City to me are just the "noisy neighbors."
That's what Fergie used to say.

We're City. We're the best team
in the land, in all the world.

Manchester is definitely blue,
no question about it.

Don't be silly, Manchester is red.

Beating United, that's...
That has to be the best feeling ever.

Priceless.

current champions Chelsea,

and after a two-week break
for international competition,

City are flying high.

Three more Premier League wins

in which they outscored their opponents
by thirteen goals to four.

But if they want to be considered
the best team in England and in Europe,

they have to become

And for many years,
that team has been Manchester United.

But everything about the rivalry changed

A day no Mancunian will ever forget.

In the last game of the season,

City had the chance to win the Premier
League title.

But if they dropped points
against Queen's Park Rangers...

and United won their match
against Sunderland...

City would hand another title to United.

United, in their blue away kit,

beat Sunderland
thanks to a Wayne Rooney goal.

to Rooney who was able to stoop

and nod it into the empty net.

Meanwhile, City were struggling,

drawing 2-2, deep into injury time...

on the verge of blowing their best chance
of the League title in 44 years.

But then, City striker, Sergio Agüero,
did this.

They've just heard the news
at the Stadium of Light.

I swear you'll never see
anything like this ever again.

I know I won't see in my lifetime again

against QPR to win the League.

If somebody were to give you

that moment, how it was going to happen.

It was unbelievable and I think
