

outcast drag queens to come
together on this fateful night?

What dangerous
plans did they have

in mind for these
innocent rejects?

What desperate situations
forced these queens

to accept an invitation to
the Boulet Brothers' mansion

in the middle of the
night in a cemetery

to voluntarily partake
in a twisted pageant

which would surely mean
certain death for most of them?

Tonight we shall find
out the answers to these

and many other questions
as we open the files

and dive deeply into
the diabolical world

of the Boulet Brothers' Dragula,

the Search for the World's

clown from outer space,

and I love to get gritty,
so when Dragula came around,

I knew this was all me.

- [Boulet] Ursula Major.

Vander Von Odd.

- I've never competed
in drag before,

I'm still a baby queen, but I'm
expecting to get pretty far.

- [Boulet] Meatball.

- They wanted a monster,

but they're gonna get
a goddamn terrorist.

- [Boulet] Loris.

- I'm Loris, and I'm your
most perverted fantasy.

- [Boulet] Frankie Doom.

And Melissa Befierce.

- Melissa is drag queen royalty.

I don't really
consider her a monster,

but I'm excited to
see what she does.

on our next great
creation, one of you.

- You'll be competing
in ways that

drag queens have never competed.

But if you rise to the
occasion and snatch the crown,

you will be a queen unlike the
world has ever seen before.

- Your first challenge
is very simple.

You are going to give us
your wickedest witch look.

Up in the parlor, you're
going to feature your look

and then you will
be reenacting one of

the most tragic scenes
from cinematic history.

- The death of the
Wicked Witch of the West.

- I worked in haunted houses
for years before doing drag.

I live for this shit.

- Alright ladies, it's
your first day with us,

so give us everything
you've got.

Because for one of you, your
first day will be your last.

- It's my life story.

Actually I started
getting tattoos because

I wanted art that nobody could

ever steal from me or take away.

So by having it on my body,
bitch, you're gonna have

to hold me down and
skin me to take it, so.

so the idea of spending money

on something that could just
disappear was not my jam.

can be really frustrating

to make everything yourself

to a show and then
you see queens

who don't appreciate the
spots they have who--

I feel like a lot of girls,
they get comfortable,

they get comfortable
and they start lazing,

and I'm dying to get these spots
and nobody gives them to me

and I'm just making and making
and making and producing drag

and it just doesn't get anywhere

so I was really surprised to
be here, I'm incredibly happy.

I can put up a front
all I want that

I'm so confident in
this competition,

whatever, but I'm
still scared shitless.

Again, I'm still
pretty new to this.

- I'm excited to be around
all these talented bitches.

I feel almost at a certain
point where you feel

kind of stagnant in your drag,

and then you get paired
up or pit against

these creative ass bitches,
like this one over here,

well half of these
other bitches over here.

- So I'm excited to see what

they bring out
inside of me, really.

Being invited on Dragula
was fucking awesome.

It made me feel validated
in a sense to know

that being a working
monster in Los Angeles

and being invited
to compete against

the other major monster
names made me feel like

oh God, I fucking
made it. (laughing)

- I came to win and I
came knowing already that

these girls weren't gonna
accept me and think that

I'm too clowny or too
messy or too sloppy

because I'm not bloody or
horror or whatever they do.

I'm different in a way that
is difficult to fit in,

and I've been like that forever.

Growing up I was different too

and I'm just used to everyone
shitting on me all the time,

that's not what
I want from this.

- I'm a vegetarian.

having to eat some baby

just think that what happens

in the industry with all the
animals is really fucked up

and it's not an industry that
I wanna support with my money.

that I judge other people

But it won't go

mention this earlier

and I think the time has come.

We thought it would be
appropriate for the fans,

who are also enjoying
your performances,

to have the opportunity to

and the race to the

originally when we
issued the challenge,

was very pretty, very soft.

Where some of you guys wear
your monster on the outside,

but you shouldn't
underestimate the ones

that are hiding it on the inside

because they might come
out and surprise you.

- I love your name Foxie,
it's like a character

out of my own film Jawbreaker,
so that was good for me.

My only criticism of you was
the ankle strappy red heels

felt more strippery than witchy.

- You were super sexy,
feminine, virile.

When you came out you were
just exuding confidence,

that's what I love,
you were a boss bitch.

- Well congratulations

did underwhelm us tonight

that you need to go through
to prove that you actually

can represent the
principles of Dragula,

punk, drag, filth, and glamour.

- And let's begin with Loris.

I like the costume, you're
giving me an avatar of a witch,

kind of from a manga world.

It got very clunky after that.

You seemed distracted
by what you had with you

as opposed to really embodying
what you were giving.

- I brought a full
reveal to the stage.

The transition may have
been a little clunky,

but I think for the performance

and the look alone,
I should be okay.

- My problem with you is that

you're scared to own your look.

And I think to win a
competition like this,

you need to be as confident
as your looks are powerful.

You have nothing
to be afraid of.

- Melissa Befierce.

You owned the stage as
soon as you came out.

You were giving me a
super villain for sure,

I don't know how wicked it was.

I was feeling like the newest

villain from Jem
and the Holograms.

It made me question does she
exist in the Dragula world?

I don't know.

- I came in in that room
thinking that because

I was very polished my look
was gonna be the top one.

But in reality,
it was not the T.

- I have to say
my biggest problem

with your whole thing is
the sensible black pump.

To me, that's not
very drag monster.

It's a little more
Ross Dress for Less.

- Being polished in
this competition,

it's not enough and
it's not gonna cut it.

- Just having one white
eye and one normal eye,

just didn't quite compute to me.

I felt like I wanted to
see all or nothing there.

- Because you're competing with

so many amazing makeup artists,

you've got to show
your makeup skill,

and that's an easy out to
just black your whole face.

You don't have to
show your skill,

so we can't see how talented
you may or may not be,

and we know that you
can beat your face.

- Yeah, we all know you can beat

the fuck out of that face.

Miss Meatball.

The costume became a liability.

The cape was fumbly,
the hood was going back,

to me it felt like
it was the first time

you were wearing it
and it held you back.

- I think Meatball's look
looks very hodge podgey,

99 cent store, kindergarten,
had fun with a crayon

and said we're
gonna do drag today.

- My heart is racing,
I'm freaking out.

I realize looking around that

I could have pulled
it together more

and it's truly my
fault, where I'm at.

- For me the
characterization was spot on,

your acting was amazing,
that's one of your strengths.

I too thought the
costume started to get

a little confusing with
the yellow and the blue.

There's something
that almost looks

a little storebought costume
about those elements.

- That's not the greatest
feeling to hear your costume

looks store bought when you
spent days putting it together.

- My biggest problem
was the Party City cape.

It's like it came out of a box.

- And finally Ursula.

Some of the fabric
choices are weird,

and I've seen you do better.

There's a cheapness that for me.

But I was on your fantasy
ride, you had me on your side,

but I was looking past some
weird choices that I knew.

The two queens that are safe

and not up for extermination
tonight are Melissa Befierce.

thing that surprised me

with the bottom three
was that there were

four contestants that had
extremely similar looks.

- I feel like the judges'
critiques were pretty spot on,

but very sobering, for sure.

- Frankie Doom,
Foxie Adjuia, Loris,

and Ursula Major all
had very similar looks,

it was very voodoo,
tribal, witch doctor.

- I feel like I let
the Boulets down.

Yeah, their critiques were
accurate, I can't argue them,

they were all, it all adds up.

- The competition's tough.

- Loris seems really
upset, she's worried.

She knows that going up
against me and Meatball,

that's a lot of
personality to deal with,

and even me going up
against Meatball's a lot,

so I'm interested to see
how this all works out.

It's weird to be in

and I wanna do everything I can
to stay in this competition.
