a side of no preps you've never seen

before we got a call out who you want

ryan martin this would be easier if you

just ask who wants to call me out

hey friendly grudge

that doesn't work

strategy starts here if i race against

somebody during a grudge

i'm gonna take that data and hand it to

my team keep it in the circle

the only way it's gonna happen is

somebody taking out ryan early one two

three everyone's expecting to be all

about okc in texas but noah's about to

make a big statement

and gathering data can be the difference

let's see what we got

between winning i think she's back

and losing forty thousand dollars

grudge racing is where no prep champions

are truly boring ryan fireball

so buckle up

this is no prep kings grudge night

farm trucking asian here bringing you

another day of grudge racing

today's event is down in jupiter florida

just a few hundred thousand miles away

from mars

uh no this one's near palm beach gotcha

here our teams are getting their cars

ready to make some hits

on this track i got my sunglasses and

sunscreen ready

sunscreen uh yeah farm truck you don't

want to get sunburned while down

in the sunshine state this is the

sunshine state but the sun ain't shining

right now

but hey as they say in florida if you

don't like the weather

just wait a few minutes don't they say

that in oklahoma

they say that in every state everybody

thinks they got special weather

oh this means drivers will have to be

on their toes to deal with the changing

track conditions

they were saying they said it was ballin

i'm like this ain't bald they don't look

bald

huh they don't look bald if anyone can

adapt on the fly

it's team okc for sure

they have been the most consistent team

from the beginning

it has given them an edge over their

rivals team texas

look we got to finish this deal yeah

texas

you know put all their eggs into one

basket and they're not even on the radar

so there was a hole in the bottom of the

basket so here we are

the second the last race look we need

ryan to do really well

team 405 has to focus this weekend

we need that separation we need 405 to

step up

we have pretty much stayed a team i've

seen like some of them

like they don't like each other i mean

we don't like each other on certain days

but

we were a team losing us even though

team texas

isn't team nola team texas is anti-team

405

exactly where i was headed while texas

is irrelevant

their next most important thing in life

is making sure that oklahoma 405

not even oklahoma yeah yeah me

team 405 versus everyone at this point

now the 405 may sound a little paranoid

here with all that talk about everyone

being

out to get them but there is a plot to

knock them out

what's that it was way worse before all

the rain would you say 405 is a bunch

i guarantee 405.1 guarantee you that

team texas has struggled all season but

even if they can't beat the 405

themselves they're willing to support

anyone who can

we're the kind of people that now we

just don't give

we have nothing to lose at this point

all i can do is try to make sure the 405

doesn't win

we have nothing to lose so we're going

to have fun making people uncomfortable

that's it

the newest team team outcast has been

finding their footing

team they've really pulled together in

these last few grudge races and made

their presence felt

i'm sure they're planning on continuing

to make waves today

as for team outcast as a team i mean

obviously we got a late start we start

in the middle of the season

we pull a bunch of degenerates like us

together that are all outsiders and

everything and we all have haul and ass

fast

now the problem is we need to get it

organized and and funnel it to the front

you know i mean we all have a car here

that can win this raid that's right team

outcast should not be counted out

yeah i mean the stars are aligning

everything's coming into play for us

i got a team of people behind me if it

wasn't for them i couldn't be where i'm

at today

so if anybody needs help james larry's

got nothing better to do than to help

everybody

over here be perfectly honestly they're

worried when he's gonna finally get it

together

i hope brad don't ever get the handle on

his nitrous combination

in cassette he got lucky

that's pretty much honest truth right

there yeah

the only reason i'm doing this with you

guys is because you guys are the only

real

out here yeah that's the truth yeah

we're all here to help each other but at

the end of the day there's only one

championship

yeah it's you hillary whoever gets it

but if we can keep it here

and not somewhere else i think we need

to go out and do what the [ __ ] we do

and race as hard as we can yeah all

in texas quest to make haters they're

kicking off the grudge races with two of

their strongest drivers

give it get it get it sean wilhoit had

several mechanical issues in colorado

my fuel tank ruptured i think

he sat out in ohio but we are at

sea level and i'm sure that he's hoping

to make it competitive once again

he is racing teammate birdman who has

struggled this season

still he is one of the most feared men

in no prep

a strong hit from these drivers may show

the teams that texas is still here

and ready to cause some trouble

oh

lots and lots of tire shaking in the

left lane birdman made a pretty solid a

to b pass there

good pass from birdman birdman is your

uh season one no prep kings champ so it

looks like they're getting a handle on

that thing

nice a to b pass

it was kind of a learn for uh the at sea

level here the car was making a lot more

power than it does at home

we shook the tires pretty hard

we both got good data so hey that's what

we want

you know what we got to do and hey we're

coming after it

after a strong hit from birdman amarillo

mike is pulling up the line to see what

he can do on this track

[Music]

amarillo mike has been very consistent

in these grudge races

a good pass here will give team texas

some good data

that could give the team a head start in

figuring out how to win in florida

as long as these conditions stay the

same it could mean good data

but these clouds on the horizon might

have something to say about that

both these drivers had issues right off

the line randy williams had some kind of

backfire

that made him abort early and then

amarillo might spun the tires

he was able to get back in and the car

looked good on the big end

yeah if he can figure out how to leave

cleanly he is going to be hard to

beat had a little hot

yeah it was just too hot it made like 18

pounds on the two-step which is just too

much it was pulling out back

into the track was pretty good i mean i

got back on it probably at 100 feet

and it's stuck it stayed stuck converter

is definitely tighter out back

is it yeah i think that was just mostly

my fault it was just too

hot i didn't know he ever made mistakes

usually even though amarillo mike had a

rough run

texas still set a strong tone with the

first race of the day

and now the 405 is getting ready to

raise the bar

it looks like team okc is sticking to

their method of only racing teammates

during grudge races

this will give them a chance to compare

data

it has worked for them at other tracks

and it seems extra important here since

all the teams want to see them

fail

right now

not a great start for team okc here no

it's not the track is not holding the

power that the 405 is putting down

so both cars went a little squirrely

right off the starting line

chris took the win

but neither of those runs were strong

enough to worry the other teams

since joining no prep kings chief has

been racing people

other than his teammates to collect data

but something has changed today

he noticed everyone seemed focused on

beating the 405.

so he isn't looking to give the other

teams an advantage today

okc is protecting their data as a whole

now so

now he is raising robin roberts at first

i was doing something different i was

learning no prep

but now i kind of realize what's going

on

i may not always see it but there is a

bigger picture and

is it it's a different vibe out here

like i might change something up

coming up teams continue to collect data

while the 405 has problem i just don't

know what it is

after problem ah guys there's been one

thing after another yeah

after problem damn dude

so i needed it to not have happened

those were much better passes for the

405. uh yeah

both cars left hard robin has just a

little bit more speed and was able to

take the win

[Music]

it was a close race which means good

data for team okc

it moved around a little better yeah he

moved around he stayed in it i like it

they needed that after a lackluster

first run

but i don't know if that data is going

to be much good

rain is rolling in and the weather has a

way of changing track conditions fast

it's just a little light mist station

but it could mean

big changes for our drivers

all right they say they got the track

drop

the temperatures you know drop the sun's

going down hopefully

we can come up with the tune-up i think

we got squared away but

we'll see this car likes when the night

sessions come out when it's cooler out

the track temps are cooler

i think it should be fast enough

team nola continues to be the team to

beat

lizzie musee and jerry bird are the

first nola pair to make a hit on this

florida track

all eyes are going to be on this race to

see how nola compares to the 405 drivers

jerry bird leaves way too early and

gives lizzy the win

it still would have been good data

except his car got loose and he had to

lift

and pat doesn't look happy with lizzie's

pass either

why'd she light off that time she's

gunshine now

car just wasn't working right and it's

just going back to trying new things and

i told my dad this ain't the race to be

trying new things but

um i guess that's what you got to do

when you want to try to go fast

just going to have to keep working away

at it and hopefully come up with a

better tip

with scott taylor coming up to the line

nola is getting another chance to

collect

data hopefully scott can make another

strong lick here and remind

everyone why they should band together

behind nola in this competition

he is racing larry larson from team

outcast

because an enemy of an enemy is a friend

that's the math i do

some major tire shake from larry larson

there but scott taylor made a decent

pass

nola must be happy with that pass

because it gives them much needed

information to build off of

it there's one right here who else what

else i get

manza and dominator are getting ready to

represent the 405 with a good

old-fashioned

grudge race so far only team okc is

sticking to the strategy of racing

teammates

this is further proof that it's the 405

against the world

they have to keep their data close to

their chest

trust no one

well the 405 can't really put out a

greatest hit cd with those passes

manza went fast but his car pulled up

towards the center line

dominator looked like he lifted early

hopefully whatever data they collected

will help the rest of the team

sean will hoyt is pulling up for a

second race of the day

he suffered a lot of tire shaking his

first race

so he's looking to correct that

this time he's racing b-rad of team

outcast

we've been having problems with the car

the last race we can't get past about

five tenths into the run

so we're gonna try to uh take some power

out and get down the track and hopefully

get to the finish line first

a solid pass from sean wilhoit there and

b-rad continues his successful streak of

mechanical issues

this time a nitrous backfire has made

him abort the mission

it has not been a good showing for team

outcast so far

well if it wasn't for bad luck dave

wouldn't have any luck at all here

two weeks in madison i blowed up my

motor ryan lent me his spare

so i could make that race this week we

have my motor in it

but now i got a mechanical issue jeff

look is gonna help us try to line the

car out and see if we can finally win

one of these deals

it's not been my season i promise um

we're gonna mold that you know where the

pipe is missing we're gonna mold that

down in there

so that whole center was missing the

whole in part of the pipe

yeah yeah so the diamond's missing and

half of this piece

right here is missing okay um jeffrey go

over to hobbies with it

die grind that out a little bit but

leave this long because we're going to

need that to beat that down

it gives about 10 minutes today you'll

be ready to go the 405 has

one goal and it's to win one we're going

to work as a team we're going to bust

our ass

and we're going to try to finally win

one of these for the 405. true fashion

i'm going to go out here

with nothing in the tune up and try to

go

but you'll get it like every event

something happens and screws me up

well we'll get you fixed up i know you

will all right that's why i brought it

here

isn't teamwork grand dave found an issue

with his car prepping for the grudge

race

and the 405 pulled together to get it

fixed

thanks to lutz and the team daddy dave

made it to this race against ryan martin

ryan has a huge target on his back so he

needs a good hit here

he needs to be flawless because the

other teams are looking for signs of

weakness

ah

well ryan's car did not look too good

there

the fireball pulled towards the center

line and ryan had to get out of it which

means

no good data from ryan dave was skating

around but at least he was

able to complete the race hopefully this

along with the other day that the 405 is

collected will help ryan improve his

tune

to like something weird to tune out you

know sometimes it just gets a

clean spot or something on it i mean i

heard it but it felt like it fell on its

face and took off yeah we need to pull

the data and see what i left with

texas has been hit or miss here in

florida

i mean texas has been pretty much a miss

all season between mechanical issues and

batman it's been rough for them

challenge number one

i'm definitely not confident in my car

right now i don't really have anything

to lose

right here so i'm just gonna go up there

do my job have fun doing it

we're concentrating on one race at a

time

kayla has struggled in the past few

grudge races but she is a strong racer

yeah if she can get some good data here

she could follow through on her promise

to hurt some feelings at this track

she's racing teammate birdman who made a

good pass earlier today against sean

wilhoit

maybe he'll try turning it up here to

really test the limits of this track

oh

it's motivating on out there though it's

had a stumble right here

yeah it just stumbled right here but it

was going on out there

yeah clean that up right here all that

you didn't realize i pulled two degrees

time and all the way out the back 108 it

needs to be faster in the middle

huh 108 174 281 to the 3 30.

texas let's mess with people's heads

attitude

seems to be working out for them they

are making better runs here than they

have for most of the season

eric bain and mike marillo are pulling

up now to see if they can keep the texas

train moving forward

they're going to take the data they've

gotten from their teammates and put it

to work here

here we are in west palm beach you know

we've been working this new core out all

season

just about time we get it ironed out the

season's going to be over but that's

okay this gears is up for next season

eric bain left made a pretty decent pass

hopefully mike murillo can take that

back and get it fit

for tomorrow

we're batting a thousand on working on

our every race we go to

and we broke another transmission

mike marilla has some big issues to work

out but the grudge races

must go on

lizzie musee's dad was not happy about

the hit they made on that track

they were able to turn around the car

and get it back to the line to race

disco dean from team outcast

when everyone is targeting the 405 it's

easy to find

allies to race beside

more problems for team nola yeah

unfortunately lizzie and dean left

together but lizzie's car seemed to lose

power about half track there is no way

she's going to be able to win races like

that

disco dean may have skated around all

the way down the track

but he took the win and got some solid

data for his team

doc has been having issues with his

motor for a while now

he did not even race his car at the last

event in ohio

but now he's here in florida with a new

engine he's grudge racing teammate chuck

55 to see what this baby can do

okc has been hit or miss at this track

so far

so a pair of strong hits would really

help the team

this being the second to last event of

the year

it's not looking good for team 405

yeah something's definitely wrong with

doc's car because it looked like it lost

all power before he even hit the 60 foot

we pulled up with a brand new engine

completely rebuilt

go up there the car won't even do a

burnout it won't stage it is just acting

goofy never had this problem before

i just don't know what it is you wanna

try harness

well i think it might be this right here

for some reason the uh we're losing

throttle the throttle's not

saying it's a hundred percent so if it

doesn't say it's a hundred percent it

doesn't give it any gas

throttle blades all the way open but no

gas it's just popping and banging

shooting blue flames and all kinds of

trouble

it doesn't lose it unless it's running

so it's got picking up noise

or ground problem or something like that

but you haven't changed

anything significant between now and the

last time the engine just got pulled out

rebuilt put back in

yeah but it's not engine i'm talking

about like spark plug wires

harness no battery

you have a spare battery spend all that

money on the engine spend all that time

getting here let's get it going

hey duck

farm truck and asian here to bring you

some more exciting grudge races

looks like texas is trying to fit in as

many races as they can tonight

they're flexing for all the other teams

to see you know now that they have

something to flex

do they have something to flex we are in

the sunshine state

sun's out guns out baby

texas just made a statement with that

grudge race

both cars made solid passes

maybe some of the best of the night

while team okc is running into issue

after

issue like every event something happens

and screws me up

well we'll get you fixed up i know you

will it doesn't lose

unless it's running so it's got picking

up noise or

ground texas is showing everyone that

they came out here to

win

killer passes that texas

just made they've been struggling all

between mechanical issues and just bad

it's looking pretty rough for our 405

boys maybe chuck 55 and jeff lutz can

remind the other teams that

okc is the fastest here if not at least

they could get some good data to share

with their struggling teammates

what a drag race there

those are blistering fast passes chuck

and russ went

straight as a couple arrows down that

track they have this track figured out

which is good news for team okc

it looks like he was in it see what i

mean

huh i think that's where we want to be

right there what ryan

again yeah you good with that okay the

team is pulling together here to make

sure they have enough data to dominate

in florida

with texas and okc flexing their racing

muscle

it's time for nola to show what they've

got

jerry bird got loose mid track in his

race against lizzie musee here tonight

he's looking to improve on that tune

here

this time he's lining up against kai

kelly

the shocker has been rolling so i'm sure

he's hoping this combination will be a

winning one for him in florida

oh some issues for jerry bird right off

the starting line

before he even made it to the 60-foot

oh we really don't know what's wrong

with the car i know we put new tires and

we made some falling changes

uh new mode or new transmission so we're

and uh each pass we're getting better

and better so hopefully we can figure it

out before the night's out

while the bird brothers figure out their

issues lizzie museum's coming up to the

line here

her last few grudge races have not gone

well

she needs solid data here if she wants

to keep her status

as a heavy hitter for her team

lizzie has been having issues with her

car all night

once again she has to let out of her

pass about mid-track

that means she's depending on data from

the rest of nola going forward

she has been struggling in florida

i knew it wasn't going to make it down

you could hear the difference pat he is

pissed now

even chief is all in on team okc's

grudge racing strategy

before florida chief was like an army

scout

he would raise people from other teams

and report back any helpful information

he got

but now everything's a little different

because everyone's out to get the 405.

chief is all in on the team strategy to

only race fellow teammates

last race it was robin roberts this time

around

he's racing kamikaze

oh

kamikaze was a little anxious with the

trigger

and left before chief was staged but he

did make a good run

chief leaves with the wheels in the air

one of the fastest passes tonight

seems like okc is starting to figure out

how to work this florida track

for the last race of the night the 405

is sending ryan martin and daddy dave to

the line

these two raced each other earlier in

the night but it was a rough run for

ryan martin

with a huge target on his back he really

needs a good trip down the track to stay

competitive

damn dude

i don't know i'm not sure if it's the

motor or what

sucks

this is looking really bad for ryan

martin

ain't that the truth a broken engine

means he could be done racing for the

weekend

it's a huge problem for team okc who has

been plagued with issues this weekend

daddy dave is going to take his solo hit

hopefully a good pass will translate

into some much needed data

daddy dave did make a solid hit here but

ryan's broken engine is a huge problem

with all the other teams looking to tear

the 405 and

ryan down he cannot go into the main

event looking like a duck

i did my burnout uh and uh i i think

it broke a rod or something like that

something in the motor is hurt

uh i can tell cause it shook right away

um so i turned it off

waited the guys we pushed it back came

here there's some stuff on the oil pan

that didn't look good

so we had to thrash and change the motor

i know my team can fix the issue but i'm

definitely feeling the heat

as this season comes down to the wire

i think we're good i think i mean i need

that to not have happened

but i needed it to not have happened but

yeah that's good that's good

at this point this season i need to be

on my a game because i've got

kai lizzy and scott taylor breathing

down my neck

i cannot afford to give them any kind of

opening whatsoever

so i can't make any mistakes at all

this was not a great grudge session for

me doesn't give me much for tomorrow

but at least i got a hot rod tomorrow so

i'm not

trying to find a motor i'm not gonna sit

there and be watching we're gonna be

racing

so that's a good thing about it

going into the second to last race of

the series

all eyes were on team nola and okc

right now ryan's at first oh i'm the

second lizzy's

third your fourth ryan martin needs to

go out first or second round

look i've lost the championship by five

points two years in a row

i want to take out the top two nola

people yeah just take them out of the

championship because i don't have a

chance at a championship

texas threw their support behind nola oh

we don't win from rivals to idols

anybody but over home one of us win this

race and let's win the championship

team okc threw all their support behind

ryan

but mechanical issues caused him to lose

early

i've been waiting

i really wanted to spoil his day

in the end team nola came out on top we

always say this but it never happens but

tonight we gotta

all nola family somebody from new

orleans

has taken home that trophy

kai kelly won the 40 000

and brought team nola points that should

have belonged to ryan martin in the 405.

we showed florida the team nola is here

and we fast

and we ready to race and take on anybody

your winner

we head to ennis texas for the last set

of grudge races

i know we've got the people to do this

but it's like the camaraderie is not

there

we want to do anything we can to help

you guys anything we can you're going to

see team texas and then team nola

step up and be teammates today

especially

we're only the strongest team this is

why

you've worked your ass off all year you

are the decider of your own destiny

and we'll come out on top
