Wait for him at the ATM by the gallery and trail him.

That pervert bastard is at a bank here right now.

Kim S- Soo Hyeok found out. Yeah.

Cheon Jong Beom...

Why do you judge people however you want and brand them?

I'm sure he didn't do that to Detective Joo In Do.

Are you going to say it's a copycat crime again?

Im Hwa Yeong murder case?

She confessed while drunk.

That she killed her own baby.

He desperately wants to change.

I'm going to try being that normal person.

Is he really not the one?

Now, we will resurrect the dead by breathing life into him.

Mr. Lee Bo So, please come alive to Sa Bin with your fae 30 years ago.

National Forensic Service

Autopsy Room

If you want to give the detective a burial, give him the book.

To be born like Gong Ji Cheol in his next life.

Gong Ji Cheol treasured that book.

You were killed on the happiest day of his life.

So that's why you weren't able to decay. Right?

You bought the ring to give to the woman you love,

and while on the way to give it to her, you died.

♫ You whose name I do not know ♫

830403.

Is it a wedding anniversary?

'83, April 3rd...

It could be the day he first met his bride.

Like a special anniversary.

♫ My lover who grazes by my past dream ♫

It's a keepsake found at the murder scene of Jeong Ha Eun's parents.

♫ You were that familiar image I may have seen somewhere ♫

So don't confess anything on the first night.

You won't be forgiven just because you confess.

♫ The image of love I had forgotten ♫

If Tess hadn't confessed to Angel on the first night,

Angel wouldn't have left Tess,

and she wouldn't have become a murderess.

In the end, no one had to be unfortunate.

♫ I'm afraid if I open my eyes ♫

Isn't confessing to a mistake considered courage?

♫ So I am unable to open my eyes ♫

Wuthering Heights

Putting the burden of forgiveness on the person who's been hurt makes it harder for them.

I wouldn't confess if it was up to me.

Then you want people to live with the burden of that sin?

No. You can protect them.

Protect them while with them and put your life on the line just once.

♫ My dearest who disappears when I open my eyes ♫

♫ I am unable to open my eyes ♫

[Old Future Book Store] ♫ as I watch you again ♫

It's snowing! ♫ My dream is broken like a bubble ♫

April 3rd, 1983, it was a spring day where snow fell.

I wanted to see this snow with you forever.

I, Cha Hyeong Bin, will protect my bride, Jeong Ha Eun, until the end.

♫ Dearest, whom I've met some autumns ago ♫

I wanted to ask for a while now why you look at me that way.

Look at you how?

Like you're looking at your ex.

The truth is, the first time I saw you, I was caught off guard.

♫ as I watch you again ♫

♫ My dream is broken like a bubble ♫

♫ Come to my dream tonight, my dearest ♫

Are you okay? I was so worried.

What happened? Are you ill?

- Ha Eun. - Ha Eun?

Ha Eun. Why am I lying here when you're the one who's sick?

Prosector Kim, you aren't well.

You don't even recognize me.

What are you talking about? What do you mean?

What got you so shocked about the hologram restoration?

You don't even know my name, Jeong Sa Bin.

Jeong Sa Bin?

Who's Ha Eun? Who is she?

Are you really...

Hold on, I'll go get the doctor.

Goo Hyeol Gi

- Prosecutor. - Yes?

Have you heard that Detective Joo In Do is awake?

People are calling it a miracle.

Detective Joo In Do? Which hospital is he in?

Pardon? You don't remember?

it's Inseong Hospital, room 407.

Joo In Do

In Do. What happened?

Huh? Prosecutor Kim?

It's me, Hyeong Bin. Cha Hyeong Bin.

Oh... is this afterlife?

Or are you a ghost?

I'm not in the mood to joke around.

- In Do. - Oh, stop it already!

What happened with the Hwaseong serial murder case?

He was caught.

Then what about Gong Ji Cheol? What happened to him?

Gong Ji Cheol?

He was executed years ago! I said stop!

May 2021

[ From: Seo Seong Ha - To: Seo Tae Ha ]

Who's Seong Ha?

Seo Seong Ha.

My only little brother.

When I first saw you at the closed school, you reminded me of him.

He also died because of Kim Soo Hyeok.

That letter... he wrote it a week before he committed suicide.

Count how many times he wrote that he wants to live.

332 times...

Kim So Hyeok bastard... "Save me, Hyung"

He never killed anyone, but he put him in jail for murder.

I don't have to talk about Kim Soo Hyeok anymore, do I?

You heard about him so much you must be sick and tired of it.

Once you go into the house today, Kim Soo Hyeok will never be able to touch you.

That punk who put the bullet in your head, he's on borrowed time while I'm alive.

Also...

that's the reason I saved you.

So... what do I have to do now?

Just be. At that house.

Stabbing with a knife isn't the only revenge. Do it with hurts. It hurts more.

You're not a member of this family. You're my family who you share meals with.

Don't forget. You have everything.

Nice house, money, brain, resume, looks.

You have to have everything. Have it all. You're the owner of this house. Got it?

Cheon Seok Tae won't be able to treat you however he wants.

According to the doctor, your subconscious remembers everything.

If you can't remember, kid,

just follow your instincts.

Mobile Phone 010-1670-0103

- Yes? - Chief Prosecutor Cheon Seok Tae?

Who's this? How did you get my number?

This is Reporter Na Eun Seong from Jeil Daily.

We received a tip recently.

I hear your son is fighting for his life after getting shot by a gang. Is that true?

The news is already going around the media.

Honorable father and hopeless son, Cheon Seok Tae, who's about to be appointed the Attorney General.

If you want to keep your job as a reporter, don't write presumptious nonsense based on groundless rumor

and learn how to confirm the facts first.

Where is this punk?

Mom! He's home.

Wasn't he in the US?

Your subconscious remembers everything.

If you can't remember, just follow your instinct.

Jong Beom...

How did you come?

You didn't even go to the US. Where have you been living?

I've been well. I'm healthy now.

You've been living as a son of a wealthy family for 23 years.

Has your eating habit changed, too?

Jong Beom, you didn't even like the smell of cucumbers.

What's going on with his school?

It was processed as him being in the US as an exchange student.

You can go back to school as normal from next week.

Jong Beom, you know your father is getting appointed as Attorney General next week.

Since Jong Beom is here, let's take a family portrait.

We're a perfect family now.

Even if you don't want to do it, pretend. We'll be doing family interviews, too.

Yes, Father.

Make a card for Jong Beom. Don't let him work part-time,

and for the next month, we have to all be on alert as a family.

Jong Woo, you be nice to your brother, too.

Jong Woo, you don't need to go study overseas anymore. TOEFL's too hard anyway.

It's too hard to score above 80.

I can learn English from Jong Beom.

I can do that, right?

You... are probably better at it than me.

Jong Beom, let's get you a car, too.

Don't ride bikes anymore.

I’ve always disliked that.

Okay. I'll do that.

Jong Beom, let's have a talk alone.

Tell me where you've been all this time and with whom.

I can't remember.

Prosecutor Kim Soo Hyeok, even after getting suspended for the firearm incident,

he's been tracking you down.

Your mom said you went to the US, but there was no record of you leaving the country.

Where were you and with whom?!

Even if I remembered, I don't feel like telling you.

Since you're scaring me by screaming like that.

Do you remember this then?

You can leave.

I have somewhere I need to go.

Right now, you...

Fine, I'll tell the driver, so go.

Where should I take you?

Old Future.

Pardon?

Cheonggyecheon's old bookstore.

Oh, Cheonggyecheon.

Please stop the car.

We buy and sell old books.

The picture is what connects 1987 and the present.

Did you come back to life, too?

It's been a while, Gong Ji Cheol.

I'll forgive you for everything. I feel like it was all because of me.

How did you survive?

I didn't get to tell her that I love her.

Are you still suspecting him?

Cha Hyeong Bin. Why can't you recognize me?

We're going to be together from now on.

It's not over yet. I have to make him admit to his own sin.

Today is a day you die twice.
