The Legend of Chusen

Episode 16

Do you think I harmed him?

Bi Yao. I know you wouldn't harm us.

But I just want to know about the Cliff Swallow Grass.

Can it clear the poison? I won't tell anyone.

Cliff Swallow Grass is the flower that bloomed beside

the Miao Jiang piestess Ling Long when she died.

What does that flower have to do with clearing the poison?

You only need to know that this poison has to do with the God of Beasts.

In any case, if the Ten Thousand Poison Sect set the poison,

they must be using the God of Beasts-

Anyway, I don't know what sort of thing they are creating.

High Priestess Ling Long's power can control the God of Beast. Maybe it can counter the poison.

The Ghost King Sect, Ten Thousand Poison Sect, and Long Life Sect all got the blood of the God of Beasts.

Then what can the God of Beast's blood be used for?

How do you know about that?

Who told you?

I don't know either. In any case,

I really don't know what they are up to.

Maybe they are using their own methods to create spells.

I got it. Thanks.

That's all.

Where are you going?

To look for Xiao Fan.

Forget it. I'll go with you.

There's no need.

You are also of the evil sect. You belong to the same side as the Ten Thousand Poison Sect.

If a fight breaks out, I'm afraid you can't answer to your father.

Do you think the Ghost King Sect is the same as you righteous people?

You have despicable thinking. Doing one thing in front of other but doing another thing behind them.

I'm telling you! I just found the person.

I don't want you Qing Yun disciples to frame me again!

Xiao Fan might be nearby.

Xiao Fan! Xiao Fan! Xiao Fan! Xiao Fan!

Cut it out. If enemies are around, they'll be alerted!

Let's go that way.

Why have you Qing Yun people come to Yudu?

How many people have come to Kong San Mountain?

What is Qing Yun's plan?

Speak!

Kid, look!

I might turn you into something like him.

To become a monster that only knows how to kill!

I won't say it! Just give up!

Very good.

It's a shame, what a shame.

Sect Leader, why don't we just pull out his tendons and tear his skin

and send him back to Qing Yun?

Isn't that too much of a waste?

Such a good ingredient,

and he knows Qing Yun martial arts too.

We should turn him into a medicine human.

Clear up some of the martial arts within his body first.

to prevent them from neutralizing the poison.

Thank you Sect Leader.

Look. The dragonflies are all flying into the mist.

Let's fly across through the sky.

No. That's too dangerous.

That house has poison in it. Stay here, I'll go take a look.

Bi Yao.

Don't worry. When I was little,

I took in the Bi Gu Pill (Anti-poison/curse Pill) sent by Du Shen (Poison God) when he made an alliance with us.

The Ten Thousand Poison Sect's magic has no effect on me.

There must be disciples of the Ten Thousand Poison Sect inside.

It's too dangerous for you to go alone.

How about this, I'll first attract the enemy then you go in to investigate.

If you can't find Xiao Fan, don't stick around.

Come back immediately, and we'll come up with a new plan.

After them!

Th-this! What kind of magic is this?

Teacher, I'll teach him a lesson for you!

Be careful!

-Search.-Yes!

-Zhang Xiao Fan!-Bi Yao.

-Are you okay?-I'm okay, let's hurry and leave.

How are you feeling? Better?

What is this place?

I don't know. But it looks like there is a tunnel that way. Should we go take a look?

No. We cannot be rash now.

If we're lucky, it might reach the underground river!

But...this should be near the Ten Thousand Poison Sect.

They might have been the ones who created the tunnel.

If we're not lucky and end up in that mountain valley again,

then we'd die!

Thank you for saving me.

If Lin Jing Yu didn't repeatedly beg me to save you,

I wouldn't bother with you!

Jing Yu? Is he okay?

He...should be okay.

At this time, he might be dragging out time with those bastards

and making them run in circles!

Then that's good.

You're about to lose your own life,

and you still have the mood to worry about others?

Jing Yu and I have been good brothers since childhood.

Ever since Grass Temple Village?

Then what about after you entered Qing Yun?

After we entered Qing Yun...

Jing Yu is talented and soon became the leader of the Discipline Court.

But I was stupid since childhood, I couldn't master a thing.

And even got hit by Teacher all the time.

I don't know why either.

No matter how I work hard, I can't learn it well.

I also didn't know what happened but I won in the succeeding rounds.

In the end, I luckily won.

Then what about afterwards?

Afterwards?

Afterwards, they said I had learned some dissident techniques

and said I had entered the evil sect.

You used true ability to beat your opponents.

They didn't understand so they called it dissident techniques?

Based on what? Really so stubborn to outdated rules!

They did it for my own good.

Qing Yun is my home. Teacher taught me since childhood.

He said learning good skills was for protecting the world.

Only when I reached Yudu did I understand

what is called "devoting your heart and life to the world".

I learned that being chivalrous

doesn't mean that one must depend on force.

This world is so big. If you want to protect those around you,

it's already a difficult task.

My mother died protecting me.

Sometimes I think

that one day when I die,

would someone watch over me by my side?

Don't worry. I will definitely send you to your most important person.

Most important person?

Don't you still have your father?

No matter what, you saved my life.

I will definitely protect you well.

Just protect your own life and don't drag me down!

What a bunch of trash!

You couldn't even find a person who was poisoned!

That kid couldn't run far when he was poisoned.

Then follow the blood dragonflies to look. If you still can't find him,

you should know what the consequences are.

Let's go!

Wife.

My eyelid keeps twitching today.

Do you think something happened to Old Seven?

Don't say such nonsense.

Our Xiao Fan is quite lucky.

You can't be sure about luck.

Two days ago, Junior Brother Zheng's son sent a letter.

He said that in Yudu City,

there are more than one sect of the evil sect hidden within it.

It is very dangerous.

Since it's so dangerous,

why didn't Sect Leader Senior Brother send more disciples over?

Sect Leader Senior Brother thinks that Yudu's current situation is unclear.

It also has to do with the fight over the future City Chief position.

One is a Qing Yun youth. The other

is a junior from Fen Xiang Valley.

As the elders, there are some things

that won't be convenient for us to interfere in.

Nor is it convenient for us to send new disciples in.

There are some things

that we should let them deal with on their own.

We have to avoid alerting the enemy.

If the good and evil sides do start to fight,

I don't know how many innocent people will be harmed.

The evil sect's actions have always been cruel.

Before, Senior Brother also suffered from their violent treachery.

I'm really afraid that Xiao Fan will...

Okay Wife, don't worry!

Didn't you say it yourself? Our Old Seven

has very good luck. His good luck is extraordinary.

Don't worry, he'll be okay!

Besides, we have to wait for Old Seven to return

and make food for us!

Old Six's cooking skills are too terrible!

Look! I've gotten skinnier because I'm so hungry!

How is he?

Miss, this young man is severely poisoned.

His body was also severely injured when he fell off the cliff.

The poison has already spread throughout his entire body.

Even if Immortal Daluo Jin appears, he also won't be able to save him.

No way!

He must still be alive!

Aren't you immortals? Please save him!

Even immortals cannot save him.

Besides, we are just regular humans that are hidden within a mountain.

Miss...life is just temporary and we all will die.

Don't be too sad.

No way...how could he die?

No way!

Cliff Master.

The poisonous mist outside this ravine is getting thicker and thicker.

The Ten Thousand Poison Sect has already sent people to search the entire Kong San Mountain.

If this keeps going, they'll find us sooner or later.

Cliff Master.

I'm afraid that taking those two in will just bring more enemies here.

What if this spiritual rock-

Forget it. Forget it.

You don't need to say anything more.

This place is filled with extraordinary spiritual power.

Xiao Fan has stopped breathing, but his spirit is still there.

It was kept within the magic treasure.

So what if it is?

I dare to guess that it is because of the spiritual power within this cliff.

You are very smart. How did you know?

My father is the head of the Ghost King Sect, Xi Gui Dao.

Using his whole lifetime to research on life and death and how to prolong life.

Hence, I know about the basics of it.

I won't keep it from you. Your guess was right.

This spiritual power is within this spiritual rock.

This stone is called Heaven and Earth's Dark Stone.

We just happened to find this rock within the valley.

We've already been here for over a hundred years.

The spiritual rock not only lengthened our lives,

It also supports the entire Guan Xing Cliff

and created an enchantment to hide us within the mountain.

Within the entire Kong San Mountain, perhaps even Yudu City, this place is

the starting point of all the spiritual power.

The living things within Kongsang Mountain flourishes. The plants have very strong medicinal effects.

The streams pass by this ravine.

Bringing the water which is filled with spiritual energy into Yudu

causing the medicinal herbs of Yudu to thrive.

So, it is because of this spiritual rock's power.

Precisely.

It's just a shame that this rock's spiritual power,

has already lasted for hundreds of years so it is slowly loosing power.

-Cliff Master, I beg you--Miss.

We all aim to reach Nirvana

and doing good deeds as our merits. Why won't we help?

It's just a shame that this spiritual rock supports my entire village's lives.

If it is used to save your friend,

the spiritual rock's enchantment will weaken.

In many hundreds of years, you two

are the only ones who have managed to come into my Guan Xing Cliff.

I can see that we have fate.

But with a strong enemy here,

I cannot help you. I hope you understand.

Then what if I lead the Ten Thousand Poison Sect's people away or get rid of them entirely?

D-don't do anything!

Please spare me, heroes! Spare me!

My bird loves to eat human eyes.

Eyes, eyes, eyes!

-Also, it can tell if someone is lying or not.-Lying, lying!

So if you continue to lie, I won't be courteous to you!

Not courteous, not courteous!

-Not courteous!-I'll say it...I'll tell everything!

Stop.

I-it was our sect leader.

He wanted to create a type of medicine.

-That's why he dragged me here!-What medicine?

Why did he choose Kong San Mountain?

Kong San Mountain has always been a spiritual land.

It's full of spiritual power. Spiritual medicine here,

including Yudu all grow very well.

So..within Kong San Mountain's valley, our sect leader

-experimented with his new medicine.-New medicine?

What is the new medicine?

It...it..it's a type of poisonous blood. I don't know the main parts of it either!

Our sect leader used blood to grow flowers

and then used spiritual power to make them bloom.

And then fed them to the dragonflies. After the blood entered the dragonflies,

he then used the dragonflies to create his medicine.

I only know that much! I'm begging you all,

spare me! Spare me!

Guard Yan, is there any progress with Jing Ping'er's act of poisoning?

We haven't been able to get a antidote from her.

This is the person you captured in Kong San Mountain?

I already found the origin of the river's pollution.

It was the Ten Thousand Poison Sect's doing.

They have also hidden a lot of people within the mountain valley.

What?

Give me an hour to gather soldiers and go to Kong San Mountain.

You can't!

The mountain valley is full of poisonous gas.

You are all regular humans. You cannot get in.

If we go in just like this, we will only alarm the enemies and cause trouble but gaining nothing.

Then I'll bring this person back for interrogation first.

Perhaps I can find a way to enter the valley.

Zhang Xiao Fan.

Your life is still very long!

You must hang in there.

I definitely won't let you die.

Cliff Master, I will have to leave Zhang Xiao Fan to you.

Miss, being too much in love will not make a relationship last long, being too smart will only lead you to hurt yourself.

Have you thought it through clearly?

Cliff Master, you might have misunderstood.

He just saved my life. I don't want to watch him die.

That's all.

Then what if I said that this person is fated with you

to be entangled with you for life?

If you save him today,

you will die for him in the future. Then what will you do?

You two are fated to be entangled for life, just like a big tree in the storm

that can topple anytime.

I can infer that it won't be a good ending.

Destiny has its end. You don't know when you'll meet or separate.

In life, what is in front of you is most important.

If I don't do this today and watch him die instead,

I will regret it for life.

Do you not care even if you are destroyed?

I will do my best.

If I don't come back, I ask that you...

You don't need to force yourself

to put your entire village at risk to save him.

Just let this matter pass with the wind.

Mythical Beast Blood Poison.

I have finally succeeded in creating it!

Congratulations Sect Leader, for finishing.

How are those two people doing?

Please punish me, I have already done my best.

After being poisoned by my poison spell,

without an antidote, they should be dead by now.

But...one of them

seems to belong to the Ghost King Sect.

With this blood spell on my hands, who cares about the Ghost King Sect?

It's pitiful that the Ghost King obtained this treasure

but didn't know what to do with it!

Sect Leader!

Sect Leader. A girl has come outside.

She claims to be Ghost King Sect's Vermilion Sacred Envoy, You Ji.

Thankfully, You Ji told me about her relationship with Dou Yi Shen.

You Ji?

Hope that using magic to disguise as Auntie You can fool this malicious queer old man.

Long time no see.

I really didn't think that you'd appear here.

Aren't you also here?

Why are you so happy? It cannot be because of me.

Of course, it is because of you.

But, there is one more happy event.

Look.

Look, this is the new medicine that I just created.

Come, see how it is!

I'll be frank with you.

The Ghost King wants you to form an alliance to help him.

Based on his personality,

He still needs outsider help?

We are like scattered sand now.

Doing our own things. If we don't make an alliance,

then naturally, we aren't a match for the Qing Yun Sect and the others.

I came for this matter.

I'm afraid that this is just

his plan to use my sect

to help him find the Wanfu (Thousand Bats) Ancient Cave, right?

It's not like I can't help him.

What is he offering?

What do you want?

No rush. Let's have a nice chat first.

This is the fluorescent green tea that I invented. Drink it and it will help your cultivation.

Look at you. After so many years, you still look the same.

Aren't you also the same?

I won't keep it from you. Ever since that night at the headquarters,

Is he testing me?

What do you mean, "that night"? You make it sound like it has to do with us.

Didn't you sing a totally off tune song for me?

You still remember?

In so many years, you have always been in my heart.

But how about you? Being the Vermilion Bird Sacred Envoy,

why must you work under the Ghost King?

What is your request? Can't you hurry up?

My request...

I just want you to talk with me more often.

It's easy to convince me to help Wan Ren Wang.

But i have one more request.

Didn't you just have one?

Leave Hu Qi Mountain.

Come to my Ten Thousand Poison Sect.

Sect Leader!

Sect Leader, people from Qing Yun have come.

-How many?-Two.

I'll get rid of them first!

You Ji. Wait for me.

-What is going on?-I don't know!
