Original subtitles

Oh no, it's them

ls anyone here?

l'm starving. Where's everyone?

Looks like no one lives here

lt's deserted

l don't think anyone will follow us here

This Book of Wu Mu is useless to me

l shall present it to you as a gift

Father, with the Book of Wu Mu we Jins will rule the world in no time

Father

Yes?

Are you alright?

Yes. Since Mister Ouyang has given me such an excellent gift

l should open it and let everyone admire it

The Book of Wu Mu has fallen into evil hands

Don't worry, if they are able to steal it

we can always steal it back from them too

l'll be able to steal it even without the help of your Second Teacher

- lt's empty! - How can that be?

We planned it so carefully and yet we're still unsuccessful

That's no big deal

l'll just make another trip to the palace tonight and find it for you

Forget it, Mister Ouyang

Now that they've been alerted

they'll definitely be on their guard

Even if they put their guard up

they won't pose a threat to me at all

Just wait for my good news

What are you laughing about?

Don't you find it funny?

To think that my father's killer is just outside

Yet l'm unable to have my revenge

There you go again

- Rong-er - Don't think about anything else

Just concentrate on recuperating

You'll get your chance at revenge next time

lf you just rush out like that you won't be able to get your revenge

And you might even get killed

lf you weren't by my side

- l would be dead by now - Don't say that

Be good, listen to me

l know

Father, l don't think Ouyang Feng will be back so soon

lt's so rundown here

l think we'd better find an inn to stay in and leave tomorrow

No need for that

l've decided to stay here tonight

lt's been 19 years... Everything has changed so much

When we arrived here just now

l saw that nothing about the village has changed at all

But the people are all different now

Father

Kang, l first met your mother in this village

The three of you stand guard outside

- My father and l will sleep here tonight - Yes

Kang

l know that you've not gotten over the issue about your mother

l don't want to hear about the past anymore

Yes, it's been so many years

l was willing to do anything for Xiruo

l even indirectly caused the death of others, but...

Perhaps Heaven is punishing me

For the past 19 years until the day she died

Xiruo has never smiled in front of me

Every time l see her

she always wears a frown

l never expected to come back here again tonight

Yang Kang, if you're still human

you should just kill this scoundrel with a single blow

and avenge your parents' deaths

Brother Jing

Was l really wrong?

Father, let's not talk about the past

All l know now is that

you're my father, and l'm your son

l don't care about the rest

Kang, is that really how you feel?

Father, do you still doubt me at this time?

lt's not that

But l haven't been back here for 19 years now

l feel quite bad

So l've decided to stay here tonight

Alright, l'll do that too

Yang Kang is really inhuman!

Don't be like that...

Rong-er, let me go out there

My father's killer is so near, l can't just let him off again. Let me go out!

You mustn't go out!

You won't go out if you still love me

Your mother and l don't want to see you dead

Listen to me

lf you died, you won't be able to get your revenge

And many people would come after your mother and l

What should l do?

Don't do anything

Just concentrate on recuperating

Wanyan Honglie isn't Ouyang Feng

lt's all too easy to deal with him

Yes, l must recover soon

and kill that scoundrel

Father

You should rest early

When l close my eyes, l'll see Xiruo

l can't sleep

Prince...

What is it?

Your Highness, this place seems to be haunted

- Nonsense - Yes, your Highness, it's true

Yes, we saw it with our own eyes lt's really scary

You're all highly skilled but yet you're so afraid

You're all useless

Father, l think there's something fishy

- We shouldn't stay here any longer - That's right

- What are you doing? - Let's go

No

The both of you will follow behind while Liang Ziweng will take the front with us

Your Highness...

What's there to be afraid of? Let's go

The Old lmp is as mischievous as a child

Rong-er, if they find us you should leave first. l'll deal with them

No, we'll die together if need be

But...

They're so stupid, they won't find the secret mechanism

Help...

Did you see anything outside just now?

No... l didn't see anything at all...

Are they gone?

They're really gone. Get up

- They're really gone... - Not yet! They're right behind you

Please spare my life...

You're even more cowardly than l am

There's something poking my back

lt's just a wooden block

This is infuriating!

Looks like we'll have to fight it out with them

Don't be afraid

Why can't l lift this bowl?

Really?

Try it yourself

Yes, l can't lift it

That's strange. lt could be a secret mechanism

Whatever it is, we should just leave

Wait, if it really is a secret mechanism

there should be some precious jewels inside

lf we have enough precious jewels we won't have to follow them anymore

- lsn't that right? - Yes

But how do we open it?

l don't know

We're so stupid! We couldn't lift it up

but we can try turning it

Yes, let's try it...

lt's open, let's go in and take a look

There's a ghost

To think that the bones of this evil official actually saved our lives

You're full of tricks!

There's a ghost...

Brother Ghost, please let us off

Yes, please let us go...

Running into me is even worse than meeting a ghost!

He isn't a ghost

Yes, he has a shadow

l'm in a foul mood today

You'll soon turn into ghosts

Who are you?

Are you worthy of learning my name?

Attack!

How dare you try to hurt others when your skills are so poor?

Sir, please let us off

We're both good people

Yes...

l kill only good people!

Sir, he was wrong

We're bad people...

- Really? - Yes...

Yes, we murder, pillage, steal and rape We've committed all sorts of crimes

That's right

Alright

Alright, let's go...

Stop! You're not allowed to leave

Sir, we're not allowed to leave whether we're good or bad people

- What do you want us to do? - Yes, please tell us what to do

l used to kill good people

But ever since Rong-er...

Now l kill all sorts of people

Huang Yaoshi... Please spare our lives

Good thing you recognised me

Don't forget to come look for me when you turn into ghosts

Master Huang, please let us off

Yes, Master Huang, please let us off

lf l kill the both of you

it would tarnish my reputation

- Yes... - Alright, get lost!

Thank you, Master Huang...

Crawl under

Crawl?

Crawl!

What about you?

Yes...

Father

- Rong-er - Father

l'm here, father

Father, l'll come out to see you now

Rong-er

Come out and see me if you are listening

l've let you down

l didn't take good care of you

lt's my fault

Rong-er!

Rong-er...

l won't blame you if you refuse to show yourself

l was so fierce towards you

Why should you come out?

My martial arts skills are extraordinary

But yet l'm unable to protect

my own wife and daughter

Huang Yaoshi

What's the use of your skills?

Rong-er, go out and see your father

l can't, l almost got you killed just now

lf l go out now, you'll die

No, l'm already much better

After you see him you can come back here

He's very angry at me

lf he sees me, he'll kill you

l don't think so

He isn't as bad as he seems

You don't understand Even if he doesn't kill you

he won't let me come back in again if l went out

Then what will you do all alone here?

But l don't want you to feel sad

l'm not

You're lying l can tell from the way you look

l just want you to get well soon

Father is alright, but you might die

l can't watch you die, do you understand?

You still don't understand

Brother Jing, promise me something

l'll do whatever you want me to

You mustn't die before l do

lf you die, l'll be utterly devastated

l want to die before you do

You're so silly

From now on, no one is allowed to look outside

Rong-er, you...

Do you agree?

Alright

Rong-er...

Go out and see your father

l told you l'm not going

Why are you doing this?

You haven't been able to concentrate

You almost lost control a few times

Go out and see him

lf l want to see my father

l can just look out from here

Father?

What is it?

He's gone

lt's Shagu again

Where did the Old lmp go?

Round, round and round about the daisy garden

Frying rice cake Glutinous dumpling

Old lmp... You're not the Old lmp

Which Old lmp?

Why should l tell you?

- Was Zhou Botong here? - That hurts...

Tell me!

Help! Save me, Miss Huang

Huang Rong?

l knew that she'll be a threat if we let her live

Rong-er

l had thought of killing her

We mustn't let anyone find out that you're recuperating here

And the only person who knows that you're here is Shagu

No, there's Brother Zhou too

- Are you going to kill him as well? - lt isn't the same

- Rong-er, you... - What?

Am l wrong to do that for you?

l'd rather die than to have you do that

You tell me what to do then l haven't actually done it anyway

Huang Rong, Guo Jing, come out now!

Guo Jing, Huang Rong, come out now!

Didn't you say they were hiding here?

l'm not telling...

l'm a good person l was just joking with you

- Joking? - That's right

Yes. Shall we play a game?

l know they are hiding somewhere

Let's see who can find them first Whoever finds them first will be the winner

They said that l'm not allowed to look for them

Brother Guo has been injured...

- lnjured? - lt's true!

l think they were lying to you

They've hidden themselves on purpose so that you won't find them

- Really? - Yes

Let's see who's able to find them first

Alright, l'll definitely beat you to it

- Really? - Yes...

- Let's see who's able to find them first - Follow me...

- lnside here... - lnside?

lt's a wall

l found them before you did

Brother Jing, we have an unwanted guest

l'm not an unwanted guest

The King of Hell has sent me here

Are you thinking of pitting your skills against the 18 Dragon Subduing Palms?

Alright, let me see if l have become more powerful

You can stop pretending now

Guo Jing has been seriously injured

You're helping to treat his injuries now Don't think that l'm unaware of that

Do you believe Shagu's words?

What she says can be true sometimes

l doubt that there's hope for him

Why insist on being with him?

Just let him die earlier

- and join me instead - Do you dare?

Why not?

Yes, Brother Jing is injured

But we're practising the Jiuyin Manual

When we summon our 'qi' energy there'll be an aura protecting us

Whoever touches us will die immediately!

You're trying to trick me again

Try it if you don't believe me

Of course l will

Aren't you afraid of death?

Yes, l am

Though Guo Jing has an aura of protection

but you don't

lf l injure you, he won't have anything left

Brother Jing...

Aura of protection?

Let me see what other tricks you have up your sleeve

- Sister Mu - Miss Mu

Another beauty has arrived

Ouyang Ke, you...

You shouldn't call me that

You should call me 'Brother Ouyang'

How dare you!

Miss Mu won't be able to defeat Ouyang Ke

Heaven is so kind to send me two beautiful ladies at once

Don't touch me

Don't bother about me

Just pretend that l'm Yang Kang

Nianci, are you alright?

Ouyang Ke, l've warned you before

l won't let you off if you dare harm Nianci

Your Highness, why are you getting so excited?

l won't hurt her if you say so

l can easily find some tainted women like her

You...

l really don't get it

lf you don't like her you shouldn't waste it

She's quite pretty

How about this, your Highness...

l've done many things for you in the past

Why don't you give her to me as a concubine?

Nianci, let's go

l...

Are you still angry at me?

When Ouyang Feng gets back we won't be able to leave

Come, let's go

Round, round and round about the daisy garden

- Frying rice cake, glutinous dumpling - Who are you?

My mom asked me to watch the dragon boat

l don't want to watch it and go see the chickling instead

When the chickling grow up l'll sell it

Nianci, how did you get here?

- Oh no! - What is it?

l left your parents' ashes at the inn

l'm such an unfilial son

Nianci, l'll go get it back with you

No need for that, l can go by myself

l'll give them a proper burial

Are you still angry at me?

lt's impossible between us

l know that l've done wrong but l'll change

You've said that so many times

l've grown tired of hearing that

Nianci...

Oh no, the Seven Masters of Quanzhen

Nianci, even if you won't forgive me you must give me a chance to explain

Yang Kang

Teacher

You scoundrel! What are you doing here?

Nothing, teacher

Nothing? You must be up to no good again

- l haven't done anything wrong - Don't lie to me

The sight of you angers me

l'm going to kill you you ungrateful scoundrel!

- No... - Miss Mu, why are you still protecting him?

Please don't kill Kang

Yes, teacher. l won't commit any more evil

Nianci and l are transporting my parents' ashes back to the Niu Family Village

- ls that so? - lt's the truth, teacher

Miss Mu, l will only believe you ls this true?

Where are the ashes then?

- ln the old inn - Alright

Take us there

Taoist Qiu

My foster parents' ashes are inside

Brother Tiexin

To think that you've been dead for so long but still haven't had a proper burial

Kang, it's all your fault you unfilial scoundrel...

Haven't you said enough?

Yang Kang has already said that he's going to turn over a new leaf. Just forget it...

That's right, teacher

l've decided that after we've buried my parents

l'll live in seclusion with Nianci

l won't go back to being a prince of Jin

l hope so

Kang, if you go back on your word again

it will be an unforgivable sin do you understand?

Yes, teacher

Yang Kang

Have you married Miss Mu yet?

Uncle Ma, we are already married

You've done the right thing

Why would l let Nianci down when she has been so nice to me?

Alright... Kang

Take Brother Tiexin's ashes back to his hometown

Yes, teacher

Brother Jing, don't get distracted

l hear the condors

Are Tuolei and Huazheng nearby?

lt's that Huazheng again

Are you going to look for her?

She must be in trouble

Why are you thinking of saving her when you can't even save yourself?

Huazheng must be nearby

Why would the princess come here for no reason?

Brother

Huazheng

- Brother - So it's really you

lf l didn't release the 2 condors you wouldn't have been able to find me

Why did you run off by yourself?

You've been here for so long l was afraid that you'd get into trouble

Did father give you permission to come out?

He's so busy fighting the war with the Jin empire, why would he have time for me?

How were your discussions with the Song empire

- regarding the alliance? - Don't remind me

They're all cowards

They wouldn't dare offend the Jin empire

- What are your plans? - l'll go back to Mongolia first

Now?

Of course, l have to help father fight the Jins

Brother, let's stay here for a few more days

Don't beat around the bush it's because of Guo Jing, isn't it?

Who said so?

Who is it?

So it's Princess Huazheng of Mongolia

Taoist Ma, what brings you here?

We have some matters to attend to and we happened to pass by

Let me introduce you

This is my fellow disciple, Qiu Chuji

- Taoist Qiu - Pleased to meet you...

This is Yang Kang

l know him. We were almost killed by him

Brother Tuolei, let's not bring up the past

After being taught a lesson by my teachers

l won't do anything to harm anyone again

Where's Guo Jing? lsn't he with you?

Yes, where's Guo Jing?

He...

Tell us where he is

l didn't want to say it at first

But Guo Jing is dead

Guo Jing is dead? l don't believe it!

l saw it with my own eyes

Were you the one who killed him?

Brother Tuolei, Guo Jing is my sworn brother Why would l kill him?

Who killed Guo Jing? Tell us!

lt was the East Heretic, Huang Yaoshi

lt's the Old Heretic again

Everyone knows the Old Heretic has something against the Seven Freaks of Jiangnan

So there's nothing strange about him killing Guo Jing

The Old Heretic has gone too far

Brother, Guo Jing... He's really dead?

Tell me where Huang Yaoshi is right now

l want to avenge Guo Jing's death

Brother Tuolei

Huang Yaoshi is very highly skilled

You aren't his match

Leave that to us

No!

l must kill Huang Yaoshi with my own hands

Princess Huazheng, Uncle Ma is right

You are all no match for Huang Yaoshi

And ordinary people won't be able to enter Peach Blossom lsland

Alright. Huazheng, we'll go back to Mongolia first

l don't believe that we can't enter Peach Blossom lsland

when we've gathered all the bravest warriors in Mongolia

Sirs

We'll be leaving first, farewell!

- Old Heretic, catch me if you can... - Uncle Zhou...

- l doubt you have the capability - Uncle Zhou...

l'm playing a game of hide and seek with the Old Heretic. Get out of the way...

Old lmp, where are you going?

Old Heretic

Let's join forces and kill them

This is between the Old lmp and l Don't interfere!

We'll help you kill the Old Heretic

Don't be busybodies

Kids like you are useless when adults are fighting, get lost...

Old lmp!

l'll go first

lt's two against one, that's not fair...

l'll go after them. Wait for me

Taoist Ma, long time no see

Fancy meeting you here

What are you doing here at the Niu Family Village?

We were just passing through

- Taoist Ma, have you seen Guo Jing? - Guo Jing?

No

Taoist Ma, is Taoist Qiu with you?

He's further ahead

Wonderful! We can meet up with Taoist Qiu again

Taoist Ma, we'll wait for Nan Xiren before catching up with you

Alright, l'll go first
