This...

How is this here...

Prosecutor Kim Soo Hyeok

The number you dialed cannot be reached...

The number you dialed cannot be reached...

The painting that Gong Ji Cheol painted is hanging here.

It's a painting he did after he killed the girl.

Please come in with Inseong Foundation's accounting files.

Why isn't he checking his phone?

It's quite beautiful, isn't it?

I didn't even invite you but you came.

Wasn't this the invitation?

Try reporting it if you want.

The one captured on the entrance's CCTV is probably you.

Well, even if I was captured on it, you'll probably become the suspect anyway.

Prosecutor Kim Soo Hyeok

Eternity Gallery

This is the police station, right? There's someone dying here.

I'm in front of the Eternity Gallery at the Gangsongro intersection.

Prosecutor Kim Soo Hyeok

The number you dialed cannot be reached...

Goo Hyeol Ki

- Yeah? - Prosecutor, Detective Joo's been stabbed all over his body

and he was discovered at a gallery near Gangsongro intersection.

He was severely injured in his chest and abdomen,

and during surgery, he went into shock.

Right now, it's difficult to determine when he will regain consciousness. Are you his family?

I'm not.

Please contact his family.

They may need to prepare for the worst.

Operating Room

Stabbing, my butt.

You know nothing about goose fathers. Goose fathers have to survive until the end, no matter what.

I won't die off that easily!

The painting that Gong Ji Cheol painted is hanging here.

It's a painting he did after killing the girl.

I'll send you the address. Check the gallery's CCTV and the ones in the vicinity.

Is Jeong Sa Bin one of your people?

Why didn't you pick up your phone? You've never been like this before.

Today was so long.

It was long for me too. Should we drink something strong?

Don't drink. Since you have to drive.

I'm going to sleep here.

Sang Ah, let's break off our engagement.

What? Is it because of my hysteria?

Because I can't be like other women?

There's someone I want to protect.

I'm someone with clear affiliations.

If I don't belong to her, I can't protect her.

Who is this person?

Is it the woman who you risked your life for twice?

Do you love that woman?

Tell me. I want to know how you feel.

When I'm with that woman, I keep looking at her face.

There's never been a time where I couldn't control myself

but when I'm with her, I can't control myself.

I think of her all day. What is she doing?

Is she going to get hurt? Is anything wrong with her?

Even while working, I want to run out to find her.

I suddenly think of what my mom told me.

For Frida Kahlo, her lover Diego

became her son and her flesh and blood

and her lover and her husband

and her father and her sun

and her heaven and her hell!

Is that woman that to you? Is it to that extent?

Tell me!

Right now, I'm not sure,

but I realized because of my feelings for her

that I've never once loved you.

I can now see why I always suffered from horrible imaginations while loving you.

It'll change.

Just like your feelings for me changed. Your feelings for that woman will change, too.

Sang Ah.

When I proposed to you, I saw that woman.

That proposal was for that woman.

What?

I'll take you home.

That... why couldn't that be me?

Right. Oh! Look at me. I didn't say goodbye to the nurse.

I thought she was just pretty but she was Nightingale!

Wait a second. Wait.

It's a relief that you're fine.

Was it really you who tried to kill Prosecutor Kim Soo Hyeok?

I'm asking you.

Yes.

Why? Because he was chasing you and suspecting you, you wanted to kill him?

- Because I love you. - What?

Because he was someone who made you suffer, I wanted to kill him.

He's the person who won't let me into your heart, so I had to kill him.

That...

If you ask me to explain, I can't.

This is the first time I've wanted to kill someone because I came to love someone.

I'll be going.

Next time,

if there's something you want to know, ask me directly instead of sneaking a peek.

What that person likes to eat, what that person's scared of.

Don't ever lie to someone you love.

If you're curious where the person you love is, ask them where they are.

Next time, don't smile when you don't mean it.

Don't live as someone you are not in front of others.

From now on, if you have thoughts of wanting to kill someone,

think of me instead.

You're good at drawing.

Draw my face on top of the person who you want to kill.

If you still want to kill them,

think of that bloody hand that stabbed me as your own.

Think about how it would feel to stab me. If you can still kill them...

I regretted it.

Because I thought I wouldn't see you again.

- Please take good care of her! - Yes!

You're cool, Jong Beom!

Baerim Plaza

It's that woman. That woman keeps stealing what belongs to your master.

What should we do with her?

You will end up killing the person you love.

Isn't it about time we meet?

I'll go to you.

I knew you wouldn't report me. I wouldn't have done it either.

We're really similar. You can acknowledge that now, right?

Why didn't you come with Prosecutor Kim Soo Hyeok today?

With your wedding so close, are you each enjoying your time alone?

KSH

- I want to ask you something. - Anything.

What's the reason you sent me texts as Gong Ji Cheol? Another thing. Why did you make me get falsely charged for murder?

That's something you should ask my mom, I mean, Writer Jang Hye Mi.

Writer Jang Hye Mi has known you for so much longer than I have.

No, maybe the right way to say it is that she's watched you even before you were born.

Me? Why?

If I tell you everything, are you going to go to the police with that photo?

Find out for yourself why Writer Jang Hye Mi has an interest in you.

Then I'll ask you something you can answer. Why did you install a CCTV in my room?

Aren't you the same?

When you want to be friends with someone, you want to take a peek secretly.

Deep into their secrets...

so that you can have that person.

- Completely. - Friends?

I'm sure you need a friend, too. A very special one.

Aren't you lonely?

I'm grateful.

For making me realize how unnerving and dirty someone secretly peeking in feels like.

The video of your murder will soon be handed over to the police. Before that, the questions I asked you,

come see me after you get the answers directly from Writer Jang Hye Mi.

I'm sure you'll need time for the conversation with your mom.

I'll give you one day.

Also... you become friends when you have an interest.

I have no interest in you.

I can kill the woman you love right away.

What will you do? I know who the woman in your picture is.

You won't be able to do it. Since you're afraid of dying. By my hands.

Location cannot be found.

If you're curious where the person you love is, ask them where they are.

Where are you right now?

Me? I'm on my way to the bookstore.

I'll be there. There's a book I also want to...

Don't ever lie to someone you love.

I miss you. I'll come.

Hey, you must be bored. You're going to come here?

It might be a little difficult to find, but okay, I'll send you the address.

There are a lot of fun books here. Bring some snacks when you come.

What flavor do you like?

Today, I want honeycomb toffee flavor.

Seoul Jonggu Police Station Chief of Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office

Prosecutor: Cheon Seok Tae

I like you. I like you,

so you can never get hurt.

Is anyone here?

Where did he go?

You're here quick.

How did you come here?

I didn't call for you.

Whether it's because I'm indebted to you for saving my life,

or because of the protective instinct I got while saving you that I'm like this...

Pardon?

But can I do an experiment, too?

What kind of an experiment?

Born Again

Are you saying Prosecutor Kim likes you?

I was curious what kind of expression you'd have in front of someone you like.

I need to protect you.

I'm thinking about being friends with you.

He wants to get away this time, too? She's my woman now.

I've never liked someone this much before.

Take responsibility.

Will I be able to have that woman?

Sa Bin has a stalker.

That person was after you.

Death is the only means of total possession.

Once I decide to kill someone, I never give up.
