[Opening OST: "Young Warriors"] [By Wang Sulong — Lyrics by Wang Sulong and Zuo Muxiu]

♫ The dark green sea is hazy ♫

♫ dissipating in a flash. ♫

♫ Rivers and lakes divide the world. ♫

♫ Ten thousands arrows are firing at once. ♫

♫ Who has time to worry? Who loves the color of blood? ♫

♫ At that time, spirits are high. ♫

♫ Who calls the world his home? Who dares let his horse freely run? ♫

♫ Silently, tears form in the death of night. ♫

♫ Heroes are cutting all ties, ♫

♫ giving up whether it's life or death, ♫

♫ never asking what the cost is. ♫

♫ Good and evil must be distinguished. ♫

♫ The wind blows off the snow. ♫

♫ On the body, etch multiple scars, ♫

♫ wandering all over the world, ♫

♫ only wish to ask for answers from this world. ♫

♫ A teenager doesn't have to be a hero. ♫

♫ There is no need for flowers in the dream. ♫

♫ Destiny need not be afraid. ♫

♫ Because you have him all the way, ♫

♫ experienced a handful of conquests, ♫

♫ overcame a number of challenges. ♫

♫ From now on, happy and free! ♫

♫ The only wish is, with the world, ♫

♫ would come along the willing of change. ♫

[Legend of Awakening]

[Episode 4]

I'm just joking with you, young lady.

Was it fun?

Get up.

- Let go of my brother. - Why should I?

I've been wanting to capture him.

How foolish!

If my brother is really from the Mountain and Sea Gang, would he avoid Xing Luo?

Would he risk his life to save you?

I guess that he saved me so he can use me to get near to Uncle Wen.

If he's not related to the Mountain and Sea Gang, how does he know Xing Luo so well?

That day at the fort, why do you want to snatch the Mountain and Sea Badge?

So, you're not talking? After I escort you back, I have a hundred ways to make you talk.

Can you be reasonable?

Su Tang, this place isn't safe.

Go back to the Wind Taker Institute.

Furthermore, Miss Qin wants to invite me to her house.

Her family is famous and highly respected.

She'll keep me safe.

Let's go!

Act according to the situation.

Lu Ping's identity can't be exposed.

I must save him as soon as possible.

[Ruyu House]

Young Lord Wei, you can't do so.

If you do so, Miss Qin won't agree to it.

Bring Miss Ling away and treat her well.

Be gentle!

Come!

What's happening?

Young Lord Wei, do you want me to act with you again?

This is a strategy I devised specifically for Sangsang.

Beauties love heroes! It's the truth for many centuries.

I employed these strong men to cause trouble here but Madam Jin, don't worry!

I'll pay you double for all the damaged items.

I'll go prepare now, you can start it later.

I'll come in time to stop it.

Remember, be fierce! The fiercer you are, the better.

This way, I can show my bravery and mightiness.

Only then, Sangsang will remember me and be impressed.

Young Lord Wei, have a nice day!

Did you hear him? He's paying double for all the damaged items.

Miss Qin.

Young Miss Qin.

Wen Gecheng is indeed my third maternal uncle's grandpa's brother.

I'm alone now.

I want to go to him for shelter, but I can't reach him.

I could only find you.

I can't do this! I can't walk anymore.

Don't put on an act! If you don't walk, I'll break your legs.

If you do so, you'll have to carry me then.

I'm not being unreasonable.

I captured you because of the case.

Why does Mountain and Sea Gang want to kill you?

If you can tell me the truth or if you have any difficulties,

the Qins will protect you.

My life is in your hands.

Can I not tell you the truth? Miss Qin, please take pity on me!

Tell me where Wen Gecheng is living, I swear I won't bother you again.

I'll kowtow to you 18 times. (TN: kowtow is to kneel in submission/respect)

All right?

Uncle Wen was chased by his enemies back then.

When my brother saved him, he said this before.

He's alone without relatives and friends.

So during this term's Pneuma Combat Convention, my brother strongly recommended him as the examiner.

Make sure that there's no fraud to silence everyone in the court.

How could you be his relative?

What you're saying is...

I can see him in the Pneuma Combat Convention.

Cut the crap! You must come with me today.

I'll investigate who the heck you are.

If you touch my brother, I'll kill them both.

Ziyan?

No wonder you're my God-sister! I have taught you well.

Sangsang, I was sneak attacked by this girl of the Wind Taker Institute.

Despicable! Shameless!

Despicable? If I was, would I exchange two for one?

Ms. Qin, you got a better deal.

Let them go first!

Miss, your task is more important.

My life belongs to the Qin family, it's not worthy of your troubles.

Don't move!

Miss, everyone's life belongs to themselves.

Even if you lose all your blood, you should try to live.

How could you give up so easily?

Wasps!

Don't bite me!

Help!

Ziyan, save him!

Miss Qin, I'll see you when I see you.

Don't fall into my hands again!

Silly girl!

Miss Qin, Miss Qin.

Where is she?

Zhao Xifan, Lu Ping is the God of Bandits.

Ms. Qin knows about it.

She should be waiting for me here.

She must be nearby and definitely can testify for me.

Enough! Don't defame a disciple of Wind Taker Institute.

Let's go to the officials.

Could it be Lu Ping?

Today, I came here to capture a person.

But this place has someone highly skilled sheltering them.

Since that someone is so kind, he won't stand idly by.

Sorry for putting you guys through this.

Let's see how many lives are lost before he shows up.

Where are you, Young Lord Wei?

Young Lord Zhao, come here and help me!

Zhao Xifan, do you know them?

My silver sickle remembers you.

Go, go! Let's go!

Jump!

Sure enough, an arrow can kill.

You can't even hold a blade! You're still as useless as before.

Take her.

Zhao Xifan, are you all right?

Brother, about your conversation with Miss Qin, I already heard it.

Xing Luo already reached Chenqiao Town, Wind Taker Institute isn't safe anymore.

Maybe the Qins is a safe path.

Brother

The Qins can't win against the Mountain and Sea Gang; nobody can win against that Gang.

If Miss Qin wants to die, it's up to her.

Anyway, we won't be captured again.

Zhao Xifan! Wait for me!

You're heavily injured, you'll bleed to death.

About Lu Ping, you haven't figured it out yet.

- You're not angry at him but I still need him for the reward— - Shut up!

Even if Lu Ping's background is unclear, he's still from the Wind Taker Institute.

You're just an outsider, leave the Wind Taker Institute!

Zhao Xifan, did you forget you were beaten into a pulp in Ruyu House?

This Young Grandpa is your savior. (TN: Chinese usually nicknames him/herself in a sarcasm, a joke, or to a friend.)

Scram! Get lost now!

I won't get lost! I'm leaving.

We can't stay long at the Wind Taker Institute.

Before the Mountain and Sea Gang finds us, we must leave first.

Leave? Where to?

Pneuma Combat Convention.

But I need to pass the Chan State's exam to qualify for the competition.

Didn't Master say that for this year's Pneuma Combat Convention,

the court will choose the contestants?

Brother, do you want to be an official?

So during this time's Pneuma Combat Convention, Qin Qi strongly recommended him as the examiner

to make sure that there's no fraud to silence everyone in the court.

Right now, the Qin's are keeping their eyes on Wen Gecheng.

The Qin family is rich and influential.

They won't simply accept people with an unknown background like us.

Since Wen Gecheng is the examiner of the Pneuma Combat Convention,

then that is our best chance to meet him.

Su Tang,

for the Chan State's exam, I must win.

[Wei Residence]

This way!

Sangsang, one assassin is dead while the other is injured; nothing will happen again.

You were startled, why don't you stay here for a few days?

Chan State's exam is near, if I can get your guidance, it's my honor.

Thank you, Young Lord Wei, for your kind offer.

If I stay in Chan State, I'll cause many problems for you.

I already informed my brother to come and take me back to Kaifeng.

I won't bother you.

Have a safe journey, Miss Qin! Forgive me for not seeing you out.

Father, Sangsang wants to leave.

Is it because I was kidnapped by those two wild men? It's so embarrassing.

I'll remember you two.

Miss, are you really going back to Kaifeng?

Don't you want to stay for two more days?

Ziyan, have you thought about

why Xing Luo came to Ruyu House?

Although we lost the lead on Xing Luo,

that bandit from the Mountain and Sea Gang is right.

Our whereabouts are exposed.

Wei Tianqi rescued me before.

However, when Wei family knows that we're investigating the Mountain and Sea Gang, they want to take credit for our work.

Acting on their own accord is possible, too.

Anyway, we should be careful.

Although that young lord looks like a rogue, he actually has a kind heart.

Miss, you still refuse to let him go.

I have a premonition that as long as we can capture him,

we'll be one step closer to the truth of the Mountain and Sea Gang.

Also, he's not a Young Lord!

Suspicious whereabouts, despicable and nasty, he's indeed, a hooligan!

In the future, without my permission, you're not allowed to die.

I'm not so useless to have someone sacrificing for me.

You're the Qin family's servant, your life isn't that worthless.

Yes, Miss.

My Lord.

Did you meet with the governmental office?

Did you get her out of the prison?

One of the two messengers is already dead, nothing must happen to the other person.

Something has already happened.

I followed your instructions and made the arrangements.

When I went to prison to pick her up, Situ Luo killed a few disciples and rushed out.

She's moved towards Chenqiao Town.

I already sent someone after her.

I'm not sure if they can make it on time.

[Wind Taker Institute]

You don't know how much my back hurts.

Me, too!

- Senior! - Junior!

- Rest early! - You guys, too!

A first-rate assassin won't give up until he breathes his last.

Lu Ping, this Young Grandpa have killed one of the Xing Luo.

I don't believe I can't handle you.

Xing Luo?

Ah Xing, your murderer is inside.

Let's go and have the fun of our lives now.

[Wind Taker Institute]

I caused my good friend's death.

After that, I can't hold a blade anymore.

Zhao Xifan,

why do you train so hard...

...but you're still useless?

Save me!

Save us!

It's from Wind Taker Institute.

Save us!

Brother!

- What's wrong? - Situ Luo escaped from the prison.

She has come for Wind Takers.

Let go of him; come at me instead!

Don't worry! I won't let you guys die easily. [Wind Takers' valiance]

After getting poisoned, have a taste of a fate worse than death.

Don't blame me! If you want to,

just blame the person from Wind Taker Institute for killing my favorite slave.

Now, tell your master to come out now.

Otherwise, in the next second, my silver sickle [Surpass Big Dippers']

will separate your head from your body.

- Shut up! - Eldest Senior!

- Shut up! - Eldest Senior! [Surpass Big Dippers']

Shut up!

Zhao Xifan, are you crazy?

Situ Luo came here to find us, do you want to go back and die?

Can't you hear their cries for help?

My ears are working and my brain is also fine.

If you're smart, you'll choose to run.

If you're dead, how can you save them?

Let's go! Follow me!

All right, you're a hero.

Tell me then! If you meet Situ Luo,

you can't even hold a blade, do you want me to try my luck again?

Who knows if I could get lucky the second time?

Leave then! You don't belong to the Wind Taker Institute.

But I'm different! I'm carrying this badge,

it means I'm the eldest disciple.

You won't understand!

He's crazy! Everyone is crazy.

Eldest Senior.

Save us, Eldest Senior!

- Eldest Senior. - Leave!

Eldest Senior?

What happened yesterday, I'm the mastermind.

Don't you want someone to be buried with your slave?

Release the rest; I'll bear it alone.

Eldest Senior, leave us!

Eldest Senior, leave!

Eldest Senior, leave!

- Don't mind us! - Leave!

You know you couldn't win against me but you still dare to come alone.

How interesting! You guys made me lost my slave.

Why don't you become his replacement?

What do you want me to do?

It's easy! You can save these people.

But I want you to use this silver sickle and hook it on your shoulder.

Just like a dog, drag them out one by one.

As for the number of people to be saved,

it depends on how tough your life is.

Eldest Senior, don't do it!

- Eldest Senior, leave now. - Go!

[Wind Taker Institute]

It's a deal!

- Don't do it, Eldest Senior! - Go now!

Eldest Senior! Eldest Senior, stop it! Eldest Senior!

Eldest Senior, leave us behind!

Leave us!

Eldest Senior.

Eldest Senior!

Stop it!

The assassin is here.

How could someone as naive as you exist in this world?

Go away! It's none of your business.

She's humiliating us!

If news of this spread out, how can I be the world's top assassin?

I'll handle her! This is the antidote, take it and save them!

Su Tang, I had the same nightmare for three years.

I finally understand now.

Escaping on every occasion...

will only implicate more people.

Eldest Senior and that assassin understand this point, too.

Must you go?

Wait for me!

How touching! One death isn't enough, he even found a companion.

Cut the crap!

- God of Bandits! - God of Bandits!

God of Bandits came to save us.

God of Bandits is here to save us.

Eldest Senior, how are you?

Save the others first!

I've suffered so much but you only came now.

Come! Let's go.

Leave now. Leave!

Mo Lin!

I killed a guy after all.

I don't believe that I can't kill a lady.

Mo Lin, Master hid a Flame Knife.

Use your Pneuma of Pivot to see where it was hidden.

It's below that calabash.

Su Tang, we're counting on you.

Fire Stone! With Su Tang's Pneuma of Strength,

I hope we can ignite the Flame Knife and stop Xing Luo.

Lu Ping.

So, it's you!

I must inform Chief.

Brother.

It's too late. It's too late!

Capture Situ Luo back! She can't return to the Mountain and Sea Gang.

My hand hurts! It hurts so much.

Who's that lady? After I left, did a thief enter Wind Taker Institute?

What are you looking at?

I told you earlier on that my martial arts is very amazing.

You witnessed it today.

Wind Taker Institute surpasses Big Dippers! That day will arrive soon.

I was only gone for a few days.

You guys already almost destroyed Wind Taker Institute.

I'm old already!

In case I can't handle the news and something happens, can you guys bear the consequences?

Can you? You...

Lu Ping, it's definitely you! It must be your fault.

Tidy up Wind Taker Institute's interior and exterior now.

If you can't finish, you can't rest!

- Go now. - Wait!

He can't leave.

Who's this?

I came here to capture him, so he can't...

- Master! This guy isn't a Wind Takers' disciple.

Don't listen to his nonsense.

This... I'm so confused now.

Zhao Xifan, don't you know everything about Lu Ping? Tell him!

Master, it was all because of my careless action,

I provoked an enemy and implicated Wind Takers.

Lu Ping fought to save the others, please leave him out of this.

I'm willing to bear the punishment alone.

Zhao Xifan, who are you actually helping?

This guy is Mo Lin who trespassed Wind Taker Institute.

Please hand him over to Su Tang for detention.

- I— - If he speaks nonsense again, please send him to the local authority.

- You all— - I beg you all!

Stop talking nonsense!

Lu Ping!

Follow me! I have something to tell you.

Treat the wound first!

Lu Ping, hang on!

Take care of yourself before others!

What actually happened?

Xifan is behaving oddly today.

Did he discover your identity?

We're about to part, why waste your time?

Have you decided?

Are you really leaving?

Master,

for these three years,

all thanks to you.

A debt must be repaid! You don't have to thank me.

For these three years, you used that excuse to keep me here,

so that I can feel at ease and stay here

and Wind Taker Institute can shelter me for a while.

However, the chains bind me and the Mountain and Sea Gang chases me day and night.

I can't hide here my whole life.

After I repay this debt, we're even.

I want to join Chan State's exam.

You won't have to worry about me in the future,

because I don't want to be associated with the Wind Taker Institute.

This is for the best.

All right! I'll handle this matter.

Think about it again.

Master.

Brother, I heard everything.

How much pneuma power do you have left?

Not only the Pneuma Combat Convention, even this Chan State's exam,

you won't be able to participate.

Brother, are you all right?

I'm fine! Compared to my previous injury, this is nothing.

If I train for two more days, I can make it to the exam.

But your injury hasn't recovered, you must treat it first.

If worse comes to worst, I'll fight for you in the exam.

Su Tang, this is my personal matter after all.

Nobody can replace me.

But you waited so long and you finally have a great chance, I should help you!

My dear Little Sister, everything comes from my own decisions.

Take it as the last deed I'll do for the Wind Taker Institute.

Now, I want to focus on cultivation; I'll try to cultivate as much pneumatic power as possible.

Not to mention, I'm the Awakener with the unity of six pneumas.

Don't you believe that I can pass a simple Chan State's exam?

- But you're now— - That's enough!

I know what you want to say.

You want to help, don't you?

I have an idea.

How about you help me save my energy and carry me to the back of the mountain for practice?

It's there.

Come on up!

Why are you so dumb, Little Miss? I still want to save face.

How can I let a young lady carry me?

You fooled me!

Wait for me!

Brother, wait for me!

Wearing the badge of the eldest disciple means

that the entire Wind Taker Institute, including me, your mentor, look to you for our future.

Zhao Xifan, do you plan to let go of Lu Ping like this?

Otherwise, what can I do?

He's so capable; yet, he's willing to be treated like trash here. Something is wrong!

Moreover, he played you like a fool.

Don't you want the truth?

In the end, he saved Wind Taker Institute.

- I don't have the right to know. - If you won't, I will.

I won't be taken advantage of! Even if it's bad luck, I'll get to the bottom of it.

Are you leaving without paying for meal expenses?

Give me your money!

Let go of me! Just because I don't have the Pneuma of Strength, you guys bully me.

- Release me! - Don't be noisy!

Master, when you brought me back to Wind Takers,

you told me to take care of Wind Taker Institute.

I made the wrong judgment and underestimated Lu Ping.

The eldest disciple title

should be given to someone who is more qualified.

Everything that has a beginning, has an ending.

Even if you want to pass this position to him, you must get to the bottom of it.

Don't be like me! I accepted him carelessly.

You're supposed to be stronger than me.

Go to the back of the mountain.

Yes.

Wait for me! After I have the Pneuma of Strength, I'll make you guys die 800 times.

- Quiet! - Release me!

- Let me go! - I can see that you're quite talented.

Do you have a master? Do you want to join Wind Takers, this big family?

I can give you a 20 percent discount.

What happened to him?

Brother's pneumatic power has always been unstable.

So when he's the God of Bandits, he can only make a move every half a month.

If it wasn't to save all of you,

- he's supposed to restore his pneumatic power to join the exam. - Su Tang!

Don't waste time talking to him!

Lu Ping, you were hurt because you saved the other disciples.

Everyone is worried about you.

I never thought of saving them.

I fought because Xing Luo threatened my safety.

Eldest Senior, don't judge me by your standards.

We're different.

Lu Ping,

I just want to help.

You want to be a hero who seeks justice for the weak.

I'm not as noble.

I just want to survive.

That's sufficient for me.

[Wind Taker Institute]

Brother, are you upset?

Not really! Happiness is written all over my face.

I do know! When Xing Luo tortured you,

the more they want you to cry, the more you laugh.

But you've been keeping it inside, aren't you tired?

The state exam is in six days.

I'm running out of time.

Brother, actually, we can ask Eldest Senior for his assistance.

Everyone knows you're the God of Bandits.

They are thankful for you.

I didn't do anything worth of thanking me for.

You ended up like this because you wanted to save everyone.

Who said I wanted to save them?

If it wasn't for saving them,

I don't believe you'll use up all your pneumatic power to fight against Xing Luo.

Actually, you're not as selfish as you sound.

In your heart, you think about others, too.

Am I right?

I'm telling you the truth.

I never planned to save them.

Only Xifan wants to be a hero and protect everyone.

Su Tang,

to me, protecting you alone is enough.

Do you understand?

- Then, the incoming Chan State's exam— - Leave it to me!

Even if I break every bone, I'll figure it out.

Rest early!

[Surpass Big Dippers']

Brother's pneumatic power has always been unstable.

So when he's the God of Bandits, he can only make a move every half a month.

If it wasn't for saving all of you,

he's supposed to restore his pneumatic power to join the exam.

Xifan.

Come over here!

Hurry up!

It's so late, why are you hiding here?

Are you hiding a secret?

I don't know how to compensate for something,

so I want to ask for your guidance.

Actually,

I have a friend—

Leave it be!

You came at the right time! You're knowledgeable.

I have something to show you.

But you mustn't tell anyone else.

Let's go!

Hurry up!

Are you all right, Xifan? You read many books, so take a look.

How much is this thing worth?

Master, where did you get this?

Talking about it makes me angry! This Mo Lin turned Wind Taker Institute upside down.

I originally wanted him to pay for the meal expenses, so the problem can be reduced to nothing.

Master, you're blackmailing for money again.

Me? Did I blackmail? This kid is a pauper.

I removed all his clothes and searched his body.

The only worthy thing is this piece of junk.

He must have deceived me.

Mo's Carefree Weed?
