Waiter!

Waiter!

Serve us dishes and wine.

I’m going to meet that old guy

and tell him

Third Master has gotten it done.

Let him meet us at once.

Who is it?

Hello, gentlemen. Sorry for keeping you waiting.

I’m the landlady,

Chunchun.

You don’t look like

the locals.

We do business

and pass by.

Are you alone

in this tavern?

Of course not.

Ayong.

Come out.

Say hello to these two gentlemen.

This is

my husband.

Who?

Human or ghost?

This is my son,

Longevity.

Sorry. He scared you.

Your son is quite cute.

Let me be his father.

It’s a pity.

How so?

That is

his favorite father.

- Greetings, Chief Bi Fang. - Greetings, Chief Bi Fang.

I like this vessel.

That old man from Mist Sect

hides in this town.

He is dying.

No way can he run away.

He still has Jia.

We have to find him

before the Mist Sect does.

Hello, come and have a look.

Buy something.

Does this color look good?

Knock off.

Come and have a look.

Come and have a look.

- Steamed buns. - Fresh buns.

These are all fresh.

Come on.

- Don’t leave. - Sir. Have a look.

- Step back. - Stop watching.

Step back.

You hear me? Step back!

You only know to bully others.

All the people are bullied.

Don’t move.

My tea bowls are expensive.

Can you afford to break them?

Call or not?

No!

Don’t you?

He goes too far.

How can he do this?

You all saw this.

You saw this clearly, right?

She broke my tea bowls.

She must pay me!

But...

I wonder how he is disciplined.

Good-for-nothing.

This man is...

Rise if you can.

- How dare you bully my men? - Bravo! Well done.

She broke...

One more word

and I’ll expose all your dirty deeds

with your father.

Bravo!

Prepare a gift

and apologize to Flea

before tomorrow.

Or else,

I’ll beat you wherever I see you.

Is that clear?

Bravo!

Bravo! He deserves it!

Get lost.

He should be beaten up.

Well done.

Let’s wait and see.

I have told you.

No one can bully you

except me in Luocha Town.

You’ve followed me for three or four years.

You are not like me at all.

You are such a coward.

Tell me.

Why did Jia Ming bully you?

He asked me to call him boss

and follow him in the future.

Sheriff Zhou.

Taste this.

Why didn’t you call him?

No, never.

You are my only boss.

I can’t believe

you’re a good follower.

Sheriff Zhou.

Try my pancake.

Thanks.

So,

only you are mighty

will you be respected.

Pancake!

As for these,

give them to beggars.

Why did you accept them?

I may not accept them,

but they have to give me.

Forget it.

Thank you, Sheriff Zhou.

The thief Liu Sanxing

broke into the imperial palace at night

and stole the treasure Gold Jade Glazed Lamp.

He fled to the vicinity of our county.

Whoever captures this thief

will be rewarded 1,000 gold.

It seems to be around here.

When will the guard of this town arrive?

Very soon.

No more waiting.

The Sect summons you

to the Luocha Town

for an important business.

You may have heard about

the incident about Pan Gu Tomb.

It’s emergent.

Fortunately,

Master Tianlao escaped with the Jia.

He eluded the ambush of the demons along the way,

and lost his spirit in this Luocha Town.

If Bi Fang finds him first,

he will break the seal with the Jia.

The consequence would be unthinkable.

I’ll take care of the thief,

Liu Sanxing.

Dafeng, Xiaohe. You two investigate

the headless corpse in the dry well

at the western suburbs.

Yes.

The dog of Mrs. Sun who makes tofu

is lost...

Let me deal with it.

OK.

Let Zhou Tong investigate it.

Discuss if anything.

Or you may dismiss.

Yes,

sir.

Boss.

Jia Ming is here.

Tong.

Buddy.

Buddy.

I’m here to apologize.

Ms. Flea.

It’s my fault yesterday.

Please forgive me.

Don’t take it to heart.

Boss.

Jia Ming is here.

It’s your business.

Take care of it yourself.

Ms. Flea.

Boss.

It’s done.

Get lost.

Yes.

I mean him.

You,

get lost.

Tong. Tong.

It’s a precious treasure

I entrusted others to get.

I specially give it to you today.

Take it away.

It is the Clay Sculpture of Mist Sect

depicted in the legend.

It’s said to be

made by craftsman who knew the Mist Sect well.

I know you like these things.

So...

What a pity.

Rise.

Sit properly.

You waste all your time

on those

void things,

and have no specialty.

Being the Sheriff is just to fool around.

You lose all my face.

What are you thinking about?

You’ve been thinking this way.

You only assign me to do trivial matters

and think that’s all I can do.

I have been used to it

these years.

Little by little,

one goes far.

You never get down to earth

but want to deal with

important cases.

Are you capable to do that?

How do you know I am not?

Listen.

You think it’s easy to be a constable?

The safety of the people is on your shoulder.

You can’t do anything

until you understand

the responsibility.

Can’t I?

That’s because

you don’t let me do anything.

Let me tell you.

Within three days,

I will capture Liu Sanxing and take him to you.

Boss. We’d better give up.

The Bajiao Tavern

is an illegal place in the town.

There are full of

all kinds of outlaws.

Even Sheriff Li

takes several guards with him.

Don’t.

It’s too dangerous.

That’s why

we have to come here

to find Liu Sanxing.

Wait for me.

You have no eyes?

Come on. Keep drinking.

Fill up.

Don’t go home until we get drunk.

Come on.

- OK. OK. - OK. Bottom up.

Keep drinking.

- Awesome. - Go on.

- Don’t come over. - No.

- Again. - Come on. One more cup.

One more cup.

I heard that Third Master is here.

Do you see him?

- Pour wine. - Coming.

- Landlady. - Come on.

Drink up, sir.

Annoying.

Come on. Drink it.

I heard that Third Master is here.

Do you see him?

- Fill up. - Who are you?

Scram!

Come on. Cheers.

Go on. Keep drinking.

Fill up.

Fill up.

I heard that Third Master is here.

Do you see him?

The bastard Third Master?

I don’t even see a ghost.

I spent two days here in vain.

What did you say?

Scram.

What’s wrong with Third Master?

Who the heck are you?

I’m your father.

Bros.

I will pay.

Beat him up!

You know who I am?

I do...

I do or I don’t?

Jiangnan Butcher Flea Thief.

You know him?

Oh.

So, you are the thief.

I’ve heard so much about you.

- My respects, sir... - He is my little brother.

I was supposed to

inspect the scene for Third Master,

but I was delayed for some business

and you were assigned.

So, you’d better make it clear.

All the details.

Yes.

Third Master wrote to me

and asked me to meet him

at Bajiao Tavern.

My men did see him

come in,

but... It was extremely weird.

You know...

Monster! Monster!

Monster! Monster!

Monster!

Monster! Monster!

Monster!

Son.

We get something big

when we just come here.

Contact the guards of Mist Sect in the town.

See them tonight.

Forget it.

Good wine. Again.

The wine is good indeed. Fill up.

Waiter!

Coming.

Your wine.

Sir, your wine.

Boss.

Boss. Bad news.

Something happened at home.

What’s wrong with you?

Watch out.

-Look out. Excuse me. Make the way.

Boss, wait for me!

Sir.

This is the swag,

also the solid evidence that

Zhou Shouyi colluded with the thief Liu Sanxing.

You’re bold, Zhou Shouyi.

This is the evidence of your crime.

What else will you say?

You colluded with thieves

and stole the royal belongings.

Your family

shall be annihilated accordingly.

You...

Stop!

It was given by you.

Who are you?

Zhou Tong.

Sir.

He is

Zhou Shouyi’s son,

Zhou Tong.

Yes.

Zhou Tong.

I think he is the accomplice.

Otherwise, why does he dress up like this?

Because he is guilty.

No.

It was all done by me.

It has nothing to do with my son.

Take him away.

Sir!

Father.

Sir!

You framed him.

You gave it

to me.

Nonsense.

All the people in Luocha Town know

we have a feud.

How could I give gifts to you?

You assault women,

and bully the common people.

You’re afraid to be reported!

Sir, it isn’t true.

Alright. Alright.

Teach this brat

a good lesson.

Youwei.

Sir.

From today on,

you are

the county governor.

I’m tired.

I won’t bother

with these troubles.

Jia Ming!

Father!

Stop him!

Beat him up.

Beat him to death.

Kick him!

Harder!

Harder!

Harder!

Kill him!

Where’s him?

She is here.

Sis.

You are late.

Who is he?

He’s my friend.

Something happened in his family.

He was badly injured.

It’s the rule of the Sect that

our magic shall not be used

to intervene the mundane affairs.

I know.

But he is a good man.

He is really a good man.

Senior.

Human affairs are complicated.

We are out of these affairs.

He has his own fate.

Right?

He’s been taking care of me all these years.

I can’t leave him behind.

Put the Life-and-death Charm on his body.

It may save his life.

We have more important things to do.

Not bad.

I’m leaving.

Come early tomorrow.

I know.

- May I clean it up? - OK.

Sheriff Zhou!

Li.

Zhou.

Wang.

Zhou.

Help yourself.

I’m going to get some money for you.

Wang.

Thanks.

Not at all.

Not a big deal.

Dig in.

Where is he?

Sir.

He was here just now!

Hurry up!

Move!

Third Master Liu.

I’ve been looking for you long.

I’ve prepared money for you.

Give it to me.

The fake one

was used to put Zhou into prison.

I need to submit the authentic one.

Otherwise, I’ll lose my position

as the county governor.

Order of the new county governor.

Search suspects around the city.

Order of the new county governor.

Search suspects around the city.

Save the food.

Eat this.

You don’t have enough for yourself.

He is dying.

Your food can’t make him live longer.

Good wine.

It’s Zhuyeqing mixed with water.

Is it good?

It depends on who you are.

Tell me then.

What kind of man am I?

Who you are

doesn’t depend on others.

Back then I thought

I was awesome

and different from others.

Now I am no better than

common people.

Look at the fire.

It roars.

Wind can

make the fire bigger,

and can also extinguish it.

But the fire

isn't determined by wind.

What is it then?

Chap.

I feel cold.

Can you move me closer to the fire?

Zhou Tong.

Zhou Tong.

You know Fantasy Magic of Qimen Dun Jia?

Everything in the nature

is subject to the production, development

and change of Five Elements, Yin and Yang.

All the attributes are covered.

Qimen

is the all-encompassing magical skills.

Jia is the source of power.

Only Jia

is hidden out of Qimen,

can the might be produced.

Zhou Tong.

Do you understand?

Mr. Zhou.

I come to see you the last time.

Sheriff Li.

Where is Zhou Tong now?

I have no idea.

I wish he could

flee far away.

Only he flees

can he live.

What’s going on?

Don’t know.

Things from all directions!

Things from all directions!

- Sir. - Sir.

Go to check

other places.

It’s clean here.

- Yes. - Yes.

Father.

Zhou Tong.

Why do you come?

Say no more.

Let me save you first.

Ridiculous!

Stop it.

Zhou Tong.

Listen to me.

You want to get it worse?

Scold me after we get out.

I know it’s my fault.

However, if not for Jia Ming,

it wouldn’t have been like this.

When I get out,

I will skin him.

Do you really think

it’s your feud

that got me implicated?

The affairs concerned with officialdom

are not that simple.

I’ve governed Luocha Town for more than ten years.

I never take bribes.

I impaired the interests of some officials.

They might intend to get rid of me long ago.

He who has a mind to beat his dog

will easily find his stick.

Father.

You give up?

Repay the kindness with kindness.

An eye for an eye.

You said these words.

I can’t bear with it.

Where there is a will,

there is a way.

Maybe the road ahead is lonely,

dark and dangerous.

As long as we stick to right way and move forward,

we will reach the shore sooner or later.

You may not

understand these principles now,

but you will someday.

Listen to me.

Go to Mr. Zhang in the capital.

He will help us.

What about you?

I was their seniors before.

They won’t hurt me.

OK.

Wait for me back.

Son.

Nothing.

Go.

Father.

Zhou Tong.

Son.

It’s my fate.

Don’t come over.

Run!

Father.

You lied to me.

Zhou Tong!

Life-and-death Charm!

He’s from the Mist Sect?

Father.

Don’t.

Let me.

Father.

Don’t go there.

Let go! Let me go!

Let go of me.

Don’t touch my father!

Don’t touch him!

Let me save my father!

Let me go!

Father!

Nothing.

Go.

Let me go!

The Jia is on him!

Zhou Tong.

It is the power of Jia.

He can’t control it.

Take him away.

Let’s go.

I’ve set up dark barriers

fifty miles around Luocha Town.

They can’t get out.

That brat

will come back to me.

Boss.

Boss.

Boss, sorry.

I am from the Mist Sect.

Sorry, I lied to you.

It’s fine.

Zhou Tong, right?

We find that the most important thing

of our Mist Sect

is in your body.

We call it Jia.

It must be our Master

passed it to you before he died.

Now,

you have two choices.

The first choice,

go to your foe now

and avenge your father’s death.

The door is over there.

No one will stop you.

The second choice,

we will teach you

Fantasy Magic of Qimen Dun Jia.

When you finish your studies,

you will enter the Mist Sect.

By then

we will get rid of them

according to the rules of the Sect.

Make your choice.

OK.

The second.

Now the four of us

are your masters.

Call us Master.

Master.

Four times.

Master.

Master.

Master.

The most important skills of Qimen Dun Jia

are the Formations.

The most important skills of Qimen Dun Jia

are the Charms.

Lad.

Study harder.

The most important skills of Qimen Dun Jia

are the Strength Abilities.

Without strength,

how can you hunt demons?

You already know it,

the Skill of Control.

Awesome, right?

Your turn.

Catch this, lad.

He is

such a fool.

Mist Sect has never had

a foolish disciple like him.

When will he be able to

fully master

Fantasy Magic of Qimen Dun Jia

and take the Jia out?

How about we use

Meditation Magic

to take out the Jia?

Meditation Magic

requires his mind to be calm.

Now,

he isn’t OK.

If any mistake,

his whole mind will be damaged.

He is right.

It isn’t fair to him.

When did you come?

Masters.

Please give him

another chance.

Master Tianlao must choose him

for a reason.

Is something on your mind?

No, master.

I wished to enter Mist Sect

when I was little.

My wish will come true.

Nothing is on my mind.

My family were also killed by demons.

Remember.

Hatred cannot make the dead rest in peace.

Your favorite date cake.

I know you are hungry.

Actually, I intended

to tell you that

I am from Mist Sect all the time.

But I couldn’t.

Now it’s fine.

How long have we known each other?

3 years and 163 days.

You remember this?

Of course.

I’m happy every day.

You’re bullied every day.

How come you are happy?

Because you are kind to me.

You know.

You have magic skills.

You don’t have to be bullied.

Why didn’t you fight back?

Because I am from Mist Sect.

We can’t cast magic

on human beings.

This is the rule of Mist Sect.

You saved me.

Did you break the rule?

You’re different.

How so?

Anyway, you are different.

The four of them all teach me skills.

What skills do you have?

I can use Skills of Dun.

But my magic skills

are not from any master,

but from my ancestors.

Look.

This is Heaven Dun Charm,

the talisman of our family

being passed down for generations.

With it,

I can go to anywhere

whiz, whiz,

as my wish.

It’s part of my body.

I can go

wherever it goes.

Have some water.

Let me go!

Zhou Tong.

You’re already qualified to enter the Mist Sect.

Today we welcome you to the Sect.

The first rule of the Mist Sect.

We shall stick to the missions

assigned by the Heaven.

No disobedience.

The second rule of the Mist Sect.

Do not intervene the affairs of human

by using the skills of Mist Sect.

The third rule of Mist Sect.

No personal affections

among the disciples.

The fourth rule of Mist Sect.

Do not be arrogant for achievements

or divulge your identity.

Welcome to the Mist Sect.

Is this the way you welcome me?

I’ve told you

he would make it.

Masters.

I never thought

I could

enter the Mist Sect.

My wish comes true today.

Let’s celebrate it.

Zhou Tong enters the Sect today.

We may drink.

But never again.

Great!

Senior.

Masters, I toast you.

- Bottom up. - Bottom up.

Tomorrow morning,

the four of us will help you

set up Five Elements Formation

and take the Jia out of your body.

No problem.

I never thought

you would

become a member

of our Mist Sect.

Boss.

No.

Buddy.

Call me Senior.

Senior.

Good wine.

One more bowl of wine.

Don’t leave until we get drunk.

Cheers.

One more cup.

Are you happy today?

One more cup.

Come on.

Come on.

This way.

Beauty.

- Beauty. - Here.

- Young Master. - Where are you?

- Come and catch me. - Young Master, I’m here.

Here.

Beauty.

Baby.

Don’t run, honey.

Where are you hiding?

Catch you!

Let me see who you are...

How dare you come...

My father was an official

for more than 20 years.

He didn’t do anything guilty.

It’s a feud about us.

Why did you frame him?

Tell me!

Tell me!

Help!

I’m wrong.

Spare my life.

Never.

As expected, he’s here.

-Taste the feeling -Save me.

of losing family.

Do it.

You can’t do it, can you?

Let me help you.

What a surprise.

You made a great progress

in such a short time.

You are...

Next

it may hurt.

Without the Jia,

you are trash.

Go to see your father.

Boss...

Heaven Dun Charm.

Tell me.

You...

Danger...

That day

you... you asked me...

why... why you were different from others.

I find it out.

Tell me.

We can’t cast magic

on human beings.

This is the rule of Mist Sect.

You saved me.

Did you break the rule?

You’re different.

How so?

Tell me.

Anyway, you are different.

Pan Gu Tomb.

Stop Bi Fang.

I’ll go with you.

Shouldn’t you

say something to us?

Sorry.

I lied to you.

Flea died for me.

I lied to all of you.

From the moment my father was killed,

revenge is my responsibility.

Flea is dead now.

If Bi Fang opens the seal,

millions of innocent people

will suffer.

Who will be responsible

for their lives?

Your revenge like this

cannot make the dead rest in peace at all.

It may be just

for the peace of your inner heart

selfishly.

The true responsibility is that

no matter how reluctant

you are,

you will still

stick to the right way,

even if

you will be lonely forever.

You won’t be

a qualified disciple of Mist Sect

until you understand this.

Look. Look.

What is this?

Monster!

No!

The seal was broken.

The Demon King Huodou

has been sealed for a millennium.

He should have turned to ashes normally.

That said,

he still has the power.

Let’s go.

As expected.

I’ve been waiting for this moment

for 800 years.

Eliminate Bi Fang.

Uphold justice.

By you?

Boss.

Boss.

Do you remember

the day we first met?

I was bullied

and you helped me.

Then we were locked up

in a dark room like this.

You’re worried I was afraid of the dark,

so you talked with me

until dawn.

That’s because

I wasn’t capable to save you.

No.

Not like that.

I wasn’t afraid of the dark.

The rope couldn’t stop me.

But I saw

the tenacity

and persistence on you.

That was neither from your father,

nor from the Mist Sect.

You were born with it.

That’s why you are different

from others.

Boss.

I believe you can make it.

But now

I can’t even break the tie.

Look at the fire.

It roars.

Wind can make the fire bigger

and can also extinguish it.

But the fire

Isn’t determined by wind.

What is it then?

Where there is a will,

there is a way.

Maybe the road ahead is lonely,

dark and dangerous.

As long as we stick to right way and move forward,

we will reach the shore sooner or later.

The true responsibility is that

no matter how reluctant you are,

you will still stick to the right way,

even if

you will be lonely forever.

Only Jia is hidden out of Qimen,

can the might be produced.

I’ll eliminate your sect today.

Sorry, masters.

I’m late.

Let me introduce myself.

Zhou Tong, the disciple of Mist Sect.

I’ll eliminate you

on behalf of Mist Sect.

No way.

Jia isn’t in your body.

How can you...

In terms of true power

only when you lose,

can you understand

the desire to regain it.

So,

at this moment,

at this place,

I am the Heaven and the Earth.

I am everything.

I am

Qimen Dun Jia.

You won’t understand what I said.

This is taught by my Eldest Master.

This is taught by my Magic Master.

This is taught by my Master Luojun.

This is taught by my Master Skinny Monkey.

Regards from Flea.

Sorry,

masters.

I can’t help myself to seek revenge.

Never again.

Understand.

Haven’t you come home?

Hurry up. It’s raining harder.

Yes, I’m leaving.

Goodbye.

Mrs. Sun.

Sheriff Zhou.

I found your pet dog.

Yes, it is him. Sheriff Zhou!

Thanks, Sheriff Zhou.

Not at all.

Thank you, Sheriff Zhou.

I’ve been looking for him for long.

Finally, he is back.

It’s great. It’s great.

A demon cave occurs in Luo River.

Demons are invading.

The Sect needs you.

What demon is that?

Do I have to go in person?
