(My Sassy Girl)

Episode 29

Make up a fake letter sent to Prince Choo Seong from the queen.

You must make it look like they are deeply in love.

Refer to a letter I attached...

in copying her handwriting.

Where did you...

Where did you get it?

My apologies, Your Majesty.

Everything started from my mistake.

What do you mean by that?

The blind mother ruins everything.

Do you remember this sentence?

"The blind mother ruins..."

I...

I wrote it.

I wrote it and posted on the wall.

Do you...

want me to believe what you just said?

You must not want to believe it.

But it is the truth.

I should have not listened to you in the first place.

Then...

ask Master Gyun yourself.

That will be the most certain way to find out the truth.

You lost your memory.

Your Majesty, please punish me.

I know I will not be forgiven...

for what I have done even if I get punished.

Stop!

- Stop. - Your Majesty.

Leave.

It is hard for me...

to even face you right now.

There must be a way to find her.

I shall help you from now on.

Do not be so disappointed.

I...

will look for another way.

Right.

He would never do such a thing.

Master Gyun.

Master Gyun.

I just heard something ridiculous.

What is it?

It does not make sense...

that I think it is a lie.

I do not think it is true.

Your Highness.

I heard you...

were the one who dethroned my mother.

It is not true, right?

I know it is not true,

but...

could you tell me yourself?

Tell me it is not true.

Tell me that I am mistaken and it is a lie.

Why are you not saying anything?

Tell me it is not true.

Why?

Why are you not denying it?

It is not true, right? Tell me.

Deny it!

My apologies,

Your Highness.

I am sorry.

"Confucius said..."

"that you must answer immediately whenever your parents call you."

"You must leave work if you have been working on something."

"You must spit out what you have been eating."

"You must leave everything behind to answer your parents."

Prince.

Yes, Mother.

I called you to check if you understood...

what Confucius emphasizes.

I shall go wherever it is to see you...

if you wish to see me.

Do you mean it?

Mother, please be healthy and stay by my side for a long time.

That way, I can follow his teaching of filial piety.

You are the only one...

who cares for me.

"Our bodies are received by us from our parents,"

"and we must not presume to injure or wound them."

"This is the beginning of filial piety."

Woo.

Is something wrong?

It is nothing.

Are you sure you are okay?

Yes, I am all right. Do not worry.

I am worried about Woo's condition.

He says not to worry about him,

but he does not look fine at all.

My lady.

Woo has found his memory back.

"The blind mother ruins everything."

Our son wrote that sentence.

"The blind mother ruins everything"?

That poster was buried...

in his lost memory.

Tell me.

How...

How could our son write that...

He was only a child then.

He lost his memory because of it.

He was suffering so much inside, was he not?

And why did you not tell me sooner?

I am his mother,

but I did not know why my son became ill.

I am sorry.

Your Highness, it is us.

What is the matter?

Well... Something terrible happened.

Why is he holding the royal interrogation all of a sudden?

Whom is he intending to interrogate?

Let me go. Let go!

How dare you!

Let go! Let go of me!

Your Majesty, we have brought the sinner.

Your Majesty, why did you...

Do you know what this is?

"Make up a fake letter sent to Prince Choo Seong from the queen."

"You must make it look like they are deeply in love."

"Refer to a letter I attached in copying her handwriting."

Shall I read the letter you attached?

I do not know any of this.

- I... - There is clear evidence,

yet are you going to deny it until the end?

It is all a conspiracy.

It must be done by someone who wants me to be dethroned.

Please trust me.

It is all a conspiracy?

A sinner was killed in a prison of the Office of Investigation.

The one who killed...

Min Yoo Hwan and distributed the flyers.

A guard confessed that he was...

paid to let you and the sinner meet in the prison that day.

And...

are you still going to say it is a conspiracy?

Was it all done by you?

It is not true.

Then who?

All the evidence and witnesses are pointing at you.

If it is not you, then who?

Your Majesty, I really do not know anything about this.

Please trust me.

Tell me.

Did you do it by yourself?

Your Majesty.

Tell me right this instant!

Please spare me.

- Actually... - Your Majesty.

Please calm down.

She committed high treason,

but she is the Queen and the mother of the Prince.

Please do not lose your control.

Let this be dealt with according to the law.

Your Majesty.

Please let it be dealt with according to the law.

Please let it be dealt with according to the law.

- Your Majesty. - Your Majesty.

Please let it be dealt with according to the law.

- Your Majesty. - Your Majesty.

I heard Ghost Mask appeared at the Office of Investigation recently.

He shot an arrow that had a letter attached.

Is it true?

Why do you ask?

If we find him,

we may be able to find more details about the incident 10 years ago...

and to catch someone who is behind the Queen as well.

They will come to take Wol Myung's life tonight.

Stop.

Wol Myung.

Is your name...

Wol Myung?

There must be poison in the soup.

- Open the door. - Yes, master.

What are you doing? Open the door quickly.

- Call a physician. - Yes, master.

I hid him just in case...

they try to hurt him again after finding out that he is alive.

They always use the same method like they poisoned Minister of Taxation.

If they are cornered, they cut their tail and hide themselves.

Hurry up and bring me the Prince.

He is the only way I can survive in this.

Go and tell him that his mother is framed and locked in her room.

They say he will be with the Queen Dowager all day long.

How could I dare step in her residence?

Bring him here by any means.

Have you not given up with your greed?

Why is it my greed that I want to see my son?

Give up now.

We have the evidence and witnesses.

How long will you resist?

I am innocent.

It is all a conspiracy.

Will Master Jung let you live?

He has gotten rid of the people who could drag him down.

You know more than anyone else.

What are you talking about?

Confess everything honestly...

and ask for forgiveness.

That is the only way you can survive in this.

Think carefully.

What is written here?

This person is a wanted.

It says something about high treason.

- High treason? - Should we not look for him?

They will grant 1,000 yang to anyone who catches this man.

- 1,000 yang? - That is a lot.

- Master Gyun? - I am certain.

Master Gyun is the only person...

who recently asked to have a private talk with the King.

How did Master Gyun...

have the evidence of the incident 10 years ago?

Are you here to kill me?

I will never die alone.

I am different from those who were killed.

You know well.

Am I not the only person whom you cannot trust...

but have to trust?

So...

I am here to give you a chance.

The Prince thinks you are his birth mother.

What will happen...

if the King passes away earlier than expected?

Then you will have to rule as a regent.

Stay in hiding for the time being.

I will not take that long.

Are you going to kill the King?

There is no other way.

You will never be able to change his mind since there is the evidence.

That is the last chance I can give you.

Before then,

you need to do me a favor.

First,

we need to turn the tables.

What do you think you are doing?

How dare you let this prisoner come in here?

Your Majesty,

I...

came to confess my sins.

I requested to fabricate the letter...

and poisoned the sinners imprisoned in the Office of Investigation.

It was all my doing.

However,

I did only because I was threatened.

What do you mean?

Who threatened you?

Subtitle ripped and resynced by redixion

That is...

the Director of Special Counselors, Gyun Pil Hyung.

I begged him...

that I could not do it any longer,

and he framed me because he was afraid I would confess everything.

Then...

why did you not confess during the interrogation?

I was afraid.

I was afraid you might...

abandon me if I admitted to my sins.

Your Majesty, do not forgive me.

Also, please punish Director Gyun Pil Hyung...

who has committed high treason.

That is nonsense.

How could Director Gyun commit such a thing?

You must not believe what the sinner says without any evidence.

He is right.

It is her sly trick to deceive...

Your Majesty and all the officials.

Please do not lose your insight.

"The blind mother ruins everything."

What if Master Gyun wrote that sentence?

Please call them in immediately...

and check if it is true or not.

Your Majesty, please arrest them immediately.

Whether her confession is true or not, I believe you need to...

investigate on this first since it is an important matter.

Please give us your order, Your Majesty.

- Give us your order. - Give us your order.
