at the time of the murderand Primo couldn't account

for his whereabouts that night.

But the day we wentto arrest Primo,

his business partnerVictor Anderson claimed Primo

had spent the night with him.

The case went cold.

We never found the killer.

But Primo was never charged

with the murder of Rose Brown,correct?

Well, he was our only suspectuntil his partner turned up

with that alibi.
