I always wanted to open
my own restaurant, and I did.

And when things
didn't work out with my fiancee,

I wanted out of the rat race.

of the hustle and bustle.

I love the hustle and bustle.

I just... I wanted to leave
all of that behind.

I was tired of trying to keep up

with the latest
restaurant trends.

I just wanted to cook
real food for real people.

This whole farm-to-table thing
