"Open your heart."

"Understand correctly and practice."

I think the conversation becomes meaningful...

only when we understand...

the intention of the writer and practice what we learn.

You are the treasure of Joseon, indeed.

Thank you for your boundless generosity.

You must be very proud...

of your clever son.

I am very grateful, Your Majesty.

What? Adultery?

Yes. The Queen has an affair with Prince Choo Seong.

Even the father of the baby she is pregnant with is Prince Choo Seong.

That is unbelievable.

The King does not know about it?

They would hide it from him.

Or they will be beheaded.

How silly.

Groundless rumors stop at the mouth of wise men.

They are so pathetic.

You are back, Master Gyun.

I came to buy brushes.

You must be studying really hard.

Your brush does not last even a month.

I must study hard as a noble man.

What is this baby's name?

We have not named him yet.

Would you give him a name?

Are you asking me?

You are the treasure of Joseon.

Ga On.

Be a beautiful and warm-hearted person.

Ga On.

Yoon Ga On.

Yoon, are you in?

"I cannot help loving you, Prince."

"I am willing to give up the title of Mother of the country."

Mother of the country? Prince?

Please...

let...

Let people know this.

Run!

Wait. The brush store is...

I know it is on fire. We are on our way there.

Darn it.

Even the father of the baby she is pregnant with is Prince Choo Seong.

That is unbelievable. The King does not know about it?

They murdered someone to cover up their adultery...

and set fire to the store to get rid of evidence.

I should let people know this.

I should make it public...

so that they cannot hurt people anymore.

The blind mother ruins everything.

A foolish mother ruins...

the King, the people, and the government.

The mother of nation...

is ill-behaved and bereft of every particle of shame.

Who should the poor people look up to?

The truth must be disclosed to the world,

and the sinners must be punished.

How obnoxious!

The Queen committed adultery and abetted murder?

The country is in shambles.

There is more.

She even plotted treason with Prince Choo Seong.

People will gather at Royal Court to demand the Queen's deposition.

We also should file a petition.

"The blind mother..."

"ruins everything"?

It is removed.

What happened?

Who tampered with my writing?

Please...

let people know this.

Things have gone wrong.

The Queen is innocent. I have to stop it.

I said head back.

I have to meet my father.

I cannot let anyone in now.

The Queen is dethroned today.

Your Highness.

- Your Highness. - Your Highness?

Where are you, Your Highness?

Please wait for me, Your Highness.

Do not call me that way. I am not the Princess.

Do not follow me.

You are on your way to meet the Queen, right?

Who are you?

Why do you...

I need to meet the Queen too.

I will go meet her for you.

Fortunately, it seems like she has managed to escape.

- Mother. - Your Highness.

Mother.

- Your Highness. - Mother.

- Your Highness. - Mother.

- Your Highness. - Mother.

- Mother. - Your Highness.

Mother.

Are you okay, Your Highness?

You should go back to the palace.

No. I will not go back until I find my mother.

You can go back if you want.

Then...

- ride on my back. - No thanks.

You cannot walk anymore.

Please wait here. I will go find someone to help.

Do not. They will take me to the palace again.

You are about to fall sick.

I will go see if there is any house nearby.

I will be right back.

Master Gyun.

Are you okay?

Master Gyun.

Byul, would Master Gyun be okay?

Of course.

Why am I so anxious and nervous?

Woo!

Woo! Where is he?

- Where is he? - Please calm down.

Where is my Woo?

My dear Woo...

I think the Princess is also in.

What?

What happened?

Is it too painful?

Master Gyun.

Woo.

- Woo. - You are here, Woo.

Are you okay?

Why are you here, Your Highness?

It is too late. Please head back to the palace.

What did the physician say?

I heard that Wol Myung is captured.

Wol Myung is captured?

Your Highness.

Mother, who is Wol Myung?

It is nothing.

Prince, keep reading the book.

It has been a long time.

What is your name?

I guess you decided to shut your mouth tight.

There is no need to hurry.

We have plenty of time.

Remove him.

Wol Myung knows too much about us.

Before they tighten the security...

Be cautious.

It might put yourself in danger too.

Then what is your plan?

If necessary,

we will use someone else's sword.

Someone else's sword?

I thought...

I would be able to meet Mother this time.

I will clear her name.

And...

I will make those who framed my mother...

pay the price for what they have done by all means.

It was all my fault.

How imprudent.

The Princess is here. Why do they not open the gate?

I cannot stand it.

Hey! Open the door!

- Hello! - Young Sin.

Hey! Open it!

Who is making a ruckus?

What brings you here, Your Highness?

I came to look in on Master Gyun.

You just met him yesterday.

I got medicine from the Royal Infirmary.

Your Highness.

Yes, Mother.

Please do not get close to Woo anymore.

I am begging you.

Close the door.

Lady Hye Myung.

Are you on your way to Woo?

Pardon?

You already got the medicine.

You really care about him.

We are also on our way to visit him. Please join us.

The Princess did?

We asked her to join us, but she just wanted us...

to bring this to you.

Did you have a fight?

The Princess looked sad too.

Love cannot always be happy.

It contains both sorrow and joy.

How amazing.

You sound like you have been in a romantic relationship so many times.

Kwang Soo, that is not what matters here.

What matters the most is to love someone sincerely.

What do you think, Woo?

Please do not get close to Woo anymore.

Hello!

Hello.

Are you still on bad terms with your lover?

That is not right.

Then why are you so depressed?

Are you sick?

I am not.

Then...

is your lover sick?

Is it really bad?

I do not know well.

Do you remember why you went there?

What should we do?

He does not remember everything that happened this year.

I want you to stay...

in your grandfather's house in Jeonju until you get better.

Are you in, Woo?

I asked the King to approve of our resignation requests.

Let us go to Jeonju together.

Please.

Father.

Have you heard of "The blind mother ruins everything"?

Do you know...

that it was me who wrote it then?

- Woo... - Is that why...

you told me not to get along with the Princess?

Did your memory return?

Among the posters around the market,

that is the only hand-written one.

Do you recognize it?

How could I...

not recognize your handwriting as your father?

I wanted to know...

what really happened more than anyone.

But...

As you lost your memory,

I had no choice but to put it behind in the past.

I could not...

ruin my own son's life.

Still, you cannot be with the Princess.

That can never be allowed.
