The Legend Of Qin {Episode 40}

Slower!

I have motion sickness!

Ban Dashi.

Are you two not motion sick?

We're okay.

Save me!

Why am I the only one motion sick?

Did that letter get sent or not?

Sir, the letter bird was directly from the Mohist family.

There shouldn't be any problems.

It's already been a month!

Why has there been no news?

General Meng.

Eldest prince, have you made your decision?

Urgent straight task time. Can't wait!

If you continue to not make a decision,

Then I just do it according to my way. A straightforward change of route!

General, please be patient and wait some more.

I've already sent a letter for help from a friend.

I'm very sure that very soon-

A friend? Who is it?

I-it's some talented people in Jianghu.

Is that so?

Then where are they now?

T-they should be on their way.

Your Highness, the eldest prince,

I'm sure you know better than me the consequences of the delay task period.

In the end, will you take responsibility,

or will I?

Three days. I only need three days!

If my reinforcements haven't come, I'll listen to what you say.

Okay?

I hope that when that happens you can still remember

what you've said.

The three days time limit has arrived.

Then let's do as you say.

Sir! Sir, they have come!

I'm so dizzy!

Dizzy...dizzy...

You...you've all really come!

We heard that you were in trouble,

so we rushed through day and night to come.

I hope that we haven't ruined your big plans.

I will thank you all here!

You're welcome, you're welcome!

Sir, you must really thank Ban Dashi. He heard you had an emergency,

A frantically rush just to come over.

In the end, he was sick the entire way here!

Hello, General.

I had motion sickness.

-Hurry and prepare tents for them. -Yes.

I think you all must be tired. Go rest in the tents first.

We're alright. Your matters are more important.

That's right. Otherwise Your Highness go first. To say that one go in the afternoon to have a look, right?

Well said! Right now, let's-

-This way, please. -Wait!

These are your reinforcements?

And I thought they were some Jianghu heroes.

So they were just some

Old! Weak! Woman! Child!

To gasp in amazement!

General Meng!

Judging a book by its cover is not a hero's doing.

Then I'll be watching.

Let's see if I am judging by appearances,

-Or if you judged people incorrectly. -You-!

Let's go, let's go.

Please.

It's this mountain.

It's been on my heart for over a month.

It really is no strategy left to try.(Idiom: powerless)

It seems to be going to avoid straight change of route.

The project quantities will increase greatly.

If the job is finished on time, then the tax will only be doubled.

It will make the people suffer even more.

Moreover this will violates the detour road to build value road from it's original intention.

But if we don't change route,

Will certainly must dig the mountain base to open it.

Only to rely on manual work with knife to cut down and chisels to dig.

Who knows how many years are needed.

It is also very dangerous.

It is bound to cause injuries and death.

General Meng even don't want to delay the task time so he's determined to have a change of route.

If I cannot immediately think of a better way,

we can only do as he says.

I think Zi Fang already has some ideas.

I do have some thoughts.

If you can trust us,

can you let us have another three days of time?

Really?

I cannot be sure now.

I need to observe this place.

In three days, I will definitely give you an answer.

Thank you.

I will go ask General Meng now.

Zi Fang, begin.

After three days of observation,

we've always thought that the most efficient method

is to blow up the mountain.

A crazy person is dreaming!

General, please wait.

Since you've already been patient and waited for us for three days,

you probably won't mind waiting a bit longer.

Let Zi Fang finish talking.

If you still feel like it's a crazy person dreaming,

It won't be too late to leave then.

Okay! Then I will listen how you crazy person

likes to dream!

No matter if it's our tent right now,

Or a house,

In order to support it, all pillar will go with beam of roof.

If you ruin these two things

like that completely, the building stand also the army tent

it will all fall over.

Actually, a mountain is the same.

As long as we accurately find mountain ground pillar with beam of roof.

Then the mountain can definitely be blown up.

Everyone, please look. After three days of observation, I drew this diagram.

The things marked in red

It's exactly the mountain base where the pillar with beam of roof.

We just need to blow up all of these together.

In that way the mountain stand will collapsed completely.

Yes, it's like that.

It sounds easy.

Let's just talk about this.

From the map we look upon, it has an abundance 3 cliff wall that penetrates deeply about 10 feet.

How do you intend to blow it up?

Could it be that able to return to dig into mountain rock won't do?

Zi Fang cannot get in, and neither can I.

But our Ban Dashi might have a way.

Of course, I...

cannot get in either.

But this! Can get in.

General, Sir. Please look.

This is Ban Dashi latest design to drill into mountain shell.

I just made a quick sketch.

To bring together to have a look.

This special design is to be place in here.

No stronghold one can't overcome.(Idiom: to conquer every obstacle) As long as it operates appropriately.

Mountain rock can be drilled in the blink of an eye.

To operate appropriately.

This is my turn to rise to show off!

My disciple has natural born power.

When the time comes, just let him operate the drilling of the mountain shell.

At each point above, they all are drilled into 7 inches wide pipeline.

Afterwards then Ban Dashi used special bomb oil over high heat

to be put along the pipeline.

Finally, as long as we set off all the explosives,

the mountain's foundations will all be ruined, and we'll be done.

So you're saying...what you're doing is drilling mountain shell together with explosives?

Has it already been made?

General Meng, not so fast.

It's only been three days.

General, don't worry!

Leave these two things to me!

General Meng, what are you doing?

I finished listening.

But I still feel like it's a crazy person dreaming.

Can I go now?

How is this a crazy person dreaming? You're looking down on us too much!

Looking down on you all?

Let's not even talk about if your supposed inventions

can really be made.

You guys these are just light, beam of roof, pillar together with fulcrum.

There is no basis for what I hear.

And you still say you want to explode them all at once?

How can you do it at the same time?

Even if it explodes,

and the mountain doesn't move, then what?

How do you know it doesn't work if you don't try?

Tian Ming!

Of course you Jianghu people have time.

I don't have the time to do nonsense with you!

General Meng!

Eldest prince. Tomorrow morning,

I will have to bother you with sending them away.

Send them back where they came from!

Temporary this should entertained them to have a taste of competition for 3 days on top of the view!

General, please wait!

What?

General, please listen to me. Ban Dashi is a master of mechanisms.

Mr.Zhang also proficient in geomancy technique.

If I wasn't fully confident in them,

how could I rashly bring them so far out here?

Please think over it again.

Give them and us a chance!

It's because I am taking this seriously

that I wasted time upon their twisted ways!

I am willing to use my life to guarantee that they do not have twisted ways!

Please tolerate them a bit longer.

If it doesn't work, I am willing to be punished the military way.

Since you've said that,

I will let you try one more time.

But! A man doesn't go back on his word!

What you've said today,

I will remember them!

I will definitely do as I say!

Good!

Father!

Father, today I've read a book chapter about health until familiar with it.

To oppose the highest virtue, they have to be quite cautious to come to realize to be punish.

Father. Are you going to look over my homework?

I can recite them for you right now!

Father, why do you look so worried?

Zi Ying,

do you want to return to Xianyang?

The winter is coming.

Up in county the cold wind is pricking the bone.

You are young.

Why be locked up here

to suffer such cold nights?

No matter how old I am, I am a man!

What is some suffering?

Besides, you can suffer this way.

All the solders can suffer this way as well as all the citizens.

Why can't I suffer?

Father, I only want to stay by your side.

I want to work for the world's happiness.

Where you go, I will go!

If you don't go, I definitely won't!

Good!

Good child!

Let's go!

Drink some water.

-You should be tired too. -I'm okay.

-You should try your food too. -There's no need!

-Rong Er made them. -It's this smell!

Please.

It's this smell!

It's not for you!

This isn't for you to drink!

You must be tired today.

Brat.

You still haven't married him yet.

Is there a need for that?

You two are flirting all day, I can't even drink water,

and I can't even eat!

I dare you to say more!

Sir.

-Prince Fu Su. -That you came to see us late at night,

I am very thankful.

Ban Dashi, eat some.

Oh!

Prince, you are too kind!

Okay okay okay.

Sir.

Thank you, Sir Fu Su.

Look here. Edit this a little more.

Come, cheers!

Why hasn't that crazy old man been doing anything today?

-He suddenly isn't doing anything. -Yes!

I'm a bit not used to it.

So that old man has been so noisy everyday.

Just what is he doing?

Who knows?

-Let's go look! -Let's go!

Let's go look!

What is going on?

What is this?

Hurry and run, run!

I succeeded!

-General! -What is going on?

-General, you've come just in time! -I don't know.

I succeeded!

I succeeded!

General! Please look!

This your...that thing...

Mountain shell driller.

This is exactly as I'm saying to you about that drilling the mountain shell.

This toy

can drill tunnels through the mountain?

Do you believe in it?

It's enough if I believe in it!

Good kid!

Come!

Old Man Ban, you still haven't taught me!

How do I turn this off?

What are you saying "Uh" for?

Hurry up!

It's awesome.

That crazy old man.

I don't know-

-What is going on? -I don't know!

What's wrong with him?

Sister Rong, you didn't know.

I'm just like a person appear to support the entire.

I'm so tired!

Yue Er.

Do you still remember?

You, me, and Shao Yu, the three of us

when we were on the path of tests,

trapped in the dragon throat that close.

At that time, the situation was especially dangerous.

There were swords coming at us from all directions.

Just in between a matter of life and death.

It was you.

Yue Er, you saved us.

Yue Er, have you forgotten?

At that time you're holding that one of four pyramid.

You faced it to the four constellations in the sky.

Blue Dragon (seven mansions of the East Sky), White Tiger (West Sky),

also Vermilion Bird (South Sky), Bliack Tortoise (North Sky).

And then all the traps shut off all at once!

All the swords went away too.

Do you know how much I idolized you then?

♫ Even if fate sways yet again,

♫ I’ll have you cuddled next to me. ♫

♫ On my way here, the roads were white with snow. ♫

Yue Er, look!

Shooting stars! Look, shooting stars!

Hurry hurry, make a wish!

Yue Er, like this! Make a wish.

Put your hands together.

Come, I'll teach you. Come.

Put your hands together, and then close your eyes.

Think of your wish in your heart.

♫ In my eyes, the moon in the sky creates a shadow of complete bliss. ♫

♫ Paired together, ♫

♫ a couple. ♫

Okay!

I've made my wish.

Yue Er, what did you wish for?

You're not telling me?

Fine, then guess what I wished for.

Me!

I just knew that you wouldn't be able to guess.

Okay. Then I'll tell you my wish.

My wish is

I hope my Yue Er

can go back to the way she used to be.

Perhaps one day I'll open my eyes,

and you can call out my name.

Are you ready?

Yes.

Down!

Farther down.

Farther down!

Tian Ming!

-Are you okay? -I'm okay! It's your turn!

Okay!

Okay!

Let us down!

Come.

Old Ge, how are things?

It's all ready.

Brothers, come over!

Come over!

You all should back up. We're preparing to light the fire.

Sir, come.

Come with me!

Brothers. You must listen to my orders.

Light the fires at the same time. Do you understand?

We understand!

Light the fire!

Tian Ming. Tian Ming!

Not good. If that fulcrum can't be detonated,

the form of mountain central gravity will lose. The mountain will not open with explosion.

The worst thing is,

The terrain changes its current shape. To determine the locations of the fulcrums

it will be even harder!

Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming, where are you going? -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Yue Er!

Tian Ming!

Yue Er!

Tian Ming! Be careful!

Yue Er!

Tian Ming, don't worry.

Hurry!

-Yue Er, hurry and go! -Tian Ming!

-Hurry and go! -Tian Ming!

Tian Ming. Tian Ming! Tian Ming! Tian Ming!

Tian Ming!

Tian Ming! Tian Ming! Tian Ming!

Be careful!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

Tian Ming!

Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! Where are you? -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Tian Ming! Tian Ming!

Where are you? Tian Ming!

Yue Er!

-Tian Ming! -Yue Er!

Yue Er! Yue Er!

Yue Er!

-Tian Ming! Tian Ming! -Tian Ming!

-Yue Er! Yue Er! -Tian Ming!

-Yue Er! Yue Er! -Tian Ming!

Yue Er!

-Yue Er -Tian Ming!

♫ It’s only exhilarating if I ♫

It really happened.

Yue Er, you've come back!

♫ Your heart would actually freeze over as well? ♫

Tian Ming!

-Tian Ming! -Yue Er!

You really remember everything?

♫ Allowing us perchance to meet, ♫

♫ perchance to part. ♫

This is too great. Too great!

Yue Er! Yue Er! Yue Er!

♫ Half my life is spent in turmoil; I can only sing, not cry. ♫

Yue Er! Yue Er!

Yue Er!

Yue Er!

Yue Er!

♫ After having lived alone, let me die alone as well. ♫

♫ After having lived alone, let me die alone as well. ♫

How is Yue Er?

Her condition is very similar to the way you were before.

There is an unknown power in her body,

flowing through her without direction.

That must be the Jade Scepter power.

But what I don't understand is,

it is clearly the same type of power.

Why is the ending completely different?

What does that mean?

The power of the Evil Jade is fundamentally harmless.

You were injured before because you were too weak.

You couldn't endure such strong power.

But the Jade Scepter is entirely different.

What's not the same?

It seems to be eroding the health of Yue Er's body.

If this keeps going, I don't dare to imagine the consequences!

Then is there a way to deal with it?

I can only use herbs and acupuncture

to delay the worsening of her condition.

The Xi clan is so evil!

They use this sort of thing to harm people!

First the evil spells and magic, then the evil jade and the jade scepter.

There is no way to deal with this one medically.

Based on what? This is too unfair!

Okay. Stop talking.

Tian Ming! What are you doing?

I have to go to Xianyang City to find them, to save Yue Er!

Calm down!

How can I calm down? Yue Er is that sick!

You can go to Xianyang! Then tell me!

-What do you plan to do when you go? -I-!

I'll have a way when I get there!

You are so rash!

Not only can you not save Yue Er,

-You will also sacrifice yourself! -I don't care!

-You cannot go! -I-!

Tian Ming!

-Yue Er! -Yue Er!

Tian Ming!

Yue Er. Listen, hurry and lie down to rest. Yue Er!

I want you to swear.

Don't ever go attract the Xi clan's attention.

Yue Er. Yue Er!

Listen to me. Your illness,

only someone from the Xi clan can heal it.

You don't know at all how frightening they are!

They can control a person's heart.

They can let you forget all those you love.

A person will only know to listen to their orders.

To go kill.

To go do bad things.

Tian Ming.

I want you to remember.

I would rather die,

than see you become like that!

Okay.

Tian Ming, don't worry.

I will definitely do everything I can

to minimize her pain and stave off her illness.

We will definitely think of something.

Reporting Your Majesty. General Meng Tian 800 internal has handle a matter urgently.

Your Majesty.

The engineering road project in the mountain ridge area has already been completed ahead of time.

General Meng Tian have added a highly praised to Prince Fu Su.

He says Prince Fu Su

not only thought of a good idea to shorten the work time,

But also he is generous and still benevolent integrity.

He gained all the soldiers' admiration.

Draft an imperial decree.

General Meng Tian have made achievement.

According to the law, reward him.

Your Majesty.

Prince Fu Su has done a lot too.

Should he be rewarded too?

If he can't even do something like that,

how he is to be the ruler?

Don't talk about him.

Yes.

My Lord.

He clearly kicked out Fu Su.

I didn't think that this was to cultivate him!

This...how could that be?

As long as he does something great out there,

coming back to be the emperor,

will be even easier.

Really waiting for his wing to be strong.

Won't we have even less of a chance then?

If we don't make a move now, it'll be too late.

Come come come, drink, drink!

Come, come!

My natural disposition happen to be rude.

Previously, if I offended anyone,

I ask that all of you be forgiving!

I will drink first!

Good! Good!

General Meng carries himself with justice and candidness, also operates with bravery and wisdom.

No wonder you are the pillar of our nation's defense.

Meng Tian is but a person who knows only how to fight.

However the prince not only has a noble vision,

you also cultivate a kind and considerate heart.

It's really the fortune of our Great Qin and our people.

This time we construct the Straight Path. Prince you deserve the most credit.

That's right. That's right.

General Meng, you are joking.

I am a guilty person who was kicked out.

I do not dare to think of anything else.

I only want to do my job well.

so that I didn't waste the time.

The Emperor.

If he really wanted to punish you,

why would he let you stay among so many soldiers?

Prince you have studied all the volumes of books in the world

Don't tell me you forget that misfortune is actually a good fortune.

A good fortune is actually a misfortune to conceal oneself.

Mr. Ge, you are saying

that my getting kicked out was actually good fortune?

Whether it is a good or bad thing depends how you look at it.

At the moment, I don't dare to say anything else.

As long as you give the order,

the entire camp of soldiers will do anything,

without a doubt!

Well said! Without a doubt!

To have all of your trust,

how can I be worthy? I'll drink first!

Drink!

His Majesty's illness hasn't had a good turn for so long.

The entire court is worried.

I won't keep it a secret from you.

If he can keep his mind at ease

and doesn't have to trouble over,

The illness perhaps could be under control.

But if he has so many things to worry about,

gloomy even get angry.

It will only make his illness worse.

We would only go back to it's original stage.

So serious?

The emperor hates talking about life and death the most.

I do not dare to talk much about it in front of him.

Minister of Transportation,

you've always been most trusted by the emperor.

If you have a chance, try to persuade the emperor.

Thank you for your reminder.

I will remember.

The time to revive has come.

Success or failure depends on one chance!

As long as you all do as I plan,

even without the Evil Jade and Jade Scepter,

We can still fulfill our grand plan!

We allowed Lord Dong Huang the Great to sent!

Da Si Ming!

I am here!

Now, you

are to go do the first thing for me!

Yes!
