Next, we'll reveal the previous part of the video

which has never been revealed before.

That's him. That's Jo Hyun Min.

Because there are no further requests to submit evidence

to resolve here,

the verdict will be announced on August 16.

It's still not over.

That's right.

It's still not over.

This is the beginning.

Finally, it looks like you're wearing these handcuffs.

Jo Hyun Min, you're under arrest for the murder of Nam Sang Won.

You have the right to an attorney

and you will have the opportunity to defend yourself.

This morning during the trial of the Vice-Chairman of Se Kang Group,

important evidence was unveiled and Se Kang Group President Jo Hyun Min

was implicated in the Nam Sang Won homicide case

and arrested for 1st degree murder.

After Jo Hyun Min's cousin Jo Jae Min had been designated as President, and then as a murder suspect,

the financial world was reeling, and citizens were overwhelmed

to the point of disbelief.

Jo Hyun Min is currently in the police interrogation room and the matter is being investigated.

However, an arrest warrant has not yet been issued.

I really hate businessmen.

All guys with too much money and strong support all have an odor of stink on them.

Are you laughing?

You're sitting here laughing?

There's no place you can run anyway.

Just tell me honestly.

You killed Nam Sang Won, right?

Did you...

see me kill him?

What?

I'm saying,

did you actually see me do it?

Are you joking around right now?

It's not only Nam Sang Won.

Shin Hyo Jeong,

Yeom Jae Hee,

Detective Han,

Commissioner Jun Jae Woo,

you killed them all!!

SO..

bring the evidence.

Evidence.

Evidence.

This is a search warrant, please comply.

What is it about?

We are from the Cyber Police Team.

Please move out of the way.

Don't you know how serious a felony it is to delete evidence?

Delete evidence?

All I did was take care of matters relating to Se Kang Group.

What???

Everything that was related to the vaccine program

was wiped out.

There was nothing we could do.

What happened to the Nam Sang Won homicide case?

There is evidence that he was there, but,

there is no evidence that he put the poison in the cup.

On the financial side, they have begun to put pressure on the prosecution,

and they are also playing hard ball.

I'm going to go crazy.

Can you kill somebody if you're rich?

That's why they say the criminals are stronger than the law.

This BASTARD really....

It's not because he had money.

It's because he has information on them that they can't do anything.

Jo Hyun Min uses the information

to move business and politics.

So...

are we just going to leave Jo Hyun Min alone like that?

It's just a few hours until the deadline

to submit an application for an arrest warrant.

Have some.

Why did you ask me to come?

Reporter Choi, I'd like to make a suggestion.

Shouldn't you be apologizing first?

What would change if I said I was sorry?

We have a special employment program.

There is a system to recruit outstanding, experienced journalists.

What about that?

Well, are you saying you would hire me under the special program?

Did you come to court when Vice-Chairman Jo Jae Min was there?

Yes, that's right.

Even if I don't explain it thoroughly, you should know.

I think Hades is

Kim Woo-Hyun. That's in my opinion.

If that's true, then it's not just a small issue.

Journalist Choi,

you have known Hades for a long time.

Using you're memory,

write an article about Kim Woo Hyun's motive.

If the article looks alright,

I promise you a position in our Daily Team 1.

Now the murder accusation is coming apart,

and even more coming apart.

Don't be too reassured,

because there are many ways

to get you to take a DNA test.

The arrest warrant was denied.

You may leave.

Just give it up now.

The only one that can catch me

is myself.

The arrest warrant was denied but

the indictment will proceed.

It's going to be different this time

At least, there is a witness from the crime scene.

In the court,

everything is going to come out to the light

Team leader!

What are you doing here again?

Um.. well..

Were you waiting for me here?

Kim Woo Hyun.. Park Gi Young. Were you going to ask me about that

so you can write an article?

Do you think I'm like Reporter Goo Yeon Joo?

Why are you talking about that Reporter?

Did something happen with Journalist Goo Yeon Joo?

Nevermind. It's my fault I came to try to reason with the mad cow.

Go do what you were doing, I'll be leaving

Hey, Potato!

What were you trying to say?

I said it was alright!

Just drive safely and go.

From midnight tonight until tomorrow afternoon, Seoul and Gyeonggi Province

are expected to suffer the impact of torrential rain which will pour approximately 150 mm of rain.

If it is consistent with today, this afternoon, there is a storm front approaching.

You scared me! Just what do you think you're doing?!

Motorbike, come and follow me!

What?

There's a scoop.

Scoop?

Scoop? Tell me what the scoop is? Is there a scoope here?

Ah, there's breaking news here?

Here.

Here.

Oh, it suits you well.

How much for this?

What are you doing now? What about the scoop?

There's a typhoon coming.

Huh?

It's a scoop, a typhoon is coming

Are you going to stay all night here?

Are you nervous because of tomorrow's verdict?

It's going to go well

He's someone who killed people.

It's going to go well.

I'll go home first, then.

Don't say too much.

There's many ways to make you take a DNA test.

You are...

Hades, Park Ki Young.

Just already give up.

The only person who could catch me.. is myself.

According to reports, it is expected that the announcement of the trial verdict for

Se Kang Group's Chairman Jo Hyun Min will be held in a closed courtroom in Seoul District Court.

What happened?!

Did the verdict come out?

I have just arrived and I am waiting for the verdict.

After the trial about the murder of Nam Sang Won began, the materiality of evidence

about the time President Jo Hyun Min was with Nam Sang Won

was somewhat tenuous for the judge.

You've just been acquitted! How do you feel now?

The evidence was insufficient so you got acquitted.

Don't you have anything to say about the court proceeding?

Please, tell us!!

[Not guilty]

Does that make sense?

He killed a person! The video of him is there! Not guilty?

[SeKang Group President Jo Hyun Min, not guilty]

Hey, hey!

Hey, hey, hey! Hey!

Calm down!

He has no guilt or remorse after killing people.

If we leave him like this, he'll kill more people.

So, what? What are you going to do about it?

You... are not thinking of doing something else, are you?

I...didn't want to become just like him,

so I wanted judgment from the court.

But, now that's not it.

From now on, I'm doing things my way.

It's Jo Hyun Min.

Information is a tremendous weapon.

Park Ki Young?

But when that information becomes public, it can no longer be a weapon.

It becomes just a single thin sheet of paper.

Park Ki Young disappeared with what?

With the police department's server which has the datatbase for the Dae Young case.

The confidential data collected by Jo Hyun Min and his Dae Young team are in there.

Yes.

Within it is data on corruption by politicians, prosecutors and administrators, all of that stuff.

Park Ki Young...

what the heck are you doing?

Jeong Kwan Kye High-rank X-files Revealed

But when that information becomes public, it can no longer be a weapon.

It becomes just a thin sheet of paper.

Assistant Manager, have you seen the messenger?

Messenger? -Yes.

How could you do that?!

First of all, clam down and sit.

Now you betrayed me!

I'm not going to let this go!

What would you do if you don't let it go?

Do you think I'm the only one acting like this now?

The prosecutors, the politicians are all in a frenzy.

How Chairman Jo made such a list,

they'll be investigating.

Also, you'll have nobody on your side.

Including me.

The thought of scandals.

A written list of the financial irregularities of dozens of politicians is being ciculated on the Internet.

Because SNS is spreading it, people are being shaken.

While the National Assembly is scheduling

the start of a Truth Commission as soon as possible

They will find out right and wrong.

at the same time, they are urging law enforcement agencies to investigate

what means were used to acquire the information for the list and what the exact purpose was.

Evidence that the list is real is being revealed on the internet.

People are saying that an investigation should take place.

Yes, that's right.

The prosecution also want to start this investigation.

But we don't know where to start.

Prosecutors, senior executives and hihg level names are on the list

Yes, I see.

Also, Chairman Jo Hyun Min of Se Kang Group is being looked at as the originator of the list.

Is the investigating in process for this incident?

Yes. The situation points to a core.

Why was the list made?

And was it really Chairman Jo Hyun Min's making?

The prosecutor's investigation is expected to focus on

the attempt of the Se Kang Group affiliates to commit massive tax fraud.

The Board of Directors have convened a special meeting.

I got it, you may leave.

Is there anything else?

The prosecutors have delivered a summons.

It's HillriseTower.

Please call if anything else happens.

You're late.

How did you come here?

The title of this place

is under someone else's name.

If it wasn't for the picture, it would have been difficult to find.

Apartment 1001 and the window--

The angles were a little different.

Like it was from the next door.

Is this the digital camera Shin Hyo Jeong gave to someone?

Right. She gave it to the stylist she worked with.

Okay.

Put a spot light properly.

She matched Twitter ID Style 0416?

Yeah.

I called about the digital camera you received from Shin Hyo Jeong.

I'm a policeman.

But when Hyo Jeong gave it to me,

there was nothing in it.

It looked like everything was deleted.

Did you find out anything?

Deleted pictures could explain a lot here.

That is...

room 1101 at Palace Tower isn't it?

No.

Room 1102

1101 1102

That's why you weren't recorded by CCTV the day Shin Hyo Jeong died.

The day of the factory explosion,

Woo Hyun said he met Shin Hyo Jeong's killer.

This is the place where he met.

It was you. You killed Shin Hyo Jung?

That's right.

I killed her.

Right. It was here, Kim Woo Hyun told me that he will kill you.

Of course, he didn't keep his promise.

So he ended up dying.

You, too,

should have died there.

But, why did you come here?

Did you come to arrest me again?

Should I tell you about the reality?

You must think you put me in the corner now.

But, if time passes a little,

everyone will forget about it.

One month?

One week?

If a bigger incident were to happen tomorrow,

people will forget everything.

Then, I will

return to Se Kang Group.

I'm just...

here to ask you something.

Shin Hyo Jeong,

why did you kill her?

Let's write a story.

On May 15th, you were with

Shin Hyo Jeong at Hae Myung Resort.

There, you heard Nam Sang Won saying

he was holding a beta version of the program for Kim Hyun Woo.

Then, that night,

you learned that Nam Sang Won and Jo Jae Min had an engagement in Villa No.12.

You planned to

falsely accuse Jo Jae Min of the crime.

So you planned to murder Nam Sang Won.

As planned, you killed Nam Sang Won.

For Kim Woo Hyun Woo who was doing an undercover investigation,

you set a trap as an accomplice to murder.

You thought everything was going smoothly as planned, but

something unexpected happened.

It was Shin Hyo Jeong.

Whether it's from having a busy schedule, or

given a sleeping pill,

you thought Shin Hyo Jeong was sleeping.

But Shin Hyo Jeong

was not asleep.

Let's have a drink.

As you said,

There was a misunderstanding.

Actually I 'm...

This is...

This...

What are..

you doing?

Sorry to wake you up, but I have to go to Seoul for some urgent work.

Okay.

I will be ready.

What's wrong? are you alright?

No.

Go to the hospital tomorrow.

You look sick.

Shin Hyo Jeong probably confessed that she shot the video.

And,

asked you to hand yourself to the police.

Is that the reason to kill her?

You lost the last chance.

You should have listened

to Shin Hyo Jeong at that time.

Give myself up to the Police,

I should get punished?

My father died before my eyes.

He drank poisoned alcohol by himself.

Only to protect me.

But, do you think they got punished?

Not at all!

They got larger power and wealth.

Then, why should I get punished?

So,

For the revenge,

you also become a monster like them?

Monster?

I was young and my father was innocent.

Others thought like that too.

That's why we lost.

To win,

I have to be cruel.

Even if I had to become worse than a monster,

Winning....

Is that what you want?

Then, I can protect the thing which is the most precious to me.

That is the power.

It can solve everything.

The power.

To protect the most precious thing.

You already

lost the most precious thing.

Don't you want to know?

The video filmed by Shin Hyo Jeong,

How did we find it.

I think we can find the video filmed by Shin Hyo Jeong.

Hurry

Okay

Wait a second.

Yes?

Before she died, she went there everyday.

She might have left some of Hyo Jeong's things there..

Subtitles brought to you by Cyberghost Team @ viki.com

Have you visited

Shin Hyo Jeong's grave even once after she died?

If you went there even once,

Before us,

you could have found the phone.

What you saw in the court

was the video in this phone.

But,

there was a strange thing.

When she died,

what I saw in her laptop was different with the original copy.

In the Phamtom file,

there wasn't your face.

Right before she reported it to the broadcast,

Shin Hyo Jeong changed her mind.

Probably it was too harsh for her.

She already loved you,

and she was pregnant with your baby.

I guess you didn't know.

Say it

again.

Shin Hyo Jeong

was pregnant with your baby.

Don't lie!

It's true.

She said she wasn't.

To me,

she said she wasn't.

In this,

there isn't only the video of Nam Sang Won.

You should have listened to Shin Hyo Jeong and stopped it at that time.

At that time,

you confirm what you did by yourself.

And,

Admit your sin.

For Shin Hyo Jeong and another person

who were killed by your hand.

Get out.

I don't have anything more to say.

Oh! What should we do?!

I think he fell off! Please call!

Oh, hurry, report it!

The phantom disappeared.

And Park Ki Young died also...

Dad, who is this man?

He's my friend.

Why don't you say hello?

How do you do? I'm Kim Sun Woo.

Shall we say a prayer?

Woo Hyun, it's all...finished...

Woo Hyun, it's all...finished...

It's all finished now.

From the beginning...I was wrong.

I'm going to make things right.

Haven't you ever had a second thought

about becoming a cop? Have you ever had a second thought about it?

Not even once.

I'll continue to be that way.

Are you done?

We'll come back later when Grandpa gets better.

Say good bye.

Good bye.

Park Ki Young

He was the predecessor of Se Kang Group's President Jo Jae Min.

Illegal investigation of citizens.

This Jo Hyun Min was totally a fake.

Didn't you know? The world doesn't change that easily.

Right?

Why did you want to see me?

I'll give you permission.

For what?

For us to date.

For us to date.

What is this about?

But, for that, you can't lie.

You're having a good time by yourself.

You're having a good time by yourself.

Kim Woo Hyun, he is Park Ki Young. Am I right?

Ah, really! He isn't!

I'm not going to write an article about it.

I'll pretend I don't know anything.

I just want to know the truth.

Really...!

Aigoo ~

What? You don't want to?

You don't want to go out with me?

Why are you being like this, really?

I'll count to three.

One...

Why are you being like this, really?

Two ~~~

Three!

We'll date! We'll date! We'll date!

Let's go out.

Let's go out.

Only this time.

Lieutenant Kim is Kim Woo Hyun.

And I give permission for us to date. I give permission.

Only this time...

So you'll lie only this time.

Detective?

How did you come here?

Ah, Kwon Hyuk Joo is really a Mad Cow.

On June 14th, 2012, I started working with Mad Cow.

He also had questions about Kim Woo Hyun.

Is he trying to find out the truth?

Lieutenant Kim Woo Hyun and Hades.

Were they switched after the factory explosion?

Lieutenant Kim Woo Hyun is Park Ki Young?

Should the file "Covering Notes-Hades" be deleted forever? (Left) Yes (Right) No

It all seems like lies.

Everything that happened until now.

After Shin Hyo Jeong died, Team Leader Kim Woo Hyun,

Detective Han, Commissioner Shin,

many people died.

But,

the world is quiet as if nothing ever happened.

The outer appearance always seems peaceful.

A monitor is not even the real world.

The criminals never stand out.

They appear like ordinary people

hiding in disguise.

Like me.

But now you're a policeman.

Me?

Don't trust me so easily.

No.

You're a good policeman.

I wanted to tell you something before.

Would you like to hear it?

A cop cannot give up.

We have to catch the criminal.

That is the right thing to do.

This one will be difficult.

From the beginning,

it was wrong.

Don't become like me.

Become a great cop.
