* YUMA *

Hey! We're here!

We're here!

We're here!

Hey, buddy, you want this one?

Yes! Because of this kind of fun, we stayed in Texas for three days!

One for me!

We had only the sun, dust and many horses!

Bartender!

One for me and two for women!

The bartender will not find you any more. You've had enough to drink today!

We still do not have enough!

Do not touch the gun and remove the belts, you are trapped!

We arrested? Because?

Where did you get that carriage?

Out of town...

Is we were tired of sitting in the saddle!

Ah, the condotors and the passengers,

They were so kind they were walking!

It was lucky you did not kill anyone,

When did you come to the city.

Let's go!

Oh, we're not going anywhere, Marshal!

We are the King family!

I'm Roll King and this is my brother Sam.

When he arrives with the cattle, he will pay for all the damages we cause.

Excellent! You will wait for him in prison.

Marshal!

You probably did not understand my brother!

We are King's family!

Maybe you do not understand me.

I said your belts, down!

No one will order me!

Stop it, Sam.

We even so...

We have many problems, so think about calm down!

But no one is going to get my weapons.

You better listen to him. He likes you very much.

Marshal, when you want my weapons. Hold on!

But calm down Sam, put the holster on!

Sam... Sam!

Sam!

Sam!

You killed my brother.

In the morning, there will be thirty thousand and twenty-five wild cowboys...

And on the street you will be, the best boss of the trail...

From Texas, it's called Arch King.

He is also my brother.

You've done great stupidity, Marshall.

I am Nels Decker of the Cattlemen Trade Association.

These honors bring money, to the city you so badly need.

They do this every year when a herd is cut...

This is no longer the case.

The same was said by the last three men of the law.

And none of them stayed here for a week.

My name is Harmon and I'm staying here.

All right, let's go!

Let's go!

Call the undertaker, for him!

Inside!

Wait!

We have to go outside!

Go to the cell on the left.

You can give me the knife.

Do not you mind if I came in? I saw the door open.

Welcome to Yuma, Marshal, my name is McNeil.

But people call me Mule.

That's why I use mules, in my business in transit!

They are better than dumb!

My name is Harmon. Dave Harmon.

Ah, I have here...

I think you'll need them...

When the ex-marshal left, I took the keys into custody.

I just looked for them.

It did not take long and you had to stop!

I think it is, as they say, the risk of calling.

You must not give up on anyone.

Just so it will be good for this city!

Must know that we really were not a real law here!

Local people generally

Are retained and just waiting for what happens.

He thinks the law is nothing if it does not change what is happening here.

Well, maybe they're right!

King, your brother is a very important man in this area.

I've heard that before.

Like I said, I have my own transport McNeil.

But I'm not doing very well.

Here, most of it is fish.

Frozen are great and know better than the bull.

Well, if you need something, you just need to say it.

By the way, sir...

You could send a transport, for the passengers of the...

And tell me where to stay.

Well, we have two hotels in town. The best is, across the street...

My stables may be good, for you to the side.

And, thanks for the opportunity to change.

Room please!

Just, just sign here.

Marshal? Dave Harmon!

Certainly will want a window, overlooking the street!

Ten dollars a week, pre-payment, in advance.

The last man in the law did not stay here for a week.

And I did not get paid.

For the next month!

It's ok... You are optimistic!

I'm Julie Williams, the owner of the hotel.

I live alone, Marshal.

I prefer this way of life, I look for a suitable opportunity.

This will avoid misunderstandings.

I'll try to remember that.

Of course I do not want any misunderstandings, Miss Williams.

What do you think, what are you doing?

I think I was wrong with the room!

I do what I want here!

I will not tell anyone who stole it. Can you go to jail?

Yes sir. But there is no law here!

Dude, I am and I represent alei.

Hunm... I'm going to shoot.

You put a gun to a Marshal,

Because you can pick it up, five years!

If you can go, I will not stop.

I do not have an agreement, with the mistake!

It does when it does not have a loaded gun.

Where did you get it?

What is your name?

Do you have a family, boy?

I take care of myself.

Ah, yes, what do you do? Where did you come from?

From Nogales.

How did you get here?

On my horse.

That was most of the way, he died many miles away.

He was very old.

Where did you get that horse?

And he must be a good boy.

If you need something, try asking if you can take it.

What should I do with you boy, but I do not know anyone here...

You have no place to live and you do not make money!

Hey kid!

If I see you again in robbery, I'll kick your ass!

What is your name? Andrs.

Marshal's office needs to be cleaned.

You can sleep at night.

I'll pay a dollar a week for your bad work,

You will receive three for good.

Who decides to work well?

For a dollar a week, I will not live.

But for three dollars, yes.

Give me the gun.

Boy!

I'll give you a small deposit to pay.

Have clothes and food.

This crap, we have no chance to do it.

We have the chance, Harmon asleep in the hotel,

That's enough to have the keys!

What if somebody sees me coming in his office?

You will not do anything like it's a good army officer...

Who was happy to say hello to the new Marshal.

Quiet, listen for two minutes Roll King will be free

And we have problems

What are you doing here, who are you?

Just two friends who believe, in justice.

Outside we have, a horse. Hurry up!

Where are you? On the second side of the street.

If you are someone, I do not even remember your brother.

Yes, I'm sure not. A lot more!

Why did you give up, Jimmy?

Both brothers are murdered, Arch King blamed the Marshal.

But we must help him, escape.

Yes, but it does not matter now.

This is Roll King! What happened?

Someone should call, Marshal! Come on

What happened here, did anyone see it?

Andrs! Here I am, sir.

Are you alright? Yes.

What happened here?

Two men came and let the cowboy out of the cell.

They said they had horses out there.

Then one of them shot him a shotgun.

How did they look?

It was dark. I did not see them.

What did you see then? I did not see them in my face.

A man had tall, shiny boots.

I saw them because they were very bright.

Tall and shiny shoes.

Such soldiers are wearing. Military uniform.

Do you always kill the prisoner, Marshal?

I did not kill him. So who did it?

I still do not know.

He was killed by a shotgun! And you have a shotgun!

I saw! Mr. Harmon did not do that.

Did you see them? I slept there.

What did you see, boy?

I just know it was not Harmon.

So who did it? What you saw?

It was very dark. I understand.

You're sure it was not Harmon, but you say it was too dark...

It's not enough to know who it was, boy.

Harmone, Arch King tomorrow arrives in Yuma...

And he wants more than the word of a Mexican boy...

That you did not kill your brother.

Mr. Harmon...

I had this from my grandfather.

Of a grandfather? Yes.

What do you have of a grandfather?

This horse.

I understand.

A weapon too? Yes.

Close the door when I leave.

I am Marshal Harmon of Yuma, I want to speak to the commander.

Write it down in the book.

The commander's room is behind the training room as the light shines.

Does everyone have to write and leave?

Only when it gets dark.

That's Major Lucas's order. He's the commander here.

I see Captain Sims White leave at seven o'clock.

Yes sir, he leaves at night.

Staff rides are limited. He just left?

Yeah, he's the commander.

Thank you

"DEKER'S TRANSPORT COMPANY!

I'm Marshal Harmon. I want to speak to the commander.

Major has a long way to go, sir, I should not bother you.

Can the Lord wait until tomorrow? I do not have time to wait.

I'm sorry, sir. I have a request not to take you.

Well, I do not wish you did not obey the order.

I think the Major will soon appear.

Persley! To say, what's happening?

Marchal Harmon could not wait until morning to speak to you, sir.

I have to admit he's inventive.

I suppose you will have, a good explanation for that.

Two men were released, the jailer from prison, yesterday.

Then one of them shot him in the back and one of the men had a uniform.

State a curfew.

Command the men to break into the darkness of each other.

Yes sir! Get out.

Come in, this way.

So you think one of my men was in his prison tonight.

I checked the book at the gate...

That Captain Sams White was the only soldier, who has now left the fort.

White is our intendant and duty to ride throughout the region.

Wait a minute, maybe you do not apologize to Captain White, do you?

I do not blame anyone.

White has perfect records and comes from a military family.

Your father is Brigadier General.

And what are the captain's capabilities?

Provide mainly food, to the Yuma Fort and Santa Fe.

He is also responsible for delivering meat to the Indian reservation.

What exactly does that mean?

It's part of our peace agreement.

They stay in the reserve and we provide cattle...

And some other needs.

I noticed that the name Decker is written in the car.

They expect the cattle to come and draw it.

When we need it, Decker triggers livestock and different needs...

To all reservations in that territory.

Decker makes all the supplies?

By law, we must get it before the contract is completed.

Two competitive offers.

The contestants were Mule McNeil and Decker.

And Decker always comes, with the lowest prices.

These are delivered to Captain White. He decides then.

Now there is no time for explanation, Marshal.

I wonder, what do you think, Marshal?

The flock you expect to bring Arch King will arrive tomorrow.

Both his brothers came to the city today, one of them I had to kill.

I want the men, who killed the other.

I know Arch King...

You will have problems.

I was expecting you, Harmon.

Any man of the law is appointed here, I want to know everything.

I want to know everything.

There's nothing wrong with the army.

Dave Harmon, Lieutenant's post during the war.

After peace, he left his family to the West.

Two years later, his wife Sarah,

Was overthrown and the thugs murdered her.

They also killed their son Jeremy.

They were never captured and arrested.

It was reported that raiders wore Union Army uniforms.

Not only announced, I saw them.

After the event, he left the ranch.

So he served as a Federal Marshal...

In Fort De France, at Fort de la Rossa...

And in the territory of Fort Condor.

He was sent on a mission to Yuma.

I was given all the reports of this

Everywhere you went, it was located near the Fort.

Is it just a coincidence, Mr. Harmon?

I hope you do not leave your hatred about duty.

As far as my men are concerned.

Where can I find Captain White?

Well, if the cattle are already so close...

Probably in a reserve of Indians.

It's about ten miles upstream.

Harmon...

You do not have much evidence to arrest you.

If he is innocent, he is not afraid.

If he is guilty, he will go before a military court, Marshal.

If you're guilty, it will depend on me.

White! Why did you come?

I'm looking for Captain White.

He's an army officer, did you see him?

One day he will come back

How many hours did he leave?

Captain White did not stay,

Here for a long time.

I'm not surprised you received it, as I did.

You're talking too much. You can leave now.

Wait a minute, I do not understand.

White supplies supplies, I thought you liked them.

My people are hungry.

The treaty says '' Fifty cattle per month. ''

Where are our cattle, the men with the star?

A herd is on its way here.

Much cattle will come to Yuma.

Let's not do much about it.

What happens to him?

Ask your Captain White.

I'll ask him.

Hunger produces anger. Anger produces war!

We will go by our cattle.

I can not let you...

But when the cattle arrive, you will receive it.

These are just promises.

It's not just promises, this is the law and that's me.

Do you represent the law of a white man or the right of a red man?

The contract that is the contract.

Come on, Sanders! What brings you here?

For a fourth message, Mr. King.

His two brothers are dead,

They were murdered.

Did you hear me, Mr. King?

Who made this?

We have a new Marshal in Yuma, a man named Harmon.

One of his brothers was in the hall the other in prison

Why did he do it? I do not know.

Go back and tell the boys, who lead in the direction of peace.

And the female cattle slowly.

The rest of you will come with me.

Harmon was at Fort and had many questions.

Nothing will know.

Major Lucas sent a patrol to me.

What did he want?

I was not after him, I apologized and saw him here.

It was stupid to do something like that.

King's flock will arrive tomorrow, we can not take the risk.

Marchal was in the reserve of the gods, I want you to send them what belongs to you

All right, listen now!

I sold the cattle to California, we are making thousands of dollars.

I do not intend to have someone with a shiny badge or blue uniform.

Last night, I helped you kill a man.

Finish this, Nels. White said that on his own.

You helped kill a man.

I'd say Harmon had to let him out.

Now, your only hope, if you do not want to end up in the gallows...

It's doing exactly what I say.

Before it's over and it will be soon.

Then we will go through all the senses and forget everything.

Now, Captain, you can go back to the hotel and stay there.

Arch King will be coming to town shortly and will look after Harmon.

And then all our worries will come to an end.

It pleases me to see you.

Hello. It looks hot today.

I have gone all night. Did you find the man?

Not yet.

Can I help you with that?

Maybe you'll tell me everything, what you know about Nelson Decker.

There is a man, very influential here...

And he's very rich.

So this is bad.

I think this makes it difficult for you.

It's like I say, he's very rich.

What do you know about Arch King?

I think you'll find it too soon.

Are you Arch King?

Yes Yes...

And you're Harmon?

U.S. Marshal Harmon.

Because of what I've heard, I'll have to kill him.

Are you afraid, King?

This is hard.

So let's get out of the horse and talk.

Maybe you have heard the story differently than it is.

My office is right there.

His brothers stole a co-worker from the city.

They were drunk and broke the law.

When I arrested them, one of them threw me three times, I had to kill him.

There were many witnesses, you can check

If I'm telling the truth.

What about Roll?

Last night someone helped him escape.

And he threw him on the back directly on the street.

But I was not. It was his weapon!

Yes this is true.

Sam was always very wild.

When he drank it all, he mingled.

I can not hold a man he fired first.

But to shoot someone in the back,

This is something else and someone in this city will pay for it.

You're a Marshal.

The case was in his prison, in his cell.

It was his weapon, which killed him.

And I have only your word that you did not pull the trigger.

I'll take a new look

In the sunset so you can catch that man.

As for me, you're a lonely man.

Hey, hey, what's going on here?

Stay, boy, stay! What happened

He threw me into the smelly Mexican.

Did he blow you up?

Not you?

Like this?

Yes.

There is nothing unchanged.

Do not.

So you can stop the guy and be proud of who you are.

Fight against another person, but do not fight the sob.

Now he's back to prison and put him in order.

You did it, it's very silly.

I would love to make it all so easy.

This is not the case in Yuma. Perhaps.

I have to go to Fort, maybe Captain White is there.

Oh, you'd be way out of the way.

White wrote in the hotel book for two hours.

Room 16. Thank you.

When King and his men left, they were broken.

What happened? Harmon is very intelligent!

He took King into the office,

For an interview and nothing else happened.

What are we going to do now?

Nothing, we have to be quiet,

Much quieter, and very close to Captain White.

After night, you have it in your hand.

She is afraid and wants to get out of it.

Better go to the hotel,

Do not let him out of your eyes and do not let him talk.

Get medical attention.

I appreciate your help.

Ah thank you!

Close the door behind you.

Exist.

I warned you of hatred and revenge on my men.

I'll call Washington and request permission to send it...

As a representative of the law, before the military court!

Before you do it, you'd better find out what happened.

The facts are such,

That Captain White has nothing but a sip on his chest!

And he's dead for several hours.

What is this trick?

White, found dead crystals and cyanides beside him.

You mean it was suicide?

I shot just so people thought it was different.

Washington has issued a request: "Clear Yuma."

There are cowboys and the head of the herd...

Who wants to destroy this city.

And hungry Indians who want to do their nonsense.

If both groups explode, this area involves fires and smoke.

I think everything is responsible for White and Decker.

Decker still does not know that White is dead and he will be afraid of him speaking.

I hope someone comes to white to see...

And I'll stay there this time.

Now I'm hungry.

I did not sleep two nights, it's hot and my patience is over.

All right, Marshal, you can trust the doctor.

Tomorrow morning, he will be silent on White.

But only tomorrow.

Is there anything to eat?

Yes, something good. And also a cake.

By the way, you owe me a bottle of ketchup.

And you promised me you would be silent about it.

Oh sorry.

Can I ask you something?

I hear Decker, he's the richest here...

Does he have a stake here?

When Decker first arrived in the city,

He brought all his belongings to a car.

Now he's fifty.

It controls all traffic in this territory.

McNeil must have that.

It has short distance traffic.

He does not have many requests.

How many men are working for Decker?

Thank you.

Thirty or forty.

It's his right hand, Derrick Sanders.

Yes, I saw, what do you know about it?

I think it can be dangerous.

Anything going on?

Perhaps. Hope so,

But I'm afraid the Arch King will not wait.

His two brothers are dead, I do not blame him.

Do you think it was me who killed Roll King?

Would that help if I thought so?

There were many lawmakers in Yuma,

But you are different from them.

I think you care about us.

Sometimes it takes longer, to understand me.

July!

How many banks are in this territory?

Only three, if not count ours.

In Tucson, in Bisbee, and one in Tombstone.

Thank you!

Dave! Be careful.

I do not know why you're scared.

What?

I paid you in advance.

Sir...

The door is locked, I'm waiting for you.

You know, I think it's best if you're at the hotel today.

Tell the girl I sent him to my room.

But why?

I will not need you anymore today. You'd better go now.

Give it another moment. It will be simpler.

He's a strange man, we have to find out.

It's ok. You can go.

I told you I would beat you tonight, I'm the best lady.

I already defeated you. Remember last Tuesday

Hello, look at Mule.

Amy, announce the alarm quickly!

It's burning! It's burning in Harvey's store! Come and help!

This is a fire alarm! Where is it burned?

Come, help me! I have dynamite stored in the store.

People, please help me.

We have to put out the fire.

We need more help, we brought the buckets

Come fast!

Marshal, please, I have dynamite there.

Back there? Yes!

Guys, let's help, let's not let the fire come back, there's dynamite!

C'mon C'mon!

All right, boys, bring the syringe.

Put that gun down.

Easy, Marchal! Calm!

Slowly.

I see you're upset with this.

I came here only with the best of intentions...

I do not want to make things even more complicated.

I know this is going to sound silly, but it's like this...

I told you to lower the gun, not to speak stupidly.

It's ok.

Okay, I'll admit I went to jail.

And what does this prove? Listen to Harmon, I have...

You stand and say I have no evidence and smell of kerosene!

You created a fire to finish and had time to assassinate White.

You can not prove it.

I just got here to talk to an old friend.

With the other ear, it will be more complicated,

The gun tends to shoot, slightly to the left.

It's ok. It's all right.

Actually, I came to help you escape.

So how did you help escape the Roll King?

You write everything.

Just like it happened and you signed up.

I said I just helped him out of jail.

It's ok...

Let's do this with difficulty.

Inside!!

What do you want to do with me?

We'll talk to Mr. Arch King.

Finally, leave Harmon!

I only want five minutes!

Okay, you have five minutes.

If something happens to the boy,

The world will not be big enough for you to hide.

Five minutes.

You will see Major Lucas.

You tell him to pay attention while I'm gone.

What will we do with Captain White?

Bury it.

I'm sorry they ran away. It was my fault

Not a guy, especially they did not hurt you.

I want.

They did not say, where were they going?

No, just Mr. Decker said he would.

He loved me the other and went to the horses.

Well, go back to the hotel and wait there for me.

Stay still.

Now turn around slowly.

I'd love to kill him right away, but I want to see him suffer.

Take the gun.

With your left hand, run the colt.

Only two fingers... Slowly and throw away.

The biggest mistake of your life, Harmon, was that you came to Yuma...

And began to push my nose to my shops.

Your stores?

The Indians want to fight, for hunger and many die.

You do not do anything, you're dead.

The man and Captain White will not speak.

He will go to the reservation as usual and say that the meat is coming to them.

We will send the cattle, to the place of destination.

I have an army of men,

We go west and start selling again.

Do not you think it would be years the peasant Marshal

Why is your spouse, is not it?

You're a fool Harmon,

The land is, the same as those dirty Indians.

Decker was a cattle thief.

We're going to Fort Yuma.

To have cattle and something to eat.

Go back to the reserve, start getting the cattle and the stock.

Why should we believe you?

So, why did you save my life?

When I did not know

We'll wait.

Are these men?

Yes.

Well, they can not complain, are they?

I think you'll want another proof.

His brother killed Sanders and White.

They both worked for Deckere.

Why did Decker want my brother's death?

I'll tell you that.

Decker came here with just one car and no money...

For a short period of time,

Received state orders and had fifty cars.

Someone had to borrow money and help you with those treaties.

Someone who knew the facts, details and how to proceed...

In the supply of livestock and stocks to the Indians.

Marshal! What do you mean?

I do not want to say anything, I tell you how it was.

Someone wanted here in this city,

That the boss looked like Decker!

What does all this have to do with my brother?

Someone here knows who killed him and why.

So, who is this?

Major Lucas told me that for every government order,

There must be at least two offers.

It is true.

McNeil was afraid that another carrier

Would come to the city and compete with him.

He told Decker to offer lower prices than himself.

He killed two flies with one blow and made a decent profit.

Even with what Decker will conquer the Indians and was not small.

But then White walked in.

And he covered Decker.

Harmon, the story is so absurd, they do not deserve an answer.

There is nothing to add to it.

I thought you were smart enough did not save money on the city bank...

So I sent telegrams to all the banks in that territory.

You still have it, for delivery of fish.

You can not have $ 40,000 deposited at the bank in Bisbee

Do you want more evidence?

I did not kill Roll King.

It was Decker's idea.

I think he did not break up.

But you let Roll kill him,

Because you and Decker thought Arch King would kill me...

And I will not stand in your way.

I will do my duty, Marshal. Get out of my way!

I can not let you do this.

He let me kill my brother. Get me out of the way.

If you kill him, I'm going to have to arrest him for murder.

Get out of the way, Harmon.

He's my prison, King. First you have to kill me.

You better let him do it, marshal...

Because the army would negotiate.

Go home.

McNeil gets what he deserves, I promise you.

Your vote will not return, my brother.

He does not want to kill anymore.

King!

Excuse me for your brothers.

Me too.

When you get a fish, I'll cook.

But you need to clean it.

There are no bulldozers here.

But they are, you just need to be patient.

Look, you have to let the bait fall into the mud.

They love staying in the mud.

Have you got any?

When I was your age, I caught many.

Good Morning. Good Morning.

Andres wants to get a fish for your breakfast.

There is nothing fresher than fish in the morning.

Do you know what he told me? He can not swim.

Is it true, boy?

Where I lived there was no bath water.

But there is much here.

You will teach me? Perhaps.

When I go, sir?

Why is this running?

I want to be a good swimmer.

That's nice.

You will teach me? One day I'll teach you.

Now, do not come, sir.

You're weird, boy, are not you?

Go swim!

Okay, go on the water, try to swim.

Put your hands in front of you, big boy, kicking your legs.

One hand turns, the other ahead.

All right, kid, you're swimming.

Calm down, you will leave.

Very good, excellent!

Excellent, boy.

I can do this, I can swim.

Very good. I can do this.

Did you see that? I can do this.

I can swim.

You can swim almost as well as I did, nor did I learn.

Can not you swim?

Oh...

Would you like to teach me this?

Seriously?
