I trusted you.

You are all I needed.

I think Kim Yoon-Cheol’s sneakers’ footprint

and the blood in his trunk

are to frame him to be the kidnapper.

She likes you so much

that she said nothing

even after knowing you had an affair.

I’d like to take this chance to thank you.

[ My dear husband and I ]

[ who didn’t give up as well as my families ]

[ are extremely grateful. ]

…As well as my family.

I will drink anything

you give me, even if it’s poison.

Suspicion is sprawling like poisonous.

Tell me,

what if this whole incident was self-directed?

What if your wife was the one who arranged everything?

So, she had this meticulous plan at first?

I found this in it.

What is this?

We must find the one

who needs to hide the poisoned red wine.

What else are you hiding?

I do think you hid other keys somewhere.

It’s going to be an unexpected twist for me.

Are you looking for this?

Why can’t you believe me?

It was you, yeah?

Because I want you

to get hurt.

Are you really being foolish or just naive?

How can I bring such important evidence with me?

It seems that someone has got him,

Song Yoo-Min.

It seems the case

just begins now.

There must be accomplices.

They may keep Song quiet.

We have to drink on such a good day.

Finally, we can drink this cup of wine.

Until death separates us, my love is eternal.

The contract is just crap.

What’re you going to do?

You already promised me.

Do you know it?

A revenge is like a poison. I wanna kill you but I also took it.

We’ve already taken it.

Until death separates us.

We’re going to stay together.

Let’s celebrate.

To our new life.

Cheers.

It’s okay.

This is not poisoned.

Drink it.

Is it good?

Answer me.

I knew you would like it.

[ EP5 Their Murderous Plot ]

Scare me.

I thought it was a man.

But what does this man do?

Why does he have this?

Senior.

I heard that someone had spilled gasoline there.

Where’s the victim?

It seemed like he was not at home.

And we can’t connect him.

Seriously...

Who would set a fire at this time?

Officer Seo,

something’s weird here.

Well...

I’m a bit afraid.

This is like some religious rite.

It’s a temple.

You will love each other forever

until death separates you.

- Yes. - Yes.

- I will. - I will.

Now, bride, please put the ring on the groom’s finger.

Wait a minute.

It’s your turn.

Why?

You got up so early.

Oh.

I woke up early.

Breakfast’s almost ready. Please wait for a moment.

Didn’t she kill him?

So,

he has been hid somewhere?

[ Ms. Jin ]

I've recharged your phone.

Isn’t it an important call?

I saw your phone humming with constant conversation.

[ Yoon-Cheol, we need talk. Reply. ]

[ I wanna have a word with u. Call me ASAP ]

[ Yoon-Cheol, read my passage. Call me. ]

This is important. Call me.

[ It’s urgent. So important. ]

I’m currently...

[ I’m currently… ]

Did she...

get rid of him without leaving any traces?

What are you doing?

I haven’t done shoe care for days. So, I want to polish them.

The breakfast is ready.

Yeah?

Honey.

The porridge.

Have it when it’s warm.

Oh, okay.

Actually,

I don’t like porridge.

It’s porridge.

The porridge.

I...

hate porridge!

Porridge, porridge! I hate it so much!

Sim Jae-Kyeong, I hate you even more.

Honey, the porridge will get cold if you don’t start eating now.

It’s good.

It’s my fault trying to get to know my wife.

She is much more dangerous

than I expected.

You drink too.

Here.

Do I have to live in fear of her all my life?

I gave that to you to wipe your face.

Honey.

What’s wrong?

I will clean my face again.

Did you call them?

Yeah.

The police, again.

What’re you going to do now?

What else can I do?

We have to get through this

since we’re a couple.

Do you know Song Yoo-Min?

Yeah.

His studio was destroyed by a fire.

I saw it in the news.

Have you seen him recently?

Once or twice.

For what?

I chatted with him about my husband’s affair.

So... have you ever been to his studio?

No.

Well...

You don’t know there’s a secret room underground, right?

A secret room?

Don’t you think this looks like someone?

My goodness.

This... this is me.

Have you been a model recently?

No.

I’ve been once at college.

No, this...

is so much like what you look like now.

Could he draw this according to his memory?

The whole house was burned down,

expect this painting.

That is to say,

he either extremely cherishes the work

or cherishes the person in this work.

My goodness, I’m so scared.

Could the masked man be him

when you were kidnapped?

No.

He couldn’t be.

Do you think he’s suspicious?

Yeah, at least for now.

But he may have other accomplices.

Accomplices?

I really want to go back to the time when nothing happened.

We will arrest the culprit.

And I’m also worried about that.

It scares me

to know who the culprit is.

But at least you still have a reliable husband.

Yeah.

Oh, yeah.

What did you do last night?

I’m just curious about if you

drank red wine together to celebrate your safe return?

Yeah, although it’s not the one we wanted,

we had a great time.

It was

a special night.

It’s so good that you can return safely.

Why?

Why did he burn his entire studio

and only left this painting that is not good for him?

I’m just being curious.

He wants people to see it.

My wife?

Or he has other purposes.

Someone may try to confirm the identity of Song Yoo-Min as the kidnapper.

But who would do such a thing?

Don’t be too worried.

We will definitely arrest him.

If Song Yoo-Min connects you or gets close to you,

please contact us immediately.

Yeah.

What if he’s gone?

If Song Yoo-Min had died,

what would happen?

If he had died,

we would have to figure out why he died.

Jae-Kyeong.

Is the man reported in the news really the kidnapper?

We’re still investigating it.

We can only be reassured when the kidnapper is arrested.

I’m sorry to have worried you.

Why are you sorry?

I saw him once.

She said her husband might have an affair.

- She’s anxious. - Affair?

Do you know who the other woman is?

- Thank you. - Thank you for your help.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I thought it was weird at that time.

I should have called the police.

He will be arrested soon, right?

I believe so since you’re all being very cooperative.

We’ll leave now.

Have a nice day.

Oh, I’m leaving.

Wait a moment.

Ah, your allergy

is gone.

Oh, okay.

I’m leaving.

Even my allergy is scared away now?

My wife

is surely a terrifying woman.

Did she kill Song Yoo-Min

and get rid of his body cleanly?

Why am I living with such a monster...?

Cheer up, cheer up.

Wait.

The 5 billion won.

There was the money.

So, she still has the money.

I have to find it

and flee away.

This is my only way out.

Okay.

Hello?

Well, Mr. Kim.

I’m Ha Eun-Hye.

The money I asked you...

Hello?

Hello...?

Seriously?

My dear.

Oh, you startled me.

Are you under any pressure?

No.

Not a bit of it.

[ Evidence Found at Song’s Studio… ]

My goodness, this is so terrifying.

[ Main Suspect Song Disappeared after He Burnt the Evidence! ]

Ah, but even if you called the police,

the case wouldn’t be solved.

By the way, I don’t think the 5 billion won has been burnt.

If it were me, I wouldn’t do such a thing.

The kidnapping?

No.

Burning the 5 billion won.

Ah...

She used a bag she seldom used before.

Is it to carry the money?

No, it’s not like that.

Even disguised herself?

Where is she going?

Please follow the white taxi ahead of us.

Okay.

Jae-Kyeong’s not answering my call.

Ask them how they are.

How are you doing?

Of course we’re good. I’ll call you later.

Come and get some chicken.

You should sell them. Why do you keep asking me to get it home?

I gotta go. I’m busy.

Hello.

Welcome.

We have Kenya’s coffee beans today.

Ah, this?

Yeah.

Coffee beans?

What the heck is she doing?

You’ll regret it if you don’t buy some.

It smells great.

It seems she didn’t kill him.

Are they still working together?

Why did you set the fire?

If your fingerprint is left there,

the police may find it out and...

I’ve cleaned it.

What’re they talking about? I’m really curious.

Better be careful.

I can’t make it difficult for you.

Thank you for considering me.

But you can’t act on your own

without telling me.

I will protect you in my own way.

What’s with the painting?

Did you see the police?

Why did you leave the painting?

If something goes wrong,

I’ll be fully responsible.

I will tell them I did this alone.

This is the evidence.

Yoo-Min.

Actually,

I couldn’t bear to burn that painting.

So...

What am I supposed to do with you?

Senior.

I...

Where’s it?

Let me have a look.

It’s the money.

I’ve suffered so much for the money.

- Senior. - Thank you.

What’s wrong?

We had a fight last night.

I won’t let that bastard get away with that.

I’m fine, Yoo-Min.

If it were not him,

you and I wouldn’t have done this.

It’s my own choice.

This is my own choice as well.

No matter what happens,

I will protect you.

My goodness, you startled me.

Honey.

What are you doing here?

I’m here to buy some coffee beans. How about you?

Me too! I’m here to learn

about the coffee beans.

I want to help you. So, I have to learn it first.

I just went to the wholesaler’s.

What a coincidence!

It’s so good to meet you, honey.

Yeah.

This is like a date.

It’s been a long time.

Why don’t you go home and rest?

Being with you is like taking a rest.

Honey.

Can you teach me knowledge about coffee?

Knowledge about coffee?

Yeah.

You can learn that at any cultural centers.

Let’s go to the restaurant.

How long should they be stored?

It’s hard to say. They should stay here in a short term.

When was this produced?

I put them here before I opened this restaurant.

It should be four years old

if counted by age.

I hope we can have the coffee beans produced on the day we got married.

What would “Gu Sip” taste like

after six years?

It would be poisonous!

But

do you really want to

study and work here?

Yeah.

Can’t I?

No, well...

Of course, you can.

Don’t be too listless.

Some people are watching us.

You’re an exceptionally rare husband who is extremely good

to his wife after she was kidnapped and returned safely.

And now you’re teaching her knowledge about coffee patiently.

Every cup of coffee looks the same.

But there are a lot of stories involved in them.

Go upstairs if you are done.

Okay.

There is another taste hidden in this dark world-

Secretly.

Just like marriages.

Couples’ lives all look similar after they got married.

But the real situations

are different,

just like ours.

Why is Do-Hyun here?

Could you please make some noise?

I thought there were only some eyes on us.

I haven’t expected there were ears.

And there are more and more noses that can smell.

Honey,

we really have to put up a good show, right?

It’s so nice to see you outside.

My husband is so kind and perky,

and it’s so fresh to me.

I guess that’s why people like to dine out.

Before I get the money,

I will endure this.

Is Mrs. Sim working with us?

So, Ms. Jin is out of the game now.

Yeah, pretty much.

Don’t talk nonsense.

It’s not nonsense but truth.

I don’t think Mrs. Sim is here to work.

She’s to spy on the boss.

Get your noses out of their business. Keep working.

Come, everyone. You haven’t had anything for lunch, yeah?

Can I cook something for you?

I’m just a common housewife.

So, what I cook is basically common to you.

Enjoy yourselves.

Fine, Sim Jae-Kyeong. It’s good that you returned.

It would be boring if you had died easily.

It’s so delicious.

- It’s great. - It’s so delicious.

It tastes so good.

- Have some, boss. - Yeah, enjoy it.

Perilla seed powder goes better with hand-pulled dough soup.

It’s really tasty.

Yeah?

It’s amazing.

So happy to hear that.

I seem to be recognized for what I’ve learned as a housewife.

[ Come to the back door. ]

Come to the back door.

It’s really delicious.

We're starting to get stressed.

Tastes so good.

I’m here.

What are you doing? It’s dangerous.

The real danger is someone else.

Don’t you know how dangerous your wife is?

Yes. She did all of these.

Dear,

do we just sit and do nothing?

The wine with ADTX toxin

was kept by her as evidence.

How?

She must have swapped it.

If the police get that,

we’ll be in trouble.

I thought about it all night.

I can’t just keep losing out.

Can we

go back together?

5 billion.

How about getting that 5 billion?

Do you know where it is?

My wife’s schoolmate,

that guy is her accomplice.

Song Yoo-Min who is said to be missing

is obsessed with my wife.

He got the money.

I confirmed it.

You're the same person you were before, Kim Yoon-Cheol.

Do you know what it is?

carencia.

It’s said that this balm can provide relief

for those pitchers before the game.

Get some relief.

[ The Meadows ]

The Meadows.

Thanks to you, I can get some relief now.

We should revenge your wife by getting that 5 billion.

But I lost him.

We should make out where he is.

I have an idea.

Do you?

from Sim Jae-Kyeong’s home?

Do they have an affair?

He may draw them

according to Sim Jae-Kyeong’s SNS.

His obsession is so strong.

But it doesn't mean he committed a crime.

He should have other decisive motives.

We found a drone at the scene of the fire.

[ “The Fourth-Round Reports for Sim Jae-Kyeong Kidnapping” ]

[ identical with what our witness said. ]

[ Second-Hand Transaction Details: ]

[ Sales records on September 10, 2020 ]

The model is the identical with what our witness said.

And we checked its second-hand transaction details.

We analyzed that video of Sim Jae-Kyeong incarcerated.

And we found several pieces of furniture

[ …is likely to be the same as those in the video. ]

are likely to be the same as

those in the video.

That is to say,

Sim Jae-Kyeong was likely to be incarcerated

at Song Yoo-Min’s studio.

So Song Yoo-Min fled after burning the evidence.

Or his accomplice wants kill him.

Come on.

Apply for the arrest warrant

and conduct an open investigation.

Okay.

The police have launched an emergency manhunt

[ Emergency Manhunt for Major Suspect Song Yoo-Min ]

for the victim’s schoolmate Song Yoo-Min.

Now they are searching for him.

Song Yoo-Min doesn’t seem to have criminal records.

It’s supposed that he may have other motives

except money.

Kidnapped Sim…

Thank you.

[ Emergency Manhunt for Major Suspect Song Yoo-Min ]

I’m a painter too.

[ A Stalker became a Criminal! ]

I can understand him.

No matter what happened, he wanna keep drawing.

Some painters have this idea.

Ideas have no limits.

But how

could he kidnap her?

I don’t know either.

I guess

it maybe because of this.

[ The Love Paradise ]

The Love Paradise.

[ Gim Seung-Hui ]

Gim Seung-Hui.

So-called love is gorgeous.

Looking down, I found a cliff.

I touched it.

My heart wanna be closer by the cliff.

The edge.

Now that Kim Yoon-Cheol and Sim Jae-Kyeong

did have an alibi last night,

there are only two possibilities.

The fire was set by Song Yoo-Min himself

or by his accomplice who wanna kill him.

[ Suspect. Surveillance footage from the ballpark ]

[ Sim Jae-Kyeong ]

Could it be?

Your assumption is not a game.

We need to investigate carefully.

[ Suspect No.2 ]

Do you think there’s something going on

between Sim Jae-Kyeong and Song Yoo-Min?

Definitely.

[ Kim Yoon-Cheol No.1 Couples Sim Jae-Kyeong ]

This case is too big for a housewife.

Never underestimate a housewife.

So

Hee-Jung can do that?

Nonsense.

You see,

[ A fire set at Song Yoo-Min on July 9 ]

she hasn’t called you recently.

Was she mad at you?

Make a phone call.

Hey. Don’t.

Senior.

[ Hee-Jung ]

What the… You!

Damn it.

[ Ji-Tae ]

I guess she purposely didn’t answer your phone.

This is her way of hitting back.

I didn’t do anything.

So she acted preemptively.

Preemptively? How?

Like this?

The game is over. Go home.

One of my favorite writers is Murakami Haruki.

It’s said that

he watched baseball alone at the ballpark one day.

The idea of writing a novel just came to him.

But I watched baseball…

We’re closing.

See you tomorrow.

See you. Thank you for your hard work.

- Good bye. - Bye.

Will you go home now?

I wanna go with you.

Sorry, I…

I should stay to handle something.

You must have many troubles.

Your muscles are so tense.

Are you under financial pressure?

Maybe I can find a way for you.

A way?

Which way?

Actually,

I have to be honest with you.

I know where the 5 billion is.

What do you mean?

I…

have been threatened.

I can give you the money your husband needs

so long as you stay with me.

You know, it’s impossible.

I won’t let you go.

We didn’t plan to get the money in the first place.

Money or you, I choose you of course.

Sorry, I lied to you.

I didn't want you to worry.

No, I’m… the one who should apologize.

Did he do anything else to you?

Let's call the police first.

Don’t.

We’re not sure we can get money back if we call the police.

Do you have any idea?

Perhaps…

as long as you trust me.

If you trust me and keep waiting,

I’ll try to persuade him.

For what?

Persuade him to give back the money.

And we’ll forgive him for everything.

It’s a big case.

I’m afraid it’s hard to wash him clean.

I can do that.

As long as we are together.

You won't be home late today, will you?

I can't wait too long.

Are you afraid of me?

You need a shave.

It’s a little bit prickly.

Good evening.

You seemed to have worked here again today.

Yes.

We’re just leaving.

Okay.

What happened?

How about

we driving your wife home?

How’s your schoolmate Song Yoo-Min?

Yoo-Min…

All he thinks is drawing.

How have you met recently?

By chance.

Really?

One of you may not meet by chance.

Did Song Yoo-Min do anything bad to you or ask you to do something?

No.

Have you modeled for him recently?

How many times will you ask the same question?

I don’t mean to be rude. Sorry.

Here you are.

According to experts,

it took years to paint,

coloring over and over again.

Maybe it hasn’t been finished yet.

Officer Seo,

do you trust your wife?

I didn’t make myself clear.

Are your wife a trustworthy woman?

Yes.

Why are you so sure?

Because I wanna trust her,

and I chose to.

Couples are really brilliant.

- Sir. - Uh.

Did you get the footage from the ballpark?

Did you take photos of her from behind?

It’s a crime.

There was no surveillance footage by that trash can.

That is to say she’s only a passer-by.

A mother who sent cold drinks

for her son at the ballpark?

Well…

Is there money or drinks…

Check all spectators.

Okay.

How about Hee-Jung?

She didn’t mention anything?

What does she have to do with it?

She’s there, as well as your sons.

Are you really a couple?

Here.

Here.

It’s here.

You two.

Time to go to bed.

Did I tell you to put your toys back?

- Mom. - Hurry.

No.

If you are disobedient, I’ll beat you.

- Bravo. - San-Yi, Chan-Yi.

Papa.

How's your day going?

Papa, you bring snacks?

Do you want it?

- No. It’s Papa’s dirty clothes. - Why do you eat it?

- Come on. - It’s all dirty clothes. Clothes.

I said just get a quick bite.

You might as well say you don’t eat.

But I wanna eat.

What brings you off work so early today?

What’s wrong?

You’re unhappy?

- I wanna eat. - Me too.

Hey, hey, hey.

How do you eat with hands?

Didn’t you have dinner?

- Of course we did. - Of course we did.

Em, Chan-Yi, San-Yi.

- Uh-huh. - What?

That day you went to the ballpark,

have you seen an aunt treating you to ice cream?

You ate it without telling me?

You ate it without telling me?

Fine, fine. I know it.

- Go, go. - Alas.

Go and play.

I heard you’ve been there that day.

The one who should have been there is not me but you.

Well, that…

That day, have you seen a woman with an icebox?

Are your wife a trustworthy woman?

You… don’t trust her so much.

Seeing is not believing.

Seeing must be believing.

Seeing may be believing.

Oh my Gosh.

[ Sister ]

You scared me.

For what?

Did you do something wrong again?

What do you mean, "again"? What did I do?

Why do you always defend Jae-Kyeong?

Are you my sister?

What are you talking about?

I just want you to live a better life.

Don’t be like me.

Sounds like you’re not at home.

Go back early.

Jae-Kyeong must be scared at home alone.

I’m more scared!

It’s me!

Bye.

Hey!

What… what’s going on?

Ah, damn it.

Tell me before you get in.

Don’t you wait for me?

Do you want me to get off or not?

Do you want me to get off or not?

What?

Off work at the same time.

Whether you or your wife,

there’s no sense of expectation, right?

I mean, you two are perfect,

perfectly boring.

We’re all bored to death.

It’s my choice.

Yeah, go on with your choice.

Do you want me to get off or not?

We should have had a good life

so long as she helps us.

You and me have survived.

It’s a blessing.

Are you afraid of her?

Yes. Of course.

She’s not scary but mean.

She has 5 billion but she didn’t help you. She even fooled you.

But we didn’t do something right.

This isn’t the same thing.

You did reflect deeply and even came back from the dead.

We’re almost died.

Without that toxin, I don’t have to get in these troubles.

What do you mean?

Lost your confidence again?

What are you doing?

Give me back.

Get away.

I wanna fight with your wife.

[ Jae-Kyeong ]

How come you do this?

[ Jae-Kyeong ]

It can’t be reached.

I said I handled it.

[ Please input password ]

[ Safe mode ]

Who do you think will be the most worried?

Unable to reach Sim Jae-Kyeong, will Song Yoo-Min be anxious?

He will come

to see her.

You two women are

so brilliant.

If you betray me, I’ll kill you.

Betray?

I could have been dead before that.

Our enemy is strong.

So…

are you interested in your wife now?

Yes. To survive,

I think I should be interested.

It’s important to know your enemy.

Don’t forget,

I’m for you.

On the hook.

Hook?

Then? Keep going.

Now? So sudden.

Shh.

He’s listening.

[ Jae-Kyeong ]

[ Jae-Kyeong ]

Phone…

The bug. I put it back in place.

I said,

I can’t just keep losing out.

How does the eavesdropper feel?

[ Jae-Kyeong ]

Where are you?

Where else would I be? In the restaurant.

Don’t you know which number it is?

The restaurant. How could you…

I may have forgot my phone here so I came back.

You… aren’t here?

Ah, well,

I was leaving just now.

Ah…

Can you pick me up?

Okay. Wait for me.

I should go.

This…

Should I give it back to her?

[ Can’t give it back to her before Song shows up. ]

Can’t give it back to her before Song shows up.

Your plan is awesome.

We’re not training a dog.

You haven’t found your phone yet?

Maybe at home.

I’ll keep looking.

It’s nice to go home with you.

I think so.

How come the door’s open? It’s time to change a car?

What the hell…

[ My Dangerous Wife ]

I’m gonna win.

It’s just a beginning.

I swear to N31.

It’s said to be on display but it was never?

I told you, never be presumptuous!

I’ll protect you.

Don’t worry.

Everything will go as planned.

That madman has a knife.

Can you die?

Die for me?

You’re a monster.

I can’t live with a monster.
