Are you okay?

Did you forget that you were supposed to tell me?

How could you go in there alone? What if something happened to you?

My head hurts.

We arrested Kim Kyung Mi.

Oh Hyeong Cheol ran away.

You must catch him. You must.

I will no matter what.

Get some rest.

I'll come back when you feel better.

Wait. What about my boss?

I was with him.

I didn't see him.

Bye.

You're a detective, but so what? She could've been killed.

You don't care because... you do anything for money,

but she's...

Seon Ji is different.

I'm warning you. Don't get near Seon Ji again.

Do you understand?

You don't have to worry about that.

What about my favor?

I've told your family.

Thank you.

Don't thank me.

I did do it for Seon Ji, not for you.

It's no time for this.

- What's going on? - Is this really necessary?

Didn't you hear? Detective Cha said she'll get in trouble again...

if she gets out.

Seon Young. Open the door.

Seon Young.

- No. Wait. - Wait.

No. Go back in.

I'm sorry. Pull harder.

Seon Ji.

- That's my hair. - Sorry.

- That was my hair. - Sorry about that.

Kim Kyung Mi. You know where Oh Hyeong Cheol is going, don't you?

You need to answer fast for your husband.

Yes?

Hey!

Do you know what you've done?

You killed a child. A child!

Do you still call yourselves humans? Let go.

People like you ruin the world.

You animals...

On December 25, 2018,

the strong suspect of the Santa case...

who kidnapped and killed Kim So Ri in a Santa costume...

Did he lie to me?

Currently running away.

Oh Hyeong Cheol is the culprit of the Santa case.

His wife is an accomplice.

You were the one...

who planned to kidnap and murder the kid.

The police said...

Mom. Mom!

- My daughter. You're here. - Yes.

- Shall we go eat something good? - Yes.

You were asked to find So Ri.

If it wasn't for you,

she would've been alive and back with her family.

There's something I don't know.

What is it?

Hello?

I told you not to do anything foolish.

But how dare you get on my nerves? Do you want to see me losing it?

Say what you're hiding from me.

What happened on that day?

Do you want to know the truth?

I told you. It's more than enough...

to take one life.

Say it.

Moo Young. Everything I did was for you...

Where are you?

I should've killed him back then.

Do Hyun. Oh Hyeong Cheol's car was found...

in Gangbyeon Expressway intersection toward Choweol Mountain.

Sir.

I'll take care of the rest. You should go immediately.

Let's go.

Hey. I...

Something must be going on in Gangrim.

Look it up.

Okay.

Do you need more time?

I can speak well,

but I can't read well yet. You need to understand.

When she was kidnapped,

you were there too, weren't you?

You need to speak. Say something.

Gosh.

Something definitely happened in Gangrim.

- Mr. Hwang. - Oh, what's up?

Is there something going on?

It's nothing.

Wait. That lady...

It's her. That lady...

Do you know her?

Of course I do.

What's going on?

That's what I want to know.

She won't open her mouth.

- Hey. What are you... - Name, Kim Kyung Mi. Age, 28.

Blood type O. Libra.

Her favorite food is Korean pancake. Her favorite singer is Song Ga In.

Oh, it recently changed to Lim Young Woong.

She went to elementary school with her husband Oh Hyeong Cheol.

But they didn't register their marriage. They're common-law.

Oh, according to Ms. Choi who's a regular at Gangrim hair salon,

they're sterile. They can't have a child,

- but they're still... - Stop.

Sterile?

We...

were going to raise her well.

You were going to raise the child you kidnapped?

Was it Oh Hyeong Cheol's idea?

To kidnap her after seeing her on TV?

He's a poor guy.

Come out. Let's talk.

Moo Young.

You know what?

I didn't plan a perfect crime the world talks about.

I planned a perfect life.

Just come out.

After you lose what's precious to you,

you realize what you had was very precious.

That my life wasn't so bad.

- Where are you? - My family was precious to me.

But today,

I lost another family.

This time, I was going to do well.

If only it wasn't for you...

If only you hadn't showed up...

You want to know the truth?

That's my gift to you.

Death...

will be better than life.

So Ri, what do you want for Christmas?

- Dad. - You must miss your dad so much.

This Christmas, your dad will play with you.

- Will he really? - Yes.

Mister, save me.

- So Ri. - Please save me.

Please save me.

No...

Blood doesn't flow through me,

but it feels like it's boiling.

I have no heart,

but it feels like it's on fire.

Was that my end...

as a human?

Mom.

It's over now.

We'll live a new life now.

Now we are...

all we have left.

We must rely on each other.

Okay?

How... How can you...

Why did you do it?

Why?

Why? Why?

Is your memory back?

How could you...

kill that innocent child?

If you hadn't come looking for her,

she and I could've lived happily.

- What? - I wanted to be her real dad.

It was Christmas.

Christmas is a day all kids wait for.

You crazy...

You're so hard to kill.

Mom.

Let's go now.

Mom.

Let's go.

It's over.

Let's go.

Let's go, Mom.

What are you?

You and I...

will go down together.

Why won't you die?

Why not?

You killed me a year ago.

Die!

Die!

Why won't you die? Why won't you?

Are you okay?

Min Ho.

My son, Min Ho.

Min Ho, Jang Min Ho, it's time to wake up.

Come on, get up.

What's wrong with you?

What happened to your face?

- You got into a fight again? - I don't know.

When are you going to stop fighting?

- When? - That hurts, Mom.

Snap out of it.

You will use your athletic training for fighting?

Why don't you get a job?

Can you stop talking about getting a job?

Mom, if I make tons of money,

I'll make you sit on a pile of money.

Actually, no. A pile of money?

I'll actually fill up 50,000 won,

so that you can use that as a blanket.

Goodness, it will make me feel better

if you say that after actually getting a job.

That talk of getting a job...

Come on now and eat.

I made your favorite, Beef Tripe Hot Pot.

Beef Tripe Hot Pot?

I think...

your Beef Tripe Hot Pot is the best in the world.

Let's go.

Look what you've done to this handsome face.

I think it will leave a scar.

You will get a scar.

My son... My son's face.

Mom.

Mom, I...

Mom!

Mom!

Open your eyes.

Mom!

Mom!

His family died because of a fire when he was seven.

Oh Hyeong Cheol was the sole survivor.

Of all days, it happened on Christmas.

Mom!

Mom!

- Mom! - Mom...

Mom...

Why is her real son not here?

Why is the boss here instead of him?

He's such a great person, good man.

When I was young...

I just thought of my mom who passed away.

She passed away when I was too young.

So we don't have many memories together.

Let's pay our respect.

(Funeral Hall)

Ms. Lee, you must've had a long trip on your way here.

Here, have a drink.

Have at it.

It pooped in front of my house.

If it's fighting with Ho Du, that little dog...

Why don't we go somewhere else together after this?

There's a karaoke near here.

- Why? - But honey...

Why are all the delivery ladies gathered here?

A funeral is supposed to be crowded like this.

Aren't I right, guys?

Every Christmas,

you turned into Santa for her instead of So Ri's dad.

You couldn't go last year because your mother was ill.

Didn't I tell you? You're a great person.

- Tae Kyun. - Yes?

Thank you for coming here today.

Don't even mention it.

Of course, I'll come to something sad like this.

But earlier, when you...

cried while thinking of your mom...

it broke my heart.

Ah, that?

Your sister might be feeling the same way, right?

Break news.

The body presumed to be the prime suspect...

of the Santa Kidnapping and Murder Case, Oh Hyeong Cheol,

was found at the local hillside of Gangrim.

As the police found his ID and...

the body looks similar to Oh Hyeong Cheol from a year ago,

they suspect the body they found is Oh Hyeong Cheol.

But the body was badly mutilated.

So the identity of the body is yet to...

The body was mutilated?

The Gangrim police, that are in charge of this case,

will send the body to the NFS.

This is to analyze DNA for identifying...

and examine the cause of death...

- Here, take this. - That's hot.

I'm not a human anymore.

(Zombie Detective)

Is it impossible for a zombie to live with humans?

A zombie can never survive if it doesn't eat humans.

I need to get out of here as soon as possible.

Congratulations for Gangrim no.1!

Mr. Lee!

What is wrong with you?

I also think if you don't risk your life,

it is not true love.

I found out how you can control your zombie instinct.

The resurrected misery, I'm in Zombie Detective.
